Todd Chrisley House Arrest Ain't Too Shabby ... Daughter Brought Sweets!!!
Todd Chrisley is doing home confinement in style, hanging out in his huge mansion with a sweet delivery while he awaits sentencing in his bank fraud and tax evasion case.
The reality TV star emerged from his not-so-humble abode Friday for the first time since he was put on house arrest following his guilty verdict.
What got Todd out of the main house, down the front steps and onto the driveway ... a bakery delivery from his daughter, Savannah. The treats look homemade, and are probably better than anything he might eventually get in federal prison.
As you know, Todd and wife Julie were found guilty Tuesday of a laundry list of charges, most notably bank fraud and tax evasion ... and now they're facing up to 30 years in federal prison, though the family lawyer says they plan to appeal the verdict.
In the meantime, Todd's stuck at home in his Nashville estate, which doesn't seem too bad ... especially considering what might lie ahead.

Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander has made continuous attempts to connect with the singer in person, and showed up armed with a knife to her wedding ... according to cops.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Office has filed an emergency protective order against Jason Alexander after the man showed up uninvited to Britney's home Thursday. The doc reads, in part, "(He) has continually trespassed on her property. Alexander advised multiple times no welcomed."
Cops say Alexander was armed with a knife when he crashed the wedding and made his way inside Britney's L.A. home.
The order states Jason must stay at least 100 yards away from both Sam and Britney as well as her home.
Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, tells TMZ, "I want to thank Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh, Detective Ken Michaelson, and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for their prompt and good work and look forward to working with law enforcement to ensure Alexander is aggressively prosecuted and hopefully convicted. This was an outrageous security breach, which I am livid about, but fortunately, Britney is safe and she was a beautiful and happy bride."
As we reported, Alexander went live on social media as he entered her property before making his way to her upstairs. Fortunately, Alexander was not able to make direct contact with Britney during the incident. He was arrested for trespassing, vandalism and battery.

EZRA MILLER Alleged Victim Says She's Not being Controlled ... My Parents Are Full of It!!!
Ezra Miller is NOT controlling 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes, at least according to Tokata ... who says she's sick of folks painting her as a victim, and not believing her side.
Tokata let out her frustrations in a video where she slams her parents and the media ... saying she's downright disappointed they're not taking her word that she's making her own decisions.
She says she doesn't have a phone by choice, and calls it "distressing that the narrative of the 'victim' in question is not being granted in trust".
Tokata adds "it's nobody's business, and no one is owed a story".
The tone of the video is interesting ... Tokata speaks at a very slow, deliberate pace, and some folks in the comments didn't seem to buy what she was saying.
TMZ broke the story ... her parents filed legal docs seeking a protective order for Tokata, claiming "Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs" to control Tokata.
They're hoping a judge will see it their way, and force Ezra to stay away from their daughter.
Of course, we know Ezra has been arrested multiple times, including an incident with bar patrons in Hawaii. Tokata and Ezra have been spotted dancing at a club in Hawaii.
Well, despite any concerns, Tokata clearly wants to tell people she's in control of her Instagram account and her life.

Halsey NANNY SUING ME WASNT SAFE FOR MY KID!!!

Halsey is firing back at their former nanny who is suing the singer over being fired ... the singer says the nanny was simply fired for a potential danger to Halsey’s kid.
Here's the deal ... Halsey's former nanny, Ashley Funches, is reportedly suing the singer for disability discrimination and retaliation, claiming she was fired for taking time off work for an emergency medical procedure.
But Halsey doesn't see things the same way.
A rep for Halsey tells TMZ ... "These allegations are baseless. This individual’s employment was recently terminated in response to specific incidents in which Halsey’s infant was left unsupervised in an unsafe location while under the nanny’s care, and it was discovered the nanny was intoxicated while the child was in her care."
They continue, "Furthermore, at no time during this individual’s term of employment with Halsey were any complaints even raised. Consequently, while Halsey is both saddened and disappointed by this turn of events, they feel it is important to refute these allegations publicly, as they take ableism and ethical working conditions very seriously."
The case is still ongoing.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh Armed Man's 911 Call ... 'I'm Having Thoughts' of Hurting Someone
-
Exclusive

