Floyd Mayweather Jr. is basically wearing your mortgage on his back while he roams around Europe, settling into life as a retiree.

We found out Floyd picked up this little number in Milan on Friday during a 400,000 euros shopping spree, because he obviously thinks it looks good ... but mostly because he can. We're told the coat ran him about 10,000 euro.

Floyd's easing into retirement like a college grad -- tramping around the Continent -- except if he stops at a youth hostel ... he's probably buying it.

Before Italy ... he hit up Russia, Turkey, and France. Thursday he was strolling around Monaco like a sharp-dressed man without a care in the world ... and several hundred million in the bank.

Passengers on the Mad Decent Boat Party had their trip altered when a woman jumped overboard last week -- and now many of them say the cruise company's ripping them off.

Most of the EDM lovers paid on average $1,000 for a ticket, but Norwegian Cruise Line and festival organizers promised refunds. Due to the tragedy, several DJ sets were nixed ... as well as the offshore excursion planned for Mexico. Only problem is ... that refund was a measly $57.47 according to several pissed off passengers.

Festival and cruise reps tells us it's simple math: $57.47 is the cost of the cancelled excursion plus port taxes. Everything else is nonrefundable. Some angry guests have taken to social media to demand way more dough ... despite the fact they still got a 4 day vacation at sea.

Kim Zolciak looked like the picture of health splashing in the Mexican surf, less than two months after a stroke and heart condition derailed her "Dancing with the Stars" gig.

"Bad Girls Club" alum Judi Jai is stranded in Jamaica after being kicked off a cruise for fist fighting.

Judi tells us she was on a weeklong trip with her close friend AC Style. The two got into an argument Tuesday night on the deck of the ship ... security broke it up and sent the girls to their room.

But it didn't end. Once in the cabin, the fight continued and Judi got physical, striking AC in the face. AC reported Judi to the ship's brass and the 'BGC' star was kicked off and stranded in Jamaica.

Judi tells us she NEVER hit AC. As for the trip, she booked a room in Montego Bay for the next two nights to salvage the rest of her vacation ... solo.

We reached out the cruise company for comment. So far ... no word back.

Kourtney Kardashian ignored the issue of tanlines and donned a strappy bikini as she relaxed Thursday on the beach in St. Barts.

It's loaded with a basketball court, helipad, wine cellar, 45-person crew, movie theater, swimming pool, and a submarine meant for emergency exit ... if it ever goes down like the Titanic.

But O's boat is dinghy-like compared to the $350 million yacht Eclipse, which was cruising with Princess Beatrice of York and her BF.

The Eclipse, owned by Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich, comes fully loaded with a cinema, two helipads, three subs, 20 jet skis, a 70-person crew, two pools (one of which turns into a dance floor) and a missile detection system ... no joke.

Oprah didn't seem to have any boat envy because she invited the princess aboard.

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have reunited ... all aboard an insane $29 MILLION yacht in the Bahamas ... TMZ Sports has learned.

James and his wife, Savannah -- along with Wade and Gabrielle Union -- have been staying on a yacht called the Just J's ... a top of the line ship built in 2011 ... and owned by billionaire businessman Jay Schottenstein.

Jay is big in the Ohio community ... so is LeBron (duh) -- so we're guessing that's how they know each other.

The boat is MASSIVE -- 150 feet long ... with 5 cabins, a sick bar, fancy dining room and a hot tub.

Sources tell us ... the ballers have been hanging out on land too -- recently gambling at the Atlantis casino. We're told the gang ran into Mike Tyson, who was celebrating his birthday, and they partied together.

Gomez and co. -- Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Cody Simpson, and Shay Mitchell -- posted a few photos this week taken inside the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque ... which is now getting flooded with complaints.

Folks at the mosque tell us the main issues their members have with the pics are:

1) Selena's exposed leg, and her sexy pose ... both are no-nos. It's a respect thing.
2) Mosque rules prohibit laughing and smiling ... again, it's about respect.

Selena did one-up Rihanna, in a sense. RiRi visited the same mosque last year, but when she posted pics ... she was immediately asked to leave. Mosque leaders went easier on Selena.

Maybe they're just not that into her.
