Pope Francis got all homophobic behind closed Vatican doors, referencing "fa**otness" in defending the Church's ban on gays becoming priests.

The Pope mused ..."There is already an air of fa**otness" in seminaries.

The Pope was talking to his bishops last week when he used the slur ... unnamed bishops who were present reportedly said Francis used it "jokingly."

Jelly Roll's sober strategy involves just a dash of drugs ... 'cause he says he needs marijuana to live a clean lifestyle -- claiming without it he'd go back to harder stuff in a heartbeat.

The singer-songwriter opened up about his coping mechanism during an interview with Taste of Country ... admitting he smokes weed to stay away from other drugs he's used in the past.

Richard Dreyfuss is in hot water with fans after a Q&A before a "Jaws" screening allegedly took a wild turn ... with many online accusing him of sexism and homophobia.

The actor appeared at The Cabot Theater in Beverly, Massachusetts Saturday night for a discussion with fans of the hit 1975 film ... during which fans are saying he made comments about transgender people -- particularly transgender kids.

Skrmetti said, “I have asked my lawyers to look into this matter, determine the full extent of any misconduct that may have occurred, and identify what we can do to protect both Elvis Presley’s heirs and anyone else who may be similarly threatened.”

McDonald's customers in Australia were getting served up a side of McMop with their fries.

An employee from the fast food joint's Booval location, a suburb of Brisbane, was filmed by a shocked customer drying a wet mop underneath the fry station's heat lamp ... shortly after she was done mopping the floor.

As you can see from the clip ... the employee makes no effort to hide her stomach-churning drying method -- she's doing it in plain view of customers.

Ken Lovett -- a former reporter for the New York Post -- shared a picture of a trigger warning he says played right before the flick on TV to X earlier this week ... warning audiences about potentially offensive content in the Martin Scorsese film.

The warning cites "language and/or offensive cultural stereotypes that are inconsistent with today's standards of inclusion."
