WWE's Bret Hart On Hall of Fame Attack 'I'm Okay!!!'

Bret "The Hitman" Hart is speaking out about that crazy attack during his WWE Hall of Fame ceremony Saturday ... saying, " I want to let everyone know that I am okay and was not injured."

GREAT NEWS!!!

Of course, the 61-year-old legend was blindsided by a violent idiot who snuck on stage and tackled Bret while he was delivering his induction speech alongside Natalya Neidhart ... the daughter of Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Jim was also part of the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame class.

"What a wild weekend to say the least," Bret posted on social media Monday.

"If there’s one thing I want everyone to take away from the Hall of Fame ceremony is not so much what happened, but how I wasn’t going to let anything stop me from completing my tribute to my best friend and our team."

Bret added, "Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts and words."

As for the attacker, cops arrested Zachary Madsen -- who's since been charged with assault and criminal trespassing. He was held on $1,500 bond.

Madsen was also pummeled by ex-UFC star Travis Browne -- who happened to be ringside with his wife Ronda Rousey during the attack.

After the incident, Madsen told police he decided to tackle Hart because "I just felt like it was the right moment."

Wrong.

Conor McGregor Congratulates Becky Lynch ... Teases Possible WWE Match

Conor McGregor was so impressed with Becky Lynch's victory over Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania ... he might be one step closer to joining her in the ring.

Lynch defeated Rousey and Charlotte Flair in the main event Sunday night -- earning both the WWE Raw AND Smackdown belts ... leading Conor to dub her the sport's first "Champ Champ."

"Congrats to Irelands Becky Lynch, the WWE’s first Champ Champ," McGregor wrote.

"Wow! What a match these ladies put on! Ronda Rousey is something special in that ring, as is Charlotte Flair of the Flair dynasty!"

That's when the tease came ...

"Stephanie McMahon you are right, I could not do what these athletes do. Or could I... "

McGregor hasn't exactly had the best relationship with WWE -- in 2016, he went off on a bunch of the wrestlers as "p**sies" who could never win a real fist fight.

"For the most part, those WWE guys are p**sies," McGregor said at the time ... "They're messed up p**sies if you ask me."

He did, however, praise Vince McMahon and Triple H at the time.

So, will he or won't he???

We recently shot Steph McMahon who told us she would love to sign Conor to a WWE contract ... if he's serious about wanting to get in the ring.

Conor's future seems to be a mystery -- he "retired" from MMA in a tweet last month ... but then told Khabib Nurmagomedov he would see him back in the Octagon.

Bottom line ... we'd bet it's only a matter of time before Conor crosses over.

WWE's Dave Bautista Retires After WrestleMania ... 'Hell Of a Run'

It's all over for Batista!!!!

The WWE superstar -- turned movie star -- announced his retirement from "Sports Entertainment" just hours after losing an insane match to Triple H at WrestleMania 35.

First off, the match was crazy ... the 50-year-old -- who was a 6-TIME champ in the WWE -- battled his face-off with Triple H on Sunday. Triple H even used pliers to rip out Batista's nose ring during the match.

Then, after being hit with everything from a steel chair to steel steps ... Triple H hit Batista with his signature Pedigree move to end the match -- and Batista's career.

Afterward, Dave Bautista went to social media to say goodbye to the fans ...

"To all the @wwe fans across the world that gave me the opportunity to suspend your disbelief, thank you. From the biggest part of my heart thank you for letting me entertain you."

"Tonight was my story book ending and I wanted to leave you with all I had to give. I’ll miss this theater of violence more than I can express in words but I am officially retiring from Sports Entertainment."

"I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, I leave in great health, and without a doubt the show will go on. I had a hell of a run. Thank you for the journey."

Don't worry, Dave will be fine ... he's become a massive movie star thanks to his role as Drax the Destroyer in 'Guardians of the Galaxy.'

He's also got a TON of new movies on the way.

