Travis Kelce's tackling his offseason dad bod head-on ... by taking some solo time away from Taylor Swift, and getting back into the gym with his personal trainer.

TMZ has learned Trav is back training with Laurence Ng -- his longtime trainer and owner of Legendary Performance in Bev Hills -- and if the workout guru's latest Instagram video of TK in action is any indication, it's clear he's already got his head back in the fitness game.

In the vid you can see Travis in an intense training session with Laurence and they ain't skipping leg day! Whether it's on a treadmill, or sprinting up a parking structure ramp ... he's all about running drills to stay fit for the next NFL season.

Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry is still fuming over college basketball teams being MIA for the national anthem ... doubling down on his belief athletes should either attend the pregame ceremony -- or don't play at all.

Landry called for drastic change after LSU remained in the locker room prior to Monday's Elite Eight matchup against Iowa ... saying college boards should implement new policies that would yank players' scholarships if they are not present for the "Star-Spangled Banner."

Despite LSU coach Kim Mulkey and the entire Tigers athletic department claiming it was standard pregame procedure and it wasn't an act of protest, Landry appeared on Fox News on Wednesday to further explain his stance.

Landry -- an LSU fan -- claimed he supports the players and Mulkey and wasn't calling them out specifically ... but he thinks college athletics has a real "problem" on its hands.

Landry wants universities in Louisiana to put guidelines in place to ensure teams respect the anthem as a sign of unity ... and made it clear he wants players to stand.

"That's what the universities should put in place," Landry said. "They should [stand]. Everybody should respect the flag. If you don't like it, well guess what -- you don't have to play the sport."

Rashee Rice is apologizing for his role in a massive car crash Saturday that left several people injured ... releasing a statement on Wednesday where he said, "I take full responsibility for my part in this matter."

Rice never said what exactly his role was in the accident -- AKA whether or not he was behind the wheel of one of the speeding luxury cars that caused the wreck over the weekend -- but he did say he met with Dallas Police Dept. investigators over it all earlier on Wednesday.

Rice promised to "continue to cooperate" with law enforcement ... before he added, "I sincerely apologize to everyone impacted in Saturday's accident."

Hollywood is getting ready for Summer -- and they're starting with Spring ... enjoying a little break from the Winter ... and soaking up the sun, which has finally started to pop up.

With Spring Break well underway, it isn't surprising to see some of our favorites working on their respective tans while visiting exotic locales across the globe. For instance, "Selling Sunset" star Emma Hernan proved she's a total babe by rocking a champagne-colored two-piece while on a boat in Cabo.

Emma was joined in Mexico by her fellow 'Sunset' star Chrishell Stause, who cuddled up to her spouse, musician G Flip, in an itty-bitty bikini of her own. The couple -- who wed back in May -- beamed wide while posing on the edge of a boat.

Shannon Sharpe asked GloRilla the question everyone wants to know the answer to -- did her flirtatious shot at NBA superstar Damian Lillard actually work -- but the rapper dodged the query expertly ... and the whole interaction was hilarious.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer peppered the Memphis rapper about the message she sent to Lillard while the two were on Sharpe's "Club Shay Shay" show this week.

Initially, Shannon tried to get her to talk about her favorite NBA players ... before he pivoted the convo to her social media post where she said she "wanted" Lillard.

Tragic news from the University of Kentucky ... a member of its dance team, Kate Kaufling, has passed away after battling cancer. She was only 20.

The Wildcats athletic department released a statement this week ... saying the sophomore student-athlete died on Sunday, just months after finishing chemotherapy for osteosarcoma, an aggressive form of bone cancer.

She was diagnosed in June 2023 ... after discovering lumps and swollen lymph nodes.

Ryan Garcia is picking a side amid 50 Cent's longstanding beef with Diddy ... publicly asking the "In Da Club" rapper to walk him out for his fight against Devin Haney.

50 has been having a field day as Diddy faces sexual misconduct allegations and a federal sex trafficking investigation ... constantly posting memes and jokes at his nemesis' expense.

Garcia has also done trolling of his own ... training in a shirt that showed Haney standing shirtless in a pool with Diddy and speculating whether "The Dream" has been involved in any alleged wrongdoing.

On top of that, King Ryan has posted numerous unfounded allegations surrounding Diddy and Haney ... and despite the latter's outright denial, Garcia is now calling on Fiddy to be by his side when he makes his way to the ring on fight night.

"@50cent would be awesome if you walked out with me 4-20," Garcia said ... while adding a new homophobic slang term involving Diddy's name.

"Let's do this!!!!"

It's just the latest example of Garcia's social media antics leading up to the bout -- as we reported, the 24-1 pugilist has posted wild conspiracies and exhibited other bizarre behavior ... and even though he previously vowed to only speak about sports and the fight, that hasn't been the case.

