James Corden is sick of the way he looks, and he's changing things in a big way in 2021 ... or should we say a smaller way.
The late-night talk show host said he's "sick and tired" of failing at the weight game. He says that looking in the mirror is making him sad.
So, James has signed up to be the face of WW -- formerly known as Weight Watchers -- and presumably, everyone will follow his journey of the company's now forbidden words -- losing weight.
Corden said, "I want to change the way that I live. I want to be better for my children and for my family."
Corden got emotional, saying he's spent more than 10 years making failed New Year's resolutions to lose the lbs.
So, here's where his head is at now ..."I'm fed up with the way I look, I'm fed up with being unhealthy, this is the year I'm doing it."
James said he's the one who contacted WW and asked for help ..." They said if you stick with our regime, which is more about wellness and health and feeling better rather than lose a load of weight this can absolutely work."
The 42-year-old has plenty of inspiration ... "I don't want to wake up tired, or feel embarrassed when I'm chasing my son on the soccer field and out of breath after three minutes."
Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. just ripped off their shirts and showed off their incredible physiques at the weigh-in for their big fight ... and man, these guys are ripped!
54-year-old Tyson and 51-year-old Roy both look amazing for their age -- really, for ANY age -- as they gear up to fight on Saturday night.
Tyson weighed in at 220.4 pounds. Jones Jr. was 210.
Both men appeared calm and focused -- and told TMZ Sports they plan on spending their Friday night relaxing and watching karate movies to get in the right headspace.
Jake Paulalso put on a show at the weigh-in -- dressing up like a Super Saiyan from "Dragon Ball Z" ... and warning his opponent Nate Robinsonto not let his kids watch the fight, because it will scar them for years to come.
TMZSports.com
36-year-old Nate is a former NBA star and 3-time NBA Slam Dunk contest champion. He said he's fighting 23-year-old Paul to prove he's still an elite athlete.
Earlier in the day, Roy Jones Jr. told us his pre-fight meal plans -- and why he's so excited to get back in the ring.
Funny moment with Mike Tyson when he was asked about his famous quote, "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth."
TMZSports.com
So, what happens when Mike gets punched in the mouth?
"We'll go to Plan B -- I'll punch him back!"
The fight is set to go down Saturday night at Staples Center in L.A. -- the weigh-in took place at a nearby hotel.
Everyone at the weigh-in site was required to undergo COVID testing -- including our TMZ photog, who was also mask'd up and keeping his distance.
As we previously reported, both Mike and 51-year-old Roy have made it abundantly clear they will be trying to take each other out from the opening bell of their 8 round exhibition (available on PPV via cable and satellite, and PPV streaming at Triller).
Jay-Z is getting into the fitness equipment game just like his wife ... he's investing in a startup that aims to rival Beyonce's partner, Peloton.
The entertainment mogul is pumping some of his billion-dollar fortune into CLMBR, which is about to launch its 2 flagship products ... a pair of vertical climbing machines.
Jay-Z's not the only celeb who sees an opportunity to make a buck with CLMBR ... Novak Djokovic, the top men's tennis player in the world, is also investing. Jay and Bey's longtime fitness consultant, Marco Borges, is on board too, plus YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.
CLMBR sounds a lot like Peloton, only instead of riding a bike it simulates vertical climbing. It's supposed to be good for the back, and CLMBR's machines are the first featuring touch displays and on-demand classes with instructors.
At-home fitness equipment is all the rage with most gyms and fitness centers across the globe shuttered due to the pandemic. Bey recently teamed up with Peloton... which boosted its stock.
Now Jay's following suit and doing his own thing, which means we have all the makings of a friendly family competition here.
Beyonce and Peloton have teamed up on a multi-year deal that will bring a series of themed workouts paying homage to historically black colleges and universities ... and the timing couldn't be better.
Playing off "Homecoming" -- her iconic Coachella concert film -- Beyonce's helped create cycling, running, strength, boot camp, yoga and meditation classes with Peloton to commemorate the annual fall Homecoming season at HBCUs. The singer was already the most requested artist among the fitness company's 3.6 million members, so the collab makes total sense.
In addition ... Bey and Peloton are gifting 2-year digital memberships to students at 10 different HBCUs, which provide access to the fitness classes through the Peloton App that can be used with or without equipment.
