Cisco Adler Down with Carey Hart Malibu Looters will Be Shot

Cisco Adler is down with Carey Hart's warning to looters ... you steal, you get shot.
We got the Grammy-nominated musician Wednesday night leaving Staples Center after the Lakers game, and the longtime Malibu resident told us it was a much-needed break from the heartache people in his town have been feeling since the fires ravaged the area.
Cisco was comfortable with the warning Carey Hart and Co. delivered ... that they are more than willing to take the law into their own hands if someone tries to take advantage of the evacuations by looting.
A warning is in order ... in California, you can only use deadly force if you are in imminent fear of great bodily harm and deadly force is the only way to eliminate that danger.

Tekashi69 Kidnapping Looks Like Payback From Pissed Ex-Crew Member
The guy who's been arrested for Tekashi69's kidnapping and robbery is one of the rapper's disgruntled ex-crew member ... and it appears he wanted revenge.
Sources with knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Anthony Jamel Ellison used to be part of 6ix9ine's management crew. He was fired after the infamous LAX brawl. We're told he'd been very involved in Tekashi's career in the early days, and felt he should've been paid more for the work he did.
Our sources say Ellison felt he wasn't getting a fair cut of the money Tekashi started making when his career took off. We're told it was a feeling Ellison had been sitting on for a while, and things finally boiled over with the July kidnapping ... allegedly.
We broke the story ... Tekashi was pistol-whipped and robbed blind by goons -- crimes for which Ellison was arrested and indicted last week. Law enforcement sources tell us they believe Ellison had "real beef" with Tekashi.
And, get this ... there's another suspect who's still wanted, whom we're told was also tied to Tekashi, and might've had similar motives.
For the record ... we're told the alleged retaliation is all over money, not so much being 86'd by Tekashi.

P!nk's Husband Carey Hart Warns Wildfire Looters ... Will Be Shot On Site
P!nk's husband has a message for the spineless thugs ransacking homes left vacant in the evacuation zones of the raging SoCal wildfires ... try looting our neighborhood, and you'll be shot on site!
Carey Hart, the former pro motorcycle racer, issued the ominous warning Tuesday on IG, cautioning looters to think twice if they're coming into Malibu. The caption was paired with an undated photo of masked gunmen behind a sign that says, "Looters will be shot on site."
Looting in the evacuation zones is a major issue in the wake of the Woolsey Fire ... thieves know most homeowners have evacuated, and power outages have turned off security systems on many properties, creating prime conditions for looters.
P!nk and Carey were forced to flee their beachside property in Malibu ... though their home reportedly escaped the flames.
More than 300 law enforcement officers have been dispatched to guard the evacuation zones in L.A. and Ventura County ... but Carey is apparently taking matters into his own hands, and encouraging his neighbors to do the same.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Record Label's Out Nearly Half a Mil ... After Music Vid Shooting
The shooting at the home for the filming of the Tekashi 6ix9ine's music video was a VERY expensive setback for the record label behind the project ... as in almost half a million dollars down the drain.
Sources tell TMZ ... Universal Music Group spent upwards of $480k to fund the video shoot that was supposed to feature Nicki Minaj and Kanye West ... before bullets shattered glass in the mansion and things then came to a screeching halt.
It also looks like UMG might be eating this one -- we're told there are zero plans to reschedule or reshoot.
As for why the budget was so steep ... just look at what was done to the interior of the Bev Hills mansion for the shoot. Crew members placed multi-colored decals on lots of the windows, which was supposed to mimic 6ix9ine's hair. Our sources say some of that money also went to SFX, lighting and, of course, salaries.
We broke the story ... Tekashi, Kanye and co. found themselves under attack Thursday night after 2 gunmen opened fire on the Bev Hills estate. Surveillance footage captured the assailants firing off multiple rounds at the house. Nicki was not there at the time of the shooting.
Cops are looking for the shooters -- but this one's gotta hurt where it hits record labels most ... the wallet.

