Boosie Badazz was popped for speeding in Fulton County on Friday … but instead of flying off the rails like last time, he performed an impromptu concert on the spot!!!
Deputy Chief for Fairburn PD, tells TMZ Hip Hop ... Boosie was pulled over for going 73 in a 55 zone ... but before the stop, an unknown object was tossed from the vehicle.
Once stopped, police say they smelled weed, prompting a search of the car.
In an apparent act of defiance, Boosie decided to rap his classic song “Set It Off” … y’know the one that starts off with him being annoyed? 😬
During the search, cops say they found a small amount of weed, but didn't cite him for it. The same couldn’t be said for Boosie’s driving habits ... cops say they issued the Louisiana-born rapper speeding and littering citations before letting him go on his way.
Check out the video -- at one point, Boosie strikes up a convo with an officer -- offers him a new job ... and dangles $30k in “pocket change” in the cop’s face!!!
Boosie tells the cop the gig comes with, um, unconventional benefits. The cop didn’t seem to bite so maybe the pocket change will just go towards paying the speeding ticket.
Boosie chalked up his latest police encounter to being Black and successful in America … and rapped a similar tune when he was pulled over and cuffed in July.

Charlie Sheen has decided to settle his lawsuit with an ex-girlfriend who claimed he exposed her to HIV ... putting to bed the case that's been simmering for years.
Legal docs, obtained by TMZ, show the stipulation was filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court ... the actor agreed to settle with the woman for $120K -- which will be paid to her in $10K monthly installments over the next year.
As we reported back in 2017, the woman, who filed as Jane Doe, claimed she met the "confidential male defendant" and they quickly began having sex -- eventually unprotected sex -- according to the lawsuit.
She never mentioned him by name in the initial docs, but she did note the person she was suing announced his HIV status on national TV on November 17, 2015. That's the day Sheen went on "Today" and told his story, so she wasn't doing much to conceal his identity.
She claimed he dismissively told her to take pills to prevent transmission, but told her to not believe "the convenient rumors of the medical community," saying, "You don't need to be on all that f****** s***."
We've reached out to a rep for Sheen for comment ... so far, no word back.

Yoga To The People Downward Dogged By Feds ... Facing 30 Years in Prison if Convicted
The owners of Yoga to the People -- a profitable nationwide yoga business -- could be teaching their exercise classes behind bars for decades ... 'cause the feds arrested them on tax evasion charges.
Gregory Gumucio, Michael Anderson and Haven Soliman were rounded up Wednesday by federal agents and charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud the IRS and five counts of tax evasion. The trio faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
According to a criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, the execs raked in $20 million from 2013 to 2020 and lived high off the hog.
Prosecutors claim Gumucio doled out nearly $270,00 to United Airlines and $76,000 on hotels. Gumucio also held Denver Broncos season tickets worth over $40,000, the complaint says. All three execs allegedly paid for personal expenses using business accounts.
Problem was, according to prosecutors, all three failed to file individual or business tax returns ... and they didn't pay any income taxes between 2013 and 2020.
Yoga to the People allegedly avoided paying taxes by taking customer cash payments that were stuffed inside tissue boxes and passed around during classes. Teachers were allegedly paid in cash and off the books.
Between 2015 and 2020, Gumucio didn't report $1.6 million in income, and Anderson and Soliman had $2.1 million and $961,000 in unreported income, respectively. They owed $431,000, $603,000, and $196,000 in taxes, respectively, prosecutors said.
Gumucio opened Yoga to the People in Manhattan in 2006, touting it as a donation-based studio, which became all the rage and branched out to California, Colorado, Arizona, Florida, and Washington state.

Paul Pelosi's vehicle, which he was driving during his May DUI crash, is set to go to the highest bidder at an upcoming auction.
According to the listing on Copart.com, there's no date set for the auction yet ... but the 2021 Porsche 911 Carrera S has a retail value of $168,576 -- of course, that's before factoring in the wreck.
There was some damage done to the undercarriage and side of the car, especially that back bumper. The odometer shows the vehicle wasn't used much since first purchased -- it only has 2,738 miles.
Pelosi's ride is currently sitting at a lot in Martinez, CA -- about 30 miles away from Napa, where the accident went down.
As we reported, Nancy Pelosi's husband pled guilty to DUI this week, getting a sentence of 3 years probation and 5 days jail time, 4 of which were already served. He won't serve the one remaining day ... he'll enter a 8-hour court-ordered work program.
Recently-obtained photos from the May crash show the damage done to his car at the scene ... seemingly in worse condition than the Jeep that hit him.
We also got dashcam video from that night, showing Pelosi trying his hardest to avoid a breathalyzer test -- opting for a field sobriety test, which did not go well.