Along with the big partnership coming during homecoming season, the timing's also huge for the company ... in the stock market. As you may know, Peloton use has surged during the pandemic, but its shares took a hit Monday with the announcement of the Pfizer vaccine ... dropping 20 percent.
With the Beyonce news, shares jumped as much as 7 percent early Tuesday.
As for the Queen, she says she's been a Peloton member for years and is excited to partner with a company providing an innovative way for all people to "be the best versions of themselves."
She adds ... "I'm proud to celebrate the students at HBCUs with this donation, to encourage them to find and embrace their own wellness regimens."
The Atlanta Falcons fullback admitted this week he has a SERIOUS affinity for Chipotle ... explaining he gets bowls from the Mexican food joint 4 or 5 times a day!!
"You probably won't believe it," Smith said on the "Endless Hustle" podcast this week. "But, most people who know me know that it's legit."
The 6-foot, 240-pound NFLer explained he uses the restaurant as a way to sort of meal prep.
Smith -- who turned 28 back in April -- says he gets his bowls compartmentalized ... getting the chicken, rice and beans all separate so he can concoct the deliciousness whenever he's ready.
"Like, this is not a joke," Smith said. "Like, 4 or 5 times a day, I got my bowl. Same thing every time."
As for why Chipotle and not El Pollo Loco or some other spot? Smith says it's simple ... "You know what you going to get. The consistency."
In case you were wondering, a modest Chipotle chicken burrito bowl has around 800 calories in it. So, do the math -- that's roughly 4,000 calories of Chipotle PER DAY!!
Yeah, we're all praying Atlanta's locker room is well stocked on TP!
The secret to Busta Rhymes' jaw-dropping weight loss -- he did what most people wish they'd done in quarantine ... focusing on heavy-duty training and bustin' a sweat every chance he got.
Celebrity trainer, VictorMuñoz, is the guy who guided the rapper through the program that made his bulging gut vanish ... and he tells us the key was pushing heavy metal. Seriously heavy, as you can see in some of Busta's training videos.
Victor tells us, Busta ripped through full-body workouts to strengthen his chest and cut down that belly fat. In the video, it looks like Busta was pushing more than 300 lbs on his bench press!!!
He also drastically changed his eating habits by hiring a chef who prepped meals with leaner meats like chicken, salmon and bison. Victor says Busta also dramatically limited his booze intake.
Victor and the Queens MC have been working together for 8 years, but the trainer says the COVID lockdown offered a rare opportunity -- lots of free time that would normally be spent traveling for performances. He says they committed to using the time to transform Busta's body.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
They started with twice a week sessions, sometimes as long as 2 hours -- but now they're up to 3-4 per week. Busta posted a dramatic before-and-after pic, encouraging others to never give up. Muñoz says the results weren't immediate, but they came in due time.
His new album, "Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God" is about to drop, but Busta's not letting up on his fitness. Victor -- who's also trained Diana Ross and "Boardwalk Empire's" Devin Harjes -- says Busta's so dedicated ... he'll choose to walk 16 flights of stairs, instead of taking the elevator, to get to his NYC studio.

UPDATE
White also suggested that Brian Ortega -- who shaved his head before his fight against Korean Zombie -- says he thinks weight cut issues may have been the initial reason why he lopped off his locks!

Ortega says he donated the hair to Locks of Love, which makes wigs for kids going through cancer treatment.

Plus, Ortega won the fight ... so it worked out for everyone!
Khabib Nurmagomedov has officially made weight for his 155-pound championship fight with Justin Gaethje ... though he needed to strip down naked to do it!
The Eagle couldn't have looked more relieved Friday morning when he stepped onto the scale and hit exactly 155 pounds ... meaning the lightweight title fight with Gaethje will proceed as planned.
UFC 254: Khabib vs. Gaethje is going down this Saturday LIVE from UFC Fight Island -- the main card kicks off at 11 AM PT.
Gaethje also weighed in perfectly.
Khabib has struggled with weight cuts in the past -- in fact, he pulled out of his UFC 209 fight with Tony Ferguson due to a bad cut.
But, no issues Friday ... though Khabib's people needed the famous UFC naked body ring to shield him while he stripped naked for the scale.