10:21 AM PT -- Jemel's mother, Beatrice Roberson, filed a lawsuit Monday morning against the police officer who killed her son.
In the suit, she says the shooting was unprovoked, unjustified and "excessive and unreasonable."
She's suing the officer as well as the Village of Midlothian, and she's demanding damages in excess of $1 million.
A security guard who took down a man who opened fire in a bar was shot dead by a cop who responded to the 911 call.
Jemel Roberson was working security at Manny's Blue Room Bar Sunday at 4 AM in a Chicago suburb when several drunk patrons were ordered out. The guys left, came back with a gun and opened fire.
Roberson returned the fire and apprehended one of the men. Roberson placed his knee in the gunman's back and point a gun at him to stay still. An officer who responded to the 911 call fired at Roberson ... shooting him dead.
One of the bar patrons who witnessed the shooting said the cops "saw a black man with a gun, and basically killed him."
Roberson was a musician who played at several Chicago-area churches and wanted to become a police officer.
The Cook County Sheriff's Office has opened a criminal investigation into the bar shooting.
A GoFundMe account was established to pay for the 26-year-old Roberson's burial.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Shades Cardi B Hires Sisters Suing Her for Nicki Minaj Music Video
Tekashi69's sending a shady message to Cardi B ... by hiring the 2 strip club bartenders who are gearing up to sue her.
Record label sources say he flew in Jade and Baddie Gi to appear in his music video with Nicki Minaj and Kanye West.
TMZ broke the story ... Cardi was arrested last month and charged with 2 crimes for allegedly ordering an attack on the 2 bartender sisters. Cardi had a longstanding beef with Jade because she thought Jade slept with Offset. The sisters were hurt so badly they were hospitalized. They're getting ready to sue Cardi, with the help of mega-lawyer Joe Tacopina.
Fast forward to this week ... when Jade and Baddie made themselves at home after arriving in Tinseltown ... hitting up Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills, with Tekashi leading the way. They shut down the luxury joint as a throng of fans and paps desperately trying to get an up-close look.
Our sources say the sisters were on set of the video shoot when gunfire erupted Thursday night at a Bev Hills mansion ... bringing production to a screeching halt. We're told plans remain in place for the sisters to be part of the music vid, if it ever gets off the ground.
As we reported ... approximately 8 shots were fired and no one was hit.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Sentencing Judge In Sex Case ... Don't Blame Me For Giving Him Probation
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Felicia Mennin feels her decision to sentence Tekashi69 to probation instead of prison may have been a mistake, but it's not on her shoulders.
Tekashi violated the terms of his plea deal in his child sex case twice by getting arrested for alleged assaults in Houston and Brooklyn, so he could have been sent to prison for years, but the judge didn't give him a single day.
Fact is ... prosecutors wanted to send the rapper to prison for 1 to 3 years – but Judge Mennin favored 4 years probation and even downplaying Tekashi’s arrest in Houston -- which she said may have involved "push back against an amateur paparazzi."
Judge Mennin has now pushed the blame to the presiding judge, prosecutors and defense attorneys for cutting the original plea deal.
Mennin's spokesperson, Lucian Chalfen, tells TMZ…"Although Judge Mennin was the sentencing judge, the long-standing plea agreement was agreed to by the presiding judge at the time, and the other parties involved."
As we reported, hours after the sentence, a member of Tekashi's crew got shot after a melee at an NYC restaurant.
Last week, Tekashi and his crew got into a nasty confrontation with Slim 400 and his posse in LA. ... the rapper had to be held back.
And just last Friday, 8 shots were fired during a Tekashi/Kanye/Nicki Minaj video shoot at a Beverly Hills mansion.

