Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are not about to get upstaged in Hollywood's publicity wars -- and, obviously, have no problem giving the paparazzi what they want ... a perfectly-timed public kissing session!!!

Ya gotta see the video, J Lo played it perfectly ... as Ben pulled into the driveway Thursday, she rushes up to the car, throws her arms around his shoulders and starts making out with him. Ben even seemed kinda shocked, but quickly got into it.

Jen leaned back on the car and pulled her fiancé in close, rubbing his chest, planting more kisses and staring into Ben's eyes. If you have any doubts they were playing this up for the cameras ... check out the moment BA goes into full movie make-out mode.

We're not saying the sparks aren't real for the recently engaged couple -- we're just saying they went over the top here ... intentionally, we're thinking. They're both pros in the PR game by now, and know what catches fire on the internet.'

Jen even playfully sticks out her tongue at Ben as she hops in the driver's seat.

This make-out sesh must have felt almost as good as sex ... because Ben lit up a cigarette right after Jen left.

It's back to the mega-mansion drawing board for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez ... we've learned they'll no longer be moving into a $55 million estate in Bel-Air.

Sources close to the seller tell us ... the deal fell out of escrow. Unclear exactly what triggered the collapse, but a buyer is always able to pull out during an inspection period ... so Ben and Jen pretty clearly decided there was something they didn't like about the pad.

Nonetheless, the newly-engaged couple was back on the hunt for homes over the weekend -- checking out estates in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air -- valued at $64 million and $72 million.

Of course, it's now crunch time to find the perfect family home. J Lo revealed over the weekend she and Ben were engaged ... showing off a massive green diamond ring while exclaiming "you're perfect."

TMZ was the first to point out Ben may have popped the question when Jennifer was spotted out furniture shopping with her daughter Emme and wearing a giant rock. She tried to hide the diamond once she and Emme left the store ... but it was pretty easy to spot.

'NSYNC is BACK -- well, partially -- the boy band hit the stage after Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera's wedding over the weekend ... and the WWE Superstar joined them on stage!!

TMZ Sports has obtained video of the epic moment (thank you, Mojo) ... showing the wrestler singing and dancing her heart out alongside Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Joey Fatone as they perform the 2000 hit, "Bye, Bye, Bye."

Alexa and Ryan got hitched in Palm Springs on Saturday ... and we're told it was a star-studded crowd with some of the biggest names in wrestling and music.

The wedding looked awesome, but the reception turned into a freakin' rock concert ... with O-Town, Yellowcard, Bowling for Soup and We the Kings playing multiple songs for the crowd.

Of course, it's pretty rare to see 'NSYNC performing nowadays -- especially with Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez distancing themselves over the years.

The quintet reunited in 2013 to perform at the MTV VMAs ... and a JT-less 'NSYNC joined Ariana Grande at Coachella in 2019.

You knew this was coming ...

Alex Rodriguez was epically teased over his ex, Jennifer Lopez, getting engaged to Ben Affleck ... with Michael Kay hinting at it during the Yankees vs. Red Sox game -- and the moment is hilarious.

The ex-MLB slugger was chopping it up with his co-host during the "KayRod" broadcast of "Sunday Night Baseball" on ESPN 2 ... when Kay decided to poke some fun.

"It's a great time in sports," Kay said in the 9th inning. "You have a new Masters champion, NBA playoffs are about to start, baseball's in full swing, people getting engaged. I mean, it's a happy time in the world."

A-Rod's reaction is priceless -- he awkwardly plays along and says, "Happiness and world peace is what we're looking for."

The best part -- after 2 seconds of piercing silence, A-Rod returned his focus to the game ... saying, "The 2-1 pitch."

Remember, J-Rod started dating in 2017 ... and were engaged in 2019. They never made it to the alter, as they broke up in 2021.

As for Kay and Rodriguez, they didn't always have the greatest relationship ... but it seems like they're all good now.

Jennifer Lopez tried throwing folks off the engagement scent hours before announcing she's going to marry Ben Affleck ... because she lost the huge rock while out with her fiancé.

Bennifer were out and about Friday checking in on some commercial real estate in L.A. they may, perhaps, be in the market for -- which isn't all that crazy, especially since they just snapped up a massive estate together ... and are now going to be man and wife.

As you can see, the love birds were showing off PDA as they perused what's been described to us as an empty office studio housed in a warehouse of some sort. While they were outside, Jen had her arms wrapped around Ben's waist .. and THAT finger was exposed.