As for his wrestling career, Batista will go down as one of the greats -- with some of the most memorable matches of all time. In fact, he won the Royal Rumble in 2005 after eliminating John Cena. He won the Rumble again in 2014.

Triple H Good Genes or Good Docs?

Triple H's good looks are unmatched!

Here's a 31-year-old version of the professional wrestler at an event in Los Angeles back in 2001 (left) and 18 years later ... the now 49-year-old was seen showing off his scruff at a conference in Austin, Texas just last month (right).

The Game isn't over yet!

The question is ...

Bret Hart Tackled by Fan During WWE HOF Induction Speech

WWE legend Bret Hart was just tackled to the ground by a man who bumrushed the former wrestler while he was literally being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Bret was making his induction speech Saturday night during WWE's HOF ceremony -- in which BH and Jim The Anvil Neidhart were to be sworn in -- when out of nowhere a guy wearing what appeared to be a Rasta hat hopped into the ring and tried to take Bret down.

It wasn't a publicity stunt or a staged moment either -- security immediately swarmed in and dog piled the man, as other wrestlers nearby also hopped in to help. It was an immediate frenzy, if only momentarily.

You can tell the WWE community wasn't happy about the attempted take-down -- RAW Tag Team champ Dash Wilder unloaded one good sock to the face as security was dragging the dude away.

Even Ronda Rousey's husband, Travis Browne, got in on the action early ... as he leaped in to help Hart as soon as the guy made his way into the ring.

According to reports, the guy in question was removed from the building and Bret was able to finish his speech. Mind you ... Bret has suffered a stroke in the past.

Even now, though ... ya can't take Bret Hart down. In fact, don't even try it.

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins Rips Brock Lesnar Nobody Wants You In WWE!!!

IN IT FOR HIMSELF
TMZSports.com

Seth Rollins says Brock Lesnar is SELFISH and everyone is sick of him ... and 'cause of that, NOBODY wants him in WWE.

TMZ Sports talked to Rollins -- who's fighting Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35 -- in NYC Friday night ... and there is absolutely ZERO love between the 2 superstars.

"He's not in it for anybody but himself. So, Brock Lesnar, he will tell you to your face that he is in this industry, he's in any industry, for himself to make his own money,"

"That's not what I'm about. I'm about giving back to a business I love, that has given me so much."

Still, Seth says even though Lesnar's a jerk ... he's a massive draw for fans.

"He's a box office attraction and everybody knows that. The problem is, he knows that as well, and he takes advantage of it every step of the way. So, he doesn't contribute to the locker room. He doesn't give anything back."

That's why, according to Rollins ... Lesnar -- who is an AMAZING athlete -- is persona non grata in the organization.

"I admire Brock Lesnar from a fighters perspective, from an athletes perspective. He's incredible. The way he trains for his fights. His mindset going in. He's a specimen unlike any other, and that's why he's able to do what he does."

"But, he doesn't inspire people, man. And, you need a champ who does that."

Will Rollins be that guy? We'll find out Sunday.

Charlotte Flair I'm The Queen ... Ronda & Becky Will Bow Down

BOW DOWN TO THE QUEEN
TMZSports.com

Charlotte Flair is WWE royalty and Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch ain't ... and by the end of their triple threat match at WrestleMania, both Ronda and The Man will "bow down."

That's according to Charlotte ... who told TMZ Sports the other 2 WWE Superstars are NOTHING compared to her.

"I think both of them are gonna bow down to the Queen, and I've done more in the last 7 years than they've done combined."

The crap talk leading up to the WM35 main event has been INTENSE ... and there's a lot on the line for all 3 women.

Earlier this week, Ronda told us the match was a "do-or-die moment" for her.

It wasn't all crap talk ... Flair also talked about her reaction when she learned she'd be headlining WM ... and the significance of the 1st all-female main event.

"Obviously wanting to let all the girls know this wouldn't happen without them. There's so much depth in our division. And, then obviously the women of the past," Flair says.

"Yes, the 3 of us get to main event Mania. But, the message on Sunday is so much bigger than what's happening."