The armed man who showed up at Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's house said he's having serious psychiatric issues, including thoughts of hurting people -- disturbing information he volunteered to police.
TMZ just obtained this 911 call from the Montgomery County Sheriff in Maryland. Nicholas Roske made the initial call, but hung up, and when the operator called him back, he said ... "I'm having thoughts. I've been having them for a long time. I'm from California. I came over here to act on them."
He then said he'd just flown there, took a taxi to Kavanaugh's home and admitted he had a gun with him ... which was unloaded and locked in a case inside his black suitcase.
Roske sounded extremely concerned about his own mental health, telling the operator he wasn't on drugs or alcohol, but said he needs "psychiatric help."
After copping to also having pepper spray and a knife in his luggage, he offers to step further away from the suitcase before police arrive. Roske said, "I want to be fully compliant. So, whatever they want me to do, I'll do."
After they arrested Roske, cops say he told them he was upset about the leaked Supreme Court opinion to overturn Roe v. Wade, as well as the mass shooting in Uvalde, TX. As it turns out, abortion rights protesters were also marching Wednesday outside Kavanaugh's house.
As we reported, the 26-year-old was booked for attempted murder. He told the operator he'd been hospitalized multiple times and has had suicidal thoughts, and that he'd located Justice Kavanaugh's home through an Internet search and cross-referencing a photo of the house.
Roske says he lives in Southern California's Simi Valley with his parents ... who were vacationing in Hawaii.

R. Kelly Feds Tell Judge ... Lock Him Up for 25+ Years!!!
-
Breaking News
- 12.9K shares
R. Kelly needs to be locked up for more than a quarter century ... according to federal prosecutors, and that's just for the one case for which he's been convicted.
Federal prosecutors out of the Eastern District of NY -- who won a conviction against Kelly last September -- just filed their recommendation for his sentencing, and they believe there's more than enough reason to send him away for "in excess of 25 years."
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the feds say Kelly's particularly menacing because of his history of enticing minors. Prosecutors hold up the case of his relationship with Aaliyah as a prime example, saying he "began to sexually abuse her when she was just 12 or 13 years old." As they laid out in the trial, Kelly went on to marry her in an attempt to cover up that abuse and dodge criminal charges.
Other reasons prosecutors want the judge to throw the book at Kelly include his recordings of child pornography ... and the "physical and psychological" abuse of women. Of course, much of that was detailed in the "Surviving R. Kelly" documentary -- things like Kelly making women call him "Daddy," violent spankings if they disobeyed his rules, and prolonged isolation as punishment.
They also say Kelly knew he had genital herpes in 2004, but continued to have sex with women without telling them.
The feds are particularly concerned because they say Kelly continued doing all of these heinous acts even after he'd been arrested and gone on trial in 2008.
And there's this ... as we all know, R. Kelly has an impressive catalog of hits, and prosecutors say that led him to believe "his musical talent absolved him of any need to conform his conduct -- no matter how predatory, harmful, humiliating or abusive to others -- to the strictures of the law."
Add it all up, and the feds say that's why they're recommending the judge put Kelly behind bars at least until he's well into his 70s. He's currently 55, and sentencing is scheduled for June 29.
Keep in mind, Kelly is still facing another federal case out of Illinois, plus a state trial in Minnesota.

It ain't over for Johnny Depp and his attorney Camille Vasquez -- the two will reunite again -- and maybe even for a jam session.
Vasquez was leaving "Good Morning America" Wednesday in New York City when she asked, now that the trial was over if she'll see Johnny again. Without hesitation, she answers, "Of course!"
Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.
The camera then follows up, asking if she's a fan of his music, unclear if Camille didn't hear the question, but when asked again, she replies "Yes, yes, of course." Before getting into an SUV.
As you know, Camille and Johnny struck up a friendship over the many months together working on the case. Fans speculated, and social media theories ran wild that the two of them may have become more than friends ... but our sources say that just isn't the case.
Of course, Johnny's been hitting the stage nonstop in the U.K. as of late with his friend Jeff Beck ... and funny enough, Camille's started to gain her own type of mini-rock star status here in the U.S. -- posing for photos and signing autographs.

Ezra Miller Parents Say Actor's Taken Control of Their Daughter ... Ask Court for Protective Order
-
Exclusive
Ezra Miller is not only a bad influence, they're a danger to the well-being of an 18-year-old woman ... at least according to her parents, who are asking a court to step in and keep the actor away from her.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tokata Iron Eyes met a then-23-year-old Miller in 2016 -- when she was just 12 -- and the actor was visiting the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. From there, Tokata's parents say she and Ezra developed a friendship they believe puts Tokata at risk.
Tokata's parents say Miller flew her to London in 2017 to visit the studio where "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" was filmed, as she was a big fan and Miller was a star in the movie. At the time of the trip, they say Tokata was 14 and Ezra was 25.
As the friendship continued, Tokata's parents claim Ezra supplied their underage daughter with alcohol, marijuana and LSD.
Not only that, they claim Ezra -- best known as The Flash in the DC superhero films -- disrupted Tokata's schooling at a private institute in Massachusetts so much, she dropped out in December 2021.
The parents say they flew to Miller's Vermont home in January to get their daughter ... and discovered she didn't have her driver's license, car keys, bank card and other items needed to navigate life independently.
They say they also found bruises on Tokata's body which they allege Ezra caused.
Shortly after she got home, Tokata's parents say she fled to NYC to reunite with Ezra -- and from there, the pair's been traveling together to Vermont, Hawaii and Los Angeles. The two were spotted at a club in Hawaii in video obtained by TMZ.
As we've reported ... Miller got arrested several times during their stay in Hawaii, including an incident where they allegedly attacked bar patrons.
In the docs, Tokata's parents state, "Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata." They claim Ezra's also told Tokata to solely go by Gibson ... a nickname she formerly used with family and friends.
Then there's this ... they say Ezra's decided Tokata is non-binary transgender, when she had previously declared herself "non-binary, queer, gay."
It seems Tokata is aware of her parents' concerns -- she recently took to social media to say she's mentally stable, and her "comrade" Ezra has been a help in her life. She also says she's recently gotten a therapist and is looking forward to the future.
Tokata's parents are asking the court to step in and issue an order of protection against Ezra on behalf of their daughter, and a hearing is set for next month.
We reached out to Ezra's team ... so far, no word back.

