Rita Ora's hot girl summer leaves very little to the imagination ... not that we think anyone's complaining.

The pop singer and actor's been enjoying the luxury lifestyle in Ibiza with friends this week, while her string bikini selections defy the laws of physics.

This one in particular -- a black 2-piece with a singular red star on the bottoms to match her nearby tattoo -- appears to be at least a couple sizes too small. Just the way Rita likes it.

Despite the barely-there swimwear, Ora doesn't seem to have any pause about taking a plunge into the sea ... wardrobe malfunctions be damned.

Inhibitions tend to be thrown to the wind when one's balling out on a yacht ... but Rita's next level.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are living it up with their super elite circle of friends ... floating off the coast of Spain on David Geffen's megayacht!!!

David's looking out for his fellow billionaire ... hosting Jeff and his girlfriend and tons of other big wigs as they live the yacht life in the Balearic Islands off the coast of Spain.

Also onboard David's $400 MILLION floating paradise ... Joshua Kushner and his supermodel wife, Karlie Kloss, oil heir Mikey Hess, former Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein, agent Michael Kives and lawyer Lydia Gray Kives.

David's megayacht, dubbed the Rising Sun, is 454 feet of pure luxury ...the massive ship fits 16 guests and has a crew of 45, and it's got all the amenities you can think of, plus a basketball court!!!

David LOVES hosting super famous people on the Rising Sun -- Bruce Springsteen, Tom Hanks, Oprah, Julia Roberts, Mariah Carey, Leonardo DiCaprio, the list goes on and on -- but it's pretty crazy to see the world's richest man on someone else's boat.

It's that time of year ... Magic Johnson's annual MEGAYACHT ITALIAN VACATION -- and this year, he's on the most expensive yacht yet!!!

Magic -- along with LL Cool J, Rodney and Holly Robinson Peete and others -- are sailing off the Amalfi Coast on a yacht called the Aquila ... a 281-foot ship that costs $950k per week to rent!!!

The ship is INSANE ... it's like a floating mansion/hotel all in one -- with a crazy gym, dining room area, movie theater, hot tub, massive outdoor deck, 2 massage rooms and its own NIGHTCLUB!!!

The ship officially fits 12 guests and has a crew of 28!!!

Usually, Magic's Italian vacations last around 6 weeks ... so if ya do the math, we're talking $6 MILLION!!!!!

And, of course, Magic usually hosts a rotating group of super famous and wealthy friends including Samuel L. Jackson and Steve Harvey ... so keep your eyes out for them.

Back in 2017, Magic and the rest of the Johnsons sailed on a ship called the Siren, which runs about $700,000 per week -- chump change for Magic.

What's funny about this story ... Magic quit his job with the Lakers this year (which reportedly paid $10 mil per year) and he's STILL balling out like a boss!!! Bigger than ever!!!

Sean McVay's incredibly attractive fiancee went on a girls trip with her incredibly attractive friends in Puerto Rico ... and the pics are great!!!

Veronika Khomyn and her 4 gal pals spent the weekend in San Juan for what they dubbed a "birthday trip" ... but it's unclear whose big day they were celebrating. We're just glad they're having fun.

McBae -- whose birthday is reportedly in March -- posted a hot shot from their time on the beach ... which reminds us how lucky the L.A. Rams coach really is.

Heidi Klum did her second wedding with Tom Kaulitz right -- saying "I do" on the high Italian sea ... and then promptly hopping on another boat and catching grub the next day.

The supermodel got hitched (again) in Capri this weekend, where she was seen wearing a strapless white gown and veil aboard a yacht. Her hubby opted for a white tux himself. The second round of nuptials comes months after they got legally married in February.

TMZ broke the story ... secretly tied the knot a year after they met each other in 2018 to the day -- February 22. They'd gotten engaged this past December.

After Saturday's ceremony, the married couple and some friends hitched a boat ride Sunday to a nearby restaurant, where they stuffed their faces with Italian chow ... and a little bit of each other's faces too. Tom had his hair down under a cap, while Heidi had hers tied up in a bun. Each of them looked super relaxed as they kick off their honeymoon.

This is Heidi's third marriage -- she was married to Seal and Ric Pipino before -- and Tom's second. He doesn't have any kids, but Heidi's got four from her previous relationships.

Feast your eyes on what's floating Kylie Jenner's boat for her 22nd birthday -- a $250 million dollar luxury yacht that will be home to the next over-the-top Kardashian-Jenner celebration.

This 300 foot long (that's a football field, folks) gem of a super-yacht is called the Tranquility, and sources familiar with the deal tell us Kylie's rented it out to celebrate her bday later this month. Kylie & co. will be partying, sunbathing, and just generally luxuriating on a floating venue that don't come cheap.

We're told Tranquility -- which used to be named Equanimity -- will set the average Joe back around $1.2 million ... PER WEEK!!! Luckily, the birthday girl's worth a billion.

No word on who will be setting sail with KJ, but the ship accommodates 22 guests. Here's what they'll be enjoying -- 10 cabins, a sauna, helipad, beauty salon, theater, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with underwater lights for anyone who wants to do some night swimming.

Oh yeah, and they'll have a 29-person crew waiting on them hand and foot.

