Jason Aldean Back in Vegas ... First Concert Since 2017 Shooting
Jason Aldean made a triumphant return to Sin City -- playing his first concert there since the 2017 massacre that left 58 dead ... and wounded hundreds more.
The country singer performed Friday night at the Park MGM, which marked the first of three headlining shows he's putting on as part of his brief Ride All Night residency. Seeing how it'd been 2 years since Jason got on stage in Vegas ... he made sure to address the situation.
A few songs in, JA paused to shout out anyone who might've been there from his 2017 performance at the Route 91 Harvest Festival ... calling them "family." He also mentioned it was his first time back since then but didn't explicitly discuss the shooting.
He did make a promise though ... saying he came back to "blow it out" for the crowd, and finish what they'd started at Route 91. The audience absolutely ate it up.
At the end of his set, Jason covered Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down" -- which lots of folks took as a nod to the tragedy and a sign of resilience. He's got 2 more shows this weekend.
You'll recall ... the initial shots Stephen Paddock fired rang out in the middle of Jason's set two years ago during the outdoor country music festival. At first, he didn't seem to notice ... but was quickly whisked off stage once it became clear what was happening.
Paddock was holed up in his room at the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel and had an arsenal of rifles with him ... several of which he'd modified to shoot like semi-automatics. He broke windows in his suite and fired down below at the concertgoers ... causing a blood bath.
He shot himself in the head as cops made their way up to his suite. The FBI was never able to determine a definitive motive for his actions.

3:17 PM PT -- Pryor just posted a full-body shot showing the area affected by the stabbing ... and you can see the guy required some serious work to close the wounds.
Terrelle Pryor was just wheeled out of the Intensive Care Unit -- SMILING -- with a bandage over the wound where he was stabbed in his chest ... and it's all on video.
"Thanks for all the support," the NFL player said on his way out of ICU ... "I'mma be aite."
Pryor notes that he "had to be coded twice" -- which is usually hospital slang for an emergency effort to resuscitate someone having a life-threatening medical episode.
You can see a bandage on Pryor's right chest area.
As we previously reported, Pryor underwent emergency surgery on Nov. 30 after he was stabbed in the chest in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Shalaya Briston.
Seems Pryor got along with the nurses and staff in the ICU -- writing, "Left trauma ICU for the first time. Had to say by to my girls."
In the footage, Pryor invites the staff to come visit him "upstairs" -- which we assume means he's being moved to a different part of the hospital while he continues to recover.
Once Pryor is healthy enough to leave the hospital, cops tell TMZ Sports he'll have to surrender to police to be booked for misdemeanor assault for his alleged role in the incident with his GF.
As for Briston, she's been charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide, and is currently behind bars.

NFL wide receiver Antonio Callaway was mere FEET from gunfire in Miami in which a woman was shot ... and the whole incident was captured on video.
22-year-old Callaway -- who was cut by the Browns in Nov. after failing a drug test -- was part of a large crowd of people watching a street fight between two women Sunday night when shots rang out.
Unclear why the women were fighting or why Callaway was there ... but people in the crowd seemed excited about the brawl with one woman live streaming the incident on Facebook.
But, after the fight, as people were leaving, multiple shots rang out and the woman who was live streaming drops her phone.
We've confirmed the woman recording is being hospitalized in the ICU at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
The Miami Police Dept. is investigating the shooting -- but so far, no arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified.
As for Callaway's involvement, we've reached out to his reps for comment and we're waiting to hear back.
Callaway was a stud WR during his freshman year at the University of Florida -- but was suspended in 2016 and 2017 for various reasons including an allegation of sexual assault (though school investigators found him "not responsible" for the incident and was allowed back on the team).
Callaway left UF in 2017 and was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 4th round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

The medical examiner conducted an autopsy and determined Blanchard -- the stepdaughter of UFC fighter Walt Harris -- was killed by a gunshot ... but didn't specify to which part of her body.
Now, prosecutors say the man accused of pulling the trigger -- Ibraheem Yazeed -- is being charged with capital murder, and they're seeking the death penalty.

So far, three men have been arrested in connection with Blanchard's abduction ... but Hughes said Monday Yazeed is now believed to be the "lone person responsible" for Blanchard's death.
Hughes says Yazeed abducted Blanchard from an Auburn gas station on Oct. 23 ... and his first-degree kidnapping charge has now been upgraded to capital murder.
Yazeed is still being held in jail without bond.
As for Blanchard's family, her mother, Angela Harris, emotionally spoke about the tragedy last week ... while Walt Harris penned a thank-you note to Aniah on social media, writing, "This pain is unbearable."

