Jake E. Lee, famous for being Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist, says he's lucky to still be alive after being shot 3 times in Las Vegas ... and he says he was dodging bullets on the street.
The musician just broke his silence on Tuesday's shooting ... he says he was hit by 3 bullets and the cops found 15 shell casings at the scene, which he says means the shooter emptied their clip at him.
Jake says he was walking his dog Coco near his home when the shots rang out ... and he says he started dodging bullets ... but was hit in the forearm, foot and back.

Diddy used a TV remote to rape a woman as payback for her telling him she believed he had something to do with Tupac Shakur's murder ... at least according to a new lawsuit.
The Bad Boy founder is being sued by a woman named Ashley Parham, who claims Diddy sexually assaulted her in a gangbang-style rape after she dissed him on a FaceTime call.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Parham met a friend of Diddy's at a bar in February 2018, and he called Diddy on FaceTime ... but Parham says she wasn't impressed by the man's famous friend, telling Diddy to his face she thought he played a part in Pac's death.
Georgetown Women's Basketball Catches Flak For Sydney Wilson Tribute ... Ex Player Slashed Cop With Knife
Georgetown University's women's basketball team is catching flak for honoring a former player who was fatally shot by a police officer who she slashed with a knife.
The Hoyas' official X account posted a tribute to ex-player Sydney Wilson, mourning her "tragic loss" last month ... but now the post is drawing criticism because newly released police body cam footage shows her attacking the cop -- cutting his face -- before he shoots and kills her.

The tribute post has been on the Georgetown women's basketball team's X page since September 20. Sydney, who played for GU from 2009 to 2013, died Sept. 16 in the police shooting -- and the video of the fatal altercation was just released Monday.

Jake E. Lee, best known for being Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist, has been hospitalized following a shooting in Las Vegas ... TMZ has learned.
The musician's rep tells TMZ ... Jake was shot multiple times early Tuesday morning while taking his dog out for a walk in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Jake is now fully conscious and doing well after the attack ... though, he's currently in an intensive care unit in a hospital in Vegas. He is expected to make a full recovery.

An Amazon delivery driver is facing scrutiny after threatening to shoot a resident and his dog in a tense exchange ... and it was all captured on the home's doorbell cam.
Check it out ... the resident, who goes by royal_robs on TikTok, eagerly greeted the deliveryman as he arrived with some highly anticipated car parts. As the resident opened the door, a dog barked loudly in the background ... prompting the driver to warn the man to not let his pooch outside.
The resident tried to assure the driver everything was all right ... noting in the caption the dog was "in the living room with [his] girlfriend" at the time.

The armed suspect who was arrested on gun charges outside Donald Trump's Coachella rally in California was happy to talk to the sheriff's deputies who busted him, but he wasn't so chatty with federal agents ... because they made him wait too long for an interview ... and now the feds don't have a motive.
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco tells TMZ ... the suspect, 49-year-old Vem Miller, had a cordial interaction Saturday with the deputies who interviewed him, and he was cooperative.
The Sheriff says deputies specifically talked to Miller about the guns he allegedly possessed, because the weapons were the reason he was arrested ... but protocol calls for federal agents to figure out the motive.

Former hockey pro Janne Puhakka -- Finland's first openly gay player -- was found shot to death on Sunday ... and police believe his partner was behind the killing.
Puhakka was only 29.
According to a report out of Finland, Janne was found in his Henttaa Espoo home ... where he lived with his partner, 66-year-old veterinarian Rolf Nordmo.

San Diego Body Cam Detective Fatally Shoots Suspect in Tow Truck
Authorities have released video footage capturing the moment an officer fatally shoots a narcotics suspect at a car dealership near Naval Base San Diego in California.
Footage from body cam shows Detective Douglas Akers from the San Diego County Sheriff's Office opening fire on suspect Gene Stewart, who had fired at the officer first from inside a parked tow truck, shattering the passenger-side window glass.
In the footage, Akers returns fire into the window. Stewart then emerges from the truck, hunched over, clutching his gun to his chest.

Kentucky Justice Sheriff Appears to Shoot Judge on Video
The fatal shooting of a Kentucky judge by a sheriff was apparently captured on security video -- and the moments leading up to the alleged cold-blooded murder were played in open court this week.
Justice Kevin Mullins was seated at his desk inside his chambers in the Letcher County Courthouse in Whitesburg, KY, on September 19, when Sheriff Shawn "Mickey" Stines walks inside and appears to pull out a gun and shoot him multiple times, killing the judge.
Stines surrendered to authorities and was charged with Mullins' slaying. Investigators uncovered a possible motive, revealing Stines allegedly found his daughter's phone number on Mullins' phone and called it -- and a detective later confirmed the sheriff's daughter had been called from the judge’s phone before this incident.
