K.C. Chiefs' Frank Clark Arrested ... Cops Say NFL Star Had Uzi In Lambo SUV

UPDATE

4:05 PM PT -- A source close to Clark tells us ... the NFL star claims the weapon belongs to a member of his security team. We're told attorney Alex Spiro will represent him moving forward in the case.

NFL star pass rusher Frank Clark -- one of the best defensive players in the league -- was arrested Sunday after cops say he had an uzi in his Lambo SUV ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Clark was pulled over for a routine traffic stop Sunday evening in Los Angeles ... when cops say they noticed an open duffle bag in his ride.

Our sources say officers saw the gun inside the bag ... and arrested the 28-year-old for felony illegal possession of a firearm.

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar is still behind bars in the Los Angeles area, jail records show.

According to the records, Clark -- listed at 6'3", 255 pounds -- was arrested at 9:20 p.m. ... and was booked into jail hours later at 9:28 a.m. Monday.

We've reached out to Clark and the Chiefs for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Clark was a key piece in the Chiefs' runs to the Super Bowls the last two years ... after being traded from Seattle to Kansas City before the 2019 season, Clark logged 14 sacks in 26 starts and was great in postseason play too.

In fact, Clark was so good for the Chiefs since joining the team ... he was selected to the Pro Bowl in each of his 2 seasons on the squad.

Of course, this is not Clark's first brush with legal trouble ... you'll recall, he was arrested in 2014 after being accused of domestic violence -- and was kicked off the Univ. of Michigan football team over it all.

Clark eventually struck a deal with prosecutors in that case, agreeing to plead guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Clark is currently in the middle of a 5-year, $104 MILLION contract with the Chiefs.

CRIES FOR HELP
UPDATE

10:25 AM PT -- A GoFundMe has been started for Coby as his family attempts to navigate his recovery.

Coby Daniel, the 6-year-old boy in Michigan who was shot outside a neighbor's home while picking up his bike is struggling mentally to recover, and will absolutely need professional help ... according to his father.

Arnold Daniel tells TMZ ... his son is showing obvious signs of mental scars, and has not been able to sleep alone in his own bed -- something he'd been doing since he was 2.

Coby tries to sleep in his bed, but Arnold says he always ends up next to him ... and sometimes asks troubling questions like, "Why would [the alleged shooter] do that?"

As we reported, the neighbor, Ryan Le-Nguyen allegedly shot Coby in the arm after chasing him with a sledgehammer. Coby put on a brave face describing the incident to a reporter for FOX 2 Detroit -- but Arnold says his boy is utterly confused about why anyone would want to hurt him.

DETAILING THE INCIDENT

He says he's set up an appointment for Coby to see a therapist next week to help him make sense of everything.

Physical therapy is also on the horizon, but only after Coby's gunshot wound fully heals.

Arnold says he's taking time off from work to care for Coby, and cope with his own anxiety. He says it subsided a bit once Le-Nguyen's bond was revoked, and police took him back into custody.

As we reported, there was a massive outcry over Le-Nguyen's initial release on a $10k cash bond. His bail has since been increased to $100k.

UPDATE

11:20 AM PT -- 6/10 -- The angry neighbor who allegedly shot a 6-year-old boy is back in custody after a massive outcry over his initial release on a $10k cash bond.

UPDATE

Prosecuting attorney Eli Savit joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday and told us what it took to get the alleged gunman back behind bars ... and it sounds like the justice system moved swiftly here.

TMZ.com
UPDATE

Eli says the boy could have easily been killed in the incident and breaks down the argument he made Thursday in court to get bail increased to $100,000.

A 6-year-old boy was nearly killed when his neighbor allegedly opened fire as the kid picked up his bike from the sidewalk -- and the man's already sprung from jail after posting a shockingly low bond.

The incident went down over the weekend in Ypsilanti, Michigan -- about 35 miles outside Detroit -- where the boy, Coby, is lucky to be alive after the neighbor allegedly chased him with a sledgehammer, and then fired a gun, hitting him in the arm.

The neighbor, Ryan Le-Nguyen, was reportedly pissed Coby and a friend had left their bikes in front of his home's sidewalk. The boy's father, Arnold Daniel, told FOX2 when the boys returned to get the bikes ... Le-Nguyen went after Coby with the hammer.

Coby told FOX2, "He tried hitting me with a sledgehammer but that's not going to work because I'm too fast. (Then he) got a gun and BOOM shot me right here."

