Tory Lanez Dangers Lurk in New Prison ... Multiple Murders This Year
Tory Lanez is officially on the inside ... ensconced at the prison where he'll likely spend the next 10 years, and the facility is no cakewalk, as multiple murders have happened there just this year.
North Kern State Prison in Delano, California houses around 4,000 inmates, and recently became the focus of local news media after a vicious crime within its walls.
Reports say convicted serial killer Ramon Escobar was recently charged with first-degree murder after allegedly killing his cellmate, 53-year-old Juan Villanueva back in February.
Villanueva was locked up for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Additionally, on July 4, 25-year-old Ricardo Saldivar was found dead in his cell, and officials with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation are now investigating his death as a homicide.
There's also violence with inmates and correctional officers ... just this month a former inmate and convicted sex offender was found guilty in connection to a 2020 incident where he was accused of attacking a pair of staffers.
The facility is fitted with an electric fence around the perimeter ... but several inmates have reportedly been able to escape over the years.
As we first reported, Tory will have the opportunity to keep busy and out of trouble with skilled and unskilled labor jobs that pay anywhere from $.08 and $.30 an hour.

Tory Lanez is settling into his new life behind bars, getting transferred to state prison and posing for a new mug shot ... one where he looks none too pleased.
We just obtained the pic, Tory's hair looks messy and he's certainly not smiling ... sporting a scowl on his face. As for where he'll be housed, Tory checked in Tuesday at North Kern State Prison in Delano, California ... about 145 miles from Los Angeles.
As we reported, Tory was sentenced to 10 years behind bars last month for negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.
Tory can find plenty to do in order to stay busy while he's locked up, we're told the prison offers a bunch of different jobs with wages ranging from $.08 an hour for unskilled labor, and up to $.30 an hour for skilled labor ... but he's gotta apply for those gigs.
It was July 2020 when Tory shot Megan the Stallion in the foot after a verbal fight inside an SUV spilled out onto the sidewalk in Hollywood. Tory has maintained his innocence, but clearly, the jury felt otherwise.

Several of the Congress members have an active "Break the Cycle of Violence Act" campaign, and we're told all parties were working Wednesday on viable solutions in a closed-door meeting.
Takeoff was shot and killed in November 2022, and Quavo hasn't stopped honoring his legacy.
Sources tell us Quavo is deeply committed to eradicating gun violence conditions in Black and Brown communities, and will also be helming a community conversation later today in the nation's capital.

Band Director Tasered by Cops ... Refused to Stop Show!!!
An Alabama high school band director was in for a shock after refusing to stop a musical performance that cops asked him to stop -- and we mean he literally got a shock!
Johnny Mims was arrested Thursday in Birmingham for disorderly conduct and a slew of other charges, after police say he disobeyed their orders to tell his band kids to stop playing after a football game had ended, as the school was trying to clear the place out.
New body cam footage was released showing last week's confrontation, and it's pretty wild. The guy basically tells cops to piss off, refusing to halt things ... and then getting Tasered.
It's unclear why Mims didn't wanna comply, but what is clear is that he was dead-set on doing this last song with the band in the stands -- even though the game was long over. Supposedly, this follows in some sort of "5th quarter" tradition, but, on its face, it's bizarre.
Anyway, things escalated quickly. The first officer who responds tells Mims it's time to go and that he's gotta wrap it up ... but Mims tells him to get out of his face, continuing to conduct even though the cop was standing right in front of him. The band kids kept playing loudly too.
Eventually, more officers arrived, and they attempted to restrain/cuff Mims, which led to a clear struggle between the cops. Other folks appear to have gotten in the mix as well.
At a point, one cop threatens to tase Mims if he doesn't settle down ... and then the electricity starts flowing. He looks to have been zapped at least 3 times.
Now, in the aftermath, Mims claims excessive force was used on him. Birmingham PD says there's an internal investigation over this ... but no word on officers being reprimanded yet.

