WWE Superstar Big E Escaped Death After Breaking Neck During Match ... 'Life Feels More Precious'

Big E is lucky to be alive ... the WWE superstar says he learned he could've died after he was dropped on his head during a recent wrestling match, suffering a broken neck.

E, whose real name is Ettore Ewen, made the stunning revelation on Twitter, saying, "Had my first doctor’s appointment and learning (because of the C1 fracture) I narrowly escaped a stroke, paralysis or death is very sobering."

"Life feels even more precious and valuable now."

The former WWE champ sustained the horrific injury after his opponent, Ridge Holland, botched a belly-to-belly suplex attempt on the near 300-pounder.

The scene was tough to watch ... E landed on his head and had to be taken out of the arena on a stretcher and transported to a nearby hospital.

Big E, a fan favorite, gave fans an update on his condition while still at the hospital ... telling the WWE universe he could move all his fingers and his strength felt fine.

"Thank you for all the talks and advise, life really is precious."

"Love you, too, Trev. Keep shining, bruh!" Big E responded.

Logan Paul's wrestling Rey Mysterio and his WWE Superstar son Dominik in less than 3 weeks ... but WrestleMania might not be the last time you see Paul in a squared circle 'cause he tells TMZ Sports he's down to wrestle on a regular basis.

... but, only if the WWE fans want him.

We talked to the 26-year-old YouTuber and combat sports star ahead of his WrestleMania 38 tag team match (more on that later) ... and asked Logan how training was going with his tag team partner, The Miz.

"Bro, I am so ready, it's ridiculous. I'm not kidding, I'm very good at this sport. It comes so natural to me. I've been training but honestly bro, it's light work," Paul told us.

FYI, The Miz told us a few weeks ago Logan was an "Absolute natural."

We asked Logan if he'd consider signing with WWE ... and wrestle on a regular basis.

"To be honest, I don't think it's up to me. I think it's up to the fans. I think it's up to the fans to see if they agree with me thinking I'm good," Paul said.

"I think I'm good, I'm f**king biased though because I'm me. If they like my performance and they like what I can bring to the table, then maybe I'll entertain that convo."

And, if the fans want him?

"Yeah, absolutely. It's fun, dude. It's really, really fun. I just got done with training this morning and I come back like 'Yo!' Yeah dude, it's awesome."

Logan -- who boxed Floyd Mayweather last year in an exhibition bout -- says he's been training with The Miz leading up to the Mania matchup.

"He's an awesome partner and mentor. Obviously, he's been in this business forever and is a star himself, so having him by my side to kind of like handle me through the basics is fantastic. I'm learning quick and the more I learn, the quicker I'm learning. It takes me one attempt at a thing before I got it and once I know the ins and outs of the sport, I mean sky's the limit, to be honest."

As much as he loves The Miz, we asked Logan if he'd ever team up with his brother Jake.

"That's a fantastic idea. I never thought about it. That's a great idea, oh my God. Yeah, man I could definitely see that happen. Sheesh, that'd be nutty!"

Big E might be the most positive person on the planet -- the WWE Superstar was in amazing spirits while walking around and wearing a brace on Thursday ... just days after breaking his neck in a match.

E -- whose real name is Ettore Ewen -- shared how well his recovery is going in a video posted to social media ... saying, "I'm just here to provide a brief life update. I got breath in my lungs. It's a beautiful day. That's what's going on in my life."

The former champ said half-jokingly, although his neck may be broken, his heart is still intact ... or at least he hopes.

Of course, Big E is working his way back after Ridge Holland delivered a belly-to-belly suplex and dropped E incorrectly ... causing him to break his neck.

The spot in the match obviously wasn't planned, and Ridge clearly knew he completely botched the move ... expressing concern for Big E, who appeared to be seriously hurt.

Big E was ultimately taken out of the arena on a stretcher and rushed to the nearest hospital, where he posted a video thanking his fans for the concern and support they expressed for him.

WWE Legend Diamond Dallas Page Dinner W/ Scott Hall's Family ... Days After He Died

As the wrestling world continues to mourn the loss of WWE legend Scott Hall, Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page -- aka "DDP" -- had dinner with his family just days after his death.

DDP posted pictures of him and Cody Hall, Scott's son, on Thursday ... showing the men doing the iconic nWo hand signal ... which Scott made popular during his wrestling career.

"Had an awesome steak dinner last night with @realscotthall family
@cassastrudel @realcodyhall @manowarfan1 we sat around and told stories of the Bad Guy💥 DDP💎," Page captioned in an Instagram post.

