Blac Chyna claims she was just joking around when she pointed a gun at Rob Kardashian's head ... and she says wrapping an iPhone cord around his neck was also in jest.

BC just testified in her civil case against the Kardashians ... taking the stand Wednesday and addressing Rob's abuse allegations leading up to their breakup and reality TV show's demise.

Blac Chyna told the jury she and Rob were celebrating their show being picked up for a second season back in December 2016, with the former couple marking the occasion by throwing around money and "being silly."

Chyna's lawyers showed a video clip in court from the night of their alleged fight, with footage showing Rob wearing a torn shirt. Blac Chyna says Rob's clothing was ripped when they were joking around and being silly, and she says she meant no harm and he never asked her to stop or indicated she was hurting him.

BC then testified Rob was playing video games later that night when she jokingly put an iPhone cord around his neck ... which she says was a joke to get him to pay attention to her. Chyna was adamant on the stand she was NOT trying to strangle Rob.

Blac Chyna's testimony then shifted to the gun ... with Chyna saying Rob kept it on the dresser, though it was unloaded and Rob told her there weren't any bullets in the house.

BC says Rob was eating and on FaceTime with his friends when she came up to him and put the gun to his head ... she says she jokingly said he better never leave her and wasn't being serious.

Blac Chyna also testified her Dec. 15, 2016 argument with Rob started when he accused her of cheating on him ... claiming he was very jealous and would often go through her phone. BC says things got to the point where they had a paternity test taken to assure Rob he was the father, and the test showed he was in fact her baby's daddy.

It's interesting ... while Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, has railed against the Kardashians on social media this week and taken shots at Kris Jenner ... BC kept referring to Kris as "Miss Kris" and said she thought of Kris as a second mom.

The trial broke for lunch and will resume later today ... stay tuned.

Rapper Pooh Shiesty is going away for a 5-plus year stretch for a South Florida shootout -- and, considering what he could have gotten, he's actually happy with that number.

Pooh, whose real name is Lontrell Williams, was facing more than 8 years in prison, if prosecutors got their way -- but his attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... the government's calculations were off.

Cohen says they asked for no more than 63 months, which is exactly what the judge gave him.

Pooh was busted for an October 2020 shootout involving himself and several other men. The incident went down in a Miami-area condo parking lot ... and it left 2 men injured.

Police had surveillance video that showed all the violence play out, with Pooh armed with an assault rifle in the middle of the action ... as he sat in a McLaren sports car.

He eventually plead guilty to one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

Cohen tells us, "We are going to file a motion for any time he spent in state prison on the same crime to get him additional credit for time served."

A$AP Rocky was arrested as he flew into LAX Wednesday morning ... TMZ has confirmed.

Eyewitnesses at the airport tell TMZ the rapper flew in to Los Angeles from Barbados on a private jet, where he was met by cops at the terminal and taken away in handcuffs. We're told he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon with a gun.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the arrest stems from a November 6, 2021 incident, where an alleged victim claimed Rocky shot at them 3 or 4 times -- grazing his left hand -- NBC News was first with the info.

Unclear exactly where the alleged shooting happened ... Rocky performed at Complex Con in Long Beach on November 7, Rihanna was in attendance.

As we told you, Rocky and a pregnant Rihanna have been living it up in her native country, jet skiing (while RiRi watched with binoculars) and hanging with friends and family.

TMZ broke the story ... a recent Twitter rumor that the two had split because he cheated was 100% not true -- and evidence that all is good between them was shown in the vacation pics where they're clearly having a great time.

It's unclear when Rihanna's expected to give birth, but has said she's in her third trimester. The couple announced the pregnancy back in January.

New Mexico's criminal authorities may not yet know who to blame for Halyna Hutchins' death -- but one state agency is laying down the hammer ... pointing to the production at large.