Justin Gaethje also made weight -- and later on, the two came face to face to "square off" for some promotional photos leading up to Saturday's main event.
As we previously reported, Dana Whitesays the hype for UFC 254 is real -- it's currently tracking to be the most-watched PPV event in UFC history ... bigger than any Conor McGregor fight!
The family of Coliesa McMillian -- who appeared on Season 8 of "My 600-lb. Life" -- was thankfully allowed to see her in the hospital before she died ... something they feared would not be possible due to COVID restrictions.
Coliesa passed away Tuesday at a hospital in Louisiana, but her mother, Sadie Courville, tells TMZ she'd been at the Baton Rouge facility for quite a while ... and they hadn't been able to visit her due to pandemic rules.
She says the hospital made an exception when it was clear Coliesa was on her deathbed, allowing her and Coliesa's 2 teenage daughters in to say their final goodbyes.
Sadie says she patted Coliesa's arm while her girls cried and held her hand.
According to Coliesa's mom ... the family doesn't know the exact cause of death, but she says her health went downhill after she underwent weight loss surgery and sadly, she never recovered.
A rep for the East Baton Rouge Coroner's Office tells us ... a review of Coliesa's medical records shows she died of natural causes due to complications from that surgery months ago.
Marshal Yanda has gone from All-Pro offensive lineman to absolute SNACK in just a few months ... dude's shaved off a ton of weight since his retirement -- and looks amazing!
Yanda -- one of the best linemen in the NFL for the past decade-plus -- just retired in March ... but it's clear he's got no chance of playing in the gridiron trenches any time soon.
Check out a photo the 6'3" potential future Hall of Famer posted Monday ... he looks NOTHING like the guy who used to crush D-lineman for the Ravens at over 300 pounds!!!
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
"Family RV Trip Out West," Yanda captioned the pic. "August is looking a lot different this year!!!"
No kidding!!!
Of course, we shouldn't be TOO surprised about the weight loss ... many NFL linemen have found it easy to trim down after retirement -- remember how quickly Joe Thomas gotshredded last year?!?!
Adele is heaping on the ultimate praise to Beyonce, wearing the same outfit featured in her new smash hit project, 'Black is King' ... and the internet can't deal.
The singer shouted out Bey's new visual album Saturday on Instagram, posting a photo of herself posing in front of her TV with the flick on in the background ... but, more revealing, wearing a very similar-looking bodysuit (if not an exact replica) that Beyonce rocks in 'BIK.'
Adele captioned the post, "Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art." Of course, Adele looks great in the photo too -- further showing off her new look.
As for Beyonce's new film ... it's the talk of the town right now. They say it's a companion piece to the rebooted 'Lion King' -- and it features tons of striking images, performances, costumes and songs. It's like the new 'Lemonade' -- but carries way more weight in light of what's been going on lately around the country.
It's streaming on Disney+ right now -- and it seems Adele's definitely a subscriber.
The death of James King, who starred on "My 600-lb Life" was NOT related to the coronavirus -- instead, the big guy's family says his heart gave out.
James got very sick back in early February, and his liver and kidneys were shutting down due to his weight ... one of his family members tells TMZ.
Remember, James actually gained weight following his debut on the reality show. He was 791 pounds starting out on the show, but by the end of 2018 his weight got up to a whopping 840 pounds.
We're told James, who lived in Paducah, KY, was initially transported to a local hospital on Feb. 10. Shortly after that, he had to be transferred to a Nashville hospital that was better equipped to treat a patient his size.
The family member says after the liver and kidney issues, though, James' heart gave out under the stress. He died April 3 in the Nashville hospital.
James also battled other health problems in the past, including cirrhosis of the liver and sepsis.
He leaves behind a large family. James is survived by his wife, Lisa Raisor King, 4 daughters, 2 sons and 19 grandkids.
Equinox may be locked up tight as a drum right now, but it's not stopping the fitness chain from offering advice on how to stay sane and even calm during the coronavirus crisis -- have lots of sex in different configurations ... depending on your circumstances.
Honchos at the gym have rolled out their latest tip -- "Have an Orgasm Before Bed." To be clear ... it's not just for pleasure. The tip reads, "Whether with a partner or solo, having an orgasm can relieve anxiety and help you sleep better. That's thanks to their ability to increase endorphins and oxytocin, lowering levels of cortisol."
