Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued We Want $2 Million for Your Concert No-Shows!!!

Tekashi 6ix9ine's bragging he's back on the music scene, and flashing tons of cash ... but he's also gonna be back in court, because a streaming service claims he ripped them off and bailed on 2 concerts.

Tekashi's been hit with a lawsuit for $2 million, filed by Streamusic -- an app that streams live shows, and says they'd arranged for 6ix9ine to perform 2 shows in Hollywood in December 2021 ... both of which the company would stream live.

In docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Streamusic says it paid Tekashi $150,000 to play the shows, and promote the gigs on his Instagram. The company says the rapper went silent in early December when they tried to get him to create the IG promos ... and ultimately, he blew off both scheduled concerts.

According to the suit, Tekashi finally resurfaced in January and they made a new deal ... rescheduling the concerts for later that month. You know where this is going, right?

Streamusic says 6ix9ine went MIA again ... ignoring 7 letters they'd sent trying to get him to fulfill the contract, and he never performed.

RETURN OF THE KING

The companies gotta be very interested in a video Tekashi posted late Thursday. He just so happens to be counting out about $2 mil in cash in his driveway, and bragging about his lifestyle.

The video's most likely intended to be a jab at his rap rival Fivio Foreign -- they've been beefing about who's the real "King of New York" -- but Streamusic's gotta see it and think that's our cash!!!

Tekashi's being sued for breach of contract and fraud. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ ... "We have no comment at this time. Tekashi has not been served with any legal papers."

CHILLIN' IN CABO
TMZ.com

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed didn't let his domestic violence arrest get in the way of a Mexican vacation with his fiancée.

Mike and Paulina Ben-Cohen were spotted together at a resort in Los Cabos Monday, only a couple weeks after his arrest in Los Angeles.

The couple stayed at the Garza Blanca Resort & Spa ... they spent a few hours on the beach with Paulina's kids, hanging with another family.

It's interesting ... folks at the resort say Mike and Paulina seemed to keep some space between them at the beach and didn't show any PDA, or even talk much to each other.

We're told it felt, at least from the outside, like the couple planned the trip before Mike's arrest, with all the makings of a family vacation for spring break.

Mike was showing lots of love to Paulina's kids at the beach, we're told, carrying around her daughter and kissing the children.

As for Mike's recent arrest ... law enforcement sources tell us police got a call around 10 PM March 27 about a fight, and when cops arrived they say the woman involved had visible marks on her body. Mike was arrested for felony domestic violence.

We're told police continue to investigate and will submit the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney for possible criminal charges. Our sources say the alleged victim was not identified so it's unclear if it was Paulina.

We've reached out to attorneys for Shouhed and Ben-Cohen ... so far, no word back.

Bam Margera Settles Lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Paramount

Bam Margera has settled his wrongful termination lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze, Jeffrey Tremaine along with Paramount Pictures, MTV, Dickhouse Entertainment and Gorilla Flicks.

Bam had sued because he claimed he was forced to sign an agreement he called psychological torture, with so many conditions it was impossible to comply. As a result, he claims, he was fired.

According to a new court doc, obtained by TMZ, Bam is asking to dismiss the lawsuit ... and all signs point to a settlement. The terms of the settlement remain private.

Bam claimed in the lawsuit he was pressured into signing a "wellness agreement" while he was in rehab in 2019 ... this was a condition to his participation in the "Jackass Forever" flick. Bam says because of the circumstances he didn't have an opportunity to run it by a lawyer.

The agreement required Bam to submit to regular drug and alcohol tests and he was also forced to take various Rx drugs ... drugs he claims left him depressed and drained.

Bam did not comply -- he tested positive for Adderall -- and was booted from the production. He says what made it particularly unfair was that doctors had prescribed the drug for him for a decade.

He claimed in the suit the defendants were "inhumane" and "discriminatory" ... likening his predicament to the Britney Spears' conservatorship.

Kim Kardashian Sobs Over Possible New Sex Tape ... Worries Ray J May Have Used Foreign Object While She Slept

JOKE OR NOT?
Hulu

Kim Kardashian is using the full force of her celebrity to ensure another sex tape isn't released -- we knew that -- but now we hear her on the phone with her lawyer, and, well, she's pretty graphic about foreign objects and whatnot.