EXCLUSIVE

Update: 11/11 10:16 AM -- It has been confirmed by an autopsy that Ian Long was killed by self-inflicted gunshot wounds, he was not shot by the police.
Ian Long -- the former Marine who killed 12 people in a country music bar allegedly suffered from severe PTSD, but there's no record of him ever contacting the Corps for help ... so says the military.
Long served in Afghanistan from 2010 to 2011 and left the service in 2013 after a final stint in Hawaii. Shortly after the massacre, former neighbors of Long revealed he had a long history of PTSD ... and a classmate of his told us the same thing.
We reached out the Marines to see if the military branch had any evidence of Long's condition and if they acted appropriately, but we were told the Marines have no record Ian ever indicated he was suffering. A rep for Veteran's Affairs tells us he was never enrolled in VA health care at any time.
Of course, Long could still have seen a doctor or counselor outside of the Marines, but it's interesting he didn't see military docs.
TMZ broke the story ... Long posted to social media during the attack, writing, "I hope people call me insane .. wouldn't that just be a big ball of irony? Yeah ... I'm insane, but the only thing you people do after these shootings is "hopes and prayers" .. or "keep you in my thoughts" ... every time ... and wonder why these keep happening ..."
He was shot dead by police.

Kanye West's stepping out for the first time since the music video shooting scare ... with red hair.
Ye was out in L.A. Saturday afternoon with a new hairdo that was presumably for his music video shoot with Tekashi69. As we've reported ... Kanye and Tekashi were in the Beverly Hills mansion getting ready to film when gunfire erupted, prompting Ye to immediately bounce.
Cops are on the hunt for the shooters who were caught on video spraying the mansion with bullets. As if that wasn't scary enough ... Kanye's also had to deal with the California wildfire that's torched nearly a million acres.
We broke the story ... the fire burning out of control reached the estate of Kim and Kanye, who were forced to evacuate.

Tekashi69's Music Video Mansion Decor Matched My Hair ... Before Gunshots Ruined It!!
Long before gunshots rang out on Tekashi69's music video set, his crew turned the Bev Hills mansion into a reflection of his technicolor hair ... and TMZ got the first pics inside.
Let's keep it real, the $80 million estate looks like someone puked up a rainbow all over it, but on a positive tip ... it perfectly matches 6ix9ine's hair! This set of French doors that got the ROYGBIV treatment, and we're told an indoor spa area was similarly decked out with multi-colored decals.
It's loud AF, for sure, but we're guessing it would've looked cool for the finished music vid ... which, of course, co-stars Kanye West and Nicki Minaj. We may never know, since production's up in the air after Thursday night's shooting.
Speaking of which, these pics reveal more bullet damage -- you can see some of the ammo left holes in an exterior wall of the mansion. It also shows the shots were aimed at the 2nd floor of the estate.
As for what the palatial home looked like before Tekashi and co. applied their colorful touches?
Check it out -- someone's got a TON of work to do before it looks like this again!

Chuck D Tekashi69 Should Stop Hanging Out With Kanye
Chuck D thinks Tekashi69 should find younger and wiser friends, because Kanye West ain't doing the trick.
We got the Public Enemy MC at LAX on Friday and asked his thoughts on the drive-by shooting on the set of Tekashi's music vid with Yeezy ... and Chuck straight up tells 6ix9ine to choose better friends, because, apparently, Ye ain't helping.
Check out the clip ... Chuck says Kanye should get to stepping if the 41-year-old can't impart some wisdom on the 22-year-old Tekashi ... and Chuck can't fathom why the two were even collabing in the first place.

Thousand Oaks Shooting Borderline Bar & Grill Will Open Again

Borderline Bar and Grill -- the scene of Wednesday night's massacre -- plans to reopen its doors once the police investigation is complete ... TMZ has learned.
Troy Slaten, attorney for Borderline owner Brian Hynes, tells us they'll absolutely open again for business. He says Hynes continues to work with law enforcement as they investigate the mass shooting -- but eventually they're going to open.
He says they don't have a timetable yet as to when that will be.
As you know, retired Marine Ian Long stormed the bar and killed 12 during College Country Night before police shot and killed him. Witnesses and first responders described the scene inside the bar as incredibly disturbing and blood-soaked.
Slaten says Hynes' team has set up a GoFundMe page to help the victims and their families.

