'Y&R' Star Max Ehrich First Time Spotted Since Confrontation With Gunman

"The Young and the Restless" star Max Ehrich is doing everything he can to protect himself after allegedly getting a gun pulled on him by an obsessed realtor ... 'cause he's exploring legal options and beefing up his security.

Max was spotted Friday afternoon leaving a Los Angeles law office with a massive body guard in tow ... the first time Ehrich has been seen in public since going into hiding.

We broke the story ... Max is scared to death because a prominent real estate agent allegedly became obsessed with the actor and pulled a gun on him in a fit of rage.

Police are now involved in the case ... and it looks like Max isn't taking any chances.

'Y&R' Star Max Ehrich In Hiding ... After Obsessed Realtor Allegedly Pulls Gun

"The Young and the Restless" star Max Ehrich is scared to death and in hiding, after a prominent real estate agent who allegedly became obsessed with him pulled a gun on him in a fit of rage.

Sources connected to Ehrich tell TMZ, he looked at property in the L.A. area with the realtor and the guy became infatuated with the actor. We're told the realtor at one point allegedly became sexually aggressive but got rebuffed, and that got him mad.

Our sources say the realtor at some point pulled a gun on Ehrich, although we're told it may have been a pellet gun.

We're told the actor, who appeared on 'Y&R' from 2012 to 2015 and played Fenmore Baldwin, is so freaked out he has gone into hiding and hired full-time security. Max posted a pic showing a security guard on what appears to be a hotel bed. Max posted that he's okay, but is clearly fearing for his life.

Police are now involved in the case.

Mike Tyson Chokes Back Tears Talking About Night 2pac Was Shot

Mike Tyson could barely contain his emotions while reflecting on the night his good friend, Tupac Shakur, was shot ... saying the rap legend was "really happy" just before he was gunned down.

Tyson and Pac were great friends in the '90s -- and he was Tyson's VIP guest the night he fought Bruce Seldon on September 7, 1996 at the MGM Grand in Vegas.

Tyson says Tupac was in great spirits during their last interaction at the post-fight press conference ... and remembers Pac talking "a bunch of sh*t" after his 1st-round TKO.

Of course, Tupac was shot 4 times while leaving the fight in Vegas by an unknown assailant while Suge Knight was in the driver's seat next to him. Pac died 6 days later.

Tyson choked back tears while recounting that night while sitting down with radio legend Big Boy from 92.3 ... saying, "It's very difficult to talk about. Young kid that wanted to be great and then that happened."

Tyson recalls being frustrated because he wasn't allowed to visit Pac in the hospital before he passed away.

But, Iron Mike says Pac's legacy lives on ... and he's still asked about the late MC wherever he goes.

Tekashi69 Not Allowed at Bellator 208 ... Linked to Past Shooting

Tekashi69 was just turned away at the door trying to attend fight night on Long Island, and our sources say it's connected to a shooting months ago at the Barclays Center.

The rapper was stopped by security at the Nassau Coliseum in NY Saturday night as he was trying to make his way in for "Bellator 208: Fedor vs. Sonnen" ... sources close to the situation tell TMZ Sports.

We're told 6ix9ine planned to meet up with his pal and Bellator brand ambassador 50 Cent, but wasn't allowed entry. Fiddy wasn't there yet anyway ... but we're told it wouldn't have mattered.

As for why Tekashi's barred ... our sources say it stems from a shooting back in April at the Barclays Center connected to Tekashi's manager, Tr3yway. The same company that owns the Nassau Coliseum owns Barclays, and as we reported ... the rapper's persona non grata at that venue.

So ... we're told it's a case of the rapper being 86'd at both arenas. We also reached out to Bellator ... they had no comment.

Sources close to Tekashi have responded to the incident, telling us ... "It is unfortunate a venue would take it upon itself to treat a person unfairly based on allegations. What happened tonight at the Nassau Coliseum is disappointing."

As for the big fight, and who's going to win tonight between Fedor Emelianenko and Chael Sonnen ... Herschel Walker has a prediction.

