Jussie Smollett is living it up on the beach in Hawaii like a guy with no problems at all -- not at all like a guy who's staring down an impending legal battle with the City of Chicago that could cost him dearly.

The "Empire" star is on vacay right now with his family, laughing it up and catching some rays in paradise. Dude's even going boogie boarding!

It's about as far away from Chicago as he could be, mentally, anyway. The other shoe could drop any day now ... remember, the City of Chicago says it's about to slap him with a civil lawsuit to recover the $130k cost of investigating the alleged homophobic and racist attack.

For now ... Jussie and his fam are snacking, catching waves and having a blast.

We got Jussie over the weekend in Woodland Hills where he was mum about the suit. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, insists Chicago is maliciously defaming his client, hinting the actor might file a lawsuit of his own.

Here's the Buffalo Bills safety's wife, Rachel Bush, to eliminate any possible doubt ... turning a yacht into her personal twerk stage ... and we're definitely here for it.

Fresh off a hot trip to Brazil, the Poyer fam has been keeping the heat going in Miami -- riding jet skis, hitting the water and, of course, having private booty dances on expensive boats.

If you aren't familiar with the Poyers, Rachel and Jordan have been together for years. They tied the knot back in February 2018 and have a 2-year-old daughter, Aliyah.

Rachel recently celebrated her 21st birthday by throwin' on some lingerie and doing a photo shoot with a big ass cake (it would behoove you to check those out to refresh your memory).

Definitely seems like the waters have been calmer for the Poyers lately -- there was a lot of drama with other attractive girls last year -- but it sure looks like smooth sailing now.

Add "Boyfriend of the Year" to Aaron Rodgers' trophy case ... the QB took Danica Patrick to Paris for her birthday -- and she was SWOOOOONNNNIIINGGGG!!!!

"For my birthday he said pack a bag, we are going somewhere......" the ex-NASCAR driver said ... "Amazing."

The Green Bay Packers superstar and Danica have been going strong for over a year now ... and things are DEFINITELY getting serious.

The two have traveled the world together during Aaron's downtime from football ... with both droppin' L-bombs left and right -- and postin' lovey-dovey pics all the time.

But, France for an on-the-whim birthday trip?? Now, we KNOW this really ain't a fling ...

3/24 9:40 AM PT -- Viking Sky cruise has finally docked safely in the port of Molde in Norway.

3/24 7:40 AM PT -- The ship has regained some power and is being towed in by a tugboat and 2 supply ships. Only 500 people were airlifted from the distressed vessel. There are over 800 people still on board. Around 20 people sustained injuries as a result of being tossed around like rag dolls.

7:40 PM PT -- The evacuation is ongoing and may go well into Sunday, as rescuers have been facing waves more than 20 feet high. Passengers have been getting airlifted out one at a time.

According to CNN ... passengers were on a 12-day Northern Lights cruise that began on March 14 and was supposed to arrive at its final destination in England on March 26. The Viking Sky had been stopping at various Norwegian towns before the Saturday mayday call.

12:25 PM PT-- A passenger just shared video from inside the cruise ship ... and it's terrifying. Furniture and large plants on deck of the tilting vessel are being thrashed around by the rough seas.

Other reports are coming in from passengers who have made it back to the mainland, calling the experience the worst and scariest of their lives. One woman said there's water and broken glass everywhere due to items being thrown around and smashing windows, and people are getting cut up. It's easy to see how.

There are still reportedly more than 800 people on board, as the helicopters can only rescue 10-15 at a time, and the rescue boats have been having difficulty in the rough waters.

Passengers on a cruise off of Norway's coast are taking the ride of their lives ... but not in the fun way they expected at all.

Police say the cruise ship Viking Sky issued a mayday call Saturday off of Norway's western coast due to engine problems amid high waves and strong winds.

The ship's 1,300 passengers and crew are being evacuated by several helicopters and ships after Norway's sea rescue agency received the distress signal.

There haven't been any serious injuries, fortunately, but 5 people have reportedly been taken to the hospital. According to reports, the cruise ship was beginning to drift toward shore but managed to restart an engine and regain its course as the evacuation continues.

It's expected to take several hours.

The Viking Sky belongs to Viking Ocean Cruises and made its maiden voyage in 2017.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are planning a family vacation with one goal in mind ... healing their damaged relationship.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the fam's first order of business when Travis gets a break from his Astroworld tour next week is a family trip with no distractions -- so they can focus on spending time together with baby Stormi.

As we reported ... Kylie, Travis and Stormi went to dinner as a family Thursday night, the first time we've seen them all together since the billionaire accused the rapper of cheating. We're told the parents' relationship is getting back on track after an epic blowup, but a family vacay will go a long ways towards mending their wounds.

What's interesting ... they chose to chow down at Sweet Chick, a restaurant which is co-owned by Nas. It's super popular, and it's a scene. Paparazzi are almost guaranteed, so it's clear they wanted to be seen.

Kylie and Travis are serious about the "no distractions" part of the trip ... we're told they're clearing their schedules and asking a travel agent to find a beach in another country, where they can relax in peace.

Looks like Kylie's already looking forward to enjoying some family fun in the sun.

