Billie Eilish is ripping a page out of Mark Wahlberg's playbook ... by living it up in Hawaii.

The Grammy-nominated singer's in the Aloha State having a blast with her friends. In a rare wardrobe move ... Billie rocks the hell out of a bathing suit. We're so used to seeing her in baggy clothing ... but when in Rome, right?

Looks like a few friends joined her on the trip and they went on quite the excursion ... from zip lining and kayaking to going on a sick helicopter ride and swinging into a lake. She also shared what looks like a Jacuzzi with a friend ... never mind the rain.

And, even though the weather hasn't been cooperating ... Billie still managed to have an incredible photo of her looking outside a helicopter window with a perfect rainbow as her backdrop.

Billie, of course, has been nominated for 6 Grammys ... including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best New Artist. "Ocean Eyes" was arguably the song that put her on the map but "Bad Guy" is what's now earned her critical acclaim.

Mark Wahlberg's nine days into 2020 and it appears he's never wearing a shirt ever again ... not that anyone's complaining.

Marky Mark's still in vacay mode and this time he's enjoying the picturesque beaches of Hawaii. The action star's actually in town competing in the Hawaii Sony Open Pro-Am. Talented actor and athlete. Yeah ... dude can hit a mean stroke. He's been known to do "golf cardio" ... where astoundingly he plays 18 holes in an hour.

And, like every star who works hard, he's still partying hard ... putting everyone's New Year's resolution diet/exercising plan to shame with his ripped bod. Seems he's got zero plans to slow down his R&R sesh.

Andrew Kimmel is finally saying "gracias" after his nightmarish trip to Mexico went viral ... telling us he's getting ready to make a movie about his wild 24-hour adventure.

Andrew, a TV and digital producer in Los Angeles, was on "TMZ Live" Monday to download us on his scary excursion to Cabo ... telling us movie offers are rolling in, and one project is already in the works!

When you see Andrew lay out the horrific trip -- which started as a simple one-day, year-end trip from L.A. to Cabo to maintain his American Airlines status -- it's easy to see why Hollywood wants to turn his story into a script. It's got tons of juicy themes like seedy bars, scammers, corrupt cops, bribery, jail, romance, and eventually ... a happy ending!!!

Selena Gomez's new year got off to a bumpy start in Hawaii -- because she got stung by a jellyfish (or something like one) ... and had to be carried piggyback style to safety.

The singer was vacationing in Honolulu a few days ago to ring in 2020, and while she was at the beach on Jan. 1 ... it appears she got zapped by a creature of the sea -- we're told it looked to be a Portuguese man o' war. It's a jellyfish-type of animal but is more than just a single organism. Bottom line ... they're poisonous and hurt like hell.

Selena's reaction certainly seemed to reflect that. Photogs captured her limping back to shore with the assistance of some girlfriends, who then attentively knelt beside her on the sand as they checked out her injured foot. She was wincing through the ordeal.

At one point, a strapping young fellow picked up Selena and carried her on his back -- presumably, to get checked out by more than just concerned beach-goers.

She eventually cracked a smile along the way ... so hopefully she's feeling better. If she isn't, she's definitely putting on a brave face on social media. Looks like she'll be okay.

Barack Obama hates baby shark. And, mommy shark. And, daddy shark. And, ALL OF THE SHARKS!!! Which is why #44 rocked a shark deterrent anklet while paddleboarding in Hawaii!

Check out the device on Obama's right ankle -- it's called a Sharkbanz and it claims to repel Jaws from snacking on you like a piece of chum!

Look, shark attacks in Hawaii don't happen THAT often -- but they do happen -- and when you're a former President, you don't wanna go out like Samuel L. Jackson in "Deep Blue Sea."

A company spokesperson tells us ... the band uses "patented magnetic technology developed by marine biologists to deter predatory shark species."

In fact, they've got a Navy Seal Diver on record crediting the band for saving him from a potential attack ... and we all know how much Obama respects the Seals!

The good news for Obama ... he didn't get eaten during his paddleboard session, so maybe it worked!

The son of the woman who created "Orange Is the New Black" and "Weeds" has died in a skiing accident ... TMZ has learned.

20-year-old Charlie Noxon had an accident on the slopes of Park City, Utah on New Year's Eve. Law enforcement says he fell, and it was apparent he needed immediate medical attention. A helicopter from the University of Utah's Medivac Unit was dispatched and took Charlie to a nearby hospital. He was later pronounced dead.

Aside from saying Noxon fell, there were no other details available concerning the circumstances surrounding the accident.

Charlie appeared in an episode of "Weeds" back in 2008. His mom, Jenji Kohan, and his dad, journalist Christopher Noxon, divorced in 2018 after 21 years of marriage.

Charlie was in Park City with his dad and 2 siblings when the accident occurred.

A UK couple joined in a frantic rescue effort that saved a family from drowning.

Duncan Bannatyne -- who was one of the sharks on the UK version of "Shark Tank" -- and his wife, Nigora, were enjoying their vacation at Sandy Lane beach in Barbados Thursday when they came upon what looked like a tragedy ... a mother and her 2 young sons near death after being pulled out of the water by an off-duty lifeguard.

Duncan and Nigora joined in the best they could. The lifeguard is the true hero here. Not sure which one he is, but it appears to be the man in the black bathing suit cradling one of the kids.

The family was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance where they're being treated.

Jeff Bezos is living the good life -- and it's showing -- down in the Caribbean with his GF, Lauren Sanchez.

Almost a year after going public ... Jeff and Lauren are spending the holiday down in St. Barth's, aboard David Geffen's massive 450-foot superyacht, the Rising Sun. They're definitely looking ... comfortable during what seems to be a dual celebration.

Besides Christmas, it was Lauren's birthday last week. So, twice as many reasons to go anchors aweigh on Geffen's pride and joy ... which they REALLY enjoy, apparently. They also toured the South of France on it back when Jeff went 2 buttons for the win.

Looks like Bezos might squeeze in some work on this trip, too -- comes with being the richest man in the world, we guess.

Leave it to Bella Thorne to find a slice of paradise within paradise ... that's how sick her vacation villa stood out and the pics are stunning.

Bella, her BF, Benjamin Mascolo, and sister, Dani, spent a couple of weeks in the Dominican Republic ... in the luxurious beachside of Cap Cana. The rental pad -- known as Villa Las Hamacas (the hammocks, for the gringos out there) is palatial ... and that's putting it lightly.

The $20 million estate features just about everything you need to feel at home -- from a butler and private chef to housekeepers. Nearly a dozen hammocks hang under one of the villa's structures and throughout. There's 6 bedrooms including a master that's practically its own Airbnb.

There's an infinity pool, concierge service, and a freakin' kayak!!! We're told Bella and Benjamin also spent plenty of time riding ATVs through the jungle and horseback riding while watching the picturesque sunset. They also went snorkeling and jumped on a yacht.

The trio also took part in the Paradise Music Festival ... featuring Maluma and Bad Bunny.

So, how much does this kinda luxury cost per night? Try a cool $15k per night. Again, you get your own butler!!! Bella's the most recent celeb to soak up the Dominican sun.

The smokin' hot models are in Miami this week for Art Basel, and they took a break from the festivities to soak up rays poolside at The Setai Miami Beach.

Kendall's really feeling the hump day vibes ... climbing on top of Bella and straddling her before getting into their bikinis. Bella certainly didn't seem to mind, flashing a huge and playful grin.

Kendall eventually returned to her own lounge chair, and the girls showed off their flawless figures in some super skimpy bikinis. The sex appeal is real.
