The man who informed police of the Myles Garrett car crash on Monday told dispatch that a woman had complained of a head injury at the scene ... new 911 audio, obtained by TMZ Sports, reveals.

The caller ID'ed himself as Frank from Porsche Emergency Center ... and he told police that he was on the phone to "report a car accident for one of our customers" in Medina, Ohio.

The caller was asked if there was anyone hurt in the accident -- and he said yes, telling them that "a lady" had sustained injuries to her head. He requested for both police and EMS to go out to the scene.

A second man also called 911 to report the crash ... telling dispatch he had seen "a bad accident over here."

"A girl left her car over here," the caller said, adding, "It's just one car. They lost control over here. They're both sitting outside."

The caller also told dispatch that the wreckage at the scene was gnarly.

"They flipped this thing, I do believe," he said. "They tore it up."

Cops say they eventually arrived at the scene at 2:58 PM ... and discovered a gray Porsche 911 Turbo S off the road that had significant damage to it.

Police say Garrett was ID'ed as the driver -- and he was transported to a nearby medical facility with non-life-threatening injuries. They say his female passenger was also taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Cops do not believe alcohol or drugs were involved in the accident. A spokesperson for the Ohio State Highway Patrol tells us, "A blood draw for the purposes of law enforcement was not conducted due to a lack of probable cause as signs of impairment were not observed by the investigating trooper."

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported Tuesday that Garrett crashed his car in an attempt to swerve out of the way of an animal on the road.

Ex-Baylor star Queen Egbo is going off on Kim Mulkey for shutting down a question about Brittney Griner during a press conference -- reminding her old coach that the WNBA superstar is the reason she won a national title in 2012.

Mulkey -- who's been LSU women's basketball coach since 2021 -- was speaking to the media on Monday when a reporter asked her thoughts on Griner's drug conviction in Russia, whom she coached at Baylor from 2009 to 2013.

"I don't think I've seen anything from you on that," the reporter asked ... and Mulkey made sure that would remain the case in a short response.

"And, you won't," Mulkey replied.

Egbo -- who played for the Baylor Bears from 2018 to 2022 -- felt some type of way about Mulkey's response ... and went on Twitter to speak against her former coach.

"A player that built Baylor, 2 national titles, & a 40-0 record," Egbo said, "Yet her former coach refuses to say anything or simply just show any kind of support."

"Keep that in mind when you’re choosing schools."

The WNBA center also retweeted former Bears' player Chloe Jackson's comment about Mulkey's shutdown .. who said, "And I will say it again. SILENCE SPEAKS VOLUMES, smh."

FYI, Egbo and Jackson helped get Mulkey her third national title in 2019.

The reason for Mulkey's response may be stemming from Griner's comments shortly after going #1 overall in the 2013 WNBA Draft ... when BG claimed Mulkey told players to keep quiet about their sexuality for recruiting purposes and the program's image.

Baylor's new HC Nicki Collen, however, did speak on Griner ... saying even though she never coached her, she knows BG made Baylor.

Singers, rappers ... Aljamain Sterling will walk to the Octagon to your music -- blasting in the arena, on TV -- at his next UFC title fight, if your song's good enough.

The bantamweight champ is teaming up with 2x Grammy nominee Joyner Lucas ... and they're launching a contest aimed at putting a spotlight on independent artists.

The way it goes ... artists submit a song on Tully, and if Aljo and Joyner like it, you might hear it on the UFC 280 broadcast next month.

Aljamain is fighting T.J. Dillashaw on October 22 in Abu Dhabi ... and the winner's song will be the last thing Aljo hears before he scraps.

Sterling and Lucas' friendship began in April earlier this year ... after Aljamain walked out to Joyner's "I Love" at UFC 273 before his bout with Petr Yan.

Aljamain became UFC champion that night ... and the men later came up with the contest.

Joyner, who pushes independent musicians like him, has also worked with some of the industry's biggest names ... Will Smith on "Will (Remix)" and Lil Baby on "Ramen & OJ."

Larsa Pippen looks like she's super into the son of her ex-husband's famous teammate -- the 'Real Housewives' star and Marcus Jordan were all over each other at a music festival.

Larsa and Marcus were spotted together again Sunday ... this time at Rolling Loud in NYC, and video shows them dancing on each other, getting handsy and snuggling.

TMZ obtained this footage of Scottie Pippen's ex with Michael Jordan's son at Citi Field in Queens, and they certainly look like a couple now ... they're clearly more comfortable with one another since we first saw them hanging out in Miami.

Larsa and Marcus are face-to-face, slow dancing and grinding ... with Larsa nuzzling Marcus' neck and even appearing to kiss him.

At one point, Larsa grabs Marcus by the waist and she later turns around and leans back on him ... and Marcus leans in close and appears to whisper in her ear.

