The man who admitted to firebombing Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's home says he did it to avenge Palestinian deaths in the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.
Pennsylvania State Police say Cody Balmer made a 911 call around 3 AM Sunday -- about an hour after he hurled Molotov cocktails into Shapiro's home -- and said he wanted the Governor to know he "will not take part in his plans for what he wants to do to the Palestinian people."
During the call, Balmer also said, "Our people have been put through too much by that monster" ... referring to Shapiro, and added, the Governor needed to stop having his friends (presumably in Gaza) killed.
Cuban-American actor William Levy is feeling the heat in Miami, but it's not the weather he's dealing with ... he was arrested Monday night for disorderly intoxication in a public place causing disturbance and trespassing.
Levy was booked in Broward County Jail. WPLG-TVreports he appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, where a judge granted him a $500 bond.
Levy was arrested in Weston, in the Miami metro area. According to the Broward County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at Baires Grill on Monday night at about 10:10. The arresting deputy reports Levy was allegedly "highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance inside the restaurant." In the presence of the deputy, the manager told William not to return to the business ... and WL then allegedly ignored multiple verbal commands by the deputy to leave the property. He was promptly arrested and booked.
The man who cops say they arrested at the UnitedHealthcare campus in Minnesota has just been identified ... and only TMZ has his mug shot.
Law enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner was busted Monday outside UnitedHealthcare HQ and he's been booked for allegedly making threats of violence.

The FBI and Minnetonka Police say Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on Monday morning and "issued threats of violence directed at the United Healthcare facility if specific demands were not met."

Charles Dion McDowell -- better known as the notorious "Wide Neck" perpetrator on the Internet -- has run afoul of the law once again … and this time the charges are way more serious -- he's been accused of sending naked images to a minor … TMZ has learned.
McDowell was taken into police custody on February 19 and charged with multiple felonies, including felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, as well as electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia.
