Tyler Perry is getting showered with love from the sick man he basically rescued from a Mexican hospital -- and the guy says he'd STILL be trapped if not for Tyler.

Stephen Johnson says Tyler is his real-life superhero for covering his $14,000 hospital bill and paying to fly him home to Atlanta. Remember, Stephen fell ill while on vacay ... and says the hospital was holding him until he paid for his treatment in full.

Stephen tells us he just got out of another hospital in Georgia, and he's finally on the mend after being diagnosed with pancreatitis, diabetes and a kidney infection while in Mexico -- and he has a special message for Tyler.

It's pretty wild ... Stephen says the hospital staff in Mexico was doing the bare minimum to keep him alive before his story went viral, and caught the attention of the media and Tyler.

An unhinged American tourist in Thailand went on a disgusting and disturbing tirade in front of a crowd of onlookers ... and got hauled away in handcuffs.

This footage of Daniel Franckowiak's rant is pretty appalling -- he starts by hurling threats at the person filming, saying ... "I kill people, I rape children, I kill f****ts. I'm real! I'll f***ing kill and rape you too!"

He then follows up his homophobic slur with a racist one, calling a woman a "coward c***k bitch."

Franckowiak continues to threaten people in front of a restaurant in Chiang Mai, and tells one man his skin looks like "the ass of a f***ing cow" before the authorities show up to arrest him. His response ... "put me on YouTube and make me famous."

The embarrassing U.S. tourist reportedly hails from Bismark, North Dakota and was busted for criminal damage -- he allegedly broke a window at the restaurant.

UFC star Paige VanZant flew all the way to Israel to watch her husband fight this weekend -- but don't worry, she brought her bikinis!

Paige's husband, Austin Vanderford, is taking on Grachik Bozinyan at Bellator 234 on Friday in Tel Aviv ... and they touched down late last week to get all settled in.

During the trip, MMA couple hit the beach for work and for play -- with some training sessions in the sand ... before switching into relaxation mode.

They hit up the Dead Sea along with seeing the sites in Tel Aviv -- good times all around.

As for Paige, the 25-year-old recently told TMZ Sports she's dying to get back in the Octagon and fight again ASAP but so far, there's nothing in the works.

Todd and Julie Chrisley wanna get the hell outta Dodge for Thanksgiving and spend it in the Cayman Islands ... but first, they need permission.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the Chrisleys are asking the judge in their federal tax evasion case for permission to temporarily obtain their passports so they can travel to the Cayman Islands for about a week during Thanksgiving.

The Chrisleys say they'll fly commercial and stay at a resort condo ... where they say they wanna spend time with their children and grandchild to celebrate the holiday.

As we've reported ... as part of the conditions in their bond release, the Chrisleys are restricted to travel in Georgia and Tennessee. They can also travel to Cali to tape their reality show, but they have to notify their probation officers first.

The Chrisleys say they'll provide a full itinerary of their travel to their probation officer and immediately surrender the passports once they return from their vacay. For what it's worth ... the Chrisleys say the U.S. Attorney's Office does not object to their request ... an indication the travel request has a good chance of getting the judge's approval seal.

The judge, however, has yet to rule on the request.

Wakeboarding star Steel Lafferty threw up a disc about a hundred feet in the air ... got it to come back to him -- and caught it after doing a backflip!!!

The insane throw took place down in Nicaragua ... where Lafferty is vacationing with skateboarding legend Ryan Sheckler and some other buds.

And, fortunately for all of us, one of them was smart enough to grab the camera when Lafferty went down to the beach with a Frisbee.

The 27-year-old's toss was insane -- seriously, watch the thing boomerang -- but his backflip before the catch really topped it off!!

"No matter where I am, You all know I have to do something WILD !" Lafferty said of the throw.

Of course, the 5'7", 160-pound badass is no stranger to wild stunts ... he kills it on the water -- and even earned Wakeboarder Of The Year honors back in 2017.

Dennis Quaid's tapping into the fountain of youth, or at least a very youthFUL girlfriend ... and they hit the beach, flaunting ripped physiques -- and a nearly 40 year age difference.

Demi Lovato's road to wellness just became a truly spiritual journey for her, 'cause she made a pilgrimage to God's land ... and got cleansed in the same waters as Christ.

The singer posted some incredible photos Tuesday of a recent trip she took to Israel, one of which shows her getting baptized in the Jordan River -- where JC himself was famously dunked by John the Baptist. It clearly meant a lot to Demi too.

She captioned her set, "I am an American singer. I was raised Christian and have Jewish ancestors. When I was offered an amazing opportunity to visit the places I’d read about in the Bible growing up, I said yes."

Demi went on to say that she was overcome with a sense of spirituality and a connection to God by visiting the Holy Land -- something she says she's been missing in her life.

As for the baptism, Demi writes that she's never felt "more renewed." She went on to say, "This trip has been so important for my well-being, my heart, and my soul. I’m grateful for the memories made and the opportunity to be able to fill the God-sized hole in my heart. Thank you for having me, Israel."

As you know, Demi has been on a hiatus from music since her near-fatal overdose in L.A. She's gone to rehab to get better, and even celebrated a year of sobriety in July.

Just a few weeks after taking an L in the grand slam final at the U.S. Open, Serena is chillaxing on a beach somewhere ... arms up, cakes out. It's good stuff.

The actual quotes 49-year-old Radu Bancui uttered on TV are so offensive and disgusting, we're not going to publish them here ... but it's been reported he's been fined by the body that oversees content on Romanian television.

Quite frankly, the fine isn't big enough.

Seems Williams has to deal with this kind of crap all the time from various racist idiots all over the world -- including in her home country.

Cedric The Entertainer damn near lost his mind when he feasted his eyes on Magic Johnson's floating mansion.

The comedian was cruising on a small launch boat in St. Tropez ... and as he got closer and closer to the Hall of Famer's super-yacht you can hear Cedric get giddy. Now that's one helluva first impression. The yacht -- called the Aquila -- is a 281-foot ship that costs nearly a MILLION BUCKS per week to rent.

Magic and his wife, Cookie, kicked off their annual yacht vacay in early August. LL Cool J, Rodney and Holly Robinson Peete and others were some of the early invitees. Some of his past rotating group of super famous and wealthy friends have included Samuel L. Jackson and Steve Harvey.

As we've told you ... Magic's vacations usually last around 6 weeks. That makes for one baller $6 million vacation. The boat itself's practically a hotel ... featuring a dining room area, movie theater, hot tub and massive outdoor deck. The ship can host 12 guests with a crew of 28.