Chicago has been plagued by carjacking crimes in recent years ... and now video has emerged showing just how harrowing the experience can be for a victim.
Surveillance footage, obtained by the Daily Mail, captures the moment a man sitting in a parked car is targeted by gun-wielding assailants who arrive in two other vehicles and block him in at an intersection on September 2.
The man tries to drive away, but he's trapped. One suspect darts out of his car, pointing his gun at the driver. Gunmen from the second vehicle jump out and converge on the motorist as well.
You can't hear what's being said, but it's a good guess the suspects are ordering the man to get the f*** out of the car so they can steal it.
And eventually, that's what happens. The bad guys drive away in their cars, as well as the one they just jacked from the driver, leaving him face down in the middle of the street.
Luckily, the man wasn't hit by a passing automobile. He got up and ran away but did not report the terrifying ordeal to Chicago PD.
Carjackings have been a constant problem in the Windy City, skyrocketing at the start of the pandemic. CPD created a task force to address the issue, and the number of carjackings have gone down recently. Yet, with scenes like this one, it shows there's a lot more work to be done.

Los robos de carros han sido un problema constante en la Ciudad de los Vientos, el cual se disparó al principio de la pandemia. La policía de Chicago creó un grupo de trabajo para abordar el problema y el número de robos de vehículos ha disminuido recientemente. Meg expressed constant mental breakdowns during the Tory trial but told BB that physical fitness was the key to her sanity, something she recently shared on IG in a viral workout video.
As for her "Bongos" duet with Cardi, it fell flat compared to their 2020 smash "WAP," which only debuted at #14 versus topping the chart straight out the gate a few years ago but Meg says they're two different women in a different era ... don't expect the same results!!!

Blueface Refused to Snitch on Alleged Stabber ... Case Rejected by D.A.
It seems like Blueface's street code is preventing law enforcement from putting together a case against his alleged assailant.
The L.A. County District Attorney's office tells TMZ Hip Hop ... the case has been rejected, for now, due to Blueface's lack of cooperation with the investigation. The video doesn't clearly show everything necessary to bring a criminal case, so, we're told investigators needed cooperation from witnesses to move forward.

According to docs, Blueface refused to answer any of the responding officer's questions, refused to provide his ID and even rejected medical aid ... though he quickly posted his bloody injury on social media, assuring fans he was good.
As we previously told you, Brandon Henrysnell had turned himself in on August 24, and was booked for felony assault with a deadly weapon.
But, the case won't go any further ... as authorities reviewed the footage, and while it clearly shows an altercation, it's missing the key moment Brandon allegedly stabbed Blueface.

Blueface had been training in a gym at the time of the attack and an urgent call was made to rush medics to the scene. Turns out that 911 call is as much cooperation as law enforcement's getting in this case.

Check out video posted on TikTok, which shows LAPD officers putting the man in handcuffs and searching his pockets. Criminal charges have yet to be filed.
Interestingly, Kennedy's campaign event was held at the Wilshire Ebell Theater, which is about two miles from the now-demolished Ambassador Hotel, where his father, U.S. Senator Robert F. Kennedy, was assassinated on June 5, 1968.

Check out the photos, obtained by TMZ, Hunter's wearing dark shades and a baseball cap pulled down low.
In one image, Hunter is carrying his kid, Beau, named after his late brother, and the two seem tight. In the other pic, Hunter's getting ready to scarf down a pizza slice as little Beau stands next to him.
We're told the pair had fun together, hanging out for 30 minutes before splitting, with two Secret Service agents shadowing them. Melissa Cohen, Hunter's wife and Beau's mom, also enjoyed the outing, so much so she reportedly stayed behind to have more fun.
The next day, Hunter was indicted on 3 federal criminal charges related to his 2018 purchase of a revolver from a Delaware gun shop.

Hunter allegedly lied on a federal form, violating the law by saying he wasn't using illegal drugs, despite being addicted to crack.
He faces one count of False Statement in Purchase of a Firearm, one count of False Statement Related to Information Required to be Kept By Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer, and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Person who is an Unlawful User of or Addicted to a Controlled Substance. He could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Sexyy Red's video shoot in Florida turned into a violent scene Thursday ... after an assailant opened fire, killing one person and wounding another.
The rapper was filming the music video with a bunch of extras at Oakland Park Flea Market in the afternoon when somebody pulled a gun nearby and started firing. The suspect then fled.
Two people were struck and one was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Their condition was not known.
Broward County Sheriff's deputies responded and were investigating whether the bloodshed was related to the video shoot.
Videos posted on Instagram show the apparent aftermath of the shooting ... in one clip, you see one victim lying injured on the ground. In the other, people are walking in an orderly fashion through the strip mall.
We've reached out to Sexyy for comment ... so far, no word back.
