The “Jump the Line" card allows TMZ Celebrity Tour guests to bypass the “Walk-Up Line” and join the “Reservation Line” for the IT Experience: Chapter Two (“IT Experience”) at the intersection of Hollywood Blvd. and Vine Street in Hollywood.  This offer is valid between August 15, 2019 and September 8, 2019 only.  The card does NOT entitle card holders to bypass or advance their positions in the “Reservation Line.”  Card holders must present the “Jump the Line" card to a staff member upon arrival at the location. The offer is only available to TMZ Celebrity Tour guests, and proof of purchase of a TMZ Celebrity Tour ticket is required.  This offer is non-transferable and valid for one person one time only.

Guests must limit the number of items they bring  to The IT Experience. Guests are permitted to bring only one (1) bag, package or container into the IT Experience, and it must be of the following style and size:

  • Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
  • Purses, bags, or clutches no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. This policy is not intended to interfere with guests attending with specific medical needs.