The convo between Kim and legal pit bull Marty Singer is there for all to hear on the debut of "The Kardashians" on Hulu, and Kim clearly means business.

The trigger for the emotional conversations is Saint seeing a meme on a videogame touting a new KK sex tape. As we've already reported, she says she's 99% sure there's no new footage from her encounter with Ray J, but there's a level of uncertainty. She says, "What if I was f***ing sleeping and he stuck a d***o up my ass? I don't know."

Kim asks Marty to "scare the s**t out of Ray J's manager ... mostly to protect her kids.

What's especially interesting ... Kim is on the phone with Kanye as she bemoans the situation, and it seems he provides her a measure of comfort.

She says during the episode, "For 20 years this has been held over my head, of this mistake, or is it a mistake? This was my boyfriend of years. We go on a trip, we film a video. It's embarrassing for me to be out there, but it's not the most scandalous thing and I'm not going to be made to feel this way. I'm just human."

'Grease' Actor Eddie Deezen Arrested For Burglary, Trespassing ... Allegedly Burst Into Nursing Home

Actor Eddie Deezen found himself behind bars earlier this month ... after cops say he was arrested for forcing his way into a nursing home.

According to the Maryland State Police, Eddie -- best known for playing nerdy Eugene Felsnic in the original 'Grease' movies -- pushed his way inside a privately-owned nursing facility on April 8 and refused to leave after a woman inside told him to scram.

Cops say the woman told them Eddie almost forced his way into one of the rooms before getting the boot, but she says he refused to leave the property and got busted when officers showed up.

Police say Eddie was at the place earlier in the day and was told skedaddle ... but Eddie came back that night and that's when police were called. The alleged victim told cops ... Eddie's been by her place several times before, claiming he usually leaves behind items with accompanying notes.

A neighbor who lives a few doors down from where Eddie was busted claims his security camera shows him approaching his property as well that night. He said he was watching TV with his fiancé when he heard something outside and saw Eddie on video trying to open the front door, so he called the cops.

Cops say Eddie's charged with fourth-degree burglary, two counts of trespassing and one count of disturbing the peace.

Eddie was involved in a bizarre situation last year ... when a Maryland waitress accused him of being a creep and harassing her ...  Deezen went on social media and accused her of cyberbullying.

Eddie was also arrested last year at a Maryland restaurant, with cops saying he refused to leave after causing a scene and chucked plates at police during the incident.

People who say they're close to Eddie shared an update on Facebook, claiming he's battling issues and his family is doing all they can to help him.

Eddie is still in police custody.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Cops Plea in Sexual Misconduct Case

Cuba Gooding Jr. copped a plea deal in his sexual misconduct case ... and it means he's going to avoid jail time, as long as he keeps his nose clean.

The actor, who was facing 6 misdemeanor charges for 3 separate alleged incidents, pled guilty Wednesday to one count of forcible touching. That charge is for the 2019 case where a woman claimed Gooding kissed her without consent at New York City's LAVO nightclub.

The case also included allegations from a server at TAO Downtown who said Cuba pinched her buttocks in 2018 after making a sexually suggestive remark to her.

As we reported, Cuba wanted the whole indictment tossed out of court and initially pled not guilty to all 6 counts, but he ended up taking a plea deal.

Prosecutors say Cuba's plea deal calls for him to continue the alcohol and behavior modification treatment he began in 2019 for 6 more months, and he can't have any new arrests.

If Cuba follows the terms, we're told he can change the plea to harassment in the second degree, and get a sentence of time served -- but if he doesn't comply, he faces up to one year in jail.

SHERRI PAPINI Cops Plea Deal In Fake Kidnapping Case

Sherri Papini, the California mom who was charged with staging her own disappearance, just copped a plea deal in her criminal case.

Remember ... Papini made national headlines when she was reported missing in early November 2016 before eventually being found on Thanksgiving about 150 miles away from her Northern California home. She told police she was abducted by 2 Hispanic women and held at gunpoint, even working with an FBI sketch artist to come up with a sketch of her alleged kidnappers.

But, as we reported just last month, Papini was arrested and charged for allegedly making the whole thing up ... with the feds saying she was actually staying with her ex-boyfriend when she claimed she was kidnapped.

Papini was charged with making a false statement and mail fraud, and the judge said she was facing a maximum sentence of 5 years/$250,000 fine and 20 years/$250,000 fine, respectively, if convicted.

