Donald Trump's just addressed the shooting at his Pennsylvania rally -- explaining where exactly he got hit by a bullet, while also thanking law enforcement for their quick response.
The ex-President of the United States has just released a statement to Truth Social just hours after the shooting that nearly took his life ... and, in it, he says he was shot in the upper part of his right ear.
Trump says, "I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening."

A man who claims to have seen the alleged gunman open fire on the Trump rally has quite a story -- including the lead-up ... not to mention apparently being ignored after trying to notify law enforcement.
The guy, who called himself Greg, got interviewed by the BBC Saturday in Butler, PA right after everything went south -- just outside the rally itself -- where he says he and his friends were partying, only to head up a hill outside the facility to watch Trump's remarks from afar.
That's when Greg says he and his pals saw a man shimmy up a nearby building -- which was also outside the main grounds of the rally -- with what he says was a rifle in hand.

Alec Baldwin's finally ready to talk about the his manslaughter trial ... posting a grateful tribute to his friends and fans who stuck by his sides.
The actor posted a photo to Instagram moments ago ... a profile shot from the trial -- and, given the emotion etched on his face, seems like it was taken just as the realization his legal troubles were at an end dawned on him.
Baldwin writes, "There are too many people who have supported me to thank just now. To all of you, you will never know how much I appreciate your kindness toward my family."

Alec Baldwin celebrated his courtroom victory Friday with a small gathering of his biggest supporters – including wife Hilaria -- at a hotel bar in New Mexico before winding down with some Mexican food.
TMZ obtained video and photos of the actor partying with his attorneys -- Alex Spiro and Luke Nikas – as well as Hilaria and his film team creating a documentary about the "Rust" tragedy.
We're told right after Alec's involuntary manslaughter case was dismissed Friday afternoon, Baldwin and his crew left the courthouse and went straight to the El Dorado Hotel, where they hung out at the bar.

Brazilian Soccer Cop Fires Rubber Bullet At Goalie Wild Post-Match Altercation
A post-match altercation between two soccer clubs in Brazil escalated so quickly -- a policeman actually fired a rubber bullet at a player's leg from point-blank range ... and the wild scene was all caught on video.
It happened after a regional club match between Grêmio Esportivo Anápolis and Centro Oeste on Wednesday night. After Centro took home a 2-1 victory ... a scuffle broke out between the two sides, according to Brazilian newspaper Globo.

7/11 -- 11:30 AM PT -- Christina Fulton released a statement saying, "On April 28th, 2024, around 5:30 pm I received urgent messages from friends of my son, Weston Cage regarding his deteriorating mental state, urging me to come help. When I arrived to offer support and console him, he was already in the midst of a manic rage. Within minutes, I was brutally assaulted and sustained serious injuries."
She continued, "Despite my desperate pleas to the responding Police officers to detain him for a mental health evaluation, the Police officers refused my request and neglected my urgent need for my medical attention. As a mother, I am deeply saddened and concerned about Weston’s on-going mental health crisis. It is imperative that he receives the help he desperately needs."
Weston Cage kicked off his day in police custody ... arrested for allegedly assaulting his mother Christina Fulton.
Ex-NFL Star Adrian Wilson Told Cops He Threatened To Kill Himself ... Amid Heated Dispute With Wife
Former NFL star Adrian Wilson -- a five-time Pro Bowler -- told cops he broke multiple objects and threatened to kill himself during a heated argument with his wife before his arrest last month ... this according to police documents, obtained by TMZ Sports.
According to the Scottsdale Police Department incident report, Wilson's family members accused the ex-Arizona Cardinals defensive back of flying off the handle at around 5 AM on June 1 at their Scottsdale, Ariz. residence.
Cops say Wilson's wife, Alicia, told them everything started after she found out he was having an affair. She stated she filled out legal separation paperwork from Wilson -- and left it in the guest house that he had been staying in.

9:10 AM PT -- Spiro's honing in on the broken firearm ... saying now no one can test the gun in the condition it was in when Halyna Hutchins was shot since law enforcement broke it during testing.
8:52 AM PT -- Alec Baldwin's defense team plays the 911 emergency call for the court. Spiro highlights how the caller says the shooting was accidental and blames AD David Halls.

United States Marshals guarding Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor's Washington D.C. residence shot a suspected carjacker ... and the feds say the suspect was packing heat.
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the feds say the shooting went down early Friday morning around 1:15 AM when the alleged suspect, 18-year-old Kentrell Flowers, approached one of the Marshals parked in an unmarked government vehicle and pointed a handgun at him through the front driver-side window in an attempted carjacking.
The docs say the Marshal drew his gun and fired four shots through the window at the suspect, with bullets hitting Flowers in the mouth. A second Marshal rushed over from another car and fired his gun too and one of the Marshals gave Flowers first aid.

Alec Baldwin's trial for the fatal shooting on the "Rust" movie set begins Tuesday ... and cops are beefing up security out of precaution, TMZ has learned.
Denise Womack-Avila, spokeswoman for the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, tells TMZ ... due to the actor being so high-profile, and the amount of media interest in the case, additional deputies will be working the courthouse and the surrounding area to maintain peace and safety.
She did not go into specifics about what that might look like as far as numbers -- that's a typical precaution for law enforcement, so as not to tip its hand to the media ... but it's clear AB's presence raises the stakes.

Alec Baldwin just got a huge part of the prosecution's case thrown out ... a day before his manslaughter trial kicks off.
The judge ruled prosecutors cannot introduce evidence of Baldwin's role as a producer in the film ... something that was a critical part of the State's argument that Baldwin's alleged recklessness led to the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin was an Executive Producer on the film, but there were other EPs as well who had much more of a hands-on role.

Alec seems pretty aware of the camera -- the trial will be live streamed -- and at one point he leans over to one of his attorneys and whispers something in his ear.