The Occupational Health and Safety Bureau -- which deals with this sort of thing throughout New Mexico -- issued a hefty fine of $139,793 this week after finding that Rust Movie Productions (the production company behind Alec Baldwin's flick) majorly screwed the pooch when it came to gun safety on set.

The government entity says RMP failed across the board on maintaining and enforcing industry standard protocols for gun usage in a film -- and as a result, someone died.

They point to two different misfires that had occurred during filming prior to the Hutchins incident, which the bureau says went largely unaddressed by the official safety point person among the crew ... in this case, they say that was assistant director Dave Halls.

The report notes that several crew members expressed concern after these misfires -- among other weapons-related concerns -- but it would appear no one really did anything to correct it or even address it ... via training or discipline, etc.

They also say that for the fatal shooting, Halls again broke protocol by handling the weapon and giving it to Baldwin ... without consulting a specialist during or after the gun was loaded. Speaking of that, they make a damning conclusion about live ammo -- suggesting the production heads had no system in place to make sure real bullets didn't make their way on set ... which they say is a clear violation of basic procedure for this sort of thing.

A Bureau rep says, "Management was provided with multiple opportunities to take corrective actions and chose not to do so. As a result of these failures, director Joel Souza and cinematographer Halyna Hutchins were severely injured. Halyna Hutchins succumbed to her injuries."

Again, OHSB is saying the production company as a whole seems to be responsible here -- but they go out of their way to name Halls in their remarks and findings. Their investigation was thorough ... with 1,500 staff hours dedicated to sorting through all this in the aftermath.

The criminal investigation is still underway, and of course ... lawsuits have been filed against Baldwin, the production company and others. Unclear how this report might affect things.

Amir Khan is providing a blow-by-blow of the terrifying moment thieves stuck guns in his face and stole his luxury watch -- while his wife watched from just feet away -- telling TMZ Sports "it's the first time I ever had a gun literally pointed at my face."

We talked to the 35-year-old former boxing champion a day after his night out on the town with wife Faryal Makhdoom nearly turned deadly ... and asked the former boxing champion about the life-altering experience.

"In the UK, I mean the law is quite strong where hardly anyone, even the police, don't really carry guns," Amir explained, exasperated.

"So, it was quite shocking to see a gun pointed at me. And you could see that they were young. They seemed a bit nervous, and he kept saying to me, 'take off your watch.'"

We asked Amir, who had just finished eating in a restaurant about 45 minutes outside of London, if he believed the lick was somehow an inside job.

"Yeah, definitely. Obviously, I was in a restaurant taking pictures with a lot of people. I've never said no for a picture whenever someone wants to come for a picture," Khan said, explaining someone may have spotted the wristwatch and knew it was worth a pretty penny.

"Someone must've recognized that watch. I was wearing a really expensive watch which is worth like maybe $100,000. I think that news must've traveled a little bit. So, I do think that somehow it was set up. Maybe the news just went to the wrong people, and they knew I had a watch there."

We asked Khan -- who has some of the most dangerous hands in the world -- if he considered launching a counter-ambush and attempting to disarm the thieves.

Amir says the thought crossed his mind.

"I'm a fighter. There was a time I thought, he had the pistol and I can just move the pistol to the side and hit him. I know I would've hurt the guy."

But, he felt with two gunmen, and Faryal only feet away, the risk was too high.

"The only thing that stopped me was having my wife not far from me, behind me. Even if he shot the gun and even if it didn't hit me, it could've hit someone else."

After the robbery, Amir, as you'd expect, called the cops ... who immediately launched an investigation. We asked him if the police had any leads or suspects.

"The last time I spoke to them was obviously after the interview I had and they said that they saw where the car went, and they've got the car in that radius -- they've got the cameras around that car."

So far, Khan hasn't heard of any arrests that have been made.

Perhaps the saddest part about the story ... Amir, who grew up in Manchester, says he no longer feels secure in one of the world's most popular cities.