As you can see from the video ... the kids, understandably, panicked and fled when they heard the gunshot. You can hear Coby wailing in agony while another kid's screaming "Coby got shot!!!"

Coby's father said the bullet went through his son's arm, but doctors told him had it been an inch in either direction it likely would have killed Coby.

Le-Nguyen, who's reportedly beefed with the family over bicycles in the past, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to murder. He posted a $10k bond on Tuesday ... prompting Coby's angry father to ask how the bond could be so low after Le-Nguyen allegedly tried to kill his son.

Even prosecutors say they requested a $100k bond, but were shocked the judge gave Le-Nguyen $10k cash bond. Prosecutors have since filed an emergency motion to cancel the bond.

As for Coby ... he's home and thankfully expected to make a full recovery.

Rapper Pooh Shiesty Arrested for Allegedly Shooting Security Guard

UPDATE

6:39 AM PT -- 6/9 -- The arrest warrant affidavit lays out exactly what the alleged victim claims happened the night he was shot ... and it sounds like he was actually trying to prevent Pooh from potentially firing at others.

UPDATE

According to the document, obtained by TMZ, the security guard in question -- who alleges he was shot by PS -- told police who arrived on the scene that as he was trying to escort Pooh out of the building following his show, someone started grabbing at stray bills in the dude's back pocket ... which the guard claims pissed Pooh off, who went back on stage to find out who'd gotten handsy with him.

UPDATE

The security guard claims he then saw a gun that was clearly visible from Pooh's waistband ... and that he tried telling Pooh to hide it and not take it out. The guard says he, again, tried escorting Pooh from the building safely ... but then, on the drop of a dime, Pooh allegedly turned around and fired one shot back into the area ... which the guard says hit him in the ankle. He also says he jumped out of the way when it happened -- which he thinks might've saved his life. The guard claims Pooh handed the gun off to someone ... and they all split.

UPDATE

The police say they determined Pooh had fled the state of Florida, and after having the alleged victim point him out in a photo lineup as the alleged perp ... they started the process of extraditing him. Obviously, they were successful in wrangling him back in.

Rapper Pooh Shiesty has just been arrested over a shooting that went down at a Miami club ... where cops say a security guard ended up getting shot in a dispute over money.

According to Miami-Dade County Corrections records ... the rapper was taken into custody Tuesday around 2 PM on a warrant for his arrest for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon ... a felony.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Miami-Dade PD was called out to the King of Diamonds nightclub back on May 30 around 4 AM for a reported shooting.

Cops say witnesses told them security staff was escorting Pooh out of the building when, out of nowhere, there was an altercation between Pooh and security staff. Cops say the security manager told them the beef was over money that had apparently fallen out of Pooh's pants.

It's unclear how much, if any, money fell ... but apparently, it was enough to set off Pooh 'cause cops say they were told the Memphis MC took out his gun and fired off a round toward the ground.

Cops say one of the security guards ended up getting hit in the right ankle and was taken to a hospital. By the time cops showed up at the scene, they say Pooh had already bounced.

There were rumors going around social media that someone jacked $40k from Pooh, but the rapper put those rumors to bed, saying on IG ... "false allegations nothing never been took from me."

But, according to cops ... money is at the center of this particular incident, which resulted in one person getting shot.

Pooh Shiesty's best known for his hit track "Back In Blood" ... which has more than 154M views on YouTube. He's signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 Records. We reached out to Pooh and a rep had no comment.

'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond Nephew Caleb Charged with DWI ... Asleep at Wheel, Cops Say

'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond's nephew, Caleb, is facing a DWI charge after cops say he was tipsy and fast asleep in his vehicle when they arrested him ... just a month after a nearly fatal wreck.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, cops say they got a call around 5 AM on April 17 about a Ford truck at a dead stop at a traffic light in Osage County, OK -- and it had been that way for at least 3 cycles of the light.

Cops say when they approached they found Caleb sleeping behind the wheel, and even though they knocked on his window numerous times ... he didn't respond.

When cops opened the driver's door they say there was an overwhelming odor of booze coming from Caleb, who finally woke up. Amazingly, cops say his truck was still in drive and he'd dozed off with his foot on the brake.

All of that would have been bad enough, but then cops say they found an open beer, cool to the touch and practically full ... plus a box of ammo and a loaded 9mm handgun.