Johnny Depp Attorneys Amber's Words Did Her in, Not Social Media ... Verdict Doesn't Hurt #MeToo
Johnny Depp clearly understands the power of TikTok, but his attorneys reject the notion it had any impact on the verdict ... instead, they say it's Amber Heard's testimony that hurt her with the jury.
Camille Vasquez -- fresh off her promotion to partner in her law firm -- and Ben Chew told ABC's George Stephanopoulos their strategy was to use Amber's own words against her ... carefully crafting their questions based on her previous testimony. Vasquez believes that showed the jury all it needed to know about Amber.
As for Team Amber's claim the jury was influenced by the overwhelming support for Johnny on social media -- including TikTok, which Depp joined Tuesday -- Chew says it "played no role whatsoever," and the jury reached the verdict purely based on the evidence presented by both sides.
Remember, the jury was not sequestered, and the criticism is it would've been impossible for them to avoid the flood of posts supporting Johnny and attacking Amber.
Vasquez also shot down the idea the #MeToo movement was setback by the verdict in Johnny's favor -- saying, "We encourage any victim to come forward. Domestic violence doesn't have a gender." She added, "The facts are what they were. The jury made a unanimous decision based on those facts."
Chew and Vasquez carefully skirted a question about the possibility of Johnny striking a deal ... where he would let Amber off the hook for the $8.35 million judgment, and she would not file an appeal ... as she's claimed she intends to do.
Watch their answer ... Chew cited attorney-client privilege, but did say Johnny was never interested in getting money out of the case, and only wanted back his reputation.

3:07 PM PT -- The auction is over. The winning bid was for $14,969.
Anyone trying to get their hands on something related to the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial will love this -- one man's courtroom notes, including details not seen on TV, are about to go to the highest bidder.
Larry Forman tells TMZ … he took a trip from Kentucky to the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia to sit in on the trial, and decided to jot down his thoughts and observations ... just for his own personal memories.
Larry says it was supposed to be a one-time thing, but friends convinced him to keep going back and writing more notes.
The notebook has about 20 pages per day, and covers days 23-26 of the trial. What's interesting is it doesn't just recall what was said in court, but it shows something the cameras couldn't -- reactions from jurors.
The current bid is over $14K, but the sale isn't final yet ... Larry's decided to donate the highest bid to Children's Hospital LA, saying it seemed fitting since it's related to the case.
Remember, Amber testified she had pledged $3.5 million to CHLA, but still hadn't paid up. Larry says hospital reps are aware of the auction and they're pleased about his offer.
Memorabilia like this has been fetching big prices ever since the trial ended ... one of the used wristbands, from day 23 of the trial, carries a price tag of $850. That's more than a wristband for Coachella!

Amber Heard Road Sign Reading 'Truth Wins' ... Near Yucca Valley Home
-
Exclusive
- 10.1K shares
Amber Heard has a long drive home when she gets back to California, but it'll be extra bitter when she sees this message heading into town ... which sounds very pro-Johnny Depp.
Check out these photos, obtained by TMZ, which show some sort of an old church marquee sign that we're told is about 8 or so miles outside of central Yucca Valley along State Route 62.
Sources say this sign -- which appears to have belonged to a group known as the Church of Morongo once upon a time -- is right across the street from the Morongo Basin Road ... not far from the now-defunct Father & Sons Masonry nearby.
As you can see, it reads ... "This is the Day! Truth Wins" No other context, but we're told it was spotted this weekend -- right after the verdict. The feeling is -- it reflects that decision.
That might not be too far a stretch, especially when you consider #TruthWins was trending the day Johnny came out victorious. The phrase has even gone on to be branded on T-shirts, hats and mugs -- all in celebration of what many considered vindication for JD.
Unclear who might be responsible for making the sign read this way -- we suspect it's not city-sanctioned, or at least it doesn't appear that way.