Stephanie McMahon has her sights set on Conor McGregor and Rob Gronkowski ... telling TMZ Sports she would LOVE to get both sports superstars in the WWE ring.

We talked to McMahon -- Vince's daughter AND WWE honcho -- Friday night in NYC ... and asked her if there was anyone outside the WWE fam (like Conor or Gronk) she'd be interested in signing to the organization.

"Anybody who has a real big personality. I'd love to have Gronk in the ring. Conor McGregor, huge personality," McMahon told us.

"It's really about bringing in the biggest personalities with the best athletic ability."

We followed up ... asking if there have been any conversations between WWE and Gronk or Conor.

"We are always having conversations."

So, yea ... definitely wasn't a no.

That wasn't all ... Stephanie also talked about the 1st all-female main event at WrestleMania -- and she made it crystal clear there's 1 simple reason Ronda, Becky, and Charlotte are headlining -- they're the best.

"It's not about women having this opportunity because of a movement. It's about these 3 women, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey being the biggest stars in WWE right now with the best storyline, the best characters," McMahon says.

"They are the main event because they've earned it, and that's what our audience is most interested in seeing."

Cris Cyborg Rootin' For Ronda At WrestleMania ... She's Doing Great!!!

ROOTIN' FOR RONDA
TMZSports.com

Betcha didn't see this coming ... Cris Cyborg -- who had a heated rivalry with Ronda Rousey -- says she's PUMPED to watch Ronda.

TMZ Sports saw Cris at LAX on Friday ... and asked her if she planned on watching her former foe at WM35.

"Yes, I will. I'm gonna be very excited."

That's not exactly shocking ... 'cause Cyborg's a big time wrestling fan -- but what she said next was.

"I think Ronda's doing great. She's showing girls from MMA can do it same thing."

Cris and Ronda had beef for years ... and although they never stepped foot in the Octagon together, there was no shortage of crap talking.

BTW, there's been some speculation that Cris might follow Ronda to WWE in the future ... so Rousey's massive success with the organization just might open the door for UFC stars like Cyborg.

WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss I Want Winner ... Of Ronda, Becky & Charlotte

I GOT NEXT
TMZSports.com

Lookout Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair ... 'cause the prize for winning the triple threat match at WrestleMania is 5x WWE champ, Alexa Bliss.

TMZ Sports got Bliss -- who's hosting WrestleMania 35 -- out in NYC on Friday ... and it was clear, even though she ain't competing this weekend, she's keeping a very close eye on the headlining match.

"My plan is, ya know, whoever wins that women's main event, that's who I got my eyes on," Bliss tells us.

We asked Alexa who she wanted to win the historic match ... and cue the shade.

"Charlotte Flair is who I'm rooting for, and that's who I want to happen. Because, ya know, I feel like with the story and how everything is going on, the other 2, ya know, have gotten a little cocky, and I feel like the queen is the one who can humble them."

Bliss against any of the WWE superstar women would be a big deal ... she's been out of the squared circle for a minute after sustaining a concussion late last year.

But, she clearly seems ready to return in a big, big way.

We also talked to Sheamus and Cesaro aka The Bar -- the 5x WWE tag team champs -- who gave us their take on the best tag team EVER.

Hint, it's them.

Becky Lynch Ronda Rousey Will Retire From WWE ... If She Loses At Mania

TMZSports.com

Ronda Rousey will straight-up QUIT the WWE if she loses to Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania this weekend ... so says The Man herself.

"She won't be able to hack it," Becky said of Ronda on "TMZ Live" ... "She won't be able to take it. She won't be able to look defeat in the face and say I can come back from this."

Becky says this has actually been her plan for MONTHS ... saying she's allowed Ronda to build up wins just so she can be the one that beats her and forces her to quit fighting for good.

"When Ronda feels untouchable, that's when she gets put to sleep. That's when she gets knocked out."

"And, we all know what happens to Ronda when that happens, she goes and she cries under her blankey for a year or whatever."