Lil Xan Disturbing Video Shows Gun Threat ... That Canceled Concert

The person who threatened to shoot Lil Xan at his St. Louis concert -- forcing its cancellation -- made his intentions well known in a disturbing video he posted on social media.

The guy who made the threat is a so-called rapper in St. Louis who earlier this week posted a clip spraying bullets into a lake and calling out Xan. He captioned the video, "Lil Xan said he wants a fade with me. I'M COMING TO YO OWN SHOW TO SMACK TF OUT OF YOU TOMORROW OCT 10 AT @thepageantstl."

On the day of the concert, the same guy posted a picture while holding what looks like 3 AK-47s with the caption, "hi Lil Xan see ya later at your show." TMZ broke the story ... The Pageant (where the concert was to be held) and promoters canceled the show after the images surfaced. It appears Xan has beef with the guy in the video over money owed.

We reached out to the St. Louis PD who tells us they're not investigating the threats because no one from the venue has made a report about the incident.

A rep for Lil Xan tells TMZ, "It is our top priority, including the promoters and venue to ensure safety at every show. This was an old situation that has been taken care of internally. There is no reason to fear safety at any of Lil Xan's shows moving forward."

Lil Xan Concert Canceled Due to Shooting Threat at Venue

Lil Xan never made it onstage for a scheduled show in St. Louis because someone allegedly threatened to open fire if he went through with the gig.

Xan was supposed to perform Wednesday night at The Pageant, but sources close to the rapper tell TMZ ... the venue and promoters pulled the plug after someone posted a video threatening to spray the place with bullets.

We're told promoters saw the video a couple days before the concert, but waited until the day of to cancel. We're told they felt it was too risky and didn't feel comfortable moving forward.

Lil Xan did catch some flak over a video earlier this week of him arguing with a customer in an Indianapolis mall food court. Some fans were critical of the fact he used the n-word during the outburst.

It's unclear if that video had anything to with alleged threat at The Pageant.

St. Louis PD tells us they hadn't heard anything about the threatening video. We've reached out to the venue, but haven't heard back yet.

Xan's tour continued Thursday night in Cincinnati.

Jim Jones Charged with 5 Felonies ... For June Car Chase Bust

Jim Jones is officially facing a handful of felony drug and firearm charges for his June arrest in Georgia after a police chase ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper's been hit with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony -- so 5 felony charges total ... according to new legal docs.

Jones has also been charged with a 6th count of possession of marijuana, less than an ounce ... which is a misdemeanor.

We broke the story ... Jones was busted on June 20 in Coweta County when a car he was a passenger in led cops on a chase. When it finally stopped, cops searched the vehicle and found marijuana, oxycodone, Percocet, vape cartridges and 2 loaded pistols.

Neither Jones nor the 3 others in the car, including the driver, admitted possession of the items ... so they were all arrested.

Jones' arraignment on the charges is scheduled for later this month. If convicted on all charges, he faces up to decades in prison.

Antonio Brown to Police Someone Stole $80,000 and My Gun

It's becoming clear why Antonio Brown freaked out and threw furniture off his 14th story balcony -- the NFL superstar had told police someone jacked $80,000 cash and a gun from his apartment!!

TMZ Sports has obtained multiple police reports involving the Pittsburgh Steelers star -- and it paints a picture of a man who was REALLY pissed off after returning to Florida after an 11-day trip.

The first report was filed on April 23 -- Brown told cops he returned to his high-end Miami apartment and noticed $80,000 cash was missing from a tote bag he had hidden in his closet.

Brown says his 9mm firearm was also gone.

Cops obtained surveillance video which showed a cleaning crew entering Brown's place on April 13. Cops found the women who said they had been hired and authorized by someone claiming to be Brown's representative.

The women denied taking the cash and the gun -- and insinuated it could have been other people who were in the house in the days before Brown left for his trip.

The next day, cops were called back to the apartment complex after getting calls about Brown throwing furniture -- including vases -- off his balcony.

As we previously reported, Brown is being sued by a man who claims Antonio almost killed his 22-month-old son during his tirade.

