Katy Perry turned even more heads than usual by hitting a Mexican beach BUCK NAKED ... or so it seemed.

Katy's down in Cabo San Lucas with a bunch of friends, and she's providing all the entertainment by spinning around while rocking this ballerina-style swimwear ... with nude colored bottoms.

Yeah, we had to do a double take too.

Katy's been handing out cherry pies to fans all over the place to promote her new single, "Bon Appetit." Just a thought, but cherry pies with this swimsuit?

Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, Bella Hadid and a bunch of their model friends are all into sharing ... jet skis in their bikinis ... but you won't be able to find them.

The Bahamas learned a hard lesson after Ja Rule's Fyre Festival crashed and burned ... and now the government is promising serious policy changes for future island events.

Sources at the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism tell TMZ the agency will be implementing a stricter vetting system for future festivals, and it will check in with organizers multiple times during the planning process.

We're told the only reason the Ministry didn't step in sooner with the Fyre Festival is because it didn't have the authority. It was a private event, so the government couldn't get involved until guests' safety became an issue.

As we first reported, the Fyre disaster could end up costing the island nation millions of dollars -- it's a bad look for a country that relies heavily on tourism. The MOT says organizers for Fyre have taken full responsibility, and going forward ... the Bahamas will take appropriate steps to protect its good name.

Also, not shockingly, we're told Ja and Billy McFarland have been barred from repeat business on the islands.

Al Pacino is feeling great at 77, but apparently his hot girlfriend's boob feels even better.

Al was down in Mexico Tuesday celebrating his birthday with gf Lucila Sola ... who's just about 40 years younger than Al. Looks like he's totally tuned in to her.

During a stroll down the beach, Al snuck in a feel -- or maybe he was trying to regain his balance. Hard to say.

Drizzy was there last June when he was filming French Montana's "No Shopping" music video. Obviously, he loved it enough to return for vacation.

We're told he's getting the most out of the resort's gym, and put in 3 hours there Tuesday night. He also rented a boat Wednesday for a little day trip to a nearby island.

Kim Kardashian is taking a more laid back approach to her Mexican vacation, but still making sure the goods are on display.

Kim opted to chill on the patio of Joe Francis' home Tuesday in Punta Mita. No butt shots or bikini this time, but she didn't skimp on the cleavage.

Ass duty has apparently been handed off to Kourtney Kardashian, Larsa Pippen and the rest of the ladies.

While Kim kicked it at the house the rest of the krew took a Waverunner out for some fun. Looks like Joe has joined the girl party.

Just days after deciding to move forward with her divorce, Larsa Pippen spent the weekend blowing off some steam on the beach with Kim and Kourtney Kardashian!

The girls -- along with a bunch of other hot chicks -- flew to Mexico for a girls' getaway where they frolicked on the sand in tiny bikinis and posed for photos.

As we previously reported, Larsa and Scottie tried to reconcile several times over the past couple of months but decided last week they'd be better off moving on.

We got O in D.C. Wednesday night, and asked her about her Tahiti trip with, not only the ex-POTUS and FLOTUS, but Tom Hanks and Bruce Springsteen. She gushed about the yacht itself, she's a frequent floater, and explained how they all ended up there together.

The couple's currently staying in an oceanside villa at Casa de Campo -- an exclusive gated community J Lo's ex-husband, Marc, also calls home. He owns a crib down there, but J Lo and Alex are just there ahead of her DR concert.

The 6 bedroom property sits on the beach with sweet Caribbean views, and the interior ain't too shabby either. We're told it normally goes for $10k/night, and it's easy to see why. They looked pretty chill on the covered patio over the weekend.

As we reported, J Lo and Marc rehearsed together while A-Rod watched, and everyone's so cool with the sitch ... we're told A-Rod's "very interested" in buying in the community.

Miles Teller and longtime GF, Keleigh Sperry, didn't have to worry about sinking or swimming as they hit the surf in Hawaii like a normal couple enjoying a romantic vacation.

The two coasted on a pair of floaties Monday in the blue Pacific ... not that they needed them because the water looked pretty shallow. Only thing missing -- a cold one in their hands.

Sam Hunt and his new wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, are doing that thing newlyweds do -- heading out for their honeymoon, and looks like she's getting a long one.
