Candace Owens is firing back at Eminem after he dissed her on his new album ... telling us his lyrics are super lame and accusing him of pandering to Black people.

Candace joined us on Friday's episode of "The TMZ Podcast" and we asked her about Eminem lashing out at her in a song on his 12th album, "Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)."

In the track "Lucifer," Eminem raps ... "And Candace O, I ain't mad at her / I aint gon' throw the fact bitch forgot she was Black back at her / Laugh at her, like them crackers / She's backin' after / Her back is turnin', a cute MAGA hat with her "White Lives Matter" shirt."

While Eminem's fans are celebrating the release of his 12th album, the family of slain "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins is probably furious over him referencing her death.

The ninth track on "The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)" is called "Fuel," and he closes the song with a verse that name drops Halyna, as well as Alec Baldwin, who is currently on trial for fatally shooting Halyna in 2021 on the set of "Rust."

Em leads up to the blistering line by bringing up guns -- "Clutchin' the nine millimeter, tuckin' the heat. Got the toaster like an English muffin. No, I mean, "Toast to" like you drink to somethin' But it's in a holster, I proceed to bust it."

Eminem made sure to shame Diddy on his new album, "Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)" -- he brings up Diddy's sexual assault allegations on multiple tracks!!!

On Friday, Em made good on his promise to push boundaries with his 12th album on the song "Antichrist," which mockingly paints himself as the world's bad guy.

"But who else is as pitiless, actually witty and crass, hideous, ghastly, and insidious as me ... or spitting as nasty? Next idiot ask me is getting his ass beat worse than Diddy did ..." stopping short of saying Cassie's name.

DaBaby's taking a plea deal in his 2020 felony battery case ... and we’ve learned the "Rockstar" rapper won't have to do any time for allegedly sucker punching Gary Pagar, the homeowner of a music video shoot location.

DaBaby wasn't in the L.A. County court Thursday, but pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery through his lawyer, Blair Berk, and was sentenced to one-year probation, in addition to time served.

DaBaby was also ordered to pay $10k restitution, to stay 100 yards from Pagar, and is forbidden from possessing firearms and deadly weapons during the probation period.

Diddy's mother is hospitalized in South Florida after experiencing chest pains ... TMZ has learned.

Janice Combs was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday after she complained about discomfort in her chest ... according to sources close to Diddy. It's still unclear exactly what caused the pain, but we're told she's going to remain in the hospital for at least another day.

Our sources say Diddy was in Miami at the time, and at his mom's request, went to the hospital to be by her side. We're told Janice believes the pain is related to stress over her son's legal woes ... including the federal investigation and multiple civil lawsuits.

Common and Pete Rock brought their Fat Joe-endorsed album to the spotlight last night on 'The Tonight Show' ... bringing classic hip hop to the forefront!!!

Beastie Boys are accusing Chili's of committing the ultimate party foul on their legacy ... using one of their songs without permission -- and it happens to be their classic hit "Sabotage" at that!!!

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop ... surviving Beastie Boys members Michael Diamond, Adam Horovitz and the late member Adam "MCA" Yauch's widow claim Brinker, the parent company of Chili's, jacked the band's iconic, 1994 music video for a commercial.

The lawsuit alleges Chili's ran an ad on social media in November 2022, synchronizing the famous track and styling it after the Spike Jonze-directed video. The video featured three characters wearing the same conspicuous '70s-style disguises as the Beasties ... where they comically rob a Chili's restaurant of its secret ingredients.

Barack Obama's living in a 'Key & Peele' skit ... the former President reenacted one of their most hilarious bits as #44 showed love to LeBron James and Team USA!

If you haven't seen it (shame on you!), Jordan Peele, portraying Obama in the 2014 skit, is met by fans after delivering a speech. Peele, as BO, greets supporters with handshakes -- but the style of shake differed depending on race.

5:50 PM PT -- A source close to Daphne Joy is providing some clarity, telling TMZ ... she deleted the rape allegation post in an attempt to smooth things over with 50 Cent, for the sake of their son. It appears 50 has also taken down his posts about Daphne.

We've learned Daphne's hired attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, and reached out to him for comment ... but no word back.

Interesting development between Daphne Joy and 50 Cent ... she's scrubbed her social media post accusing him of rape amid the rapper's ongoing lawsuit over that very post.

Here's the deal ... Daphne, the mother to 50 Cent's son Sire, publicly accused the rapper of raping and physically abusing her in a March 28 Instagram post. 50 immediately denied the claim, and then in May he sued her for defamation.

Now, Daphne's post has been deleted from her official IG account. It's unclear exactly when she took it down, or why ... but it's gone.

Diddy is going to be indicted any day now ... at least according to an attorney representing one of his alleged sex trafficking victims.

Adria English's attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and told us a possible criminal indictment against the Bad Boy founder is coming sooner than later, and perhaps even "very shortly."

Mitchell-Kidd is definitely in the know here ... her client is the former porn star who recently filed a bombshell lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault and sex trafficking.
