Why Don't We band member Daniel Seavey is pretty much on the same page with his obsessed fan ... whom cops said broke into his home months ago ... because she's agreed to a 2-year extension of his TRO stopping her from coming near the singer.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the trespasser -- Eissa Amira -- gave her signoff Friday for the extension. The order's now set to expire in October 2024.

As we reported, Daniel's order requires her to remain 100 yards from him and his home ... this coming after the 23-year-old snuck into his house through an open window last July and stayed the night ... sleeping in his bed and wearing his clothes.

She repeatedly showed up at his gym before the incident, according to Daniel's legal docs ... and it seems Daniel thought it was a big enough problem to seek help from the courts.

Daniel got a TRO back in August, and the L.A. City Attorney ended up charging her with 2 counts of trespassing last month.

Kanye West Sued By Former Business Manager Ye Says Contract was 'Bulls***'

Kanye West and his company, Yeezy, are getting hauled into court by his former business manager, who claims the rapper flagrantly violated their deal ... a deal Kanye says he was never going to honor.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Thomas St. John claims he was hired as Ye's senior financial advisor and Chief Financial Officer for a guaranteed term of 18 months ... and was to be paid a monthly, $300,000 retainer fee.

St. John says after getting the first three payments, Ye got "heated and aggressive" during a meeting at Nobu ... proclaiming he didn't want to work with St. John anymore.

St. John says he brought up the 18-month term, and Kanye responded, “The 18-month term was bulls***” and “You’re insane for even thinking I would stick to it.”

St. John is seeking $4.5M in damages -- $900K for the months missed so far, and another $3.6M for the remainder of the contract. He's gunning for punitive damages as well.

As you know, Kanye's been losing business deals left and right after his anti-Semitic rants, with Adidas being one of his biggest losses. He posted on Instagram late Wednesday night, saying he lost $2B in one day as a result.

SIDEWALK ATTACK

SNL's Chris Redd was leveled by a single punch in front of about a dozen shocked onlookers outside the Comedy Cellar in NYC, and the SCARY attack was caught on video.

Newly released surveillance footage from the club, obtained by NBC News, shows the exact moment an assailant threw a crushing blow to the face of the comedian, knocking Redd clear off his feet. You can see Chris writhing in pain after the punch.

Redd was on his way inside the venue for his late-night act Wednesday, but he had to take a detour to the hospital for his badly injured nose. Redd's performance was canceled, but, thankfully, he's going to be OK as he nurses two black eyes and a gash to his nose.

TMZ broke the story ... Redd drove up to the Comedy Cellar in Greenwich Village and got out of his vehicle only to be attacked by the assailant. The suspect, who was apparently wearing brass knuckles and a security guard uniform, then ran off. Police do not have a motive for the assault, though the attacker grabbed his chain, it broke into pieces and was recovered.

We're told Chris is cooperating with investigators, but has not been able to identify his attacker and a possible accomplice. Cops have collected surveillance footage in the hopes of identifying the perpetrators.

Kanye West He's Still Lawyered Up in Divorce Custody Settlement Negotiations Continue

Kanye West has lost his shirt over his hateful antisemitic rants, but we've learned he still has his divorce lawyer, and that attorney is working with Kim Kardashian's lawyer to hammer out a settlement so the case doesn't end up in a trial.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... although New York attorney Bob Cohen withdrew as divorce counsel amid Kanye's despicable comments about Jews, he still has attorney Nick Salick repping him. Salick is a Beverly Hills lawyer who Ye hired at the same time as Cohen.

We're told Salick is trying to work out both a custody and property settlement agreement with Kim's longtime divorce lawyer, "disso queen" Laura Wasser. The goal is to avert a trial that is scheduled for December.

It's interesting ... one of the sticking points in the case was that Kanye wanted their 4 kids to attend the Donda Academy, but Kim said no way -- especially since the children were all rooted in an accredited school. If Kanye got his way, the kids would have no place to go since he just shut down Donda.

As for custody ... our sources say although Kanye has been present at several sporting events with the kids, he has not exercised any custodial rights in months. He said last month Kim has 80% custody, but it sounds like she has more.

It's unclear at this point if they'll be able to reach a settlement ahead of trial.