"Jersey Shore" stars Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino just got some serious G & T in on the beach ... soaking up the sun and looking ripped in the process.

The two reality star BFFs are in Cancun, Mexico working on their tans for their upcoming dating show. Pauly and Vinny first took a stroll through the sand before tearing up some serious waves on a jet ski ... all while showing off their tatted torsos.

As for their new show -- it's called "Double Shot at Love with DJ Pauly D & Vinny" -- and it recently got the green light from MTV. The show will feature 20 women looking to find love with the reality show bachelors.

Both men have been super busy lately -- having booked shows around the world -- and Vinny continues to be a major part of the 'Jersey Shore' franchise.

Well, this ain't what you wanna see if you're a Patriots fan ... Tom Brady bombing his way down a mountain on skis!!!

The 41-year-old QB is out in Montana with his family for their annual ski trip -- and decided to take a run down a pretty large mountain.

"A little downhill this morning," Brady posted along with the video ... "now we just need to find the jump."

It appears Brady is the skier in the blue jacket based on his size -- either way, everyone on the hill is going pretty damn fast.

Prince Charles is getting in on the spring break action ... splashing around on a Caribbean beach with his bae.

The Prince and Camilla are busting out their swimwear for some fun on the island of Barbados. Gotta give props to the 70-year-old for rocking some seriously trendy floral trunks. Go ahead ... soak it in. We don't get to see Chuck in board shorts that often.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall are on a 12-day tour of the Caribbean. After getting some Royal business out of the way, Charles and Camilla hit the sand Monday -- armed with a ton of sunscreen, we hope.

Did you know ... Patrick Mahomes' girlfriend is more of a gym rat than he is?!

It's true -- Brittany Matthews is a budding social media fitness star -- and she showed off the fruits of her labor during an awesome girls trip to Hawaii.

Brit -- along with a bunch of her girlfriends -- flew to Hawaii for a tropical bachelorette party (sans the Chiefs QB) ... where they partied and hit the beach in tiny bikinis.

In fact, all of the girls on the trip had custom swimsuits with their nicknames on them -- Brittany's read, "Fit Brit."

Don't worry, besides relaxing in paradise, Brittany found plenty of time to exercise -- hiking and hitting the gym, because NO DAYS OFF!!!

By the way, Mahomes and Brittany have been together for years. They started dating back in high school and continued dating while she was attending the University of Texas at Tyler and Patrick was at Texas Tech.

In fact, the two were just spotted all over L.A. a few weeks ago, hitting Lakers games and all the finest Hollywood hot spots.

It all begs the question ... who gets a ring first -- Pat or Brit?!?!?

Cuba Gooding Jr. is living proof you don't need to be a college student to go absolutely nuts on spring break ... because he's wilding out at a pool party at Shore Club South Beach in Miami Beach.

Cuba is just like most college kids -- except for the fact he's 51 -- hitting up Florida to soak up the sun and down some cold bevs ... and ya gotta see him busting out dance moves in the shallow end!

Kim Kardashian is spotted in France. Actually, she's spotted ALL over, 'cause ... fashion, baby!!!

Kim is all about rocking her leopard print outfits in Paris this week while she's there for Fashion Week. She was seen leaving her hotel Wednesday in a sheer, skintight leopard bodysuit and what looks like a velvet or suede trench coat ... with matching bottoms.

Looks very comfy. Revealing too, if not for that coat.

Kim also rocked the feline theme head-to-toe on Tuesday ... equipped with matching gloves and boots. It's a flashy look for sure, but one thing she's not flaunting is expensive jewelry.

Remember, Kim was gagged and bound by masked burglars in her Paris apartment in October 2016, who zip-tied her hands with plastic handcuffs and made off with more than $10 mil worth of her bling.

She vowed to tone it down with the jewelry ever since, and ya gotta think that's top of mind when she's in Paris.

Cardi B and Offset are still going strong, even in another country ... because they're doing it big south of the border -- spending quality time on a yacht in Mexico.

The recently reunited couple is having fun in the sun together down in Baja California, starting their week off right with a beautiful day on the water in Los Cabos. Yeah, they know how to #MondayFunday.

Offset is performing with Migos for a bunch of college kids on spring break, and CB took full advantage of her husband's work trip. Smart move, Cardi.

Even vacation can't stop Russell Wilson from dropping dimes ...

The Seahawks QB has been living it up with wifey Ciara in Brazil this past week ... hittin' parties, shoppin', catching soccer games and beachin' around.

But, Wilson decided to get in on some football action with a Brazilian league team in Rio de Janeiro over the weekend -- and the offseason clearly hasn't affected his arm.

As for the team ... they're known as the Flamengo Emperors and they tout themselves as the first grass football squad in Rio de Janeiro.

In fact, seems they're looking for more talent too ... they posted on their social media about a tryout for the 2019 season.

Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek are hanging out in Cabo with their equally-attractive friends, Eric Decker and Jessie James Decker, this week ... and it's been a great time for everyone (including us).

Meanwhile, the New England Patriots are still waiting for an official word on Gronk's NFL future. He's reportedly pondering retirement but wants some time to really think things through and reflect before making an official decision.
