Osama bin Laden Killer American Hero Rocks America's Anti-Hero

John Rambo, meet the guy who killed Osama bin Laden -- now play nice.

Ex-U.S. Navy Seal Robert O'Neill posted a photo Saturday of himself wearing a shirt from Sylvester Stallone's clothing store -- the Sly Stallone Shop -- featuring one of the actor's most iconic characters in an iconic shot ... Rambo taking his mug shot in 'First Blood.'

The American hero -- who's credited with firing the head shots that took down bin Laden -- also shouted out New York's finest in his caption, saying ... "The only guy with a better mugshot than me is Rocky! In the presence of badasses: Rambo and the NYPD!"

Funny enough, Sly's clothing IG account gave him some love back, re-posting his pic and saying ... "Truly an honor to have American hero @mchooyah Robert O’Neill wearing our Rambo mugshot shirt."

For the record ... O'Neill drew first props -- not Rambo.

Chief Keef Skates in Armed Home Invasion Case

Chief Keef is off the hook after his former music producer accused him of breaking into his home and then beating and robbing him with an AK-47 in hand.

According to legal docs, prosecutors decided not to move forward with charges against Chief and other suspects who were allegedly present during the 2017 altercation, because there were significant issues with key witnesses.

According to the paperwork, obtained by TMZ, Chief's ex-producer, Ramsay Tha Great -- who publicly accused Chief of the crime -- has since been convicted on charges of pimping and human trafficking ... he's now serving 10 years in prison.

Not only that ... another key witness, who was also apparently robbed, has gone completely MIA after cooperating with cops at first. Considering the circumstances ... the District Attorney's Office decided there simply wasn't enough evidence to move forward.

RAMSAY'S ACCOUNT

We broke the story ... Chief was arrested last January after police searched his home based off a warrant in connection to the case. Ramsay took to social media at the time to detail the alleged assault ... touting the fact he was "ratting," but didn't care.

Case closed.

Tekashi69 Loses Barclays Center Gig Amid Shooting Investigation

Tekashi69 is now persona non grata at the Barclays Center, so he's been axed from the lineup of a big upcoming event there ... TMZ has learned.

A source connected to Brooklyn's Soulfrito Fest 2018 tells us ... 6ix9ine will no longer be performing at the show due to an ongoing police investigation of a shooting at the venue connected to the rapper's manager.

We broke the story ... the shooting allegedly went down inside the Barclays Center during last weekend's Adrien Broner fight after Tekashi's crew had an altercation with a rival rap crew headed by Brooklyn-based MC Casanova.

6ix9ine's manager, Tr3yway, is a person of interest in the shooting, along with another shooting hours earlier in the streets of Brooklyn.

The Soulfrito show was announced months ago, and Tekashi69 was one of the most highly anticipated acts on the lineup of more than a dozen performers. No word yet if Barclays will offer refunds to disappointed 6ix9ine fans. The venue declined to comment.

We reached out to the rapper's rep ... no comment there either.

A judge just released the "Cops" camera crew footage of the 2014 incident, which left audio operator Bryce Dion dead. He was shot by a cop who was firing while chasing a suspect who'd just robbed a Wendy's in Omaha.

When the shootout ends you see the cameraman running out to the parking lot, trying to capture footage as the officers captured the suspect -- but first, he sees Bryce on the floor. He was still moving, but he eventually died from his wounds.

As we reported, Bryce's family sued the city of Omaha for wrongful death. The 3 officers involved in the shooting were cleared of criminal wrongdoing.

THAT'S MY BOY
Backgrid

Nick Diaz says the Floyd Mayweather shooting was "f*cked up" -- especially because he knows a couple of guys in Floyd's entourage who were in the van during the attack.

"That was my boy that got shot I think," Diaz said before sending a message to the guy -- "I hope you feel better, you got shot."

As we previously reported, Mayweather's longtime TMT bodyguard, Greg La Rosa, was hit in the leg when a gunman ambushed Floyd's crew in Atlanta. Greg is recovering and should be okay.

Diaz said there's really nothing Mayweather's team could have done to prevent the shooting -- explaining, "Sometimes it's just gonna go down."

"When it goes down, it goes down."

LOVIN' THE SUPPORT
TMZ.com

Steve Scalise wishes he could be out on the baseball field with his GOP pals almost a year after he was shot at the Congressional baseball team practice -- and he also has advice for Kanye West on his future run for Prez.

We got the Republican House Majority Whip Wednesday at Reagan National Airport, and asked what he thought of Sen. Jeff Flake and other members of the GOP holding their first practice since a gunman opened fire. Scalise suffered severe internal bleeding from a gunshot to his hip.

Steve, who was walking with minor support from crutches, said he's glad Congress is keeping up the tradition and hopes to get back out there himself soon.

In regards to Kanye -- who's publicly reaffirming his love for President Trump -- Scalise sounded excited to have West's backing.

He did have one request for Kanye though ... IF the rapper's serious about getting into politics, himself. It has do with his timing, and it seems like 'Ye is fully on board with Rep. Scalise's plan.