Hall and Page's relationship extends well outside of the squared circle. When Hall was in and out of rehab at one point in his life, it was Page who suggested he try "DDP Yoga" -- which combines yoga, dynamic resistance, and calisthenics to improve overall health and well-being.

Hall, also known as "Razor Ramon," attributed DDP's methods with getting him back on track ... and said at the time the connection he shared with DDP as legendary wrestlers allowed him to trust Dallas.

As we reported, Hall was put on life support after suffering complications from a recent hip surgery. Once his condition deteriorated to the point where it wasn't possible for Hall to recover, one of his best friends, Kevin Nash, announced he'd be taken off life support.

The devastating news rocked both sports fans and the wrestling world ... including Page, who gave the late legend his flowers in the aftermath of his passing -- thanking him for all the memories they shared.

WWE Superstars Assault Each Other With Tongues ... Crazy PDA Battle

Forget body slams and full nelsons -- WWE's Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis fought Persia Pirotta and Duke Hudson by trying to out-makeout each other ... and coincidentally, wrestling interest is through the roof.

The wild moment went down on WWE NXT on Tuesday ... as Indi and Persia were duking it out in a singles match, and Hudson showed up to cheer on his lady.

Of course, Dexter couldn't miss the big match either ... popping up to cheer on his lady.

Hartwell ended up winning the match over Pirotta ... but the real competition came when both couples decided to brawl each other in a wild bloodbath for the ages.

Just kidding -- the two couples decided to see who could suck face the best.

The scene is bonkers -- the couples try to one-up each other with the PDA ... and Indi even rips Dexter's shirt off to make it pretty PG-13.

Eventually, both couples are laying on the canvas and playing tonsil hockey ... with Dexter even giving a thumb's up to the crowd as it happens.

While the whole interaction was shocking, Indi teased going even further in the ring with Dexter on Twitter after the match ... hinting at wanting to recreate Edge's famous "Live Sex" celebration with Lita from Monday Night Raw in 2006.

Go ahead and rinse your eyes with holy water before that happens ... but one thing's for sure -- the fans approved.

WWE Legend Scott Hall Dead At 63 ... After Being Taken Off Life Support

WWE legend Scott Hall has passed away following complications from a recent surgery, sources tell TMZ Sports. He was 63 years old.

As we previously reported, Hall -- AKA Razor Ramon -- was placed on life support after experiencing serious medical issues related to a procedure on a broken hip ... suffering three heart attacks on Saturday.

Hall's good friend and fellow wrestler Kevin Nash said the family intended to take the legend off life support once his loved ones were able to say goodbye one last time ... and on Monday night, he was pronounced dead.

Hall kickstarted his career with the National Wrestling Alliance in 1984 ... and went on to make a name for himself with World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Federation in the 1990s.

Hall is well-known for his signature toothpick throw ... which was a fan-favorite move over the years. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

Hall's biggest match came against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania X ... in a ladder match for the Intercontinental title.

Hall -- alongside Nash and Hulk Hogan -- co-founded the New World Order in 1996 ... becoming a massive success in the industry. The group reunited in 2015 ... taking the stage at WrestleMania 31.

WWE Star Scott Hall On Life Support ... Hip Surgery Complications

UPDATE

10:40 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has confirmed ... Scott is, indeed, on life support -- this according to sources familiar with the situation.

Scott Hall -- one of WWE's biggest superstars from the 20th century -- is reportedly on life support ... this after major surgery complications.

The news was reported Sunday by PW Torch, which says Hall is clinging to life at a hospital in Georgia ... following a procedure to work on his broken hip. According to the outlet, SH suffered three heart attacks Saturday night.

PWT reports the heart attacks come on the heels of his hip surgery last week, which they say caused a complication when a blood clot got loose in the midst of operating.

Hall is one of the bona fide living legends of pro wrestling still active today. He rose to prominence in the '90s through the WWF playing the character Razor Ramon ... and then went on to assume his actual name in the WCW.

He's also one of the founding members of the wrestling stable New World Order (nWo) ... alongside Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash -- who portrayed themselves as wrestling outcasts looking to take the sport over in street gang, tough-guy fashion.

Hall is a multi-time champ -- he's won multiple titles with the WCW, including several tag team championships, and at least four with WWF. He's also competed in multiple WrestleMania events over the years ... and was even due to appear at this year's showdown.

Despite stepping away from WWE in the early 2000s, he continued to wrestle professionally until about 2010, at which point he semi-retired ... but still stayed active within WWE. He was inducted into their Hall of Fame twice ... once as a solo act in 2014 and again as a new member in 2020.

