Body language expert Patti Wood is weighing in on President Biden and Donald Trump's debate, and says just a few key gestures could impact who wins the war of words.

Patti tells TMZ ... viewers need to look out for 4 first impression factors, including credibility, likability, attractiveness, and power. Patti noted she'll keep a close eye on Biden Thursday night, as she says he's a master at likability -- citing his smile and crinkle around his eyes as evidence.

But, Patti's quick to point out Trump has one very important strength ... which is projecting power.

If you're thinking Donald Trump and President Biden will get rowdy in tonight's presidential debate ... imagine what it's gonna be like in some local bars where they're throwing watch parties and slinging specialty drinks.

We talked to several bars around Washington, D.C. and Atlanta -- where the debate's being held -- and much like a big sporting event, the debate will be shown on multiple screens ... even taking priority over actual sports.

Some of the bars have specials, like a $10 old-fashioned -- likely a crack at the candidates' advanced ages. Other pubs have signature cocktails and dishes for the night-- and, one D.C. pub's taking it to the next level by setting up a drinking game for patrons.

Looks like Joe Biden and Donald Trump are so predictable, folks are eagerly lining up to bet on Thursday's debate -- taking wagers from the utterly bizarre to the strangely specific.

The new law demands a poster-sized display of the Biblical laws hung in every public classroom in large, easy-to-read font. The bill went into effect Wednesday after the period for Governor Jeff Landry to sign or veto the bill lapsed.

The posters -- which will also include a four-paragraph statement to put them in context by explaining how the Ten Commandments used to be a core tenet of American education -- must go up in the classrooms by the start of 2025.

President Biden's Secret Service keeps taking hits -- one of the agents on his detail was robbed at gunpoint during the president's fundraising trip to California.

While POTUS was rubbing elbows with celebs, Barack Obama and megadonors Saturday night in Hollywood, one of his off-duty Secret Service agents was hanging out in Tustin -- about an hour south in Orange County -- where he got a crash course in Cali crime.

Police say the agent had his bag stolen at gunpoint around 9:36 PM at a housing complex. The agent fired his gun during the incident, though it's unclear whether the robber was struck by that gunfire.