Cops say Brown was not arrested for the incident -- but the complex told them they would initiate eviction proceedings to kick him out.

Police were called to Brown's apartment AGAIN the very next day, April 25, when Brown reported that someone had stolen his black Rolls-Royce.

But, when cops showed up to his apartment, Brown said, "I found the car" and closed the door in their faces.

We reached out to Brown's agent for comment -- but haven't heard back.

Lil Wayne Someone Say Shots Fired? Watch Me Make a Clean Getaway!!!

QUICK EXIT!
TMZ.com

Lil Wayne was NOT about to wait around to figure out whether shots had really been fired at his concert this weekend -- he assumed it happened, and got the hell OUT of Dodge.

TMZ got this video of Wayne being whisked away backstage, toward the end of Sunday night's severely shortened A3C Fest set. Someone allegedly yelled out "shots fired!" and caused a panic. As you can see ... Weezy was no different from fans at the show, rushing downstairs off the stage and straight into his waiting SUV, not taking any chances.

Can't blame Weezy for hauling ass. Remember, his tour bus was shot up in the Atlanta area back in 2015, so it makes sense his team was ready to bolt. The scene out on the festival grounds was just as chaotic with everyone in GTFO mode.

CHAOS AT THE CONCERT

As we reported ... several concertgoers were trampled in the stampede. All in all, about a dozen people were injured with minor injuries, some of which required medical attention.

Cops say there's no evidence shots were ever fired at the event.

CHAOS AT THE CONCERT
TMZ.com

A Lil Wayne concert in Atlanta erupted into pandemonium Sunday night after someone in the crowd screamed, "shots fired!"

Wayne was onstage performing at the Georgia Freight Depot during the second day of the A3C Festival when someone claimed to have heard the shots. There was immediate panic as people ran to exit the area.

Several people were trampled during the stampede. In all, about a dozen people suffered minor injuries.

Cops say there was no evidence of shots fired.

There's a reason this alarm triggered such panic ... you'll recall, Wayne's bus was shot up back in 2015.

Tekashi69 That's Not My Gun ... I Don't Even Own One!!!

Tekashi69 is already working on his defense after a gun turned up when federal agents raided his home ... and he sounds confident there's no way the feds can pin the firearm on him.

Tekashi's defense attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ ... a gun charge would be a very difficult case to prove because the rapper doesn't even own a piece.

We broke the story ... Tekashi's Brooklyn home was raided by federal agents, assisted by the NYPD, last week and they discovered a gun. It's not clear what prompted the search, or who owns the recovered items.

Tekashi wasn't home when feds busted through the front door, and 6ix9ine claims he moved out weeks before the raid ... so his defense thinks it's gonna be hard to link anything to him.

We know Tekashi hasn't been in NY much over the past few weeks ... he was recording music in Colombia with Kanye West, and he had a show in Russia, where a fan got beat up by his crew.

We're told there's been several people in and out of the house recently, so the gun could belong to anyone.

Magic Johnson 'Showtime' Coming to Vegas ... VIP Treatment for Everyone!!

Magic Johnson will be honored in Las Vegas next week, but it wouldn't be like him to not give something back ... so he's putting on a concert.

The Lakers legend is set to receive a key to the city from Mayor Carolyn Goodman at a ceremony on October 9, but he's turning it into a 2-day event for the community.

We're told the "Magic Johnson Showtime Pop-Up Concert" at Mandalay Bay Beach will kick things off Tuesday, with performances by several big acts ... including Snoop Dogg. Our sources say Will Smith also recorded a congrats video that will air during the show.

MGM Properties is giving away 4,000 tickets for the event over the next few days to any sports or music fans interested in attending, and some of the recipients will be survivors of last year's mass shooting. But, that's not all -- we're told he has a special surprise for these guests.

To top it all off -- the Lakers take on the Warriors at nearby T-Mobile Arena on Oct. 10 for some NBA preseason action.

Should be a fun couple of days.

