The model and Carolina Panthers running back have been heating up Wyoming this week ... and they've been documenting their romantic trip all over Instagram.

29-year-old OC proved she's able to withstand the freezing temps on Thursday ... by doing an impromptu photo shoot out in the cold while soaking in the jacuzzi.

The couple of nearly 3 years has been enjoying themselves in the Cowboy State ... playing billiards and backgammon, checking out the local fashion and posing for mushy pics together.

The lovely trip comes amid rumors C-Mac could be shipped out of Charlotte this off-season ... but he appears to be in great spirits throughout his R&R with Culpo.

No word on whether 25-year-old Christian was the guy behind the camera for the smokin' hot hot tub pics ... but if so, we salute.

Michael Jordan and Tony Romo bro'd down on Wednesday -- getting in a round of golf together at a swanky course in Mexico.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the NBA's GOAT and the former Dallas Cowboys superstar hit up El Camaleón Mayakoba Golf Course in Playa del Carmen -- and looked quite chummy while hitting it around.

In video of one of the holes they played, you can see the guys were chattin' on the green while their partners tried to sink putts.

Jordan smoked a cigar, while Romo had a big smile on his face.

We're told Tony ended up making his 20-footer right after the video ended -- and several fans that had gathered to watch cheered with joy. Jordan, meanwhile, missed his putt on the hole, we're told.

We also got footage of Romo's drive on the ensuing hole -- and it's clear, the dude still has a really pretty golf swing.

No word yet on who got the better of whom out on the course -- we're told the two were actually still getting holes in as of late Wednesday afternoon.

If you were wondering, they both have incredibly impressive golf handicaps -- so it's unclear who's the favorite.

Spring break is back in full effect as college kids descend on Florida beaches, and while celebs are also jetting off and trying to keep up on the party scene ... it's pretty obvious, most of 'em just can't hang.

Thousands of students are getting their party on in FL this week as spring break really starts to take off. The annual migration started a couple of weeks ago, and usually runs through mid-April.

This is the first spring break in 2 years to have zero COVID restrictions -- although, as we saw, there wasn't exactly a hell of a lot holding them back last year either.

On the celeb side of things ... Kristin Cavallari jetted down to Mexico, where she's sipping on fresh coconut water and soaking in an ocean view ... and Nicole Scherzinger is chasing rainbows over in Hawaii.

Couples are getting in on the spring break action too ... Heather Rae and Tarek El Moussa are taking a load off in Los Cabos, while Nina Dobrev and Shaun White are kicking back in Costa Rica.

Some folks are really logging frequent flier miles -- Ryan Sheckler went all the way to Thailand, and the long flight looks worth it ... he's on his honeymoon and is splashing around with freaking elephants!!!

Simone Biles brought her 25th birthday celebration to the sand of Turks and Caicos ... enjoying a romantic walk on the beach, and a private dinner with fiancé Jonathan Owens.

The couple shared some of the bday fun on social media on Monday ... and it looks and sounds amazing.

The gymnast and NFL player have been dating since 2020 ... when Biles slid in his DMs. The two got engaged on Valentine's Day this year and plan to say 'I do' in 2023.

Shaun White is starting off retirement with a bang ... the legendary snowboarder took a trip to Costa Rica with his girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, and judging from the pics, life's good. Very, very good.

"It means no worries….🦁 #retired," Shaun wrote on an Instagram post of himself on vacay.

White -- a five-time Olympian and three-time gold medalist -- retired last month after competing in his final Winter Olympics. The 35-year-old was overcome with emotion as he concluded his final Games ... crying in front of the media.

In a recent interview with NBC in Boston, White told the outlet "Yeah, I'm retired, that's the last of it. Every step of the way has been great. I’ll finally have the time to do some things I’ve always wanted to, take some vacations, ride some powder."

Shaun kept true to his word ... going on a vacation with his famous GF. The two went to Costa Rica ... taking in sights on the beautiful islands at Hacienda Altagracia -- a local luxury resort.

White and Dobrev -- star from the hit  TV show "The Vampire Diaries" -- have been dating for years ... and announced they made it official while quarantining together during the early stages of the pandemic.

Passengers who witnessed a woman jump overboard to her death on a cruise ship have been left traumatized, and they want the cruise line to do some kind of a make-good.

Rhonda Turner, a 28-year-old from Booneville, MS, was enjoying her time on the Carnival Valor with her husband and two children ... before chaos erupted after a woman jumped off the balcony into the ocean.

Rhonda and her family rushed to where a large group of passengers was gathered. Rhonda says the scene was horrifying. She saw the head of the woman who jumped bobbing in the water. The woman was not decapitated, but all Rhonda could see was her head.

The woman jumped Wednesday afternoon after she was subdued by security. She had gotten into an altercation with a man in the hot tub.

Rhonda says the chaos left her and her family reeling, as helicopters hovered over the ship, trying to locate the woman. Her small children were bewildered and upset ... unable to understand the scope of what had happened.

Rhonda says it's time for Carnival to pony up ... at the very least she wants credit for another cruise. She's so traumatized she's considering counseling.

Forget house hunting! Christine Chiu is taking luxury to a whole new level, cause the "Bling Empire" star is looking for a new castle in France.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Christine and her husband are in the market for some Old World charm. Christine was already in France for Paris Fashion Week last week, and spent the past weekend shopping for castles all around France -- mainly in the countryside.

Fellow cast member Kevin Kreider was with Christine for Fashion Week, so lucky him ... he got to tag along for some castle shopping.

Looks like Christine is going to be spending a pretty penny for the new purchase ... we're told her budget is around $11 million dollars.

Although it's a big investment, this won't be her main residence  ... instead, it will just be a vacation home.

We're told she originally planned to tour 4 different castles, but apparently, one was recently sold and the other had some issues with the roof, so she and Kevin ended up touring 2 over the weekend.

Our sources say the massive properties both include more than 200 acres of land ... and each 32,000 sq.-ft. castle has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Fair to say, entertaining won't be an issue!

We're told Christine loves architecture and feel castles are currently not wildly expensive, but restoration could cost a ton ... so, picking the right one will be crucial to her ultimate goal -- locking down a castle future Chiu generations can enjoy.

Braxton Berrios' Mexican vacation just got a whole lot better (yeah, somehow that's possible!) -- the Jets receiver just learned he was named to this year's NFL All-Pro team, and his GF said he was "in shock" over the news.

The New York star is down in Cabo with his model girlfriend, Sophia Culpo, and on Friday morning, the two got the news that he was selected as this year's All-Pro kick returner.

FYI -- it's a big deal, being an All-Pro means you were the best at your position, regardless of conference.

Culpo captured video of Berrios just minutes after the honors were announced ... and you can see in the short clip, the dude is clearly on Cloud 9.

"I think someone is in shock," Culpo said as Berrios smiled ear-to-ear.

Berrios, who was drafted by the Patriots in 2018, had a breakout season this year -- scoring five total TDs and averaging 30.4 yards per kick return.