Caitlin Clark won't be the only bonafide superstar in the WNBA Draft ... Angel Reese just announced she, too, will be bringing her talents to the pros!

The LSU standout revealed her decision in a new Vogue interview, saying she's done everything she wanted to at the Baton Rouge college and is ready to move on.

"My ultimate goal is to be a pro," the 21-year-old said, "and to be one of the greatest basketball players to play, ever. I feel like I'm ready."

Of course, the former McDonald's All-American had an outstanding college basketball career. She averaged 18.6 points and 12.3 rebounds in four seasons (at Maryland from 2020-2022, and then LSU).

Reese also racked up a ton of big-time awards. She was named SEC Player of the Year, BET's Sportswoman of the Year, SEC All-Defensive Team, ESPY's Best Breakthrough Athlete, and more.

She also led the Tigers to their first NCAA title in school history.

Now, Angel is ready to face the challenges in the WNBA ... and go up against big dogs like Sabrina Ionescu, Breanna Stewart, A'ja Wilson, and Skylar Diggins-Smith.

"I’ll be working with grown women," Reese said.

"I’m going to have to work my butt off every single day and grind. And who wouldn’t want that? I don’t want anything in my life to be easy."

Reese -- who recorded 27 double-doubles this season -- is projected to be one of the top 10 picks in the draft.

Patrick Mahomes Sr. has been officially hit with a criminal charge for allegedly driving drunk earlier this year ... Texas prosecutors just indicted him for felony DWI.

According to court records, Mahomes Sr. was slapped with the count -- driving while intoxicated third or more -- on Thursday.

If convicted, he'll face up to 10 years behind bars ... as well as a fine of up to $10,000.

Travis Kelce and his bro, Jason, are making serious moves to be Hollywood's next big things ... at least, that's according to Arnold Schwarzenegger, who's absolutely sure the two are auditioning for movie roles in LA this month!

The Terminator joined the brothers on their "New Heights" podcast this week ... and before the show really got going, he told the guys he was positive they were both in Tinseltown this week because they're trying to make plays to get onto the silver screen.

"I'm not stupid," he said after noting the two -- who usually do their podcast from different cities -- were together in the City of Angels. "There's a reason."

Dwayne Johnson is a man of his word, and so is one of his biggest fans ... 'cause after a chance meeting at a store, the guy got the WWE Superstar's autograph tattooed on him -- and now he's getting a free ride to WrestleMania!

Johnson was shopping at Target last week when he ran into Ruben Rodriguez, a lifelong fan, and his young daughter.

Rodriguez told Johnson that if he signed his arm, he would make it permanent ... heading almost straight to his tattoo artist. After all, DJ's his "childhood hero."

Rodriguez revealed the new ink on social media earlier this week ... and when Johnson saw it, he lost it!

"Dude holy s*** you did it!!" The Rock replied on X. "That’s the authentic real deal signature & bull right there! Looks amazing!"

DJ was so impressed, he decided to hook up Rodriguez's family with an all expenses paid trip to Philadelphia for WrestleMania ... going down this weekend in the City of Brotherly Love.

"You’re a man of your word, and so is the Final Boss…  Pack your bags - because you and your daughter are coming to @wwe #WrestleMania," Johnson said.

Rodriguez is obviously stoked ... and says he's "forever grateful."

LeBron James is addressing the recent rumblings surrounding Bronny's college basketball future ... saying he has no idea where the reports are coming from, but he'll support the young hooper no matter what he decides to do.

Longtime sportswriter Dick Weiss reported Tuesday the 19-year-old USC Trojan planned to transfer to a new program following head coach Andy Enfield's departure for SMU.

Weiss later backtracked and admitted he couldn't confirm the story ... but that didn't stop Lakers reporters from inquiring about it following L.A.'s 128-111 win over the Toronto Raptors.

"I don't know where it came from, but at the end of the day, Bronny's his own man and he has some tough decisions to make," Bron told reporters. "And when he's ready to make those decisions, he'll let us all know."

"But as his family, we're going to support whatever he does."

There's a lot of speculation regarding Bronny -- he was once believed to be a 2024 NBA Draft prospect, but he averaged less than 5 points, 3 rebounds and just over 2 assists a game in his freshman campaign after recovering from his offseason cardiac arrest.

Some analysts think he would benefit from staying in school another year to develop his game for the next level ... but 39-year-old LeBron has long stated it is his dream to be in the Association alongside his eldest son.

Frankie Muniz says his parents split up while he was pursuing his career in Hollywood as a child star -- something that clearly affected him ... 'cause he got emotional talking about it.

The actor-turned-race car driver got emotional on a recent episode of Australia's "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me out of Here!" when he was asked how his fame on "Malcolm in the Middle" (and everything else around that time) impacted his family unit.

As it turns out, Frankie says stardom changed a lot of things in his household -- including the fact that his parents got a divorce as he and his mother, Denise, moved to L.A. so he could act.
