We now know how the alarm was sounded when someone at Artem Chigvintsev's home called 911.

Sources connected to the investigation tell TMZ ... a call came in around 8:30 AM, reporting a "medical emergency" at the home. It's unclear who made the call.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's divorce judge has a family connection to both of them, Alexis Bellino has a wedding to plan, and Tom Brady has some TV restrictions ... all this on today's TMZ TV Hot Takes.

12:37 PM PT -- A rep for the Napa County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ -- Deputies responded to a domestic violence call at a location in the town of Yountville shortly before 10 AM Thursday. An arrest was made at the scene, and injuries were reportedly involved.

The victim in the case has asked for total confidentiality, the sheriff's rep says.

The investigation remains ongoing.

NBA player Jeremy Sochan crashed his pricey Porsche on a highway in Texas last weekend, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

According to a San Antonio Police Department accident report we obtained ... officers stated the incident happened on August 24 at the I-10 and Loop 1604 intersection.

The SAPD wrote in the docs 21-year-old Sochan was driving his lime green 2019 sportscar when he lost control and slid into the left side of a guard rail.

Meatheads around the country, rejoice ... Tom Brady just revealed his max bench press -- and, surprisingly, for a guy who's amazing at everything, the number isn't exactly going to knock any gymgoers' socks off.

The NFL legend hit the famed exercise at some point in the past week -- and filmed it for his weekly YouTube vlog, which he posted on Thursday morning.

Tom Brady is set to make his NFL broadcasting debut a week from Sunday, though there's a good chance he'll have to deal with a bunch of rules designed just for TB12 ... all thanks to his bid to own the Las Vegas Raiders.

Brady, who struck a deal to buy a minority share of the Raiders in May 2023, would be forced to abide by several stringent restrictions in his role as a FOX broadcaster ... if his ownership bid is ultimately approved by the NFL.

For starters, Tom would not be allowed to witness practice (as announcers often do), nor would he be allowed in a team's facility.

WNBA star DiJonai Carrington just ripped into a social media user who trolled her with an insensitive George Floyd meme following her game Wednesday night -- calling the person's behavior "so sick."

Carrington was sent the edit on X just after her Sun team fell to the Fever in Indiana ... and it featured an image from when Floyd was being killed by former police officer Derek Chauvin.

In the post, you can see Caitlin Clark's face was edited over Chauvin's -- while Floyd's was replaced by Carrington's ... and the 26-year-old guard made it clear she was outraged by the visual.

Nina Agdal ain't playin' with online trolls ... 'cause she just sued a social media influencer for making false and defamatory accusations about her.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Agdal says Hassan Haider repeatedly published a fabricated narrative online in August and September 2023, in which he falsely claimed he banged her in a bathroom after waving a bag of cocaine in front of her.

She says Haider concocted the tale that he met the swimsuit model at an L.A. bar and claims she basically traded sex for drugs with him in a public restroom.

Caitlin Clark had a pretty good night Wednesday -- she broke yet another WNBA record, logged a big victory ... and got to meet Simone Biles!!
