Robert Griffin III 100% Healed ... for Chinese Food
Robert Griffin III's amazing rookie season ended with a horrific knee injury, but the Washington Redskins' superhuman QB looks ready for action again -- and claims he'll be even BETTER next year.
RGIII -- who showed no signs of a limp last night outside of Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills -- said he's "feeling good" and brushed off the injury ... reminding us the torn ACL he suffered in college was way worse.
When our camera guy pumped up RGIII telling him he'd be just as good this coming season -- Griffin shot back, "I'll be better."
Also, you gotta check out the clip for his favorite sports movie. We'll give him a pass ... and say it's a generational thing.

NFL Star Trent Williams BANDAGED UP After Hawaii Bar Fight
With a bandage on his forehead ... and a bruise under his eye ... Washington Redskins lineman Trent Williams marched through the airport in Hawaii last night ... just days after being smashed in the head with a champagne bottle during a bar fight.
Williams -- 6'5", 318 lbs -- required 7 stitches to put his forehead back together after he was attacked in a Honolulu nightclub Friday night ... just days before he was supposed to play in the Pro Bowl.
The NFL decided to pull Williams from the game in the wake of the fight -- in which Williams was also shocked by a man with a stun gun.
The owner of the nightclub was arrested and charged with assault in connection to the attack on the NFL star. Williams has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
Badass Side Note -- according to reports, Williams is such a beast ... he DIDN'T GO DOWN even after he was bottled and tasered.

Katt Williams Redskins Team Name Is SUPER Racist!!!
The Redskins is a racist team name ... so says Katt Williams who tells TMZ he's SHOCKED that Americans have tolerated such an offensive moniker for so many years.
Katt -- who wasn't arrested or accused of any wrongdoing last night -- was in Malibu when we asked about the renewed effort to get the team to change its name.
"Do you know how racist that is?" Katt said ... explaining, "That would be like saying the Chinese Yellowskins or the Compton Blackskins."
He added, "Can you please not keep disrespecting the people we already admit we did wrong to?"

Washington D.C. Mayor 'Redskins' Is RACIST ... It's Time for a Change
It's damn time the Washington Redskins changed its racist name ... at least if the team ever plans to move inside D.C. city limits -- so says District mayor Vincent Gray.
Now that the Redskins are winning again, there's been a lot of talk about bringing the team back to D.C. -- instead of leaving them in nearby FedEx Field, located in Maryland.
But Mayor Gray has some conditions before the Redskins move a muscle -- claiming, “I think that if they get serious with the team coming back to Washington, there’s no doubt there’s going to have to be a discussion about [changing the team name]."
Gray added, “I think it has become a lightning rod, and I would love to be able to sit down with the team … and see if a change should be made. There’s a precedent for this, and I think there needs to be a dispassionate discussion about this, and do the right thing.”
There's no question, the term "redskins" is flat-out racist ... but we still gotta ask ...

Colts Star Dwight Freeney Andrew Luck vs. RG3 ... Who's Better??
Andrew Luck has the better record ... Robert Griffin III has the flash ... but when it comes to the NFL Rookie of the Year award, it's like "Highlander" ... there can be only one.
So, who deserves it? We ran into Indianapolis Colts superstar Dwight Freeney on the streets of NYC yesterday ... and though you might expect him to lean a certain way, he told us, "Both of those guys ... too much talent ... those guys have too much talent."

NFL Star Loses Embarrassing Bet, Actually Pays Up
Dear Aaron Rodgers,
Sometimes when NFL players make friendly wagers with people ... and lose ... they actually pay up ... and that's exactly why we're posting this photo of a Washington Redskins player wearing wrestling panties.
The greased up brute pictured above is star defensive end Adam Carriker -- who was recently placed on injured reserve after suffering a knee injury in Week 2.
Carriker, an avid wrestling fan who also hosts the 4th & Pain radio show, recently made a bet with ex-WWE superstar Bill Goldberg about the Wash. vs. ATL matchup this past weekend.
If Washington won, Goldberg (an ex-Falcons defensive tackle) agreed to sport a Redskins jersey ... and if ATL won, Carriker said he'd dress up as Goldberg in his wrestling prime ... speedo and all.
Obviously, the Falcons won -- and Carriker, BEING A MAN, paid off his bet ... unlike some other high-profile, yellow-bellied, jersey-dodging people we know.
Just thought you should know.
XOXO,
TMZ
Aaron Rodgers Wussing Out
Washington Redskins Player -- The Angry Mug Shot
TMZ has obtained the mug shot of Washington Redskins defensive tackle Joe Joseph -- taken moments after the 325-pounder was arrested for DUI in Virginia early this morning.
The 25-year-old was popped around 3 A.M. -- after cops determined he was operating his car under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.
We're told Joseph -- who was just activated from the Washington practice squad before 'Skins played the Jaguars this week -- has since been released on his own recognizance.
A rep for the Redskins claims the team is still "gathering all the facts."

NFL Star 'Blindsided' by Stripper Lawsuit
Albert Haynesworth -- one of the NFL's highest paid defensive players -- claims he was "blindsided" by reports of a $10 million lawsuit filed against him, in which he's accused of "abandoning" a stripper who claims she's carrying his unborn child ... this according to sources close to the situation.
We're told the Washington Redskins superstar has privately acknowledged having a few sexual encounters with the woman during Super Bowl week back in February, but he's adamant that he used protection.
Our source also tells us Haynesworth has said he will "absolutely" take responsibility if the woman can prove the child is his.
We're also told Albert says he never dated the woman ... even though she reportedly claims they carried on a relationship after Super Bowl week.
Calls to Haynesworth were not returned.