Papini's lawyer says they are taking her case "in an entirely new direction" and "everything that has happened before today stops today."

Papini tells TMZ in a statement released through her legal team ... "I am deeply ashamed of myself for my behavior and so sorry for the pain I've caused my family, my friends, all the good people who needlessly suffered because of my story and those who worked so hard to try to help me."

She adds ... "I will work the rest of my life to make amends for what I have done."

While Papini's plea deal has been delivered to prosecutors, those same prosecutors have not yet filed a sentencing memo with their recommended sentence.

Frank Langella Being Investigated for Sexual Harassment On Set of Netflix Project

Frank Langella is under investigation for alleged sexual harassment on the set of a Netflix project ... TMZ has learned.

A production source tells us there have been allegations of inappropriate conduct by Langella made within the last couple weeks on the set of the limited series "The Fall of the House of Usher." We're told there's currently an investigation into what happened, but Langella has not been fired or suspended from the series.

As for what exactly happened, a source close to production tells us the 84-year-old actor allegedly made an inappropriate joke that was sexual in nature. Our sources also say in the context of his performance, possibly during rehearsal, he touched the leg of a female costar, and further drew attention to the action when he jokingly said something like "Did you like that?"

The show has been filming in British Columbia, Canada ... we reached out to the local police department who says nothing has been reported to them involving Frank.

Our sources say the investigation has not had any immediate effect on production, as Frank -- who plays Roderick Usher in the series -- was not scheduled to shoot any scenes this week.

Langella found massive fame as Dracula in 1979 and more recently played the judge in Netflix's "The Trial of the Chicago 7."

We reached out to a rep for Frank ... so far, no word back.

A Netflix spokesperson tells TMZ, "We do not comment on active employment matters."

Prank YouTubers Sued by USC For Causing Panic by Posing As Russian Mafia

Two YouTubers have just been sued by USC for busting into classrooms and stopping the instructors so they can film viral videos.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the men of Troy say Ernest Kanevsky and Yuguo Bai -- neither of whom are enrolled at the school -- allegedly performed a series of pranks in various classrooms, with the goal of making "takeover prank videos."

Their most recent disruption went down a few weeks ago, with Ernest and Yuguo pretending to be a Russian Mafia member and Hugo Boss ... interrupting a lecture on the Holocaust. Boss manufactured nazi uniforms during WWII.

The docs claim students were panicked ... some fled the room, leaving their belongings behind. The lawsuit says the YouTubers presented "a credible threat of imminent classroom violence."

Officers arrested them at gunpoint in a parking lot near the classroom. No word on whether prosecutors are going forward with criminal charges, but the school is trying to get cash from the culprits.

USC is seeking a permanent injunction to stop Ernest and Yuguo from ever doing this kind of stunt again, as well as financial damages.

Miya Ponsetto 'SoHo Karen' Cops Plea on Hate Crime ... Avoiding Jail Time

Miya Ponsetto, aka "SoHo Karen", is striking a plea deal that will keep her from spending any time behind bars after committing what the D.A. deemed a hate crime.

Ponsetto accepted a deal from prosecutors which will require her to "live a law-abiding life"  for 2 years. She entered a guilty plea and has agreed to continue with therapy and follow the terms of her probation while living in California.

Miya's lawyer, Paul D'Emilia, tells TMZ ... "We are pleased that today’s proceeding brought this unfortunate misunderstanding closer to a final resolution ... We are appreciative of the District Attorney’s thoughtful and empathetic approach to finding an acceptable conclusion."

If she is able to steer clear of trouble for 2 years, she'll be able to withdraw her guilty plea to the felony and re-plead to aggravated harassment in the second degree -- which is only a misdemeanor.

If she gets in trouble again, though, she could face up to 4 years in prison.

Manhattan's DA, Alvin Bragg, says, "Ms. Ponsetto displayed outrageous behavior. As a Black man, I have personally experienced racial profiling countless times in my life and I sympathize with the young man victimized in this incident. This plea ensures appropriate accountability for Ms. Ponsetto by addressing underlying causes for her behavior and ensuring this conduct does not reoccur”.

As we've previously reported, Ponsetto was charged with a hate crime ... after she went viral for attacking a then 14-year-old, Keyon Harrold Jr. as she wrongly accused him of stealing her iPhone.

The ugly 2020 incident was caught on camera as she went after the teenager in the lobby of the Arlo Hotel in SoHo.