Taylor Swift Sued Let's Read Into This ... Your 'Lover' Book's a Total Rip-Off!!!
-
Exclusive
Taylor Swift flipped through an old poetry book and decided to hijack the vibe and design for her own offering nearly a decade later -- at least according to a new lawsuit.
A woman named Teresa La Dart has filed suit against TS, claiming she and her company lifted crucial elements of her own published work -- a 2010 book called "Lover" that includes poems, anecdotes and photos -- for TayTay's 2019 book of the same name.
Of course, Taylor has her "Lover" album ... but this lady is going after her for the accompanying book she released as a companion piece to the hit record.
Per the docs, obtained by TMZ, La Dart insists the similarities between what she put out almost 10 years ago and what Taylor released are too close to ignore. She says her book was widely available and insinuates Taylor and co. saw it and then essentially created carbon copy -- trying to pass it off as original.
As for what exactly she thinks is so alike between her book and Taylor's ... there's a few things actually. Aside from sharing a title, La Dart claims the general concept of what Taylor did -- a "recollection of past years memorialized in a combination of written and pictorial components," according to La Dart -- is exactly what her book is, to a T.
La Dart also claims the style of the photos featured on the cover/foreword are very similar ... pointing specifically to the pastel pinks and blues in the color schemes of both books.
It might seem like a stretch for some, but La Dart clearly thinks the Swift book infringed on her copyright ... and is now suing Taylor over it. She's asking for more than a million dollars in damages, since she says TS's book sold at least 2.9 million copies in the U.S. alone.

Sylvester Stallone Wife Files for Divorce ... Claims Sly is Taking Marital Assets
-
Exclusive Details
- 4.1K shares
8:37 AM PT -- Sly's rep, Michelle Bega, tells TMZ Sylvester says the following ... "I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues."
Sylvester Stallone and his wife are calling it quits, she's filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage ... and is accusing the actor of moving assets from marital funds.
Jennifer Flavin filed docs Friday in Florida ... unclear exactly why she decided to pull the plug on their marriage, but some fans started to sense trouble thanks to a recent tattoo coverup -- the "Rocky" star removed an image of Jennifer's face from his arm.
Flavin wants exclusive domain over their house in Palm Beach while divorce proceedings wind their way through the courts.
She also made clear ... she believes Sly is hiding marital assets. In the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, she says, "Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate. Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."
Jennifer wants to restore her last name -- Flavin. She also wants a judge to put the brakes on Sly moving assets from the marital pot. Closer Weekly first reported the split.
Stallone used to have a portrait of Flavin on his bicep, but recently got it covered by an image of his late dog, and "Rocky" costar Butkus.
When asked about the reasoning behind covering the ink of Jennifer, Stallone's rep told Daily Mail, "Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer; however, the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable."
What's more ... Jennifer took to Instagram to post a photo with the three daughters she and Sylvester share, with the caption, "These girls are my priority <3 nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever."
Jennifer and Sylvester got married in 1997.
We reached out to Sly's rep ... so far, no word back.

Offset Takes Quality Control to Court ... You Don't Control My Solo Career!!!
6:49 AM PT -- 8/25 -- A rep for Quality Control tells TMZ ... "Not only are the accusations in this lawsuit false, they are totally detached from reality. Offset remains a part of QC. Back to business."
While Migos continues dodging break-up rumors, Offset's going to war with the group's record label ... filing a lawsuit over his solo career.
Offset filed docs, which TMZ Hip Hop obtained, and in them he accuses Quality Control Records of ignoring a deal they made back in January 2021.
According to the suit, filed Tuesday, Offset says he negotiated his solo deal, and "paid handsomely" for his artist rights ... but now that he's dropped a new solo project, he says QC isn't honoring the deal.
He just released the Baby Keem-produced solo single, "54321" … which he says QC incorrectly tried to claim as its own, an action he calls "hostile."
Offset also plans on releasing another song entitled "Code" with Moneybagg Yo this Friday, presumably just on Motown Records, the label he signed with for his solo career.
Migos sparked break-up rumors earlier this year when Quavo and Takeoff began releasing music under the moniker "Unc & Phew." Quavo was willing to talk about everything -- except the alleged split.
Offset's Migos deal with QC remains in place -- but when it comes to his solo work, he wants the court to declare QC does NOT own anything he's made since January 15, 2021, or in the future.