Becky added, "The only thing she knows how to do is either be invincible or be gone." She also had a lot more to say about the women's revolution in WWE, and being the main event at Wrestlemania. Tune in for Friday's TMZ Live to see why The Man saw this coming years ago.

BTW, if you think Becky is just talking trash? Maybe not, 'cause Ronda did tell us when we got her out in NYC this week that Wrestlemania 35 is "a do-or-die moment" for her.

Ronda Rousey WrestleMania Is Do-Or-Die For Me

DO-OR-DIE MOMENT
TMZSports.com

Ronda Rousey says WrestleMania is a "DO-OR-DIE MOMENT" for her ... that's how seriously the WWE superstar is taking her soon-to-be, history-making match.

TMZ Sports saw Rousey out in NYC on Thursday ... and asked her about the first ever all-female Mania main event against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

We also asked Ronda about her post-Mania plans ... 'cause there's been a lot of speculation from wrestling fans about Rousey's future -- but let's just say she's ultra-focused and pumped for WM.

And, judging by the crazy crowds around Ronda ... so are the people.

So, Ronda and the fans are psyched ... but how do other WWE stars feel about the historic event?

We also talked to Kofi Kingston -- WWE superstar and member of the 5x tag team champion trio The New Day -- about his WM35 match with Daniel Bryan.

"It's gonna be difficult because as much of a jerk as Daniel Bryan is, he's actually very good in the ring. Probably one of the best, maybe one of the best of all-time. But, I feel like I do have momentum on my side."

It's one of the most anticipated matches of the night ... so, we asked Kofi if he believes it should be the main event.

But, he's fully on-board with Rousey, Flair and Lynch making history.

"The women have done such an amazing job," Kofi says ... "They deserve everything that they are getting right now to be in the main event."

"I'm so proud of all of them, and I can't wait to watch."

Big Show John Oliver Is Wrong ... WWE Is Perfectly Safe

IT'S ABOUT TIME
TMZSports.com

The Big Show is about to pin John Oliver's scathing critique about professional wrestling ... saying the sport is safer than it's ever been, and pointing to himself as proof.

Oliver DESTROYED the WWE on his HBO show, saying the organization is unsafe and exploitative of its workers, pointing to the untimely deaths of several of the past wrestlers as proof.

We got Big Show out in NYC -- gearing up for Wrestlemania35 -- and asked him what he thought of Oliver's 20-minute tirade ... and he said wrestling has cleaned up its act, and used himself as the proof.

"The industry's changed. It's done everything it can to protect the athlete and create longevity for the athlete. I'm 47 and I'm still rocking and rolling, so they're doing something right."

Show also says wrestlers -- including himself -- know the dangers before they sign up, and that's gotta mean something.

"I've had a lot of injuries, I knew from day one stepping through the ropes that it was not an easy job, it was a job that was gonna put myself at risk. I took the paychecks, I took the fame, I took the fortune."

We gotta admit, Show does look pretty good ... and we're not just saying that because HE COULD CRUSH US.

Michelle McCool WWE's Top Women Should Demand Equal Pay with Men!!!

LONG TIME COMING
TMZ.com

WWE legend Michelle McCool -- a 2-time WWE Women's champion -- says she's STOKED women are main eventing Wrestlemania ... but she really hopes they're getting paid like the men.

McCool -- who's married to The Undertaker -- was raving about how far WWE has come from the days where women wrestlers had to fight and claw to get ring time.

Now, with stars like Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch main eventing Wrestlemania 35 on April 7 ... McCool says the next big step is making sure they're getting PAID like main eventers.

"I do think the women should get paid, a main event is a main event," McCool says.

"I hope they do and think they should."

McCool says she's grateful for the women who wrestled before her who paved the way -- and she's so proud of the women dominating right now ... who continue to kick down doors for future generations.

McCool retired in 2011 -- but laced up the boots to compete in an all-women's Battle Royale at the WWE Evolution pay-per-view back in October.