Prayers up for Scott ... get well soon, man. 👏🏽

WWE superstar Big E suffered a horrific injury Friday night ... a broken neck.

It went down on "Smackdown" in Birmingham, Alabama, when Big E was in the throes of a tag team match. Ridge Holland gabbed E in a belly-to-belly suplex and it did not go as planned. He landed on his head and that was the end of the match.

Big E was taken out of the arena by stretcher and rushed to a nearby hospital.

It's pretty amazing ... recording a video for his fans hours after the injury in his hospital bed, reassuring everyone ... "I can move all of my digits, that's always a good thing, strength feels fine. But unfortunately, right now they tell me my neck is broken, so there's that."

Big E was the WWE champ until recently, losing the belt Jan. 1 to Brock Lesnar.

Johnny Knoxville Sweet Revenge, Ya Jackass!!! Shares WWE Star Sami Zayn's # Using Plane Banner

A LITTLE PAYBACK

Johnny Knoxville just got back at Sami Zayn for blowing up his phone and talking crap on Thursday ... by sharing the WWE Superstar's phone number for all of Los Angeles to see!!

TMZ Sports just obtained video of the "Jackass" star executing his latest stunt on Friday ... explaining his actions in a hilarious video.

"So yesterday, Sami Zayn got my personal phone number and was texting and stalking me all day," Knoxville says.

"So today, for my birthday, I am flying his phone number over Los Angeles. 407-574-1532. See ya at WrestleMania, Shnookums."

Of course, Zayn and Knoxville have been beefing for months -- and it came to a head last week when JK cost Zayn a WWE title.

Knoxville has previously challenged Zayn to a match at WrestleMania, which Sami had denied, saying Johnny has no business being in WWE.

But, that all changed when Knox personally helped Ricochet beat Zayn for the Intercontinental title ... with Sami calling out the stuntman and demanding a fight in Dallas next month at AT&T Stadium.

The prank was a huge success -- as Zayn already tweeted about his phone ringing off the hook.

Word of advice to Zayn -- come at the king of stunts, you best not miss.

HULK HANGS IT UP
Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling Podcast

Sorry, Hulkamaniacs -- WWE legend Hulk Hogan says there's no way he'll wrestle again ... saying his body simply won't allow him to take one last match.

Hulk -- easily one of the most popular wrestlers of all-time -- opened up on his desire to have a farewell match in an interview with the "Two Man Power Trip" podcast this week ... but said the injuries he suffered over the years makes it impossible.

"No, no, no, no, no," 68-year-old Hogan said of ever getting back in the ring. "In the last 10 years, I've had 23 surgeries, 10 back surgeries, both hips, both knees -- forget it."

Hulk says if it weren't for his long history of injuries, he'd be 100% down to get back in the ring ... and he even has an opponent in mind.

"If I was healthy, shoot -- yeah, man, all day long," he added.

"The first one I'm trying to pick off would be Roman [Reigns], then I'd like to get to Brock [Lesnar], but good God, I'd be in a wheelchair by the time I get done with that."

Of course, Hulk did go up against Lesnar nearly 20 years ago at Smackdown ... and lost by submission. Despite the loss, Hogan says there's no need to try to avenge the result from 2002.

"I don't need no rematch with Brock. I'm good."

Hulk made a Hall of Fame career for himself from 1977-2012 ... and while his last WWE match was in 2006 against Randy Orton, he's still made appearances at events for Vince McMahon's org. over the years.

If Hulk's really done in the ring -- and knowing wrestling, you can NEVER say never -- it's a huge bummer for fans.

Randy Orton I Want To Wrestle Until I'm 50!! 'Got Another Decade In Me'

Future WWE Hall of Famer Randy Orton closed the door on any retirement talk ... saying he's got a lot left in the tank, and plans to wrestle for another decade -- which would make him 50+ years old when he walks away.

Adam Glyn spoke with 41-year-old Randy in NYC this week, and asked the WWE legend about everything from his favorite place to perform, who he wants to induct him into to the Hall of Fame (one day), and how much longer he plans to wrestle.

"I just turned 40 a year ago," Orton said, "I got another decade in me."

"We'll see. We'll see."

It wouldn't be unfamiliar territory if Orton -- aka "The Viper" -- wrestled until he was 50 years old. After all, he watched mentors and contemporaries like Triple H, Ric Flair, and The Undertaker have tremendous longevity in their careers.

And, wrestling runs in the Orton family. Both Randy's grandfather, Bob Orton Sr., and his father, Bob Orton Jr., were professional wrestlers.