According to the report, Caleb struggled to get the truck in park, and actually put it in reverse initially. When he stepped out, he lost his balance and cops say he had "thick slurred speech, red bloodshot eyes." When they asked for his driver's license, cops say he handed them a credit card.

Caleb also failed field sobriety testing, and said, "I know I shouldn’t have been driving,” and “I’m glad I wasn’t caught a few hours ago” ... according to cops.

He was arrested and prosecutors have charged him with driving while impaired and open container, both misdemeanors. We're told his BAC was .05. It should be noted, Caleb was not hit with any weapons charges.

As we reported ... Caleb's arrest came just over a month after he was involved in a scary wreck on Ree's ranch that easily could've claimed his life. Ree's husband, Ladd, was driving the other truck involved in the crash, and fractured his neck.

Nelk Boys Donate $100K for Reward in Road Rage Killing ... Police Arrest 2 Suspects

UPDATE

3:54 PM PT -- We've obtained the mug shots for Eriz and Lee ... cops say they followed the two out of a restaurant before making the arrest.

UPDATE

YouTube stars Kyle Forgeard and Steve Deleonardis added 6 figures to the reward in a fatal freeway shooting case in California ... and soon after, cops arrested 2 suspects.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the Nelk Boys recently donated over $100,000 to boost the reward for info on what police are calling a road rage killing -- one that left a young boy dead.

6-year-old Aiden Leos was shot and killed May 21 on the 55 Freeway in Orange, CA while on his way to kindergarten with his mother ... and we're told the Nelk Boys felt heartbroken for the single mom and wanted to help find her son's killer.

Our sources say the Nelk Boys, who live in Orange County, hit up the District Attorney expressing a desire to raise the reward for information on the case ... donating $100,000 along with their partner John Shahidi on May 30 as the reward swelled last week to at least $500k.

By Sunday, the California Highway Patrol said they had arrested 2 suspects, 24-year-old Marcus Anthony Eriz and 23-year-old Wynne Lee, near where the shooting happened. The CHP says the pair are expected to be charged with murder.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the reward is for the arrest and conviction of the young boy's killer, so it will be a while before any reward or part of the reward is paid out.

We're told law enforcement is still investigating.

DaBaby Entourage Shooting Alleged Victim's Bloody Aftermath ... Bullet Lodged In Leg!!!

The Miami shooting allegedly involving DaBaby's entourage left a grisly scene ... and one of the victims says he still has a bullet lodged in his leg.

Check out these photos of the injuries Emerson Delgado says he suffered when shots rang out late Monday night in Miami Beach.

As you can see, Delgado's right leg is a bloody mess, and the guy's missing a huge chunk of flesh now. He's been treated and released from a hospital, but he says he'll be wearing a walking boot-styled cast for some time.

According to the police report, cops say Delgado was shot once in his right calf ... but his lawyer, Josiah Graham, tells us there was a second bullet that grazed Delgado’s right hamstring.

Graham, who's with Kelley Uustal law firm, claims the melee began when a member of DaBaby's entourage punched Delgado, knocking him to the ground. He says Delgado started to run away, when someone behind him opened fire and struck him in the leg.

As we reported ... a rapper named Wisdom, who police say is a part of DaBaby's entourage, was arrested for attempted murder and aggravated assault with a firearm. Cops say Wisdom fired at least one shot that hit someone in the leg.

Graham says doctors decided to leave the bullet inside Delgado's leg to avoid any potential future damage. While he's out of the hospital, he remains on bed rest. It's easy to see why.

NBA's Malik Beasley Begins 120-Day Jail Sentence ... In Gun Case

Minnesota Timberwolves star Malik Beasley will likely have to watch the rest of the NBA playoffs from jail ... TMZ Sports has confirmed he just started his 120-day sentence.

Jail and court officials tell us ... Beasley was booked into Wright County Jail in Minnesota on Tuesday -- ready to serve his punishment stemming from that bizarre gun incident in Sept. 2020.

You'll recall ... prosecutors say Beasley exploded on a family after they had been in his driveway -- alleging the 24-year-old NBA player pointed a gun at the people and ordered them to scram.

Beasley was initially hit with 2 charges over it all -- felony threats of violence and felony drug possession -- but he cut a deal with prosecutors months later to close out the case.

