Death, taxes, O.J. did it ... and Courtney Stodden agreeing to release her sex tape -- all stone cold locks.

Yes, in the least shocking news since the sun coming up ... Stodden is accepting Vivid Entertainment's offer to distribute her solo sex tape, but says she's only doing it because she got screwed -- and not on camera.

Stodden tells TMZ one of her best friends stole the tape and made several copies, and ... "made it clear that he will stop at nothing to double-cross me." Stodden says she's releasing the video because, "I've been painted into a corner."

Of course, it couldn't legally be released without her signature, but maybe she was worried about Internet leaks?

Now the twist ... Courtney claims she doesn't want a dime of the $1 million -- so she's donating 100% of her fee to charities. She hasn't decided which ones yet, but says she's leaning toward animal rights groups and "children with cancer."

Heart o' gold.

Courtney Stodden has a million dollar money maker -- so says Vivid Entertainment boss Steven Hirsch ... who's seen her sex tape and is now willing to put his money where her hoo-ha is.

When TMZ broke the story that the 20-year-old's solo vid was getting shopped around ... Hirsch said he was impressed by what he'd seen. Now we know just how impressed.

Hirsch fired off a letter to Courtney offering her $1 million to lock up exclusive rights. The letter hints at bonuses ... saying there's potential for her to make even more than the mil.

Ball's in her court now -- but we're guessing she's on board, and reached that decision in less time than it took for you to read this sentence.

We're told the proposed porn would be loosely based on their alleged relationship. Think, "When Harry Met Sally" ... with way more nudity. And real sex.

We got Taylor on her way into Vivid HQ, and she told us she's still in the "wine and dine me" stage of negotiations. As for compensation ... she's more interested in back end, than getting huge money up front.

Sorry, celebrity porn fans ... looks like the tape featuring Wiz Khalifa and a Playboy model will not see the light of day ... because she's had a change of heart about selling it.

TMZ first reported ... Khalifa and Carla Howe filmed a home porn which Howe tried hawking, but Khalifa pitched a fit.

According to our sources, Howe had a meeting set with Vivid Entertainment -- which was prepared to make a big offer -- but she was a no-show.

We're told Wiz and Carla talked it out and eventually agreed not to release the tape. We don't know the terms of the agreement.

Mama June will not copulate for cash on camera ... no matter how much money is thrown at her.

The "Honey Boo Boo" matriarch says she would never ever consider Vivid Entertainment's offer for June and Sugar Bear to do the dirty and possibly make north of $1 million.

Iggy Azalea's lawyers are throwing the kitchen sink at a major porn company ... now claiming Vivid will get its dirty corporate ass sued if it dares to market her alleged sex tape ... because the name "Iggy" can only be used by Iggy.

It seems a sex tape exists, even though her lawyers deny it. Initially they said it was a fabrication ... then said if it does exist she may have been a minor. The "sex partner" -- rapper Hefe Wine -- told TMZ Live Friday there is indeed a tape and she knew about it and consented. And he says she was NOT a minor ... he says he met her when she was 18.

Now Iggy's lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid -- obtained By TMZ -- in which they say the name "Iggy" is gold ... protected by U.S. Trademark.

So maybe Vivid could market the tape this way -- STEAMY SEX TAPE, FEATURING SHMIGGY SHMEZELIA AND HEFE WINE!

Vivid is unimpressed, restating it's desire to market the tape.

Iggy Azalea's legal team now says it may indeed be her in that sex tape ... but there's also a chance she was under 18 when it was shot.

It's a big change from what her people told TMZ just 2 days ago ... that NO Iggy sex tape exists. Now it sounds like it does ... but with legal peril.

We broke the story ... a video purportedly showing Azalea and an ex-boyfriend is being shopped to porn giant, Vivid Entertainment.

But then Iggy's lawyers now tell us ... any sex video would be the work of a "spurned business suitor" -- aka the ex-BF -- who's just trying to damage her image and career out of revenge. They also told us any footage was possibly shot "without her knowledge or consent" ... kind of a weird statement -- either it was or it wasn't. The lawyers also say it's possible it was shot when she was a minor.

So, let's review Iggy's sex tape position: It's NOT me ... it MIGHT be me ... IF it's me, an evil ex-business partner is out to get me ... and I might be jail bait ... so, I dare you to release it.

Hirsch says he's already reached out to the 24-year-old "Booty" rapper to open negotiations on what could be a multi-million dollar deal -- but the problem is Iggy's camp says Hirsch's eyes are playing tricks on him. They tell us the I-G-G-Y is not the chick on vid doing the dirty ... and they're ready to sue over the alleged footage.

Of course, without Iggy signing off on it ... the vid can't be legally released. It also means she won't collect years and years of mailbox money ... like Ray J still does.

California may become a condom-mandated state when it comes to porn ... and the stakes involve hundreds of millions of dollars, AIDS, syphllis, gonorrhea and other STDs.

The California State Assembly has just passed a bill requiring condoms in all porn shoots. The author, State Assemblyman Isadore Hall, III, tells TMZ ... it's all about workplace safety. He says STDs are out of control in the porn industry.

Hall cites a UCLA study, which shows 11% of female porn stars who have sex with males who don't wear condoms contracted gonorrhea and 15% tested positive for chlamydia. We've checked and can't find any documented HIV cases in the straight adult porn industry in the last decade.

Porn honchos tell us ... they are fleeing California. Vivid Prez Steve Hirsch tells us ... his company currently does not produce movies in L.A. County -- where there's currently a mandatory condom law. He says the current testing procedures are more than adequate.

One porn exec tells us ... the county has lost around $100 million a year. Fact is ... we checked with the agency that issues permits for porn shoots. 480 permits were issued in 2012. After the condom law passed, the number plummeted to 40 in 2013, and so far in 2014 ... only 30.

Assemblyman Hall says the porn companies are full of BS ... he says they can digitally remove condoms from the flicks and says, "There's an app for that."

Hall's bill has gone to the State Senate.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch sent a letter to Casper ... asking him to play the lead love interest in an XXX film featuring the transsexual with whom he was rumored to have an online fling.

Hirsch says Sofie Vissa is locked and loaded for a film called, "Sofie on the DownLo" ... and Hirsch wants Casper to get it on with Vissa in the company's first-ever transsexual sex tape.

We're told Casper is being offered around $200,000 -- with big back end potential and the possibility of a sequel, "Casper, the Friendly Host."

Casper has not acknowledged any sort of relationship with Sofie.

It may be the most awesome wedding gift of all time ... Ray J is giving Kim Kardashian and Kanye West a $47K check ... representing 4 months of his 2014 profits from the epic porn tape with Kim.

The "Love & Hip Hop" sex tape has overtaken the Kim Kardashian skin flick in popularity -- in fact it's already the most pirated sex tape of all time .... according to the porn company behind its release.

The full length L&HH sex tape was officially released at midnight -- and a rep for Vivid tells TMZ ... in just 9 hours, the company sent out more than 1,200 cease-and-desist letters to websites that were illegally hosting it.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch isn't messing around either -- telling us, "If you even try to illegally download this tape we will come after you full force. We have three full-time attorneys prepared and ready to go."

As we reported, the anticipation leading to the tape's release has been insane -- pre-sale numbers were through the roof ... totaling roughly $400,000.

Since the release at midnight, we're told Vivid's website has been raking in new memberships -- averaging 15 new joins every MINUTE.