Tory Lanez Ordered to House Arrest ... Until Meg Thee Stallion Trial Starts

Tory Lanez is going to be spending a lot more time inside -- a judge just placed him under house arrest until his trial against Megan Thee Stallion begins ... and it all stems from an alleged incident with August Alsina.

The order came down Wednesday during a court hearing in L.A. ... where it was ruled that Tory needs to be on lockdown until November 28 -- the start of the trial -- as a result of accusations he beat the crap out of Alsina in Chicago in September.

Prosecutors argued TL deserved to be remanded into custody because -- in their eyes -- he'd violated the conditions of his bail in the Meg case. They say he continues to pose a threat to public safety and that monetary bail alone wasn't enough of a deterrent.

Tory's attorney, Shawn Holley, pushed back, noting ... no charges had been filed in the Alsina case, and there were only allegations. As we reported, Alsina took to social media to allege Tory had sucker punched him, with bloody photos to boot -- this after he'd apparently been snubbed by the singer in passing earlier in the day.

The judge ended up splitting the difference, ordering Tory be confined to his home with a GPS ankle monitor beginning Friday.

George Floyd Brother Not Pursuing Lawsuit Against Ye, For Now

George Floyd's brother isn't moving forward with legal action against Kanye West -- at least for now -- but that doesn't mean Ye's out of the woods just yet.

Lee Merritt -- who's repping Philonise Floyd -- tells TMZ ... Philonise is temporarily standing down on his original threat to bring a lawsuit against Ye, Candace Owens and others for pushing the narrative George died from fentanyl, as opposed to the actions of Derek Chauvin.

Remember, George's brother, and other family members, were incensed after those remarks were made on a "Drink Champs" episode ... and Philonise instructed Lee to research a possible lawsuit.

CHAUVIN DIDN'T KILL FLOYD
REVOLT

As for why he's standing down ... we're told Philonise is hitting pause, specifically pertaining to Kanye, because he just wanted Kanye to stop repeating that false narrative about his brother's death -- and that's exactly what's happened over the last week and change since the "Drink Champs" episode aired.

Lee points out the controversial episode in question has been yanked and the podcast host, N.O.R.E., has gone on an apology tour for letting Ye speak freely without pushback.

We're told that Philonise feels like Ye has complied with the demands made in the cease and desist letter sent on behalf of George Floyd's daughter, Gianna, last week -- although, he clarified that Philonise wasn't really part of that potential legal action in the first place, but supported it from the sidelines.

As for whether Gianna's lawyers might still move forward with a lawsuit -- one in which they said could seek more than $250 million in damages -- no word on that front at this time.

Now, when it comes to Candace ... Lee says that's a more difficult case to bring, because her role as a journalist presenting opinions in a documentary about BLM and the conviction of Derek Chauvin is very different from Ye spouting what Lee and Philonise see as lies about the Floyd case.

Either way, we're told Ye's good to go as far as Philonise is concerned -- assuming he doesn't start yapping about it again.

TikTok Star QCP Arrested For Allegedly Driving Stolen U-Haul ... Roommate Forgot to Pay!!!

UPDATE

11:19 AM PT -- 10/27 -- QCP's team has shown us a form the TikTok star received once he was let out of police custody, showing he was not charged that night ... what's more, we're told there's about 0% chance he'll be charged for the incident, and the District Attorney's office has not even been given a case.

TikTok star QCP, famous for his viral food tutorials, says he was just trying to help a friend move but ended up getting booked for a felony ... 'cause cops say he was cruising in a stolen rental van.

LAPD sources tell TMZ ... QCP was arrested for felony possession of a stolen vehicle. We're told cops pulled him over back on September 9 after officers ran the plates of the U-Haul he was driving and discovered it had been reported stolen.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Our sources say QCP told police he borrowed the van from a friend ... but cops say U-Haul had reported the vehicle as stolen because someone rented it, never returned it and then ghosted the company!

QCP was arrested, booked and released from custody on $25,000 bail. So far he has not been charged, at least not yet. It's unlikely he will be, though, since he was not the one who rented the U-Haul ... and has no history of driving stolen cars.

QCP's camp tell TMZ... one of his roommates was responsible for paying for the U-Haul and didn't pay on time, but the roommate has since squared up. His rep also says QCP was helping move stuff for a friend and had no idea the U-Haul wasn't paid for, or that it had been reported stolen.

