Selma Blair was the picture of serenity over the weekend ... just a day or so before she ended up being carried off a jet on a stretcher.
TMZ broke the story ... Selma went off the rails on a Delta flight from Cancun to L.A. Monday, screaming incoherently. The pilot radioed ahead that she had mixed alcohol and meds. When the plane landed she was taken to a nearby hospital.
There was no hint of trouble in Mexico where she stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera ... at least judging from the pics. Selma, ex-BF and baby daddy Jason Bleick and 4-year-old Arthur were all smiles.

Obviously, LeBron was unavailable for the yacht trip this year ... y'know, playoffs and such.
