Flavor Flav made sure the final President Joe Biden-hosted White House Christmas Party went out with a bang -- spreading holiday cheer.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained footage of Flav rubbing shoulders with Joe and First Lady Jill Biden,  and we're hearing he was nothing short of the life of the party, where Keegan-Michael Key and Wilmer Valderrama also attended.

President Biden got tripped up during his speech when he saw Flav and then apologized, saying, “Sorry, he distracted me."

Diddy's alleged mule, Brendan Paul, is off the hook in his felony drug case in Florida ... because all the charges have been dropped, TMZ has confirmed.

State prosecutors officially dismissed the charges against Paul Tuesday because he completed a pretrial diversion program ... according to his attorney, Brian Bieber.

Meanwhile, federal sources tell TMZ ... Paul did NOT strike a deal with federal prosecutors in the Diddy case.

Cardi B had zero tolerance for BS -- serving a spicy clapback to a fan who came at her with an unprovoked rude comment.

Check out this video -- Cardi was happily posing with a fan from her SUV outside Miami’s Booby Trap On The River, a strip club, in the early hours of Saturday. But then, out of nowhere, someone off-camera yelled, "Imma show you how much I hate you" -- and cue the rapper's instant mood switch from smiles to daggers.

Cardi heard the hater loud and clear, and she didn't let it slide, hopping out of the ride to confront them face to face.

5:07 PM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Megan Thee Stallion's legal team has more proof connecting Tory and the blogger who's been bashing MTS. We're told they've obtained financial records of a handful of payments Tory's father allegedly made to Elizabeth Milagro Cooper between October 2020 and March 2022, and totaling $3,000.

We're told Megan's attorneys will bringing receipts to court ... for the restraining order case, and also for the lawsuit she filed against Cooper.

Tory Lanez being in prison isn't stopping his harassment of Megan Thee Stallion ... at least according to her, so, now she's back in court to battle him once again.

Megan filed a request for a restraining order Tuesday, detailing for the judge several months of abuse she's endured from Tory ... who, of course, is serving a 10-year sentence in California for shooting at Megan's feet back in 2020.

According to the docs, Megan says Tory's got an army of bloggers who he employs to spread defamatory statements about her -- including a woman named Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, who Meg actually sued a couple months ago.

The kids currently live with Kirsten Corley, who cites irreconcilable differences. She's seeking child support in an amount that's in the best interests of the kids -- and waives maintenance.

Chance The Rapper's wife is officially cutting the cord when it comes to their marriage ... because she filed for divorce.

Here's the deal ... Jaguar posted a video on social media this week, claiming she was contacted by Buzbee's law firm, which is representing a "Jane Doe" who is suing Jay, as well as more than 100 alleged Diddy sexual assault victims.

In video posted on X, Jaguar filmed herself talking with a woman who seemingly worked for a law firm ... which Jaguar claimed was Buzbee's.