We're told the party will hit ports somewhere in the Mediterranean, and we know big sisters Kendall and Kourtney are already over there -- so, it's a good bet they'll make the guest list.

Tristan Thompson is finally clearing the air about the circumstances under which he met Khloe Kardashian ... and he's also defending his other baby mama.

Tristan on Wednesday debunked a report he had reunited with his first baby mama, Jordan Craig. There were reports Tristan, Jordan and their 2-year-old son, Prince, recently went on family vacay in Jamaica ... making it seem as if they were rekindling an old flame.

Tristan says there's ZERO truth to that ... and adds he's spent the last few months preparing for the NBA season, and that's it -- zero summer vacations. As for how the story took off ... seems Tristan posting a picture of Prince on a yacht in Jamaica made some people think he was there, but he's adamant he was not.

Then there's this ... in a second tweet, Tristan played a little belated defense, adamantly saying he met Khloe when he was single. As we reported ... there have been longtime allegations she cheated with Tristan at the expense of Jordan.

At the time, Khloe's story was Tristan pleading with her that his relationship with Jordan was over long before they met. He's backing that up now, insisting he was absolutely a free agent.

Joe Rogan didn't deserve this.

The UFC commentator/podcast titan/comedian had parked his truck at LAX during his Summer vacation to Europe ... and when he got back, he noticed the whip was covered in cat logs.

"I parked my truck for 11 days at LAX and cats decided to sh*t and piss ALL over the sunroof," Rogan said.

"This is what was left after I drove 35 miles home. There was WAY more when I got into the car. Luckily it’s hot out so the sh*t was dry and hard, but f*ck is it disgusting."

There's more ...

"When I got in the car I was confused because it looked like someone poured a drink all over the windshield. We stopped at the exit and realized the entire top of the truck was covered with sh*t and piss."

Forget the Upside Down, real-life "Stranger Things" couple Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton are blowing some of that hard-earned Netflix cash on an Italian vacay ... without their kiddie costars.

Just weeks after season 3 dropped, the actors who play Nancy and Jonathan on the show jetted off to the Amalfi Coast to hang at the Giffoni Film Festival.

The two were spotted in a gelato shop ... which is concerning because the MIND FLAYER LIKES IT COLD, OMG!!!!!

Natalia and Charlie went public with their relationship back in 2017 ... and it seems their off-screen relationship is heating up at the same pace as their characters on-screen.

On-screen, they've been through a lot together ... finding Will Byers, battling demodogs and trying to expose a diabolical Russian plot while working for the Hawkins Post.

Will Smith and his family are in full vacation mode on a breathtaking Italian island ... golfing, swimming, boating and hopping on jet skis for some summer fun overseas!!!

Will brought the gang with him to Sardinia ... and they added a new guest to the bunch, Willow's boyfriend Tyler Cole.

The only thing more beautiful than the Smith clan ... the sparkling blue waters. Willow and Tyler dove right in, while Will and Jada Pinkett Smith stayed on land and hit the links for a competitive round between husband and wife.

Joe Jonas and his bride, Sophie Turner, are still honeymooning under the Southern Italian sun -- and even though they're two weeks deep ... they're treating each day like it's their first.

The couple was spotted Sunday near the shores of the cliffside village of Positano -- and as they made their way down a set of stairs to board a boat ... Joe made sure to capture all the moments.

Sophie had his back too -- he was looking one way firing off shots of the coast, and she was keeping watch on the other side ... making sure he didn't miss anything. Teamwork makes the newlywed dream work!

Before their boat ride, Sophie and Joe enjoyed themselves a couple refreshing spritzers with some smooching in between. It's like they just left the altar!

The couple's been in Italy for at least 14 days now -- they got hitched in late June over in France ... and then jetted down to Italy to soak in some rays ... like just about every other famous traveler, it seems. The also-freshly-married Kat McPhee and David Foster were also honeymooning on a nearby yacht.

Kylie Jenner is killing two birds with one hot, steamy stone -- celebrating both the launch of her summer skincare line ... and, apparently, National Nude Day. Yay to multitasking!!!

Ms. Jenner and a bunch of her girlfriends flew out to Turks and Caicos Saturday night in a pimped-out private jet that was decked in white and pink 'Kylie Skin' signage -- with branded pillows, sleeping eye covers and even flight attendants. Oh, and did we mention the matching custom sweat suits? Yeah, everyone got one of those too.

The occasion ... Kylie's dropping few new products for a her skin line later this month -- a coconut body lotion and scrub, as well an SPF 30 body oil. They're available July 22.

She brought along a handful of her BFFs -- including Draya Michele, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Yris Palmer, Sofia Richie and others -- not to mention Travis Scott and baby Stormi.

When the ladies (and Trav) touched down, they got the five-star resort treatment, with hired handlers greeting them with carved-out 'Kylie Skin' coconut drinks, robes and anything else you might need on a luxury vacation. At one point, Kylie got an itch to get nakey.

Unclear if she knew Sunday was THE day to disrobe in America, but she definitely made the most of it by partaking ... snapping this sexy shot, posing in her birthday suit. 

Chandler Parsons is giving TMZ Sports an oral history of his participation in the epic twerk fest with bikini models on the yacht in Ibiza ... and he's insisting there was no hooking up going on.

"It wasn't what it looked like. Just some friends hanging out on vacay," Parsons says.
