The 52-year-old "House of Cards" star and her boyfriend, Saint Laurent exec Clement Giraudet, were clearly into each other as they hung out at the swimming area of their hotel.

They're vacationing in Capri.

The 2 have been dating for at least 7 months.

Nicole Scherzinger follows proper swim etiquette even when she's overseas -- always rinse after taking a dip ... even if you gotta hose off.

The former Pussycat Doll was seen enjoying the ocean in Saint-Tropez Sunday with her Bulgarian tennis pro boyfriend, Grigor Dimitrov ... who seemed more than happy to spray down his smokin' hot GF after taking a dive off their boat near the French Riviera.

He was diligent too ... making sure to get both her front and back, and just about everywhere else. Nicole, of course, returned the favor.

Actress Margot Robbie's no longer skating on ice, she's down in Costa Rica taking in some surf ... and pretty good at it.

The "I, Tonya" star and her hubby, Tom Ackerley, caught a party wave during a late afternoon surfing session. She looked like a pro on her longboard ... then again, she's Australian so surfing is basically in her blood.

Afterwards they headed into shore for happy hour and the sunset where Margot blended in with the other beach folk, gave a solid "cheers" and did a hang ten onto her man's arm.

While the Gisele's away, the Bradys will play ... beach soccer, and superdad Tom Brady clearly doesn't care what you say about his dad bod.

Tom and fam are still down in Costa Rica for their annual offseason vacay, but Gisele's actually getting some work done too. While she was doing a photo shoot, Tom was at the beach with his 3 kids.

There was a little ocean swimming, a little futbol and Tom swinging little Vivian around -- y'know, typical OTA-type stuff for the Patriots G.O.A.T.

Don't feel bad for Gisele ... she seemed to be having fun splashing around at her modeling shoot -- and Tom eventually showed up for moral support.

BTW, Pats camp kicks off next Thursday -- so, just a few summer days left before TB12's bod gets NFL-ready.

Lionel Messi has found a pretty good way to get over Argentina's disastrous World Cup exit ... load up your smokeshow wife on a yacht and float on over to Ibiza.

Messi rounded up his fam -- including Antonella Roccuzzo -- for an expensive and relaxing boat trip.

Of course, Messi's Argentina squad got bounced from the World Cup in late June after a pretty pathetic performance ... though he did score one of the most impressive goals of the tourney.

So, what next?

Will Smith doesn't travel lightly when he does Italy -- he brings the whole fam along for the ride ... and makes sure their threads are up to par.

Will was out and about in Capri Tuesday with Jada Pinkett Smith, their two kids Jaden and Willow ... as well as his other kid from his first marriage, Trey. They were shopping at Autori Capresi -- a high-end fashion boutique well known to locals.

You can tell how serious everyone's taking their new duds -- not a whole lot of smiles here inside the store ... except for Will, of course, who was smiling from ear to ear.

Travis Scott busted a Kanye West ... taking the fam on a retreat before getting the creative juices flowing and starting work on his new album.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Travis, Kylie Jenner and their daughter, Stormi, recently took off to Honolulu where Travis' first order of business was getting some QT with his girls in a massive Airbnb rental. We're told the crib was loaded with Stormi's fave toys, as well as one big toy for Dad -- a recording studio.

The family spent a few days on a private beach before Travis moved on to the second order of biz. We're told barely an hour after Kylie and Stormi jetted back to L.A. ... Travis flew in Nav, Gunna and Cash.

Our sources say the whole crew is in grind mode in the home studio. Travis is keeping the private beach to himself though -- he put up the producers at a nearby hotel.

Ed Westwick and his girlfriend, Jessica Serfaty, hit the surf in Tulum Tuesday, but it didn't help cool off their hot makeout session in the water.

If he's still worried about his legal troubles back at home, he sure didn't show it. As we previously reported ... Westwick is being investigated by the LAPD after several women came forward and accused him of sexual assault. Serfaty has stood by his side through it all.

In Tulum, she was actually not only by his side, but also on his back and straddling him in the water. She also put Ed to work.