And there's this ... "Even the routine surrounding sex and masturbation can create a chill mood. So, light those candles or cue up some audio erotica ..."
Equinox is known for its provocative ads shot by famous fashion photogs.
BTW ... Equinox is offering regular tips to its members.
Mama June's decided a pandemic is the perfect time to get back in front of the camera and become a public figure again, but not on her TV show -- she's getting paid to push a weight loss challenge.
The troubled reality star is promoting something called Boom Bod, a weight loss product that urges customers to use it for 7 days to get energized, motivated and rejuvenated. It's the kinda thing ya see IG models do all the time.
The ad was shot in a small kitchen and shows Mama explaining how ya simply add the product to water 3 times a day -- apparently to curb hunger and shed pounds, but she doesn't quite make it clear.
The oddly timed new video is the first June's posted in a long time and seems to be her first paid gig in months. It's unclear when she recorded it -- we know she's been living on the road since selling her home last year.
The new spokeswoman was just spotted Tuesday with her boyfriend, Geno Doak, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
We're told she was wandering around aimlessly and seemed undeterred by new coronavirus safety guidelines.
Then again, it looks like the couple has been living at the casino hotel for several weeks ... so perhaps that qualifies as "sheltering at home" for them.
Rebel Wilson's gonna make it hard for "Pitch Perfect 4" (y'know it's gonna happen) producers to cast her as Fat Amy again, because she's shedding some serious weight.
The "Cats" star -- sorry, we had to mention that -- has been focused on her health and weight-loss for awhile now, and these new images of her putting in work at the gym ... show the progress is real in 2020.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Rebel's been sharing her progress for the last 10 months, and even credits the filming of "Cats" for aiding her weight loss. So, there IS a silver lining to that disaster.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
On January 2 she put herself all the way out there, saying ... "Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called “The Year of Health.” Rebel vowed to get exercise and avoid sugar and junk food and added, "Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?"
Looks like Wilson's sticking to her plan so far, and her “transformation trainer,” Jono Castano, says she's been doing it 7 days a week.
We know it's barely 3 weeks, but kudos to Rebel -- that's forever in New Year's resolutions time.
Diamond Dallas Page took a 475-pound man -- and nearly cut him in half -- helping the guy shed 200 POUNDS ... with some help from comic Bert Kreischer.
It's an unbelievable story ... Bert -- who famously performs without a shirt -- has been on a health kick and posted a story on his social media about Vance Hinds, an obese man who wanted help losing weight.
The pro wrestling legend stepped up and reached out to the 475-pound man ... offering to coach him through his patented DDP Yoga program -- the same program that Jake "The Snake" Roberts credits with saving his life.
The results ... AMAZING.
After 365 days, Hinds dropped 198 pounds ... and he documented the entire journey on video.
DDP tells TMZ Sports he couldn't be more proud of the guy -- but the work ain't done yet. Hinds says he's gunning to drop another 100 POUNDS with Page's help.
Of course, Page is super confident he can hit the goal weight -- and if you know anything about DDP, dude doesn't ever fail.
Luke Rockhold says he'd beat the snot out of Yoel Romero at light heavyweight ... telling TMZ Sports he'd be down for a rematch after UFC 230, but Romero's gotta make weight this time.
We spoke with Rockhold about his plans after his huge rematch with Chris Weidman in November ... and he's got his eye on the middleweight belt -- but he's not opposed to getting revenge on Romero.
Rockhold says he killed himself trying to make weight last time, when Yoel was 3 pounds overweight ... and he's not playing that game again with Romero.
"Yoel's a piece that can't make weight," Luke says. "I don't even know how he exists in the rankings. He missed weight for 2 back-to-back title fights. The guy's a cheap f*ck and I'll find him at light heavyweight if he wants to do it again."
TMZSports.com
Romero ain't the only one in Rockhold's crosshairs --- the dude UNLEASHES on the entire heavyweight division ... aside from a select few.
"There's a small percentage of heavyweights that are good. The rest suck. Plain and simple."
As for his fight with Weidman ... Rockhold says he feels great leading up to the November 3 fight at Madison Square Garden ... and gives us a prediction on what'll go down.