Olivia Wilde Jason Serving Me was 'Vicious' ... No Surprise I Left Him!!!
Olivia Wilde is taking the gloves off when talking about her ex, Jason Sudeikis -- now saying the move to serve her court papers while she was onstage was a dangerously hostile act.
The actress dished about the awkward moment from back in April at CinemaCon -- where she was showcasing the trailer for her new flick, "Don't Worry Darling" -- as a random person walked right up to her in the middle of her presentation and laid a manila envelope at her feet.
As it turned out, they were custody docs from Jason ... who was trying to settle a legal matter about their shared children and where they should live. In the end, that didn't go his way.
Olivia had already telegraphed she was utterly outraged by what she considered a deliberate sabotaging at the hands of Jason -- even though he's denied knowing that's how she'd get the docs -- and now, she's going even further in Variety ... calling the event "vicious."
Olivia says this happened at her "workplace," which she finds astoundingly inappropriate. She also sees it as scary, considering the amount of hurdles that the process server must've gone through to get in that day ... which, in her mind, means it was planned well in advance.
She also had this to say ... "I hated that this nastiness distracted from the work of so many different people and the studio that I was up there representing. To try to sabotage that was really vicious. But I had a job to do; I’m not easily distracted."
Olivia takes another personal jab, adding ... "But, you know, sadly, it was not something that was entirely surprising to me. I mean, there’s a reason I left that relationship." Oof!
As you know ... Jason and Olivia were together from 2011 until 2020, when they surprisingly split and shocked Hollywood. Not long after, she started publicly dating Harry Styles -- who also stars in her new movie -- and they're still going strong.
It's interesting ... both Olivia and her current bf graced different magazine covers this week, but it seems HS was a bit more chatty about their relationship ... opening up about how some have gone on the attack against her due to her affiliation to him, which he regrets.
Olivia, though, was a little more cagey in Variety, saying only this about Harry ... "I’m not going to say anything about it because I’ve never seen a relationship benefit from being dragged into the public arena. We both go out of our way to protect our relationship; I think it’s out of experience, but also just out of deep love."

Paul Pelosi DUI Photos Show Crash ... Field Sobriety Tests on Video
-
Exclusive
- 2.9K shares
2:42 PM PT -- Paul Pelosi was dead set on performing field sobriety tests as long as it meant he didn't have to do the big one ... a breathalyzer.
TMZ has obtained dashcam video that shows what PP was put through after his car crash, and it looks like he was really wanting to show CHP officers that he was fine and not impaired ... insisting he could do balancing acts and whatever else they needed him to do.
Watch ... when one officer suggests just skipping all that and getting straight to blowing into a machine -- which is really all you need -- Paul says he'd rather do the other FSTs first. The officer asks him repeatedly if he's sure about that ... seeing how Paul appears a bit unsteady.
In the end, the officer says he suspects he's been drinking ... noting the dude can barely stand on his own without having to hold on to something. It seems that, among other clues, were enough for them to throw on the cuffs and drag him to jail.
Paul Pelosi's crash site from his DUI arrest looks worse than reports initially indicated ... as evidenced by the photos you can now see from the scene.
TMZ has obtained a ton of pictures that were taken on the night of May 28 in Napa, where House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband was busted for drinking and driving. We knew he was in some sort of accident with a Jeep ... but we didn't know the extent of the damage.
Check it out ... you can see both the Jeep and Paul's Porsche on the side of the road. It appears as though one or both vehicles tore through some wooden fencing ... which may have been connected to a business or vineyard of some sort.
It also looks like Paul's ride was more roughed up than the Jeep -- the rear of his car is smashed in. Of course, you also see Paul himself here ... milling around the wreckage.
The cops have said all along that Paul's car was the one that was hit by the Jeep. Nevertheless, CHP suspected he was under the influence that night -- in the end, they took him in.
He just pled guilty to DUI this week ... receiving a sentence of 3 years probation and 5 days jail time, with credit for time served. He got credit for 4 days, 2 of which were for good behavior ... the final day will be served through 8 hours in a court-ordered work program.
The other parts of his probation entail attending 3 months of a DUI education course and having an interlock device installed in his vehicle for a year. He was also ordered to pay fines and restitution for the property damage.