Jonathan Martin Faces Judge Over Gun, Knife Threats

IN COURT
TMZ.com

Dressed up in a suit and tie, ex-NFL player Jonathan Martin appeared in an L.A. courtroom Wednesday to face the judge in his weapons case ... where he allegedly threatened to shoot multiple people.

Martin had been charged with 4 counts of making criminal threats and 1 count of possessing a loaded firearm after posting a cryptic message aimed at former NFL teammates and high school classmates.

The message showed a picture of a gun and bullets and said, "When you're a bully victim & a coward your options are suicide, or revenge."

Cops tracked down Martin hours after the post -- who was allegedly carrying a loaded gun, knife and ax -- and took him into custody. He was then placed into a mental health facility for evaluation.

A judge had previously approved Martin to leave the facility -- but ordered him to wear a GPS device and alcohol monitoring anklet.

On Tuesday, Martin appeared in court where a preliminary hearing was set for May 14. We tried speaking with Martin outside of the courtroom, but he clearly wasn't in the mood.

Congressional Baseball Game GOP's 1st Practice Since Shooting ... No Sign of Scalise

FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME
TMZ.com

Congressional Republicans came together this week to play some baseball -- the team's first reunion since a shooting last year that almost left Rep. Steve Scalise dead.

The GOP held its first Congressional Baseball Game practice Tuesday at Eugene Simpson Stadium Park in Alexandria, VA, where different members made some opening remarks at a podium ... including lobbyist Matt Mika, who was shot multiple times last summer by James Hodgkinson.

Mika thanked one of the paramedics on the scene who helped save his life, which was followed by a round of applause. We also ran into Senator Jeff Flake, who was reportedly at bat when Hodgkinson opened fire during an early morning practice.

He says it's emotional to come back onto the field, but also tells us he's looking for a win during this year's actual game. Scalise himself did not appear at Tuesday's practice.

Tekashi69 Manager Under Investigation For Shootings Before & During Broner Fight

MOMENTS BEFORE THE SHOOTING
TMZ.com

Tekashi69's manager is under criminal investigation for two shootings that went down the day of Adrien Broner's fight ... and the moments leading up to the incident were caught on tape.

Law enforcement sources tell us 6ix9ine's manager, Tr3yway, is a person of interest in two separate gun-related incidents over the weekend -- one that occurred during the Broner fight, and another that went down just hours earlier on the streets of Brooklyn.

We're told police believe Tr3yway might be the person who fired a shot inside the Barclays Center after a fight broke out with Casanova's crew, based on surveillance video. They also think he might've been the guy who fired two shots 4 hours beforehand, when he was allegedly captured on video shooting at a car following Tekashi's SUV.

Cops tell us the suspect in the footage from both incidents resembles Tr3yway -- who'd been hanging out with 6ix9ine and Foodgod, Jonathan Cheban, over the weekend ... who was filming his new show.

In the footage from outside the arena, obtained by TMZ, you see what eyewitnesses tell us is Tekashi's SUV presumably heading to Barclays. It stops suddenly, and a guy we're told is Tr3yway hops out and runs in the opposite direction ... at which point he allegedly fired.

Sources say Tekashi got out in the vid, as well, but you can't make out his face -- or hair -- 'cause he's got a hoodie on. Criminal charges have yet to be brought against Tr3yway. Still ... considering Tekashi's crew has been linked to a THIRD shooting this week ... they might wanna lay low.

We've reached out to Tekashi's camp multiple times for comment ... so far, no word back.

Jon Cryer, Kristin Davis Stars Raising Tons of Cash For Waffle House Hero!

The hero who took down the Waffle House shooter is now bringing together Hollywood liberals and famous right wing conservatives -- they've all joined forces to raise money for him!

Jon Cryer, Kristin Davis and Busy Philipps -- along with conservative author Mike Cernovich -- have each made significant contributions to a GoFundMe page for James Shaw Jr.

In fact, Davis tweeted, "I just donated and it feels good! Good to help someone who stood up and did the right thing, thank you James Shaw Jr! And I love everyone who is donating too!"

The fundraising effort was launched by journalist Yashar Ali, who says he was so inspired by Shaw's story ... he wants to raise money for a college fund for Shaw's daughter or to help him take his family on a nice vacation, whichever he chooses!

So far, Ali has raised more than $50,000 for Shaw!!!

FYI, Shaw is a REAL LIFE superhero -- who singlehandedly charged the Waffle House gunman in Nashville and ripped away his gun, ending the killing spree.

Other stars who have contributed ... Ike Barinholtz and Natasha Ziff.

David Hogg & Cameron Kasky Prom Pose Pic was Just for Fun ... We're Not Dating

Parkland student leaders David Hogg and Cameron Kasky have nothing but love for one another, but they're not actually going to prom together ... TMZ has learned.

Cameron's tweet Monday of this photo with the caption "Prom 2018" led many to believe the 2 were announcing their prom plans ... but their parents tell us it's not true.

David's mom, Rebecca Boldrick, tells us David has another date for the prom, and the photo with Cameron was taken during a video shoot Monday for U2's RED campaign the high schoolers were working on.