Blac Chyna Sex Trafficking Claims Are BS ... TikToker Sticks By Story

UPDATE

5:48 PM PT -- Ava Louise is sticking by her side of the story ... she says she believes she would have been the victim of a sex crime or been set up to engage in sex acts for money if she didn't find a way off Blac Chyna's property.

UPDATE

Ava’s lawyers, Eric Mintz and Jason S. Ziven just fired back at BC, with her attorneys claiming Ava contacted the FBI sex trafficking hotline within hours of the alleged incident, resulting in Ava filing an official report with the feds.

UPDATE

In her legal team's response, obtained by TMZ, Ava claims Blac Chyna invited Ava to BC's L.A. home under the guise of discussing a music collaboration.

UPDATE

But during the alleged encounter, Ava says it became clear to her BC had no intention on discussing a professional collab, but rather Ava was being set up for involvement in some type of nonconsensual sex encounter or sex-for-money scheme.

UPDATE

Ava claims BC repeatedly asked Ava if she was transgender and if she had ever worked as an escort ... and Ava says when she told BC she was not an escort someone on FaceTime with BC laughed and said, "You are now!"

UPDATE

What's more, Ava says she felt intimidated and scared, claiming when her Uber arrived BC pulled her into the bathroom and shut the door and manipulated her into staying. Ava says two men were posted outside the bathroom door, and she was only able to leave once Blac Chyna "became overly intoxicated."

Blac Chyna is denying allegations of kidnapping and sex trafficking Ava Louise ... she says the claims are just a desperate attempt to boost the TikTok star's following.

BC had her lawyers fire off a cease and desist letter to Ava after the social media star recently uploaded a series of TikTok posts where she accused Chyna of holding her hostage and trying to pimp her out.

In the legal letter, obtained by TMZ, Chyna says everything Ava's alleging is "false, extreme and outrageous" ... and her lawyers are demanding that she immediately cease and desist ... or face the legal consequences.

Blac Chyna's legal team is also taking aim at Ava's credibility ... they say it's part of a pattern of "menacing and outrageous conduct" to increase Ava's social media platform, saying Ava previously admitted to making up false rumors about Kanye West hooking up with YouTube beauty guru Jeffree Star.

It's worth noting ... Kris Jenner threatened Ava with a lawsuit last year after Ava claimed she received a cease and desist letter from Kris' company threatening legal action if she didn't stop making allegations about Kim and Kanye.

Kris' camp says they never sent Ava such a letter and her story was all made up.

This cease and desist letter, however, is legit.

Cardi B Wins Lawsuit Over Mixtape Cover ... 'I Was Pretty Nervous!!!'

Cardi B just got some good news to kick off her weekend ... she says she's won a 5-year-long legal battle over the cover art for one of her mixtapes.

A federal jury in Santa Ana, CA found in favor of Cardi B Friday on all counts, and she walked out of court smiling about the victory, although she admits she was not super confident.

She gave props to her attorneys, but also those for the plaintiff ... saying both legal teams were amazing.

As we reported ... Cardi was sued back in 2017 over the cover art for her "Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1" mixtape ... which shows a guy with a ton of back tattoos performing oral sex on her. Kevin Brophy claimed the art used his image and his back tattoos without permission.

After a 4-day trial, the jury ruled Cardi's album cover did not cast Brophy in a false light or constitute a misappropriation of his likeness.

He had been seeking $5 million from Cardi, but with the verdict he's come up empty-handed.

Cardi sounds like she feels a weight lifted from her shoulders, tweeting about her emotional victory -- she says she is beyond grateful and wants to kiss God's feet.

CB says she was planning to cuss out Brophy if she won, but now that she has ... she says she doesn't have the heart to do it, and instead she's wishing him the best.

Case closed.

Kanye West Hires Johnny Depp's Attorney from Heard Trial As Fallout Continues

Kanye West has taken a lot of L's lately ... so he's hoping one person, who recently scored Johnny Depp a big W, can come to his rescue.

Sources close to Ye tell us he's recently hired Camille Vasquez and the Brown Rudnick firm. Vasquez should be a very familiar name ... she's the same attorney who gained global attention for her legal skills in the Amber Heard Trial.

