'X Factor' Finalists Threatened By Hotel After All-Night Rager
The cocky guys from "X Factor" who make up the band Emblem3 were partying their faces off in Los Angeles last week ... so much so that the hotel they're staying in threatened to kick them out.
Emblem3 -- who made their name on "X" singing original songs (below) -- is made up of three guys, ages 15 to 19. We're told the boys threw a massive party in their hotel room this week partying, which included other "X" finalists.
According to our sources, it got so loud that hotel guests complained and called security ... who then shut down the party, and threatened to kick the boys out.
We're told "X" producers -- who are footing the bill for all the contestants -- had to swoop in and save the day, by begging the hotel to let them stay.
A source close to the show tells us, "All the partying Emblem3 is doing is distracting the other contestants and they've been warned to behave."
Teenagers. What are ya gonna do?

Bruno Mars Sisters Picking Fight with 'X Factor' Singers
An all-girl singing group featured on "X Factor" is scrambling to change their name ... all because they were threatened by Bruno Mars' sisters ... TMZ has learned.
Bruno's 4 female siblings make up the girl band, The Lylas ... an R&B singing group that also happens to have a major modeling deal in the Philippines. Translation -- they're super hot.
Problem is ... there's another group of singing chicks calling themselves The Lylas ... and they're currently kicking ass on "X Factor." In fact, Simon recently chose them to compete on his team.
When Bruno's sisters found out about the other band of Lylas ... they were pissed ... and trashed the "X Factor" Lylas all over the web, claiming the new Lylas hijacked their name.
Sources connected to "X Factor" tell us ... the contestants were shocked by the accusations ... and insist they weren't trying to hijack the name. They simply didn't realize someone else had already laid claim to it.
Now, we're told ... the "X Factor" girls are getting ready to wave the white flag -- with one source telling us they're already brainstorming ideas for a new name.

'X Factor' Finalist Finds His Birth Mother ... Thanks To The Show
Reality TV can actually do some good in the world ... just ask "X Factor" finalist David Correy who found his birth mother after 25 years of separation ... all thanks to the show.
The 26-year-old David -- who is in the final 16 -- told the judges during his first audition that he was singing for his birth mother -- whom he'd never met -- who gave him up for adoption from Brazil as a baby.
Sources close to David tell TMZ when his episode of "X" aired in Brazil, a woman named Luciene Lima recognized the baby pics shown in David's segment and had a gut feeling he was hers.
We're told Luciene went through the Brazilian court system to trace her adoption -- and her findings led her back to David. Luciene, not knowing how to reach out to her long lost son, contacted the local media.
Our sources say a local paper was able to track David down in the U.S. and tell him about his mother.
We're told a DNA test has not been performed, but so far everything matches: the birth certificate, the orphanage David came from and the timeline.
A close friend of David's tells TMZ, "David is so happy -- and he can't wait to meet her for the first time."

Khloe Kardashian 'X Factor' Deal Fell Apart Mom Saved the Day
Kris Jenner single-handedly SEALED THE DEAL to make Khloe Kardashian the new co-host on "X Factor" ... right when negotiations were on the verge of imploding ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the deal tell us ... negotiations had come to a grinding halt because E! and FOX couldn't seem to work out a deal that would allow Khloe to appear on both networks.
We're told "X Factor" was getting ready to pull the plug on talks with Khloe ... when Kris Jenner got word of the hold up and decided to take the bull by the horns.
Sources say Kris "stepped in over the agents ... over everyone" and forced both networks to sit down with her and hash out a deal ... which they eventually did.
As one source puts it, "She just knows how to make sh*t happen."
We broke the story ... Khloe and Mario Lopez have both signed on as co-hosts ... and are expected to make their debut on the show in November.

'X Factor' Lies Simon & Britney's Houses WERE FAKES
"X Factor" producers tried to pull the wool over your eyes last night -- because TMZ has learned Simon Cowell and Britney Spears' mansions on the show weren't their homes at all ... in fact, one actually belongs to MLB star Alex Rodriguez.
In case you missed last night's episode, groups of contestants were invited to perform at four different homes around the country -- each allegedly belonging to one of the show's four judges.
But it was ALL A LIE -- "Simon's" Miami pad actually belongs to A-Rod. The baseball star listed the home in August for $38,000,000, but it's still on the market. Simon's real house is in Beverly Hills.
It's unclear who really owns the Malibu home Britney appeared in last night, but one thing's for certain -- Britney does NOT own that Malibu home. Her real home is in Calabasas, many miles away.
As for the other two homes -- we can't say for SURE if they're bogus, but we're betting none of the judges wanted their real homes on public display.
Sorry to burst your celeb real estate bubble.