Folks who were there tell us Larsa and Marcus were dancing together all night, hugging and kissing and engaging in a bunch of PDA. We're told Larsa was kissing Marcus' neck, laying her head on his chest and trying to make it clear to all they were there together.

It's interesting to see Larsa and Marcus spending more time together ... as we first told you, they hung out in Miami earlier this month, but both of their camps quickly put to bed rumors of a relationship.

Rihanna's already gearing up for her Super Sunday comeback ... at least that's what fans are hoping as she hits a studio with A$AP Rocky right on the heels of her big NFL news.

Rihanna and her BF were on the move Monday night, heading into a NYC studio session together -- and the timing is just fueling anticipation for her Super Bowl Halftime Show performance.

Tom Brady was a huge fan of Ken Dorsey's outburst on Sunday -- saying the Bills offensive coordinator's meltdown was as good as some of his most recent blowups!!

"I'm not the only adult in the entire league that's throwing temper tantrums," Brady said with a laugh on Monday. "Thank you, Ken, for taking me off the hook."

TB12 made the hilarious comments on his "Let's Go!" podcast on Monday -- just a day after Dorsey was seen on camera exploding on his tablet and headset in a freak-out in the booth following the Bills' 21-19 loss to the Dolphins.

Brady loved the fervor ... and seemed very pleased to now have company when it comes to tablet-throwing tantrums.

"That was a lot of anger in that," Brady said while speaking to Jim Gray. "It's impressive. I like the passion, Ken. Keep it up."

If you've missed it -- Brady has become a tablet-tossing connoisseur the past couple years ... losing his cool on the electronic device in a couple games.

Most recently, he was seen chunking the device in frustration during the Saints game earlier this month. Brady joked he was going to look into sending a cease and desist letter to Dorsey for trademark infringement.

In a serious moment on the pod, Tom ultimately empathized with Dorsey, attributing his outburst to the emotional tug of war that playing and coaching football has on a person.

"I know exactly what he was feeling," Brady said. "There's so much emotion. You feel like you're in a battle out there, and it's a physical battle. You got to get the emotion out."

Myles Garrett is thankfully going to be OK following his frightening rollover car crash Monday ... the NFL superstar has been released from the hospital -- and his agent says tests showed he broke no bones in the wreck.

Garrett was transported to a local Ohio medical facility after cops say he flipped his gray Porsche 911 Turbo S at around 2:58 PM in Sharon Township ... but according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, he was released late Monday evening.

His agent, Nicole Lynn, told Cleveland.com "nothing is broken" on his body ... though it remains unclear if the accident will cause the defensive end to miss any time with the Browns.

Authorities say they've launched an investigation into the cause of the crash. Pelissero reported Tuesday morning Garrett was swerving to avoid an animal on the road just before he lost control of his ride.

Cops say they do not suspect Garrett was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the wreck.

Shakira may soon have her day in court ... because a judge in Spain has given the green light for the singer to stand trial on tax fraud charges.

According to reports, the judge ruled Tuesday prosecutors can move forward with a trial for the singer on 6 counts of tax fraud -- Shakira is accused of not coughing up 14.5 million euros -- or about $13.9 million -- in taxes for income she earned between 2012 and 2014.

Prosecutors believe Shakira was spending more than half her time in Spain during those years -- meaning authorities believe she should've paid up, even though her official residence was in the Bahamas.

As we reported, prosecutors are hoping to get an 8-year prison sentence and a large fine if she's found guilty of the charges.

Shakira's denying having to pay up, though ... recently telling ELLE, "I've paid everything they claimed I owed even before they filed a lawsuit. So as of today, I owe zero to them."

She goes on to say she's confident she has enough evidence to prove she's innocent.

Shakira's also dealing with the fallout from her split with her ex, Gerard Piqué ... the exes recently went to their son's baseball game, but kept their distance from each other the entire game.

A rep for Shakira tells TMZ ... "Shakira has always cooperated and abided by the law, demonstrating impeccable conduct as individual and a taxpayer, and faithfully following the counsel of PriceWaterhouse Coopers, a prestigious and globally recognized tax firm."

There's no doubt Lamar Odom is his daughter's biggest fan ... because he pulled up to her first-ever fashion show to support her in a big way.

Lamar was at 24-year-old Destiny's show at MainRo in Hollywood Saturday -- cheering her on from the audience.

We're told Destiny opened the event -- which was a BIG deal for the model, especially with it being her first time. Goes without saying, Lamar is extremely proud of his daughter.

The show was called "Couture Fighting Cancer 2nd Annual Fashion Show" ... a night that benefits cancer survivors.

Destiny made the move this month from NYC to Los Angeles to live with Lamar and pursue her modeling career. Destiny is the daughter he shares with his ex, Liza Morales.