RAYSHARD BROOKS Charges Dropped For Cops In Fatal Shooting
The two Atlanta police officers involved in the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks will not be criminally charged ... this according to the special prosecutor in the case.
At a news conference Tuesday, special prosecutor Pete Skandalakis announced he is no longer pursuing criminal charges against officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan.
Remember ... Brooks was fatally shot in June 2020 after the officers tried to arrest him in a Wendy's parking lot, setting off protests resulting in the fast food joint being burned to the ground.
Cops say Brooks fell asleep in the Wendy's drive-thru line and when police responded he struggled with the officers, grabbing one cop's Taser and attempting to run away. Brooks was shot to death after officers claimed he pointed the Taser at Rolfe's head, firing once and missing.
Both cops were subsequently hit with criminal charges, including aggravated assault. Rolfe was also charged with felony murder.
Now, prosecutors say their review of the case finds Rolfe and Brosnan acted in accordance with Georgia law, concluding the use of deadly force was reasonable.
Skandalakis also says he doesn't think the shooting had anything to do with race ... framing the shooting as being much different than the deaths of Ahmaud Arbery and George Floyd.

George Lopez Sues Pandora ... Pay Me, Right Now Right Now!!!
George Lopez is all for getting his comedy out into the world by any means possible -- but he claims streaming giant Pandora never even bothered to license his comedy specials before streaming them ... which is why he's dragging them to court.
The legendary comic just filed suit against the radio streaming giant, claiming they've exploited his copyrighted material -- namely, his standup from 2 different specials -- without first getting a proper license to distribute it.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, George alleges Pandora has been streaming upwards of 37 works of his contained in 2001's "Right Now Right Now" and 2003's "Team Leader," which are 2 of his stand-up specials that became albums.
There are 18 chapters on the former, and 19 on the latter ... so essentially, George is saying Pandora's ripped off the entirety of each special and streamed it without his permission ... and, perhaps more importantly, without paying him.
You can tell he's pretty fired up about this too, because he's got a fiery introduction to this suit.
His attorneys write, "Pandora not only did not obtain any license for the Works but admitted that it did not do so in SEC filings, and admitted that it would very likely face copyright infringement liability as a result. But Pandora did what most goliaths do: it decided it would infringe now to ensure it had this very valuable intellectual property on its platform to remain competitive, and deal with the consequences later. Later is now."
George wants an accounting of all profits made from streaming his stuff and is looking to collect big damages. In the alternative, he's looking for statutory damages totaling $5.5 million for the alleged infringements.
We reached out to Pandora for comment ... so far, no word back.

Arkansas Police Brutality Homeless Man Beaten By Cops Wants Justice Searching for Attorney

The homeless man beaten down by cops in Arkansas is now on the hunt for justice of his own, speaking with multiple attorneys to possibly represent him moving forward.
Sources connected to 27-year-old Randall Worcester tell us family members bailed him out of jail Monday in Van Buren, AR.
We're told he met up with his family hours after his release to talk strategy ... particularly where they'll go, legally, from here.
Our sources say Worcester has spoken with several attorneys already, and his family has been in contact with Bobby DiCello, an attorney out of Cleveland whose website claims he's "earned multimillion dollar verdicts for victims of civil rights abuses, catastrophic injuries, and defective products."
Bobby tells us he's making travel plans to be with Worcester and his family soon, and that everyone involved is shocked and appalled by the now-viral video ... and they're eagerly awaiting the opportunity to get Randall some justice.
As for what that justice might entail, nothing is off the table ... but first, Bobby tells us he's hoping for open dialog between cops and Worcester's family to talk about what happened and how to solve it.
The video, recorded Sunday at a gas station, is stunning ... you see 3 officers punching, kicking and slamming Worcester's head on the pavement. Cops reportedly were called to the scene because Worcester threatened a gas station clerk.
Arkansas Cops Suspended After Video of Brutal Beating of Homeless Man
As a result of the investigation, 2 Crawford County Sheriff's deputies have been suspended and an officer from the Mulberry Police Dept. has been put on administrative leave.
DiCello, who also represents the family of Jayland Walker -- the man shot by cops 46 times -- says the suspensions are a good start.
Clearly, there's a long way to go.