Beasley pled guilty to the threats charge ... and in exchange, the drug charge was dropped and Beasley was ultimately sentenced to 120 days in jail.

Initially, Beasley was set to begin the sentence on May 26 ... though a court official tells us it ended up being pushed to June 1.

Beasley posed for a mug shot when he was booked ... and you can see, he wasn't exactly thrilled to be behind bars.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

It's been an eventful last few days for the NBA player ... remember, he just issued a public apology to his wife and family for his fling with Larsa Pippen.

Beasley was outstanding for the T-Wolves this year ... averaging 19.6 points per game in 36 starts.

CONSISTENT REPORTS

Multiple eyewitnesses to the Boosie Badazz shooting tell a different story from initial reports about the chaotic scene, his getaway from the shooter ... and what the shooter was driving.

TMZ's obtained the emergency dispatch audio from the day Boosie was shot in Dallas back in November, and based on 3 different callers who dialed 9-1-1 ... it sounds like the sprinter van in question -- which we'd been told Boosie was cruising in with his team -- is perhaps the vehicle in which the suspects fled.

Check out the audio ... the first caller gives a brief description of a scene they passed on the road, telling the dispatcher they saw something going on with a bunch of men at the Big T Bazaar ... claiming to have seen a guy in a red shirt going after someone with a gun.

The second caller appears to have witnessed the actual shooting itself ... saying somebody was hit, and they were taken to the hospital in a grey Acura. She also told the dispatcher she saw an Audi SUV (presumably the sprinter) following behind before ultimately darting off in another direction.

The third caller confirmed they saw a black Audi SUV driving down the road nearby, claiming to have seen four guys inside ... with one hanging out the window and pointing a gun.

Of course, it makes sense Boosie and co. would be the ones in the SUV -- as artists often use them when they're on the road or touring. It's possible these folks who called for help might have things mixed up.

Obviously, cops had all this information, but Dallas PD has closed the investigation without making any arrests because the victim refused to cooperate with detectives.

Boosie walked away from the ordeal with his life intact. Actually, he rolled away at first -- dude got shot in the leg and underwent a couple surgeries to patch himself up, only to be relegated to a wheelchair as he recovered. He's all better now, though.

Dallas Mall Evacuated Active Shooter False Alarm ... But Vids Show Real Fear

NORTH PARK PANIC!
@DallasTexasTV/ Twitter

Scary moment today in Dallas, as folks visiting a mall on Memorial Day were swiftly evacuated after cops say witnesses reported hearing several gunshots ... that turned out to be someone banging a skateboard.

Videos of the mayhem show shoppers running out of the NorthPark Center or taking cover inside around 1:30 PM local time ... as alarm sirens blare all over the facility.

The frenzy resulted in several 911 calls ... so many that the line was busy.

Thankfully, Dallas police say there was never an active shooter at the mall, but rather a "mentally disturbed" person who was banging a skateboard ... which sounded like gunshots. Cops say the individual also made hand gestures as if he was shooting a gun, presumably setting off the panic and chaos.

Initially, cops were calling it a "shooting incident" and said they had someone in custody ... but later clarified there were no shots and no injuries.

Of course, the hysteria is understandable in America ... where deadly mass shootings continue to occur at an alarming rate in 2021.

False alarm or not -- the terror is real.

Lakewood, CA Viral Mass Shooting Manifesto Found to be Swatting Prank

UPDATE

3:59 PM PT -- The L.A. Sheriff's Dept. says the so-called manifesto appears to have been nothing more than a swatting incident -- adding that the person mentioned in the post is NOT a suspect.

UPDATE

They also say they're going to continue investigating to get to the bottom of what actually happened here.

Somebody posted a promise to kill in the City of Lakewood -- which has put the community, as well as local officials, on high alert ... although it appears to be a freaky hoax.

A user that goes by u/gastonmcwhinnie posted a lengthy message on the Lakewood Reddit thread over the weekend, which stood out as a red flag and caught the attentions of concerned citizens, and at least one City Council member ... not to mention law enforcement.

The message is slugged ... "MASS SHOOTING TODAY IN LAKEWOOD" going on to describe how this individual plans to go out on Sunday and gun down "minorities" at different parts of town with an AR-15 and a Glock 18 they claim to have. The user also posted a photo of a handgun to accompany the troubling open letter, plus a clip of ammo.