We're told Camille will be among a group of attorneys representing Kanye's business interests -- contracts, deals, the works.

As we reported, Kanye's already lost one major partner in Balenciaga in the fallout from his continued antisemitic attacks, claims surrounding the death of George Floyd and when he wore a 'White Lives Matter' shirt to his Yeezy fashion show.

TMZ broke the story, Ye recently hired Melinda Gates' former divorce attorney, Bob Cohen, to represent him in his ongoing divorce with Kim Kardashian. We're told Camille and team will not be involved in the divorce.

If Kim and Kanye can't come to an agreement by December, the divorce will go to trial ... and given Kanye's actions of late, Kim will likely get much of what she asks for from the judge.

A rep for Camille declined to comment.

Johnny Depp, Jeff Beck SUE MAN WHO SAYS THEY STOLE LYRICS ... It's Textbook Shakedown!!!

UPDATE

7:03 AM PT -- Jackson's attorney, Rachel E. Jackson, tells us, "The only people who have claimed authorship are the two people who did not write it and could not have written it--Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck. Indeed, the lawsuit seems to admit as much claiming that the work has no copyright because it is part of a folk tradition. Yet Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck claim authorship; first on the digital release of 18, and, later, on the vinyl release of 18."

UPDATE

Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck are firing back at the author who claimed they jacked lyrics to one of their songs from an old poem ... calling the whole thing a cash grab.

Johnny and Jeff just filed a lawsuit against folklorist Bruce Jackson, who accused the duo of stealing the lyrics to their song "Sad Motherf*****g Parade" from an old toast performed by an inmate and shared in one of Jackson's books.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Johnny and Jeff say the toast, known as "Hobo Ben," doesn't have clear origins, and they claim Jackson even admitted the person who shared the poem with him admitted it was passed down over time like an old folktale.

In other words, they say it belongs to no one.

The "Hobo Ben" toast goes ... "Ladies of culture and beauty so refined, is there one among you that would grant me wine? I'm raggedy I know, but I have no stink, and God bless the lady that'll buy me a drink. Heavy-hipted Hattie turned to Nadine with a laugh, and said, 'What that funky motherf***** really need, child, is a bath.'"

The song lyrics on Johnny and Jeff's new album feature similar lines to the "Hobo Ben" poem ... "I'm raggedy, I know, but I have no stink. God bless a lady that'll buy me a drink" ... and "What that funky motherf***** really need, child, is a bath."

In their suit, Johnny and Jeff claim Jackson fired off legal letters asserting he was the rightful owner of the "the only known authorized transcription and recording of 'Hobo Ben"' ... but the pair claims Jackson tellingly never said he owned the rights to the toast itself because he knew he couldn't own a copyright to an old folktale.

Jackson's also blasted Johnny and Jeff in the media, telling Rolling Stone ... "I've been publishing stuff for 50 years, and this is the first time anybody has just ripped something off and put his own name on it."

Johnny and Jeff are ripping Jackson for what they say is "an old-fashioned shakedown" and they want damages and for a judge to declare they didn't commit copyright infringement by using parts of the "Hobo Ben" toast in their song.

DAY CARE MADNESS Parents Demanded Felony Charges Over Horror Mask Scares

TERRIFYING THE CHILDREN

The parents whose children got the crap scared out of them by Mississippi day care workers pushed hard for those adults to get hit with serious crimes, and it ultimately worked ... according to law enforcement.

Monroe County Sheriff Kevin Crook, who is spearheading the criminal investigation, tells TMZ ... 3 sets of parents ran to the County Courthouse to demand felony child abuse charges. They made it clear they thought the behavior was too egregious for misdemeanor charges.

As we reported ... 4 women are each facing 3 counts of felony child abuse over the video showing at least one worker terrifying kids from behind a scary mask.

Crook says child abuse was the only felony charge under state law that seemed to fit the allegations.

A fifth day care worker is facing 2 misdemeanor charges -- failure to report abuse and simple assault -- and the day care owner has reportedly fired all of the employees involved.

Crook says folks in the community alerted cops to the videos by forwarding links, and after viewing the footage ... he assigned an investigator to begin a criminal probe.

It's unclear at this point if any of these same parents intend to file civil lawsuits for infliction of emotional distress ... but it wouldn't be surprising, because it's clear they're pissed.