'X Factor' Contestant Cuffed by Cops For Jacking Microphone
You might recognize him as the contestant who gets handcuffed in the teaser for tonight's episode of "X Factor" -- singing "I'm getting arrested!" -- and now, TMZ has learned exactly WHY he ended up in shackles.
It all happened in June during the "X Factor" auditions in Kansas City -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Deangelo Wallace had just finished auditioning ... when he walked off the stage and out of the Sprint Center still wearing his microphone.
According to law enforcement sources, producers called police claiming the sound equipment had been stolen -- and cops caught up with Wallace near the venue.
We're told Wallace was cuffed and brought back to the Sprint Center, where he then returned the missing electronics.
(Skip to 00:23 in the teaser)
Once the mic pack was returned, producers declined to press charges -- so Wallace went on his way ... leaving his "X Factor" dreams behind him. He was NOT booked for a crime.
As for why Wallace stormed off -- we're told he had a nasty exchange with the judges, and was upset they didn't like his performance.
Attempts to reach Wallace were unsuccessful.

"X Factor" Three Finalists for TWO Hosting Spots
There are 3 candidates still standing for the coveted "X Factor" hosting gig -- Khloe Kardashian, Mario Lopez, and Corbin Bleu -- but only 2 of them will be chosen.
Sources connected to the production tell us the show has decided to go with co-hosts, and Khloe remains Simon Cowell's top pick.
Earlier today, we were told there would only be one host, but it turns out there will be TWO ... and Mario Lopez is indeed the likely choice to share the stage with Khloe. Our bad.
We're told "High School Musical" grad Corbin is waiting in the wings if negotiations fall thru with Mario or Khloe.
As we reported ... E! is worried "X Factor" might take away from Khloe's time on its reality shows.

Khloe Kardashian E! Is Stumbling Block For Hosting 'X Factor'
Khloe Kardashian may actually be a little too popular for her own good ... because we've learned E! is throwing up roadblocks in the negotiations for Khloe to host "X Factor."
Multiple sources connected to the negotiations tell TMZ ... "X Factor" producers cannot sign Khloe to the show unless E! gives permission -- exclusivity is part of the Kardashian's contract with the network.
We're told the problem isn't so much that E! doesn't want Khloe to do Simon Cowell's show ... it's that Khloe would have to promote the program by spending a lot of time doing interviews, social media and making appearances, and E! is worried it might dilute Khloe's impact on their reality shows and also create time conflicts.
We are told, in the event that Khloe's deal falls apart, they would probably pick Mario Lopez as the second choice, but "X Factor" has its sights set on Khloe as a single host.

Britney Spears Braves the Heat for 'X Factor' Taping
Britney Spears had to endure the brutal Southern California heatwave yesterday as the singer-turned-judge taped several scenes for "X-Factor" in Malibu.
We're told Brit was on location in the Bu for two days braving the 100-degree heat that has been beating down on SoCal lately. She taped one-on-one segments with her chosen group of contestants ... where she decided who to keep and who to send home.
She was joined by Will.I.Am -- who she invited to be her celebrity mentor for her team of "X" hopefuls.

Britney Spears The Many Faces of 'The X Factor'
She may still be under an A-list conservatorship, but Britney Spears is definitely in charge of at least one thing ... making hysterical facial expressions on "The X Factor."
On last night's big premiere, the 30-year-old lip synching wonder's contorted eye, mouth and weave gestures said more about how she really felt about the contestants' performances than any of her actual critiques.
Although Britney's comments were surprisingly lucid, it was her awkward grimaces that stole the show.
Live singing really is shocking to Britney.

Simon Cowell 'The Voice' is HAUNTING ME!
Simon Cowell's big Hollywood party for "X Factor" was crashed last night by Christina Aguilera and the rest of the "The Voice" judges ... who rode in on a huge bus.
Poor Cowell was talking about tonight's premiere of his show ... when he was upstaged by a double-decker bus with a massive 'Voice' billboard on the side of it -- hysterical stuff.
Simon was a good sport about it though -- or really stupid -- since he pointed out the bus to cameras and then laughingly said, "That was timed."
Simon's misfortune continued later ... when we asked him about "The Voice" going head-to-head with "X Factor."
Our camera guy said, "May the best TV show win" -- and Simon made the poorly worded response ... "No. Let the 'X Factor' win."
We'll see who wins in the ratings, but "The Voice" is clearly in Simon's head.

Khloe Kardashian Simon's Pick For 'X Factor'
Simon Cowell has made his decision ... he wants Khloe Kardashian to host "X Factor" and it's now in the hands of FOX -- network sources tell TMZ.
Our sources say Simon made the case that Khloe is a big draw who will complete the circle of making the show decidedly younger than last season. Khloe has a connection to Britney Spears and Demi Lovato and Simon believes the three of them create an authentic vibe that none of the other potential hosts bring to the table.
We're told FOX must now sign off on Simon's choice and that decision is expected within a week.
One source said it's "highly likely" the network will give Khloe its stamp of approval.