That wasn't Posetto's first run-in with the law either. In California, she'd also been busted twice for DUI in 2020 and got arrested for being drunk in public with her mom another time ... and remains on probation for that.

As far as this case, she's denied racially profiling Keyon, but did admit she mistakenly accused him.

Tish Cyrus Files for Divorce from Billy Ray

Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, after nearly 30 years of marriage.

According to court records, Tish filed docs in Tennessee last week, they have 5 kids together including Miley and Noah Cyrus. Noah is the youngest at 22 years old, so there is no need for a judge to figure out custody of any minor children.

In the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Tish says the couple hasn't lived together for more than 2 years ... and lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. She's asking the court to equally distribute all marital assets.

This is the third time the couple has filed for divorce. Billy Ray filed in 2010, that was called off, and in 2013 Tish filed ... though that was called off a short time later as well.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Fans noticed Billy wasn't around the family for the holidays in photos and videos posted by Miley, so many wondered if there were issues within Tish and Billy Ray's marriage.

The last time we saw them together publicly was in 2020.

Tish and Billy Ray got married in 1993 in their living room in Franklin, Tennessee. Miley followed in mom and dad's footsteps when she and Liam Hemsworth got married in the same spot in 2018. Miley and Liam finalized their divorce in January 2020.

Kim Kardashian Supports Texas Death Row Inmate 'We Thank Her So Much'

John tells TMZ ... when he told his mom Kim Kardashian was advocating on her behalf, she was shocked and couldn't believe it. He says, Kim supporting her, alongside many others, really uplifted her spirit.

Kim has called on Texas Gov. Abbott to halt the execution ... which is scheduled for April 27. She's spoken out on this issue on her social media and shared a letter to the Governor from Melissa's 14 children.

Melissa has been sitting on death row for nearly 15 years. She was convicted back in 2008 of murdering her 2-year-old daughter. Melissa told cops her daughter fell down a flight of stairs when they arrived.

Melissa's family, attorneys and supporters all note she initially asserted her innocence but was coerced into a false confession ... after hours of tough interrogation.

As you know, Kim has been a long-time advocate for criminal justice reform ... speaking out on other death row cases in Texas, like Rodney Reed.

If executed, Melissa would be the first Latina put to death in Texas in the modern era.

Kat Von D Sued for Damage to Famous Tattoo Parlor

Kat Von D is getting the hell out of Los Angeles and closing her famous tattoo shop, but not without a legal headache.

The former "L.A. Ink" star is being sued for unpaid rent and damages to the rental property she transformed into the famous High Voltage Tattoo in West Hollywood ... according to new legal docs.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the landlord claims Kat owes over $92,000 for remodeling fees and back rent from several months in 2020 and future rent that will come due in 2022.

According to the suit, Kat is being dinged for removing ceiling tiles, painting the ceiling, removing wallpaper from the entire store and demolishing a wall in the middle of the shop.

Remember, High Voltage Tattoo has seen all sorts of issues over the years ... including a fire and a couple of car crashes into neighboring businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... Kat is moving out of California, and her mansion is up for sale at $15 million. It's the home featured in the 2003 movie "Cheaper By the Dozen."

Moving's never easy, and now Kat's got a legal issue to deal with too.

IG Model Courtney Tailor Confronted at Miami Hotel Bar ... Atty. Claims Self-Defense

CONFRONTED AT THE BAR
Instagram/@nnenna_xoxo

Courtney Tailor -- the model who was covered in blood after her boyfriend was brutally killed -- got a temperature check on how the public feels about her ... and it ain't good.

A video has surfaced that shows someone filming a blonde woman in the lobby area of Miami's Grand Beach Hotel Friday night -- with the camera person saying she will NOT stop recording and arguing this woman (whom she believes is Tailor) has no business being there ... especially since her BF, Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli, was slain just days ago.

The person filming also makes clear their opinion on the matter -- namely, that she believes Tailor may have been the one who did the stabbing ... something CT has yet to be accused of by cops or law enforcement officials at this point in the investigation.

Their IG caption is also telling ... "@mpdpolice does this look like a mentally unstable person to you, as she claims?" She's referring to the fact Tailor was placed in a psychiatric hold after threatening suicide when she was brought in for questioning. Clearly, she's been released from that hold from nearly a full week ago ... and is out and about, not in custody.