BTW -- this comes on the heels of many speculating Lamar's been romantically involved with transgender model/actress Daniiellè Alexis ... something he's denied.

Tua Tagovailoa was foolish for returning to the Bills game on Sunday after slamming his head on the turf ... so says famed neuropathologist Bennet Omalu -- who tells TMZ Sports the Dolphins quarterback put his life at risk by making the comeback.

Dr. Omalu -- who's the real-life inspiration for the famous Will Smith "Concussion" movie -- says that under no circumstances should Tagovailoa have come back into the contest in Miami after he was initially knocked out of it.

Omalu says he suspects Tagovailoa suffered a concussion based on everything he saw on the game's broadcast ... and he said the 24-year-old should have protected himself and his future and stayed on the sideline the rest of the day.

"Your life should be worth more to you than any amount of money," Omalu said. "Your life is worth more than $10 billion, 'cause you can't replace your life. You have only one life."

But Omalu, who discovered CTE, isn't faulting the NFL or the Dolphins one bit for allowing Tagovailoa back under center.

"The duty falls on the players," he said. "The NFL did not point a gun on his head and say, 'You must go back to play.' He could have said, 'No.'"

For Tagovailoa's part, he insisted he did not suffer a head injury during the play ... but rather, he said he hurt his back.

"I got up, and that's kind of why I stumbled," the signal-caller told reporters after Miami secured the 21-19 win over Buffalo. "My back kind of locked up on me. But for the most part, I'm good. Passed whatever concussion protocol they had."

Cleveland Browns superstar defensive end Myles Garrett's Porsche flipped several times during a single-car wreck after practice on Monday ... but luckily, he escaped with only minor injuries.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol shared the news just minutes ago ... saying 26-year-old Garrett and a passenger were transported to a nearby hospital after getting into the accident.

Cops say alcohol or other drugs did not play a factor ... and both passengers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

WKYC in Cleveland obtained pictures of the crash ... showing Garrett's Porsche in banged-up shape.

Judging by the wheels, the car appears to be a 911 Turbo S ... which starts around $215K. The 911 Turbo S has over 600 horsepower, does 0-60 in under 3 seconds, and has a top speed over 200 MPH.

It's unclear if weather contributed to the accident, but it was raining in Berea, Ohio on Monday ... which is where the Browns' practice facility is located.

Garrett and the Browns are coming off a big win over the rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday ... and he had 2 total tackles in the 29-17 matchup.

Garrett -- the #1 overall pick in the 2017 Draft out of Texas A&M -- is one of the best players in the NFL with 61.5 career sacks and 201 total tackles over 6 seasons.

The Browns travel to Atlanta to play the Falcons on Sunday ... although it's unclear if Garrett will be able to suit up.

Olympic gold medalist diver Tom Daley's screenwriter husband, Dustin Lance Black, says he's on the mend from a serious head injury that had doctors telling him to "shut off his brain" in order to recover.

Dustin, famous for writing the 2008 movie "Milk," shared the health update Monday on social media, telling folks it's been a month since he "sustained a serious head injury that put me out of commission."

DLB says he initially wasn't showing much improvement and "doctors ordered me to shut off my brain in hopes of it healing." He says Tom took him to the Greek islands this week to make him shut off his mind.

Dustin posted a ton of photos of him and Tom in Greece ... and he says the trip is a step in the right direction to what "has been a challenging, frightening time for a creative type who depends on what's in his skull to work, care and love."

While Dustin does not elaborate on how he suffered a brain injury ... he was reportedly punched in the head last month during an altercation with Teddy Edwardes at a London gay bar.

Despite Miles Bridges' off-court troubles, LaMelo Ball is pulling for him to make a return to the Charlotte Hornets ... telling reporters he misses his teammate on Monday.

As we previously reported, the Hornets decided not to sign Bridges to a max extension after he was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence earlier this offseason ... after allegedly hitting the mother of his children in June.

Prior to the alleged violent incident, MB was Melo's go-to guy on the court ... so when the All-Star sat down with the media on Monday, he was asked if he's going to miss that chemistry without Bridges this season.

"Definitely miss him," the 21-year-old said.

"Talking to him day and day just seeing what it is, but other than that ... I haven't really heard too much or anything."

Melo says he's pulling for Bridges to make a return to Charlotte ... but added, "Not really tryna throw the negative energy."

"Just keep it positive."

Of course, Bridges was a key piece to the Hornets team -- averaging 20.2 points, 7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game last season. He's currently a free agent.

Patrick Beverley and Russell Westbrook have had their share of battles over the years ... but the guys are far from enemies, and have even seemingly become buddies in the process.

Beverley made the remarks at Lakers media day Monday, recalling a never-before-told story when Russ looked out for Bev's sister one night.

Bev said Russ -- a member of the Rockets at the time -- got his sister courtside tickets so she could see Pat play.
