Diddy is assembling a legal dream team, Britney Spears is recalling a near accident and Pete Rose is being remembered ... all this on today's TMZ TV Hot Takes.

First up on "TMZ Live," Harvey and Charles explain why Diddy is beefing up his legal team in an effort to get out of jail.

Jeremy Lamb might've just retired from the NBA, but he's still got ties to the Sacramento Kings -- he's dating team owner Vivek Ranadivé's daughter, Anjali ... who also happens to be the former general manager of the organization's G League affiliate.

The new couple went public with their romance in an Instagram post on Monday ... showing them sharing a kiss as they played with some wolf dogs to promote Anjali's Jaws and Paws animal sanctuary.

It's a rather interesting coupling -- Anjali served as the Stockton Kings' GM from June 2023 until she resigned this past January. At the time, it was reported she stepped away from the position to pursue other ventures.

MLB legend Pete Rose died from heart disease ... officials announced Tuesday.

According to the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner in Nevada ... the official cause of death for Rose was determined as hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Rose had also been battling diabetes mellitus, officials added.

Lamar Odom is taking his skincare routine to a whole 'nother level -- the two-time NBA champion just got a salmon-sperm treatment done on his face!!

TMZ Sports is told ... the 44-year-old rolled through Dr. Robert Dorfman's office in Beverly Hills on Monday for the procedure -- which consists of micro-needling the skin with Rejuran salmon sperm DNA.

The treatment -- which usually costs around $3,200, although it's unclear what L.O. paid -- helps with skin rejuvenation and complexion ... and we're told Lamar wanted to get in on the trend to give him a more youthful look.

Former NFL star Eddie Lacy was thrown behind bars in Arizona on Monday night ... after cops claimed he was driving while wasted.

According to the Scottsdale Police Department, the ex-Green Bay Packers tailback was pulled over at around 10:40 PM -- after officers said they saw him committing several traffic violations.

He apparently elicited signs of being intoxicated during the stop ... as an SPD spokesperson tells TMZ Sports Lacy was ultimately arrested and booked on four separate DUI charges, including "Extreme DUI -- BAC .20 or more."

Logan Paul and KSI are doing their part to help out with Hurricane Helene relief ... sending a whole truckload of their Prime Hydration drink to those affected by the devastating storm.

North Carolina resident Shawn Hendrix -- who has made appearances in several MrBeast challenges -- shared footage of the generous effort ... saying he made a phone call on Monday in hopes of having some Prime product shipped to folks in the hardest-hit areas -- and the company delivered in less than 24 hours.

"I do not know how you got this up here so fast, but thank you guys," Hendrix said on X.

Savannah James is taking the NBA 2K "My Player" concept to a whole new level ... mom picked up the sticks to play as the human she birthed in real life -- her son Bronny James!

In his eight-word note, Brown appeared to imply Kelce would play better if he dumped Swift for a Black woman -- while using some offensive language in the process.

Dana White dug deep into his wallet, but it wasn't to pay a UFC fighter bonus, or buy something extravagant ... the UFC honcho donated $100K to help people whose lives were turned upside down by Hurricane Helene.

White made the donation online Monday afternoon, using the GoFundMe that says it was launched by his good friend Donald Trump.

"President Donald J. Trump has launched this GoFundMe campaign as an official response for MAGA supporters to offer their financial assistance to their fellow Americans impacted by Hurricane Helene," DT's team wrote, adding, "All donations will be directed to help those most affected by Hurricane Helene. Any level of generosity will go a long way for your fellow Americans who are suffering."

Travis Kelce put his hosting skills on display in the latest look at the new "Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?" game show ... complete with a jig and a joke about staying out of the slammer -- but whether it's enough to keep the project from flopping is up for debate.

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar's first foray into the genre was revealed on Tuesday ... showing him explaining the rules of the fresh twist on the old Jeff Foxworthy-led show, interacting with contestants and pointing at the camera quite a few times.

A WILD moment went down during the main event of WWE's Monday Night Raw ... as superstars Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed fought in an epic Last Man Standing match -- which ended with the entire ring collapsing!!!

It happened when Reed -- who weighs in at 330 pounds -- and Strowman -- who tips the scales at 385 -- made their way to the top rope. Once the two got into position, Reed brought their combined 715 pounds crashing down to the mat -- leading to all hell breaking loose!

Kristin Cavallari is going into detail about her split with Mark Estes, saying age was a factor while getting choked up at one point.

The 37-year-old reality star discussed why she broke up with 24-year-old Estes after dating for 7 months on Tuesday's episode of her "Let's Be Honest" podcast.

Shelby Daniele -- the college track and field star who died suddenly at 23 years old last month -- passed away from a brain aneurysm ... her close friend's dad said.

Brian Brandenburg -- whose daughter, Eva, committed to Cal Poly this year in large part because of Shelby -- revealed the sad news in an emotional post on his Facebook page.

"The young lady that was the driving force in Eva's decision to run Track at Cal Poly, Shelby Daniele, passed away last night of a brain aneurism (sic)," he wrote. "Completely heartbreaking."

6:55 PM PT -- Major League Baseball released a statement following the passing of Pete Rose ... extending their condolences to Rose's family, friends and friends "who admired his greatness, grit and determination on the field of play."

MLB legend Pete Rose has died at the age of 83, TMZ Sports has learned.

Rose, Major League Baseball's hit king, passed away earlier today at his home in Las Vegas ... where he was found by a family member.

Livvy Dunne rocked a fitting accessory to watch her boyfriend, Paul Skenes, finish off his one-of-a-kind rookie season ... a pair of one-of-a-kind boots!

The feet heat -- which Dunne sported to cheer on the Pirates ace in his 2024-25 finale against the Yankees on Saturday -- featured a white Skenes Pittsburgh jersey on a pair of white Cowboy boots ... and TMZ Sports has learned Jessica Martini made them by hand.