BLOODY DETAINMENT
TMZ.com

Courtney's attorney, Frank Prieto, confirms to TMZ ... yes, this is, in fact, his client -- but he defends her being there, and says this is just an example of people running with theories without knowing the full facts.

He says, in part ... Courtney was there that night with her father, who simply wanted to pop in and have a drink in private -- which was disrupted by this woman who started filming.

Prieto also says this ... "It is unfortunate that a member of the public, knowing absolutely nothing about circumstances and events surrounding the death Mr. Obumseli, would take the opportunity to harass the Clenney family during a time that they are trying to be supportive for Courtney."

He also drops a bombshell allegation, telling us he believes Courtney is the victim of "physical, emotional, and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Obumseli," while also suggesting she may even have been a "victim of human trafficking," without elaborating much further.

Prieto also makes this clear -- he believes his client was fighting for her life during the domestic disturbance that got cops sent out that fateful day. He claims, "At the time of the incident, Mr. Obumseli was committing a forcible felony. He had gained access to Courtney’s apartment without permission on several occasions in the days leading up to this incident."

He adds, "Courtney acted in self-defense; the investigation by both the City of Miami Police Department and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office will conclude such. With that said, we would ask for the public’s understanding about observing the family’s privacy at this time."

We've reached out to attorney Lee Merritt, who is working with Christian's family, for comment on Prieto's allegations about DV and self-defense ... so far, no word back.

Of course, Miami PD has not arrested Courtney on any charges thus far -- it's also unclear where they are in the case ... and what, if anything, may come of it in the end.

Amber Heard Acknowledges Johnny Depp Trial ... Says She's Going Offline

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are going to trial next week -- and the latter says she's unplugging from the world as she heads into court to defend herself against his claims.

The actress opened up on social media Saturday, just a couple days before she and her ex-husband are set to face off in front of a judge and a jury in Virginia Monday ... where they'll hash out once and for all if Amber defamed him by suggesting she was a victim of DV.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

AH writes, "I’m going to go offline for the next several weeks. As you may know, I’ll be in Virginia where I face my ex-husband Johnny Depp in court. Johnny is suing me for an op-ed I wrote in the Washington Post, in which I recounted my experience of violence and domestic abuse."

She notes she never named him, but discussed the price women pay for speaking against powerful men, adding, "I continue to pay that price, but hopefully when this case concludes, I can move on and so can Johnny. I have always maintained a love for Johnny and it brings me great pain to have to live out the details of our past life together in front of the world."

She finishes ... "At this time, I recognize the ongoing support I've been fortunate to receive through these years, and in these coming weeks I will be leaning on it more than ever."

Of course, Amber is referring to this article, where she says, in part ... "[T]wo years ago, I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out," going on to detail how she felt she'd been blackballed for speaking her truth ... this in the wake of her tumultuous 2-year marriage with Depp.

Interestingly enough, JD has also argued he's been blackballed from the industry ... and the proof is kind of in the pudding -- especially as it relates to his 'Fantastic Beasts' recasting.

At any rate ... he's looking for a much-needed W here in the States -- his reputation took a major hit after he lost his libel case in the U.K. ... where he was labeled a "wife-beater" by a newspaper there, and which a judge ultimately agreed was "mostly true" after trial.

As we've reported ... their witness list is a who's-who of Hollywood, with the likes of Elon Musk, James Franco, Paul Bettany and others who are expected to take the stand.

Like we said -- this thing is set to get underway in about 48 hours or so, and it'll be interesting to see where the dust settles when it's all said and done.

Lady Gaga's Dog Walker 'Deeply Concerned' Shooter Released from Jail

Lady Gaga's dog walker is weighing in on the bungled release from jail of the man who allegedly tried to murder him.

Ryan Fischer called for the accused, James Howard Jackson, to turn himself in. As TMZ reported, he was released this week due to some sort of clerical error, and he's still on the loose.

Ryan says, "While I'm deeply concerned at the events that led to his release, I'm confident law enforcement will rectify the error. I ask for Mr. Jackson to turn himself over to the authorities, so resolution to the crime committed against me runs its course, whatever the courts determine that outcome to be. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me during this time."

The 19-year-old Jackson allegedly shot Ryan in the chest as he and others attempted to nab Lady Gaga's 3 French bulldogs as he was walking them in a residential area.