Cameron's dad, Jeff Kasky, tells us ... "Cameron and David love each other very much, as do the 20 or so other kids that are part of their group, but not in a romantic type of way."

We're told Marjory Stoneman Douglas High just has a senior prom -- and Cameron's only a junior -- so while he could go if he gets invited by a senior like David ... they're just friends.

Floyd Mayweather Bodyguard Reveals Gunshot Wound

Here's a photo of the gunshot wound Floyd Mayweather's bodyguard, Greg La Rosa, sustained during an attack on the boxer's entourage in Atlanta ... and warning -- it's pretty gnarly.

Greg was a passenger in Floyd's 3-vehicle caravan which had left a nightclub on April 9 and was returning back to Floyd's hotel when a gunman opened fire and sprayed 12 shots.

Greg was struck in his lower left leg -- 6 inches above his ankle -- and was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment. Miraculously, no one else was shot.

We spoke with Greg on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Monday night on FS1) -- and he walked us through that fateful night and told us about his recovery.

Waffle House Shooting Murder Suspect Arrested ... After Allegedly Killing 4

The man who allegedly shot up a Waffle House in Tennessee killing four people this weekend has been arrested after being on the run for a day.

29-year-old Travis Reinking was arrested Monday, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. The Waffle House he's accused of firing upon was also in the Nashville area.

Reinking is accused of opening fire Sunday at the famous restaurant chain with an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle. A civilian named James Shaw Jr., has been hailed a hero after he intercepted the alleged gunman, disarmed him and pushed him outside where he fled.

It is reported that Reinking was naked at the time of the shooting and left the scene of the crime by foot. He had been on the lam overnight before being apprehended. It's unclear exactly where he was arrested, and under what circumstances.

Tekashi69's Crew Tied To Another Shooting 2 Men Hit With Bullets

Another one of Tekashi69's crew members are under police investigation for a shooting in which two men were hit -- both with ties to 69's rival, Casanova.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Casanova was filming a music video in NYC's Bedford-Stuyvesant Thursday when at least ten shots were fired at the crew. We're told two men were hit with bullets, but are expected to make full recoveries.

Tekashi and Casanova have a long-standing rivalry. On Saturday night, both crews were in attendance for the Adrien Broner fight at Barclays Center and had a scuffle in an arena hallway. Cops say one shot was fired during the scuffle, and they believe the shooter was an unidentified member of Tekashi's crew.

Police believe the Broner incident was a continuation of Thursday's violence. They have not yet named any suspects, but the case is under active investigation.

Tekashi69 Crew Member Allegedly Fired Gun During Adrien Broner Fight

Someone in Tekashi69's crew allegedly fired a gun inside the Barclays Center this weekend, but it had nothing to do with Adrien Broner ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops believe an unidentified member of Tekashi's entourage fired a shot inside Barclays Saturday night during an altercation with a rival rap crew headed by Brooklyn-based MC Casanova, who Tekashi's been beefing with online.

We're told police understand the situation as follows ... Tekashi and his guys were heading down a hallway in Barclays to hit up a VIP area in the arena, when they bumped into Casanova and co. along the way. The two crews started pushing and shoving ... and someone in Tekashi's group allegedly discharged one round from a firearm.

Sources tell us a .32 caliber shell casing was recovered afterward, but it was not processed after it was touched by arena staff. We're told no one was hit by the shot, and both crews dispersed ... with Casanova and his pals fleeing the grounds entirely.

Tekashi and his crew stuck around, though, and they were all interviewed by investigators. Our police sources tell us no one in the group was found to have a weapon on them, however, and nobody was arrested. We're told cops think the man who fired fled the scene.

The silver lining -- if there is any -- is that this apparently had nothing to do with the ongoing beef between Tekashi and Broner, who were talking s*** to each other on social media in the week leading up to the fight.

Adrien did take a verbal shot at Tekashi after his match against Jessie Vargas was declared a draw ... but it sounds like Tekashi was preoccupied trying to avoid a real shot just outside.

Cops are investigating the matter for further information.

Ex-NFL Kicker Jay Feely Gun in Daughter's Prom Pic Was a Damn Joke!

Former NFL kicker Jay Feely is clearing up the controversy around a photo he posted with a gun at his daughter's prom date's side ... saying it was all a joke.

Feely tweeted a clarification Sunday about a pic he posted Saturday as he sent his daughter to her prom with a guy ... with Jay in between them and a pistol in his hand.

He says the pics was clearly meant as a joke, and that his kid had been dating the dude for at least a year. Feely also pointed out that the gun wasn't loaded and didn't have a clip inside, adding he didn't mean to be insensitive about the subject, which is a hot topic these days.

In his original post, Feely referenced a scene from "Bad Boys 2," in which Martin Lawrence's character intimidates a guy who comes over to take his daughter out on a date. Will Smith gets in on the interrogation, too, for a hilarious moment ... but a lot of folks didn't find Feely's take quite as funny. He was getting dragged on social media left and right.

Who knew joking around with guns would be such a lightning rod issue?