Mental Health Crisis in America Man Stabs Mother, Dog with Samurai Sword

TAKEN DOWN BY TASER

If there weren't enough proof the world has gone crazy and mental health is a critical issue for our survival ... check out this horrific story of a 23-year-old who allegedly stabbed his mother and dog with a samurai sword before he was Tased by police.

It happened Tuesday night in L.A. ... Eric Herrera is seen on video dazed, holding the sword as police implore him to drop it. In short order, a cop Tasers Herrera, and you see him fall to the ground.

Neighbors say the scene looked like it was right out of a horror movie, as they watched it all unfold. One neighbor says it appeared Herrera was in the midst of a mental health crisis.

The woman was pleading for help, screaming, "I'm your mother!"

There are conflicting reports about the fate of the family dog. The most recent report is that the dog seems to have survived the attack, but that's unconfirmed.

The mother's condition has not been released, but KTLA says a relative told the outlet the woman is in stable condition.

As for Herrera, he's in custody and his bail has been set at $1 million.

Daycare Madness Horror Mask Pranksters Charged with Multiple Felonies

Halloween is now super scary for the 4 daycare workers who scared the crap out of children at a Mississippi childcare facility ... because they're now facing felony charges and possible prison time.

The 4 women are facing 3 counts each of felony child abuse. As you see in the video, which has exploded online, one of the women in a horror mask terrifies the little kids -- who look like they're 3 or 4 years old. The kids understandably lose it ... screaming and crying.

Masked Daycare Workers ...

Another daycare worker is facing 2 misdemeanor charges -- failure to report abuse and simple assault.

All of the employees were fired by the daycare owner.

What's interesting ... whether the parents of the kids will sue for infliction of emotional distress.  Seems like kind of a layup.

TLC's 'Welcome To Plathville' Kim Plath Arrested For DUI ... Following Crash In June

Kim Plath, star of TLC's "Welcome to Plathville," has been arrested for DUI ... following a gnarly crash a few months back that cops say sent her straight to the hospital.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops arrived at the scene of an accident in Florida In June, finding Kim's vehicle flipped upside down, in a ditch filled with water.

Police say Kim was notably intoxicated after the incident, with the smell of booze coming from her mouth -- the report says she was then taken to a nearby hospital so her injuries could get looked at.

After an initial inspection by cops, Kim was simply charged with careless driving, but investigators got a blood sample, and waited months for the results.

Her lab results came back in September according to the report, revealing she was in fact under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

Kim's warrant for her DUI charge was submitted in September and was served Thursday ... as a result, she turned herself in and was released on the same day.

'Southern Charm' Naomie Olindo Sued By Former Business Partner ... You Forced Me Out!!!

"Southern Charm" star Naomi Olindo is a two-faced business owner who screwed over the woman who helped her start a profitable online clothing store ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Naomi is being sued by Ginny Cox, who claims she helped Naomi start up a successful clothing brand, L'ABEYE, only for Naomi to go behind her back and force her out of the biz and misappropriate company funds.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Cox claims Naomi came to her in 2018 seeking help in starting an online clothing store because of Cox's experience in retail fashion. Cox says Naomi offered her a 50% ownership stake and promised to handle the business and marketing side.

Cox says she poured in her heart and soul to start the brand with Naomi, logging tons of hours making the e-commerce venture into a profitable business ... but she says while Naomi told her she was a co-owner and was presented as a co-founder on the company's social media, she claims Naomi actually controlled the money and withdrew more than her fair portion of the profits while paying Cox less than her 50% share.

What's more, Cox says she only drew a modest salary from the biz while Naomi used company funds to line her own pockets and pay personal expenses.

Cox claims Naomi recently fired her from the company and took the position that Cox was never a 50-50 owner of the business ... so Cox is dragging her to court over the falling out and wants to collect what she claims she's owed.

Cox is going after Naomi for damages and she wants to be recognized as an equal co-owner in L'ABEYE.

Naomie's lawyers, Benjamin Joyce and Ellis Lesemann, tell TMZ ... "Our client does not comment publicly on pending litigation. However, obviously these allegations made by a disgruntled former employee are false and misleading. We will soon be filing a formal response to these allegations that will help set the record straight."

Page Six was the first to report on the lawsuit.