MLB's Aubrey Huff Teaching My Kids to Shoot Guns 'In Case Bernie Beats Trump'
-
Breaking News
- 11.5K shares
Ex-MLB star Aubrey Huff believes Bernie Sanders is a threat to America -- and he's teaching his kids to shoot guns in case Bernie beats Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
"Getting my boys trained up on how to use a gun in the unlikely event @BernieSanders beats @realDonaldTrump in 2020," the former SF Giants slugger said.
"In which case knowing how to effectively use a gun under socialism will be a must."
Of course, 42-year-old Huff -- who won TWO World Series rings with the Giants -- is an outspoken Trump supporter who doesn't shy away from controversy. And, when asked WHO he was training to shoot, Huff offered up this explanation.
"Ummmm crazy people rioting and trying to break into my house for food or shelter. And yes that includes Americans. And they aren’t fellow Americans if they are breaking into my house and trying to harm my family dumbass."
Huff isn't the first person with an MLB connection to talk about guns and Trump ... just last month, MLB umpire Rob Drake got himself in hot water for similar comments.
"I will be buying an AR-15 tomorrow, because if you impeach MY PRESIDENT this way, YOU WILL HAVE ANOTHER CIVAL WAR," Drake said.
Drake later apologized, saying he didn't "realize the violence in those words."

Kodak Black My Prison To-Do List ... Nietzsche & a College Degree!!!
-
Exclusive

It looks like Kodak Black is gonna be a superman when he walks out of a federal prison -- that is, if he sticks to his higher education plan, which includes a little nihilistic philosophy!!!
Sources close to the incarcerated MC tell TMZ ... on the heels of getting sentenced to 46 months in prison, Kodak's shooting to get a college diploma by the time he gets out. We're told he's interested in pursuing business and marketing. The federal prison in Florida where he's doing his time offers classes, and he plans to register.
That's not where his learning road ends. Our sources say Kodak's actually planning to take the SAT when he's eventually released in hopes of getting into the University of Florida and earning a bachelor's degree.
Of course, this follows his previous goal of wanting a GED about a year ago while he was locked up. We're told he ended up getting it, BTW.
And, as if biz and marketing reading isn't enough, we're told he'll be supplementing that with some other literature to get his creative juices flowing -- good, old-fashioned Friedrich Nietzche books, in fact. Ah yes, "The Death of God," "The Superman" and "The Will To Power." Heavy stuff, but time's on his side. Sorta.
In addition to his nearly 4-year sentence, Kodak was just hit with two new counts of gun possession last week and could get up to 30 more years for each charge.
We reached out to his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, but he had no comment.

Aaron Carter Goes Nuts in Court ... After Judge Orders Him to Surrender Guns
-
Exclusive
- 4.7K shares
Aaron Carter lost it in court when a judge ordered him to surrender his firearms.
Aaron was on the losing end of a hearing for a restraining order. His twin sister, Angel Conrad, convinced the judge to issue an order prohibiting Aaron from having any contact with her or her family for a year. Then the judge enraged Aaron, by telling him he's too dangerous to possess guns. He went nuts in court ... screaming at the judge that he would just go out of state and buy more firepower.
TMZ broke the story ... Angel filed docs back in September in L.A. for a domestic violence restraining order after claiming Aaron threatened to send hit men after her. She claimed that during a phone conversation Aaron told her, "I have people that would come and harm you."
Angel said she feared for her life because Aaron was brandishing firearms on social media. She said she also feared for her husband and her daughter.
After the judge lowered the boom on Aaron, he threatened to just get up and leave, but the judge ordered him to sit down.
What's unclear ... whether Aaron will surrender his guns. If he doesn't, the judge could hold him in contempt and throw him in jail. As part of the order, Aaron must also stay away from The Grove shopping center in LA where Angel's husband works.
As we first reported ... Aaron's brother, Nick, also filed for a restraining order against him claiming Aaron had "thoughts of killing babies." Nick claimed Aaron had made the claims during a FaceTime with Angel back in August.
Nick had also said Aaron told Angel he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Aaron's then-girlfriend, Lina Valentina, was there during the conversation and she chimed in, "Angel, how do you think I feel with him sleeping with a sword next to him?" According to the docs, Aaron got furious and said, "Shut up Lina, you are next on my list."
As we reported ... Aaron had wanted court-ordered protection from Lina, but he later decided to drop it and move on. For Aaron's part ... he denies making those statements to his siblings and Lina, adding he just wants them to leave him alone.

