Anyone who thinks they can vandalize Donald Trump's Palm Beach estate because the prosecutor in town is a Democrat better think again.

Vandalism is clearly an issue. Someone already destroyed Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the sign at the Trump National Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.

Dave Aronberg, the State Attorney who handles Palm Beach prosecutions, tells TMZ Trump's political leanings have no bearing on his decision to prosecute vandalism cases. Aronberg is ensconced in the Democratic Party, but says his job is to follow the law, and that is what he will do.

Aronberg says there's no room for political statements when it comes to vandalism. If anyone vandalizes Mar-a-Lago they will be treated just like anyone else that commits a crime.

Barack and Michelle Obama might be ready to get back to reality, 'cause their Necker Island vacation is over ... TMZ has learned.

Sources on the island tell us the Obamas took a helicopter from Necker Island to nearby Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. Obama was seen chatting with BVI Premier Dr. Orlando Smith and his wife before jetting off -- private, of course -- to somewhere unknown.

Barack and Michelle have been hanging with Sir Richard Branson since last week ... when they ditched Palm Springs for better weather in the Caribbean.

Scott Disick treated himself like the lord he is when he escaped from the Kardashians ... by dropping tens of thousands to chill for a few nights.

Scott was hanging at the Setai Hotel in Miami Sunday through Tuesday night, and we've learned he stayed in their Grand Suite. The name makes sense -- it has 3 bedrooms, spa/sauna, gourmet kitchen and a swagged out TV room ... plus killer ocean views. Before ya book, it goes for $12,500 per night.

We're told he ordered plenty of room service while partying with his many lady friends and one guy friend you probably know -- Don Julio. 1942 to be exact.

As we reported, Scott beelined it for South Beach after a blowout with Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian in Costa Rica. The Lord spares no expense when bouncing back.

Day 12 of the Obama vacation ... and you've NEVER seen Barack and Michelle Obama so relaxed.

Thong sandals? Check. Shades? Check. Panama hat and snapback cap? Check and check.

They're getting so comfortable touring their pal Sir Richard Branson's many Virgin Islands ... they might never come back. Honestly ... would you?

Barack and Michelle were spotted Tuesday on one of the British Virgin Islands with their pal, Sir Richard Branson. The former First Couple touched down on Branson's nearby Necker Island just over a week ago.

Nothing about them seems like they're in a hurry to get back to the States and the chaos that's erupted since Prez Trump enacted the "Muslim ban."

Scott Disick got a better vacay offer than hanging with Kourtney and the rest of the Kardashians -- and we got some awesome shots of said better offer.

Scott popped up in Miami on Monday with a very young looking hot chick ... on the beach and in the pool at the Setai Hotel. She's cheeky, for sure.

Just a couple days ago, Scott was chilling in Costa Rica with Kourtney and their kids. He even proudly posted a pic.

But obviously, there's only so long Disick can hang in that situation -- before returning to his natural habitat.

Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian had to haul extra luggage to the airport ... and appeared to handle it all on their own.

Kim had 2 handfuls with North and Saint, Kourtney lugged Reign ... and even Kylie was on (step)mom duty with Tyga's son, King Cairo. The fam was loading up for the return flight from Costa Rica. Looks like Khloe and Kris dodged kiddie duties.

There's no debating how adorable the kids are, but Kim's choice in footwear?

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are trying their best to not look like international superstars while touring Italy -- but they're failing miserably.

The new couple's sporting hoodies, shades, overcoats -- attempting to avoid cameras -- while cruising around Venice by foot and boat. This tour comes a couple days after they took in a couple museums in Florence.

The Kardashians started off their Costa Rica trip in style ... hopping on Dan Bilzerian's infamous party plane for the ride there.

We're told the Kardashians rented out Dan's 16-seat Gulfstream G4SP to take them to the tropical country. The plane has certainly had its share of hot babes roaming the aisle.

The trip wasn't cheap -- $120,000 round trip.

