Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy's recent remarks about his star player's DUI arrest have infuriated Mothers Against Drunk Driving ... who tell TMZ Sports the words were "irresponsible" and "dangerous."

The 56-year-old made the controversial comments at Big 12 Media Day earlier this week ... when he was asked why he didn't suspend Ollie Gordon II following allegations the running back drove while intoxicated in June.

Gundy stated that after he had looked into how many drinks it would take to put a person over Oklahoma's .08 blood alcohol limit ... he seemed to admit he very well may have done the same thing as Gordon throughout the years.

Sacramento Kings star Domantas Sabonis is welcoming his new teammate, DeMar DeRozan, to the squad with open arms ... telling TMZ Sports he's totally stoked about the new addition.

We caught up with the three-time All-Star at LAX fresh off the three-team deal that went down this week ... which sent Harrison Barnes to the San Antonio Spurs and Chris Duarte and two second-round picks to the Chicago Bulls -- and, of course, DeRozan to Sac-Town.

Richard Simmons -- the legendary fitness guru -- has died at 76 ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police and fire responded to a call from his housekeeper just before 10 AM Saturday and pronounced him dead at the scene. We're told no foul play is suspected at this time, and cops are investigating it as a natural death.

Shockingly, RS posted multiple times on Facebook recently ... including thanking fans for all the birthday wishes he received.

Travis Kelce had a couple shots get away from him during his charity golf game Friday ... and, one left a woman bloodied, video obtained by TMZ shows.

The video captures the aftermath of the incident ... with eyewitnesses telling TMZ Travis launched a shot on the 16th fairway that ended up hurtling toward onlookers -- before smacking a woman in the side of the head.

Check out the clip ... Travis hangs out near the group while the woman's sitting on the ground -- with the person next to her holding a cloth against her head to slow the blood flow.

Jana Kramer's a married woman once again ... tying the knot with her beau Allan Russell -- in his native Scotland!

The actress-turned-podcaster officially tied the knot with Russell -- a pro soccer coach -- Saturday at Carnell Estate in the British Isles ... according to People.

The couple -- who got engaged just last year -- said their vows in front of a host of friends and family ... including Kramer's daughter Jolie and son Jace, Russell’s son Troy, and the couple's shared baby boy, Roman, according to the outlet.

Harrison Butker fired back at Serena Williams for her critical comments about him onstage while he was sitting in the audience at the ESPY Awards this week.

Butker took a shot at the tennis legend for dissing his views about women becoming homemakers during a commencement speech he gave at Benedictine College in May. He also made controversial statements about abortion and the LGBTQ community.

The Kansas City Chiefs kicker told NBC News, "I thought Mrs. Williams was a great host and applaud her for using her platform to express her beliefs on a variety of topics. Sports are supposed to be the great unifier."

4:16 PM PT -- The two journalists -- who work for Starcade Media -- just released a statement on the matter ... insisting they did not mean to rile up Jerry Rice with their Chiefs-related question.

The guys said on their Facebook page they merely wanted to know if Kansas City's 2024 wideout group "had improved enough to continue winning at a high level" ... and nothing more.

"We meant absolutely no disrespect to Jerry or the 49ers when asking this question," they said. They added that they'd love the opportunity to discuss things further with the Hall of Famer.

Ryan Garcia shared a 2-minute apology video largely aimed at his ex-wife Andrea Celina ... just days after a clip of him allegedly trashing her home went viral, saying he's finally getting help.