A hip-hop artist who was a close friend of Nipsey Hussle's had at least 6 firearms pointed at him by cops ... who mistakenly thought he was a car thief.
Rapper Hoggy, aka BH, was pulled over Tuesday in Beverly Hills after cops ran the plates of the vehicle he was driving ... and discovered it was a stolen rental car.
Video of the crazy incident -- obtained by TMZ -- shows Hoggy standing outside of the car with his hands in the air ... then slowly and carefully backing toward the armed officers. He was then ordered to get on his knees before being detained.
The good news for the rapper ... our law enforcement sources tell us it was determined neither Hoggy nor the person riding in the vehicle with him had anything to do with the car theft.
We're told they were both released without being arrested because they weren't involved in any crime ... but cops kept the car are still trying to get to the bottom of how it turned up stolen.
Hoggy's known for being tight with Nipsey before his death and is signed to the late rapper's label, All Money In. BH included a tribute to Nip in the music video for his summer single, "Trap Pac" ... and featured him in several other tracks, including "Raised Like This."

Kodak Black I Need Drug Rehab While in Prison!!! Shorter Sentence Would Be Nice Too
-
Breaking News
Kodak Black wants approval to enter a drug rehab program while he's serving his Florida prison sentence -- but he could end up getting more than just clean and sober.
According to docs filed Monday in federal court, the rapper is asking the court to send him to a prison that offers the Residential Drug Abuse Program. The 500-hour program lasts 9 months and involves group therapy, as well as one-on-one treatment.
It also requires all participants to live in a separate unit from the general population -- a pretty clear benefit to a celebrity rapper doing time.
The biggest fringe benefit, though, for Kodak could be shortening his sentence. Upon completion of the program, inmates can get as much as 12 months knocked off their prison bid.
It's an interesting request from Kodak, who -- as we first reported -- claimed last week, someone in his current prison had drugged him, causing him to get involved last month in a prison brawl.
He's serving 46 months right now on federal weapons charges, and still has to deal with a sexual assault case in South Carolina.
The judge still has to approve his rehab request.

5:08 PM PT -- The L.A. County Sheriff's Department announced Nathaniel died Friday from injuries sustained by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
The father of the 16-year-old who killed two of his classmates in a terrorizing school shooting was an avid hunter who had no problem posing with his kills.
We've obtained photos of shooter Nathaniel Berhow's dad, Mark, on various hunting and shooting excursions. While most of the photos are pretty standard -- two of them are particularly disturbing -- one of Mark posing with a dead goose and another that shows him holding what appears to be the heart of a freshly killed animal.
Mark died in 2017, and his obituary read, "An avid sportsman, he loved big game hunting and fishing of all kinds."
In another photo, Mark poses with his family, including Nathan, during an apparent hunting trip. A former childhood friend of Nathaniel told KTLA Mark used to make his own bullets.
On Friday, cops announced they'd recovered several firearms at Nathan's home, six of which were registered to Mark. The origin of the gun used in the attack remains unclear.
As we reported, Nathan opened fire at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, CA Thursday, killing two students. Berhow allegedly turned the gun on himself, but is still in custody and being treated at a local hospital.
Berhow acted alone, using a .45 semi-automatic pistol.

Kim Kardashian West and her sisters loaded up with millions of dollars worth of jewelry for the launch of their new fragrance line -- and they also loaded up on extra muscle for protection.
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney recently had a shoot for their brand new KKW Diamonds line -- just in time for the holidays -- and our sources tell us they had 3 armed security guards on hand at all times.
We're told the guards helped transport the diamond earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings to and from the set ... and stood to watch the entire time.
Our sources say the jewelry was borrowed from designer Lorraine Schwartz ... so she obviously had a vested interest in protecting the merch too.
The 'Diamonds' promos raised some eyebrows because -- as you know -- Kim doesn't flaunt expensive jewelry anymore ... ever since she was the victim of the armed robbery in Paris.
She still only wears fake or replica jewelry, with the exception of red carpet events and shoots like this. When she does wear the real stuff, she's clearly not taking chances.
And BTW -- folks online speculating the ring on Kim's finger is a replacement for the one stolen from her in the Paris robbery ... we're told that was also on loan from Lorraine Schwartz.

Kodak Black Gets 46 Months Behind Bars ... in Federal Gun Case
Kodak Black could spend the next 46 months behind bars in his federal gun case ... TMZ has learned.
The rapper's attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... Kodak's been sentenced to nearly 4 years in prison after he pled guilty in his federal gun case back in August. Kodak's also been sentenced to 3 years of supervised release.
It's a bit of a break considering prosecutors wanted 96 months after Kodak was involved in a fight behind bars which resulted in a prison guard getting hurt.
As we reported ... as part of Kodak's plea agreement, prosecutors said they would push for a lighter sentence because Kodak had been cooperative. He initially faced a maximum of 10 years after pleading guilty to 2 counts of knowingly making a false and fictitious written statement in connection with the acquisition of a firearm.
Kodak had been in federal custody since his arrest in May. He had wanted to be let out while the case unfolded but a judge denied his request for bail after calling him a danger to the community.
The rapper had been arrested at the Rolling Loud festival on arrest warrants stemming from his indictment.