Selena Gomez dating the The Weeknd is even a big deal over in Italy.

The couple popped up Friday in Florence where they took in the local art at the famed Uffizi Gallery Museum. We're told there were about 20 people waiting to get in who were pushed aside so Selena and her beau could get out. There was at least one bodyguard with them.

Seems like things are getting serious, our source says they even kissed in public ... as they were boarding an employee elevator to make their exit.

It's interesting ... Selena's BFF, Taylor Swift, jetted off to Italy with Tom Hiddleston when they first started dating, and we know how that ended.

Barack and Michelle Obama flew from Washington D.C. to Palm Springs for a grand total of 3 days before jumping on a private jet and going back from where they came and then some ... so the question, was that the plan or was Palm Springs a washout?

Fact is ... it was raining like hell all weekend. It was also super cold for SoCal. Obama got in one round of golf and that's about it, before they boarded Sir Richard Branson's private jet and took off for the Caribbean.

On the surface it looks like the Obamas bailed because of crappy weather. But we found out their departure date was set even before the former prez left Washington D.C. We're told Palm Springs airport officials had conversations with the Secret Service about leaving on Monday, days before Branson's jet landed in the desert.

It's possible the Obamas made the decision to bail before leaving D.C. because they saw the weather report, but if that were the case why go to Palm Springs at all ... just beeline it for sunny Necker Island.

And there's this ... Sasha and Malia, who were staying in D.C. when their parents left for Palm Springs, took Branson's jet Saturday from Maryland to Palm Springs. We're assuming the girls went to the Caribbean with their parents, but we haven't see pics ... so far.

Iggy Azalea has moved on from French Montana.

The new guy's name is Ljay Currie and he's a music producer. The two got super touchy Sunday on a boat anchored off the coast of Cabo San Lucas.

Barack and Michelle Obama had good friends waiting to join them for their last ride in the lap of Air Force One-ish luxury.

Obama's ambassador to Spain, James Costos, posted a pic from inside the jet, watching the now former prez and First Lady walking the red carpet to climb aboard. Looks like they snacked on grapes.

Giving Costos a ride is the least they could do. As we first reported ... the Obamas are heading to the Palm Springs home of Costos and his husband, Michael Smith, who's been the White House decorator.

FUN FACT: Obama's ride is no longer designated Air Force One -- not since Trump took the oath, anyway. It's official call letters are SAM (Special Air Mission) 28000.

A woman is suing the famous Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas over horrific bites she says she got from a bed bug swarm, and she has creepy crawly video to back it up.

Cindi Avila claims she checked into the hotel back in January 2016 and woke up with bites all over her body ... some of which left her scarred. In docs, Avila says a bed bug infestation erupted in her room, and she's blaming the hotel for failing to change the bed skirt.

Avila says she shot video of the bugs in action when she lifted mattress. She's suing for damages, mental anguish and medical costs.

An Atlantis Resort rep tells us the hotel "immediately took the room out of service, brought in the property’s professional pest company to eradicate the problem" and compensated Avila for her stay.

The rep also says they offered to reimburse her medical bills ... but Avila said no dice.

President Obama will stay at the Palm Springs home of one of his ambassadors ... TMZ has learned.

The Obamas will be unpacking their suitcases late Friday at the abode of outgoing US ambassador to Spain James Costos and his husband -- an interior designer -- Michael Smith, who's been the WH's decorator since '08.

The house is in Rancho Mirage, near Palm Springs, inside the Thunderbird Heights gated community ... perched at the top of the development and spread over 8 acres. It's been completely gutted and renovated since 2011 ... and looks brand spanking new.

The Obamas have stayed at James and Michael's home 4 times prior to this visit.

There will be lots of restrictions for anyone coming in or out of the property. Security wants to keep the number of people to a minimum at entry ... they'll be checking IDs too.

Even when Obama's out ... he's still getting the presidential treatment.
