Diddy used a TV remote to rape a woman as payback for her telling him she believed he had something to do with Tupac Shakur's murder ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy founder is being sued by a woman named Ashley Parham, who claims Diddy sexually assaulted her in a gangbang-style rape after she dissed him on a FaceTime call.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Parham met a friend of Diddy's at a bar in February 2018, and he called Diddy on FaceTime ... but Parham says she wasn't impressed by the man's famous friend, telling Diddy to his face she thought he played a part in Pac's death.

Prepare to see a lot of Diddy's at costume parties this year, and even out trick-or-treating ... because his arrest and indictment are sparking a wave of new Halloween costume ideas ... and there are some creative ones out there.

With Diddy in the news and on everyone's social media timelines for all the wrong reasons these days, small businesses are looking to cash in ... in the form of Diddy costumes for Halloween, with the holiday falling just as his criminal case gets tons of attention.

Diddy's got a new nickname ... lots of folks call him the "Diddler" ... and vendors are selling shirts with an animated Diddy holding a bottle of baby oil, looking similar to the Riddler.

Diddy says federal prosecutors are making it impossible for him to mount a defense, because they refuse to give up the names of his accusers in the criminal case against him.

Diddy's legal team filed new docs Tuesday asking a federal judge to direct the U.S. Attorney's Office to identify the anonymous alleged victims referred to in the indictment ... so, he can specifically address the allegation he "abused, threatened and coerced" women, and others, to satisfy his sexual desires.

In the docs, Diddy says once the names are revealed, he believes there will be "voluminous evidence" the interactions with the alleged victims were consensual. He wants the feds to be more specific about who exactly is claiming non-consensual acts.

Mustard's divorce is in the books ... because he's come to a settlement with his ex-wife Chanel Thierry ... and he's walking away with a ton of luxury cars and real estate.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mustard's divorce attorney Samantha Spector helped with the deal in which it looks like Mustard is walking away with a bunch of pricey assets.

The settlement calls for Mustard to hang on to a fleet of luxury whips, including a 2022 Maybach Benz, a 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a 2019 Lamborghini Urus ... plus more.

Ka, the Brooklyn-bred rapper with a penchant for letting his elaborate cinematic noir albums do the talking for him -- not public engagements -- died suddenly over the weekend.

On Monday, his IG account broke the bombshell news he died on October 12 in NYC -- the place where he dedicated his livelihood. He is survived by his wife, mother and sister.

Diddy has now been named in 6 separate lawsuits filed by Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney who says he's representing up to 120 alleged Diddy victims ... and 4 of the 6 filed so far feature male accusers.

In one suit, a man says he was working for Ecko Clothing back in 2008 and knew Diddy through his work ... as Diddy was developing and marketing Sean John, a competing brand. He says he ran into Diddy and Diddy's 3 bodyguards in the stockroom of Macy's flagship store in NYC in May 2008, and he claims someone pistol-whipped the back of his neck and caused him to fall to his hands and knees. He claims Diddy approached him and said "Suck my d***, Ecko" and brutally, orally raped him.

Bianca Censori's mom Alexandra is refusing to engage in rumors about her son-in-law, Kanye West ... even if one piece of gossip involves her.

The Yeezy architect's mom offered up a curt response after a lawsuit against Ye mentioned an allegation that the rapper expressed a desire to "f***" Alexandra.

Alexandra slammed the accusation, telling the Daily Mail she "wouldn’t be drawn into the latest claims" ... refusing to give the gossip any more life.

Diddy is losing another honor ... his photographs have been removed from a famous diner in Hollywood that proudly displays shots of celebrities eating at the restaurant.

The Bad Boy Records founder had 2 photos at Mel's Drive-In Hollywood ... up until recently ... and now he's been completely scrubbed from the joint.

A manager at Mel's tells TMZ ... a photo of Diddy displayed in a booth was removed today ... and a couple weeks ago a different photo of his was removed from the front of the restaurant.