"I don't feel safe. I'm in the city London which is obviously a very well known town and everyone loves London. Now, after I was robbed, you start hearing all the stories or you start reading up on all the robberies that have happened. I mean, it's quite regularly happening," Khan says.

Aaliyah Gayles -- USC basketball recruit and no. 8 ranked player in the 2022 class -- was reportedly shot multiple times after gunshots rang out at a house party this weekend in Las Vegas.

The incident occurred around 11:15 PM in North Las Vegas on Saturday according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The paper reports 4 people were hit, including the 18-year-old hoops star ... who had two emergency surgeries Sunday morning.

Details surrounding the shooting are currently unclear.

Her father, Dwight, went to social media to ask for prayers for his daughter, writing, "I know there is some that will say it's my fault and I take full responsibility for it but please please keep my baby girl in your prayers Las Vegas."

"I will give everyone that support Aaliyah an update but she's ok she go make it like always thank you all 💔 true warrior."

Gayles is a McDonald All-American from Spring Valley High School -- the first Vegas player  to make the exclusive squad since 2010.

The 5-foot-9 guard averaged 13.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3/.5 steals and 3.3 assists per game this past season and led the Grizzlies to the Class 5A state tournament.

Gayles is ranked #8 in ESPN's class of 2022 ... and committed to USC last August.

"Aaliyah is one of the strongest, most resilient young people I have ever known," USC head coach Lindsay Gottlieb said in a statement to ESPN.

"I have no doubt she will continue to face this unfathomable situation with courage and resolve. We will continue to support her and her parents in every way that we possibly can."

Scary moment for boxer Amir Khan ... the former champ says he was robbed at gunpoint on Monday night while walking with his wife, Faryal Makhdoom, after dinner in East London.

And, the alleged suspects were caught on video!

Khan spoke about the terrifying incident on social media ... saying two men approached him as he was walking across the street with Faryal in Leyton -- a town about 45 minutes east of London.

"I crossed the road with Faryal, luckily she was few steps behind me," Khan said, "2 men ran to me, one holding a gun from afar and one had the gun pointing to my head asking for my watch."

"The main thing is we’re both safe."

Faryal -- who married Khan in 2013 -- shared footage of the alleged suspects on Tuesday ... highlighting two men getting out of a car, saying, "they knew exactly what time we walked out."

"Seems like a set up to me. Considering we didn't even post where we were."

Faryal also posted the Franck Muller watch they say was stolen -- along with the serial number -- "incase it goes around we can find out who's done this."

If you're not familiar with Franck Muller watches ... they're a Swiss luxury watchmaker. Their timepieces can range from anywhere between a few grand to upwards of $100k and beyond.

As you'd expect, Khan is pissed off over the alleged robbery ... saying he couldn't sleep in an Instagram video, but is ultimately just happy he and his wife are okay.

"I was a bit mad," Khan said, adding ... "Glad everyone was safe. I'm all good, me and the wife."

Andy Dick got a visit from cops after a guy he's living with angrily whipped out a gun while they were live on the web.

Here's the deal ... Andy's been staying with a YouTube personality in Las Vegas, who calls himself the Wappy Flanker, and things went awry over the weekend during their live stream. We're told a third man went over to Wappy's place, and an argument broke out.

That's when Wappy pulls out a gun, and threateningly tells the visitor to beat it. In the video, you hear Andy telling his host, "Don't shoot the gun."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police received a call from someone who was watching the live stream, and cops went to the home Saturday for a welfare check.

We're told police spoke to Andy and the man who pulled the gun ... and Andy told cops he was fine, and wanted to keep staying at the home. Officers left without citing or arresting anyone.

It appears this isn't the first time a gun has shown up in the live stream ... a day earlier, video shows the Wappy Flanker with a gun on his waistband while Andy shoos off a guy recruiting him to stream an RV trip.

The troubled comedian appears to be sleeping on a cot in the living room ... and the live stream is seeking donations for Andy. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Megan Thee Stallion might be taking a page out of Tory Lanez's book -- she seems to have addressed their legal battle/past relationship in song ... and she did it at Coachella.

