Lindsay Lohan is out in Greece showing off a new ring ... and it doesn't look a thing like the engagement rock she got from ex-fiance Egor Tarabasov.

Bikini-clad Lindsay was in Mykonos this week with a yellow gem on her left ring finger. She's reportedly been hanging in Greece with restaurant owner Dennis Papageorgiou ... fueling rumors she's moving on from Egor after their blowout fight.

The gas station where Leatherface did his handiwork is about to reopen for biz, but this time it's gonna be a motel and BBQ joint ... yummy!

The key location where "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" was filmed is now an establishment simply called The Gas Station ... and it's got 4 cabins where fans can lay their heads (and keep 'em) for $130 a night.

Owner Roy Rose says the cabins have 43" TVs, and a collection of horror flicks to get you in the mood. They're also displaying movie memorabilia -- like the chainsaw from the 2013 redux -- and also selling merch from other horror movies.

As for the grub -- Rose says it'll be takeout, but he's still searching for a top-notch BBQ cook who's good with finger food.

Leatherface would be proud.

Madonna treated herself to the best hotel digs Havana has to offer for her 58th birthday bash, but still came nowhere close to breaking the bank ... not hers, anyway.

Sources with direct knowledge of Madge's 3-day trip tell us she bunked up in Hotel Saratoga's finest room -- the Suite Habana, which typically goes for $700 per night!

The suite features floor to ceiling windows, its own living room and a junior suite right next door ... possibly where Rocco or her pal Debi Mazar stayed during the celebration.

We're told the hotel had extra security from local police for Madonna's arrival -- just in case of a mob scene -- but everything went smoothly.

Jay Z and Beyonce also stayed at the Saratoga in 2013. Just to illustrate what a bargain rate these celebs are getting ... remember where they stay in Paris: $700 vs. $19,000??