It's absolutely terrifying, as the note reads, in part ... "There is only one thing that I'm certain of; I f****** hate minorities." They go on to explain that they don't know where the hatred stems from, but that it's there nonetheless and they want to finally do something about it.

The person adds, "I don't see much of a future for myself, and I have an ongoing case, so I think I'm just going to end with a bang." They go on to explain that they'll be aiming for at least 10 "minorities" ... while sickeningly saying, "the more the better." They also say they'll be targeting Council members, and ends by saying there'll be a lengthier manifesto on his computer. The message ends on an even more ominous tone, with "See you in hell."

This started spreading like wildfire, with many warning residents of Lakewood and surrounding areas to be on the lookout. Lakewood Council Member Todd Rogers responded, writing ... "We are aware of the threat against Lakewood and city officials posted on social media. Law enforcement does not believe they are credible but an investigation is underway."

There doesn't appear to be any developments from this so far, so hopefully what Rogers insists here is true. Still, even if this is a prank -- it's absolutely diabolical, to say the least.

Cops say an altercation between the two men is what led up to the shooting, and after scouring the area for him ... they say Freeman ended up turning himself in Sunday morning.

Boosie Badazz has found himself right in the middle of gun violence once again -- a shooting occurred on the set of a music video of his ... which has left one person seriously injured.

Check out this video of the moment that shots were fired while the rapper was filming Saturday in Huntsville, AL -- and you can see Boosie and everyone else around him scatter and run for their lives.

Unclear from which direction the gun was shot -- different people on set were carrying what appeared to be firearms -- but in any case ... somebody unloaded at least one round for real.

Huntsville PD tells TMZ ... cops responded to a report of shots fired around 4:30 PM, and when they arrived on the scene -- we're told they came across between 50 and 100 people making a run for it, either by foot or in vehicles. HPD says hardly anybody wanted to talk.

We're told the police found one man who was in 20s laid out on the ground with a gunshot wound. EMTs arrived and he was transported to a hospital -- we're told he's listed in critical condition. HPD says there are no suspects in custody at this time ... no motive either.

A live news report from George Floyd Square in Minneapolis turned into chaos and panic as the gunshots rang out and people ran for cover.

Alex Presha was reporting for the ABC news affiliate from the site of the memorial near where Floyd was murdered a year ago today ... and just as he was detailing the Minneapolis Mayor's plan for a 9-minute, 29-second moment of silence -- gunfire erupted.

At least a dozen shots rang out, as Presha and the news crew took cover while ABC cut away.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Minneapolis PD responded to a report of shots fired around 10:09 AM CT, and witnesses claim they saw a suspect fleeing the scene in a vehicle going at a high rate of speed.

We're told a short time later, someone showed up at a local hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

AP reporter Philip Crowther was also on the scene and says he heard a few dozen gunshots.

As you know ... Tuesday marks one year since Floyd was murdered during his arrest on May 25, 2020 by former officer Derek Chauvin. Today was supposed to be a solemn memorial marking the day, so the gunshots were a stark reminder of the work that still needs to be done.

Lady Gaga's Dog Walker Strangers Make Me Relive Shooting Trauma While on Morning Walks

Lady Gaga's dog walker says he's constantly reminded of that horrifying moment he was shot, because strangers constantly want to talk to him about it ... and he's tired of it.

Ryan Fischer poured his heart out Monday, saying over the last few weeks -- ever since Gaga's dognappers were arrested -- he's had to relive the trauma of being shot and nearly killed ... making his recovery and healing that much more difficult.

He says people come up to him and say, "You're Ryan! You got shot. You were shot! Where were you shot? Where'd they shoot you?" In the emotional IG post, Ryan added it's strange being known as the Gaga guy who got shot, but even worse ... he says those conversations bring him right back to the moment he got shot in the chest at point-blank range.

Ryan says, "It's not intentional; it comes from kindness and compassion that I welcome ... It just hasn't always been easy to navigate as I continue to find myself."

He also says he feels like he doesn't have a purpose "because I'm not yet in the proper headspace to care for dogs." Our Gaga sources say Ryan was back at work as recently as last week, but it's unclear when he decided he couldn't do it anymore.

TMZ broke the story ... Lil Mosey was charged with rape last month for the alleged incident back in January. Mosey's pled not guilty.

According to the docs, Lil Mosey is also prohibited from obtaining or possessing a firearm, other dangerous weapons or a concealed pistol license and must surrender any firearms to the Sheriff's Office.