As for his favorite place to wrestle ... Orton says it's Madison Square Garden in NYC.

"The history of the arena itself, I think, makes it just cool," Randy said.

MSG also happens to be the first location of the first WrestleMania where Orton wrestled.

Speaking of the Hall of Fame, Randy also dished on some possible names of people he would want to induct him when the times comes.

"[Triple H] came up. Cena came up. Flair came up. But, you know I don't know if I can get Cena to come in from Hollywood to do it," Orton joked. "Maybe he could do it virtually."

Orton is good buddies with Superstar turned company executive, Triple H ... who he credits with taking him under his wing and really "preparing him for the life" as a WWE superstar.

WWE's Vince McMahon Rival Wrestling Promoters Wanted Me Dead ... Jim Ross Told Me

030322_vince_mcmahon_kal
THREATS TO THE DEATH
The Pat McAfee Show

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon said his life was in serious danger when rival wrestling promoters were actively talking about killing him ... after he broke a cardinal rule by invading their territories with his promotion.

Vince made the shocking revelation on Pat McAfee's show, retelling a story of how Jim Ross -- legendary WWE announcer -- once told him he overheard a disturbing convo in a public bathroom.

Back in the day, Vince purchased his father's wrestling business. There was an unspoken rule wrestling promoters wouldn't invade each other's territories (the sport was very regional at the time). But, McMahon being a pioneer ... he had other ideas, and began traveling with his new promotion as it started to grow.

That decision didn't sit well with his competitors, and Ross told Vince -- 5 years after it happened -- they were so ticked over it, they discussed killing him.

McMahon said Ross was in a stall when he heard 4 of the biggest wrestling owners at that time saying they had a guy that could "off" Vince.

"I don't know how many different rivers I was supposed to be at the bottom of," Vince told McAfee. "Death threats are what they are. I always felt like, if you can knock off a President of the United States, then I'm easy to get to."

"In those days it was like when you ... from their standpoint invaded their territory, it was like 'ok those not just fighting words,'" McMahon said.

Luckily, nothing happened to Vince, and he's credited with evolving WWE into one of the biggest brands in the sports entertainment world.

The convo with Pat turned to a lighter note, as Vince shared with the former football player-turned podcaster his unorthodox workout "regimen."

The WWE boss told McAfee he finishes training around 3 AM after starting his workouts at 1:30 AM... and he views working out as a way to cope with the physical and emotional stress of running such a huge business.

The two laughed and reflected on some of WWE's most memorable moments ... with Vince offering Pat a chance to create his own memories by wrestling in a match at Wrestlemania 38 in Dallas on April 2 and 3.

No word yet on who McAfee's opponent will be, but knowing the chairman, we're sure he's got someone special in mind -- and don't be surprised if it's Vinny Mac himself.

WWE Ends Partnership With Russia ... Amid War In Ukraine

WWE is taking a stand against Russia -- Vince McMahon's organization just announced it is cutting all ties to the country amid the invasion of Ukraine.

WWE made the move official on Thursday ... saying its programs will no longer be shown on Russian broadcast partner Match as a response to Vladimir Putin's decision to attack Ukraine.

"WWE has terminated its partnership with Russian broadcaster Match and shut down WWE Network in Russia effective immediately," the company said in a statement.

The decision to end the business relationship with Match is a major loss for the Russian company ... as it will no longer have access to any of the promotion's weekly programming -- including Raw, Smackdown, NXT shows, and WWE's on-demand library.

The move also means WrestleMania 38 -- the Super Bowl of wrestling -- will not air in Russia ... which is set to take place in Dallas this year on April 2 and 3.

WWE has a huge following in Russia ... but it's clear Vince wanted to send a message.

Story developing ...

WWE Legend Scott Hall Hospitalized ... After Suffering Injuries In Scary Fall

WWE legend Scott Hall is currently in a hospital after he suffered significant injuries in a fall ... his good friend, Jerry Jarrett, announced this week.

Jarrett -- a prominent figure in the wrestling world and the father of wrestling legend Jeff Jarrett -- said Hall broke his hip in the fall and is currently recovering at a medical facility.

"Just got off the phone with my friend Scott Hall," Jerry wrote on his Facebook page. "He fell and broke his hip and he's in the hospital. Prayers will help him recover."

Hall was expected to participate in several events in the leadup to WrestleMania in Dallas next month ... though it's unclear if his injuries will preclude him from those now.

Hall rose to fame wrestling under the alias of Razor Ramon in the 1990s ... and was of the key players in the famous nWo storyline. He was ultimately inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

Get well soon.