The MC performed Saturday in Indio, and at one point during her set ... she took to a moment to debut a new track, while also touching on its significance to her as talked to the crowd. And she did it in not-so-subtle terms either, although refrained from naming names.

Meg says, "This song is very mf'ing personal to me, and it's to whom the f*** it may concern -- and I really feel like my ladies with f*** with me on this one," telling the DJ to drop it.

Listen to it for yourself ... it's all about Meg dissing dudes she used to mess with, and promoting the idea she's independent, etc. Empowering stuff, no doubt, and while it could be directed at anyone ... it's hard to shake the feeling this might be aimed at Tory too.

The reason we say that ... there's a telling lyric in there about how "d*** don't run me," and of course -- Tory himself used that very same term not too long ago on Twitter, which landed him in trouble with a judge, albeit temporarily.

You'll recall, TL suggested he was sleeping with both Megan and her friend (the other woman in the car) and that's what he apologized for ... not for shooting her in the feet.

Earlier this month, Tory was briefly remanded into custody for this tweet ... a judge found he was indirectly speaking to Megan, which violates her protective order against him as their case plays out. Tory was sprung the same day, however, and went on to drop a new song/music video within 72 hours of bailing out -- again, seemingly addressing the sitch.

There are some really twisted people out there on the high seas ... because a dead dolphin washed up on a Florida beach, and it had been fatally stabbed in the head.

Beachgoers in Fort Myers stumbled upon the female bottlenose dolphin's dead body late last month ... and there was a gash above the marine mammal's right eye.

It's horrific ... the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says a necropsy shows the dolphin was impaled in the head with a spear-like object while it was still alive.

Even worse, the NOAA says the dolphin appears to have been stabbed while in a begging position ... which is not a natural behavior for dolphins and is commonly associated with illegal feeding.

The dolphin was an adult lactating female ... and NOAA says violent acts towards dolphins are on the rise in the Gulf of Mexico. The feds say this is at least the 27th dolphin since 2002 to wash up on land with evidence of wounds from guns, arrows or sharp objects.

DaBaby's feeling good about not using lethal force while thwarting that intruder on his property, and he's even sending well-wishes to the man as he recovers from the shooting.

As we reported, the rapper says he was defending himself and his home when he opened fire on an intruder he says scaled a wall on his North Carolina compound.

Now, DaBaby's cheekily wishing the trespasser the best, saying ... "Chose not to take a n***a life the other day & it felt great.👍🏾 Buddy ain't deserve to go, I step righteously. Heal up & live my boy! Just don't bring ya ass back💥"

DaBaby's message seems to reference a scene -- starring Cam'ron and Wood Harris -- in the 2002 cult classic film "Paid in Full" ... produced by Jay-Z and Dame Dash.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ the Platinum-selling rapper exchanged words with the trespasser before shooting him in the leg ... and then called 911. He had a pretty wild convo with the operator, pressing cops to come get the man, who was in the background screaming in pain.

Bankroll Freddie got himself in a pinch Thursday night when cops pulled him over for speeding, but ended up busting him on a slew of other charges.

Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office jail records show the Quality Control MC -- whose real name is Freddie Gladney — was booked for resisting arrest, drug and firearm possession, and speeding.

Arkansas State Police says they pulled over 27-year-old Freddie on an interstate 55, and during the stop officers allegedly found guns and narcotics in his pick-up truck.

We're told he's being held on $2,870 bond and, for some reason, he's now in FBI custody.

Bankroll Freddie had just released his latest single, "Pickin' Sides," last week, and it features Icewear Vezzo.

The man convicted of murdering Angela Simmons' ex-fiance has been sentenced to life in prison ... and she gave an emotional speech to the court just before the sentencing.

Angela spoke about the 5-year-old son she and the late Sutton Tennyson had together, saying he constantly asks her when his dad will come back.