Lil Wayne Birdman Called Bus Shooter in Jail ... 'Come Out and Get Your Money'

3:42 PM PT -- A source close to Birdman says the phone call was in no way referring to the bus shooting. Even further, we're told Birdman doesn't believe Winfrey is the shooter ... and he would never associate with someone who tried to harm Wayne.

It's worth noting ... Winfrey's conviction was overturned in July due to biased conduct by the judge in his case. He's still in custody awaiting a new trial, or possibly a new plea deal.

The man convicted of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus took a jailhouse phone call from Birdman ... and it sounds like Birdman was congratulating him on a job well done.

The phone call was made while Jimmy Winfrey was incarcerated in Cobb County, GA. Winfrey would eventually be convicted and sentenced to 20 years, including 10 years to serve in prison and 10 years of probation, for shooting Weezy's bus in April 2015.

tmz_generic_audio_file_01
JAILHOUSE CALL

During the call Birdman says, "Time for you to come out here and get your money. You did everything you could do, boss."

The audio is shocking for several reasons, not the least of which being the fact Wayne and Birdman recently squashed their beef, and Wayne finally released "Tha Carter V."

The phone convo was uncovered as part of a separate civil lawsuit, filed by the tour bus driver, Alvin Lewis ... against Birdman and Young Thug. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Lewis says Birdman had promised Winfrey $250k and a Porsche. The intimation is the cash and car were payment for the shooting.

As we reported, the Cobb County D.A. is considering filing charges against Thug and Birdman for the shooting.

Chris Martin at Global Citizen Assures Crowd There's No Shooting ... 'You're All Safe'

A brief moment of panic broke out at the Global Citizen Festival in NYC when the crowd thought they heard gunshots, but Chris Martin came to the rescue ... by grabbing the mic to calmly explain it was just a barrier collapse.

The Coldplay frontman got on stage Saturday Night in Central Park to address frightened people in the audience who had scattered or moved toward the back after thinking shots were fired.

He said ... "A barrier I think fell down; of course it caused people to be a little frightened and stuff like that, but nobody is trying to hurt anybody. You're all safe, okay."

Chris also got NYPD Assistant Chief Kathleen O'Reilly to reassure everyone that it was indeed a barrier fence collapse and nothing more ... and the show would go on as soon as they could get it fixed and ensure everyone's safety.

Good thing, because like Martin said ... Janet Jackson's up next!

Global Citizen Fest is a concert in support of social activism, with huge acts this year like Jackson, The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, John Legend and as we reported ... Cardi B.

LSU Basketball's Wayde Sims Arrest Made in Fatal Shooting

Cops have made an arrest in the shooting death of 20-year-old LSU basketball player Wayde Sims.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department ... Dyteon Simpson was taken into custody Saturday morning after admitting to shooting Sims. He's been charged with 2nd degree murder.

THE SOMBER PRESS CONFERENCE

Police Chief Murphy Paul told reporters at a press conference Sims suffered a gunshot wound to the head after intervening in an altercation between his friend and Simpson.

Simpson left his glasses at the scene, which were recovered by cops and used to test DNA ... which found a match with Simpson.

Chief Paul says ... "Simpson was questioned and admitted to being in possession of a weapon, admitting to being on the scene and admitted to shooting Wayde as well." The investigation is ongoing.

As we reported ... Wayde was killed outside a Subway restaurant near Southern University's campus early Friday morning, about a 15-minute drive from LSU's main campus.

RIP.

Birdman Under Criminal Investigation ... For Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting

It's ironic ... the day 'Carter V' was released, we've confirmed Birdman is under investigation for allegedly plotting to shoot up Lil Wayne's tour bus.

The Cobb County, GA D.A. tells TMZ they are indeed investigating the man who calls Wayne his son.

We're told Young Thug is also being investigated in connection with the shooting.

TMZ broke the story ... Wayne's tour bus took on gunfire in Atlanta back in 2015, after Wayne performed at a nightclub.

The shooting went down just minutes after the bus pulled away from the club.

No one was injured, but not for lack of trying.

The shooter told cops the epic beef between Birdman and Wayne led to the shooting. The shooter got 20 years in prison.