In any case, it could be one of the last licks Amber receives from the public before she gets back to her desert hideout -- a secluded 2,457 square feet 3-bed/3-bath abode that's pretty swanky all things considered.
She noted during the trial that this was her primary residence these days -- and unless she dips into YV through SR-247 (from Barstow/Apple Valley), she might just have to pass this by.
FOX Network is airing a new TMZ-produced special tonight about the case. It's called "Johnny vs. Amber: From Love to Hate," and it airs at 9/8 CT.

Todd & Julie Chrisley Guilty of Bank Fraud, Tax Evasion
The verdict is in for Todd and Julie Chrisley, and the jury says they're guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion.
Todd and Julie were found guilty on a laundry list of charges, according to a court clerk for the northern district of Georgia. We're told their accountant, Peter Tarantino, was also found guilty on related charges, including aiding and abetting the filing of false tax returns.
As of now, a sentencing date hasn't been scheduled, so the Chrisleys will remain on home detention until that hearing ... it's reported they could face up to 30 years behind bars.
Todd's lawyer Bruce Morris tells TMZ, "We are disappointed in the verdict. We plan an appeal."
TMZ broke the story ... the 3 were indicted back in 2019 with prosecutors claiming they defrauded banks by obtaining millions of dollars in loans. The U.S. Attorney's Office also said they cheated the government by actively evading federal income taxes.
According to the indictment, Todd worked with a partner to make it look like one of his bank accounts had $4 million, when they actually didn't even have an account at that bank at the time. The feds said Todd emailed his partner, "You are a f***ing genious [sic]!!!! Just make it show 4 mil+."
The reality stars stuck to their guns, claiming they did nothing wrong ... but admitted they knew the charges were coming their way.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kenya beelined it to a Los Angeles courthouse this month and filed to end his marriage to his wife of over 20 years, Dr. Rania "Rainbow" Barris.
In the docs, Kenya says the couple has been separated since Sept. 9, 2020, and he cites the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split.
The couple, who tied the knot way back in 1999, have four minor children together ... including a 16-year-old daughter and 3 sons who are 14, 12 and 5 years old. Kenya is asking the court for joint physical and legal custody of the kids. He also checked the box indicating spousal support would be payable to his estranged wife.

Harvey Weinstein Sues Chrysler ... Jeep Accident Left Me Paralyzed!!!

12:17 PM PT -- A rep for Chrysler tells TMZ ... "We do not comment on pending litigation. We intend to vigorously defend our product against these claims."
Harvey Weinstein is blaming Chrysler for being relegated to a walker in recent years ... going after the vehicle manufacturer for what he says was a shoddy braking system in a new lawsuit.
The disgraced movie producer just filed suit against the car manufacturer, claiming that in August 2019 ... he was involved in a nasty wreck near Bedford, NY while riding in one of their Jeeps -- which he says the company provided so it could make an appearance in one of his films he was working on at the time. Unclear which flick it might've been.
Anyway, per the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Weinstein says he was driving the Jeep when he had to swerve to avoid hitting a deer on the road. Weinstein claims that when he attempted to miss the deer, the brake system failed him ... and sent the car rolling.
Weinstein says he was wearing his seatbelt but still suffered serious injuries and was "rendered paralyzed" as a result of the accident.
We'd been told back in late 2019 -- before HW went to trial, and was eventually convicted -- that the reason he was in a walker now and needed back surgery was because of some car accident he'd been in that summer ... and now, we know what exactly that incident is.
Weinstein was accused of playing sick and frail for the cameras -- but according to his suit here, he's anything but ... the man insists he got this way directly because of the Jeep's defects. So now ... he's suing and wants at least $5 million in damages.

Cordell Crockett, the bass player for the rock band Ugly Kid Joe, says he was just trying to move when he got arrested for a felony ... cops say he was behind the wheel of a stolen rental van.
According to the Burbank Police Department, Cordell was arrested May 11 and booked for felony possession of a stolen vehicle. We're told cops pulled him over for driving a car that was reported stolen.
Police say Cordell told officers he borrowed a van from a friend to move items into a storage facility ... but cops say the van was a rental from Home Depot that had been reported stolen after it wasn't returned as scheduled.
Cops say Cordell told them he didn't know the van was stolen ... and he wasn't the one who rented it.
And, there's this ... we're told Cordell was also booked on an outstanding arrest warrant stemming from a ticket he got for allegedly driving on a suspended license.
Police tell us Cordell is no longer in custody ... he's been released, and next month he's due in court.
We reched out to Cordell for comment, all he had to say was, "F*** the police."