She told the judge she cried all the time, knowing how excited Sutton was about raising their kid ... adding her son will forever wonder what it would be like to grow up with a dad.

Angela says Sutton's gone but never forgotten, and his son -- who shares his first name -- will carry his legacy.

Michael Williams was sentenced to life for murder, as well as an additional 15 years for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He'll be eligible for parole after serving a minimum 30 years behind bars.

As we reported, cops found Angela's fiancé dead in his garage with multiple gunshot wounds back in 2018. Police say he was talking in the driveway with another man when the conversation got heated and he was shot.

Cowboys cornerback Kelvin Joseph is a person of interest in a homicide investigation, according to various reports ... and now detectives in Dallas want to talk to the 2nd-round draft pick about a shooting that left a man dead.

The tragic shooting occurred on March 18 in Dallas. 20-year-old Cameron Ray -- a Lower Greenville, Texas native -- was in Dallas with his buddies for a fun weekend. However, the night took a terrible turn when another group of men picked a fight with Cameron's group. Ray was NOT the aggressor, according to police.

After the altercation ended, Ray and his friends began to walk to their car, when an SUV, driven by the men who'd just jumped the group, opened fire, striking and killing Cameron, according to cops.

The group police believe was behind the shooting was caught on surveillance video ... and Dallas PD believes Joseph to be one of the men who are seen around the time of the homicide, according to Yahoo.

According to ESPN, one of the men involved in the fight was wearing a necklace with a pendant reading "YKDV." Kelvin's rap name is reportedly "YKDV Bossman Fat."

Dallas police detectives say Ray was a man who did absolutely nothing wrong, and needlessly had his life taken.

"He was enjoying himself, doing nothing wrong, but that night, as it ended, he was walking with some friends. They encountered a disturbance that they did not start," DPD Detective Tonya McDaniel said.

We reached out to the Cowboys ... who declined comment.

But, Yahoo says they've spoken with sources inside the organization who reportedly told the outlet they were aware of the investigation, and had urged Joseph to speak with authorities.

Joseph -- who played college ball at LSU before transferring to Kentucky -- was the 44th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Kelvin played in 10 games for the Cowboys last season, racking up 16 tackles and 2 pass deflections.

DaBaby called 911 after shooting a trespasser who entered his North Carolina estate, and you hear the trespasser writhing in pain and DaBaby giving the 911 dispatcher lip.

DaBaby is standing right next to the guy he had just shot in the leg, who is whaling as the dispatcher solicits info. The rapper says the trespasser clearly knew it was his property because he mentioned him by name.

The dispatcher wants to know the condition of the trespasser, and when he asks if the shooting victim is alert, DaBaby goes on on him, saying, "Do you not hear this man, bro?"

DaBaby follows it up by advising the dispatcher not to ask the same question over and over.

Then the dispatcher asks DaBaby to secure his weapon, and the rapper makes it clear it's plenty secure in his hand. He refuses to put the gun down because the trespasser could still be a threat and there may others out there.

The trespasser was taken to a nearby hospital. His wound is not life-threatening.

DaBaby was home when someone was shot at on his North Carolina estate, and he was involved in the incident ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us someone came onto the property without permission and they got shot. We're also told DaBaby was present when this all went down -- however, we don't know the level of his involvement.

We're told police have made no arrests, and all the evidence will be turned over to the District Attorney.

The Troutman Police Department says officers responded to reports of a shooting Wednesday night and when officers arrived at the scene they found someone who'd suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Cops say the shooting victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment.

Troutman town manager Ron Wyatt tells TMZ ... the shooting occurred at a compound where DaBaby occasionally stays, and people can't just walk onto the property by accident. Our sources say one of the DaBaby's relatives is listed as the owner of the estate.

Wyatt says there's a wall around the compound and DaBaby has security guards.

We've reached out to DaBaby's reps, no word back so far.