Nicki Minaj Dressing Room Took Bullets During Tekashi69 Shooting
Nicki Minaj is beyond lucky she didn't show up early to film Tekashi69's music video, because the room that got shot up was intended to be HER dressing room ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... at least one bullet pierced the window Thursday night on the master bedroom. As it's the biggest one in the Beverly Hills mansion, it was supposed to be the room where Nicki and her crew chilled during the music vid production.
We're told the original plan was for 6ix9ine to be in that room, but he decided the day before Nicki should have it. That's interesting because if the shooter had inside information from the set, they might have aimed at that room targeting Tekashi.
As we reported ... Nicki was NOT there at the time of the shooting but Kanye West was and he left immediately after shots rang out.
Tekashi's crew had rented the $80 million estate but the shooting brought production to a screeching halt. Someone on set told us approximately 8 shots were fired and when the shots rang out, we're told security ran towards it and saw someone hopping a fence.
We're told while the crew managed to record a few scenes for the video ... cameras were NOT rolling at the time of the shooting. Of course, now the house is a crime scene, so production's been halted.
We've reached out to Tekashi's camp for comment, so far no word back.

Thousand Oaks Bar Shooting Suspect Posted on Instagram During Massacre Possible Revenge Motive
12:15 PM PT -- Our sources say Long posted the same message on his Instagram and Facebook, "I hope people call me insane .. wouldn't that just be a big ball of irony? Yeah ... I'm insane, but the only thing you people do after these shootings is "hopes and prayers" .. or "keep you in my thoughts" ... every time ... and wonder why these keep happening ..."
The shooter who terrorized college students at Borderline Bar & Grill was shockingly on social media as he shot a dozen people dead, and, based on what we now know, it sounds like they were revenge killings.
Law enforcement sources tell us Ian Long held a gun in one hand and his phone in the other, posting messages on his Instagram during Wednesday night's massacre.
Our sources say investigators discovered the messages on Long's page several hours after the shooting and contacted Instagram to delete his page. We don't know precisely what he was saying, but it appears he had a grudge he was carrying out.
A former classmate of Long's tells TMZ, Long was bullied in high school. She says his fellow students made fun of him because he had a lazy eye, and it affected him deeply. The classmate says a lot of those students go to that bar on Wednesday nights. She says he knew some of the people who teased him would be there.
We're told he was a regular at the bar, usually keeping to himself ... grabbing a beer and sitting at the bar.
As we reported, Long served in Afghanistan from 2010 to 2011 as a decorated member of the Marines. His classmate says Long suffered serious PTSD after his tour and tried to get help from therapists and doctors. We're told he also reached out to the military for help, but his mental health was in bad shape.

Tekashi69 Shots Fired on Set of Music Vid with Kanye
7:35 AM PT -- 50 Cent posted this pic of a bullet hole in a bedroom window at the house where Tekashi's video was shooting.
7:04 AM PT -- Our Tekashi sources say, for now, production for the video is stopped ... and there's currently no plan to start things back up. It's apparent whoever shot up the set knew Tekashi's schedule, making a reshoot that much more dangerous.
6ix9ine's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells us he doesn't believe the shooting violates Tekashi's probation because the rapper was a victim. That being said ... law enforcement sources tell us the Manhattan D.A. is "looking into" whether there was a violation.
Shots rang out at a Beverly Hills home where Tekashi 6ix9ine was shooting a music video with Kanye West and Nicki Minaj ... and we're told Tekashi and Kanye were inside.
Tekashi's crew rented the $80 million estate which was supposed to be the backdrop for the music video for one of the songs on his new album ... a song featuring Kanye and Nicki. By the way ... it's one of the most exclusive, expensive streets in Bev Hills.
Cops say at 10:25 PM they got a "shots fired" call and raced to the home. Someone on set tells us there were approximately 8 shots fired. No one was hit. It appeared to be a drive-by.
At least one bullet went through a bedroom window.
We are told Kanye was there but Nicki had not arrived. Kanye immediately left.
We're told production was halted and the crew was shaken up.
Detectives are now reviewing surveillance video.