Clearly, there's no ring there ... unlike from just a few days earlier, when she was spotted doing furniture shopping with the emerald green diamond perched nicely on her digit.

Jen wasn't hiding the fact she'd ditched the hardware either ... even inside, you can see there was no ring in sight. So yeah, it would appear she wanted to keep it low-key before going public later that very same evening -- at which point, the cat was outta the bag.

Jen told the world through a video message on her website On the JLo -- where she posted a video of her apparently receiving the ring from Ben and tearing up. It's a beaut -- and she even threw her old ode to BA 'Dear Ben' as the overlaying track played in the background.

As the quick clip fades out, you can hear the opening lines of the song -- "You're Perfect" -- which itself is kinda perf ... in that it can refer to both Ben and the diamond as well.

So, now that everyone knows they're due to get hitched (again) -- the question is ... will Jen wear the ring out in public all day, every day??? Considering how head over heels they are for one another, our guess would be yes. And why the heck not ... it's real purrrty, after all.

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz pulled out all the stops for an off-the-hook wedding, and lots of celebs were there to watch.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham strolled down the aisle at the family estate in Palm Beach Saturday night, and man, who wasn't there?

Here's a partial list ... Serena Williams, Eva Longoria, Gordon Ramsay, Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C. But wait, there's more ... Gigi Hadid, Nicole Richie, Elizabeth Hurley, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen.

The bash costs a reported $4 mil, and maybe more.

They tied the know under a chuppa festooned with flowers ... honoring Nicola's Jewish roots. BTW ... David's maternal gramps was also Jewish. After they said their vows, they smashed a glass enveloped in a napkin ... another Jewish tradition.

As for the best men ... Brooklyn chose brothers Romeo and Cruz. His sister, Harper was a bridesmaid.

The Beckham's erected a ginormous white tent on their lawn which has a spectacular ocean view.

The dinner was dished out by famed chef Thierry Isambert ... he was President Bill Clinton's cook so can't be too shabby.

And we haven't confirmed ... but it looks like Snoop Dogg may have DJ'd the reception. He told The Mirror, "Brooklyn’s wedding is going to be a big affair and my gift to him and his wife-to-be is I will come down and do a set for them on their big day."

Nicola, who appears in "Transformers: Age of Extinction," has not only taken Brooklyn's name ... she has it tattooed on her back!

The couple recently found a buyer for their Beverly Hills mansion, they reportedly were shopping around for a more humble abode on the west coast and also a home in Miami.

The engagement comes on the heels of another very significant step for the couple -- they recently plunked down around $55 million on a massive Bel-Air estate together.

The home has plenty of room to blend their families with 20,000 sq ft. 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms ... not to mention a pool with stunning views.

Jack White is an impatient man ... he proposed to his girlfriend and then married her. That's not unusual, except that he did both the same night, in the middle of his concert!!!

The famed rocker was performing in Detroit Friday night, when he summoned his GF, Olivia Jean, onto the stage for a White Stripes "Hotel Yorba" duet.

White, ring in hand, popped the question. Olivia said yes, and then Jack inquired of the crowd, "It's been such a great day, mind if we get married right now?"

Jack's parents, bandmates and an officiant then did their thing, and poof ... Jack and Olivia were hitched!!!

Loved the officiant ... "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life." Sound familiar?

Jack's done this before ... this is his third marriage.

WWE Superstar Carmella and WWE commentator Corey Graves tied the knot, getting married in front of friends and fellow wrestling stars -- and the ceremony looked amazing!!

Carmella and Corey said their "I dos" together in Florida on Thursday ... after the couple got engaged last year.

Carmella shared a photo of her and Graves from the ceremony ... where she was wearing an all-white dress, while Corey rocked an all-black suit.

"The best day of my life," Carmella captioned the pic of her and Graves.

The lovebirds jumped the broom in front of a star-studded group including some of WWE and AEW's biggest names.

On tap to witness the matrimony was a slate of wrestling VIPs -- AEW star Jon Moxley and his wife, Renee Paquette, were there ... as well as WWE Superstars Natalya, Tamina, Bayley, Liv Morgan, Sonya Deville, and Happy Corbin.

In vintage Moxley fashion, "The Lunatic Fringe" showed up wearing an all-black get-up -- black leather jacket, black pants, black boots -- and a black Cincinnati Bengals shirt underneath it all.

Glad to see Jon dressed for the occasion. 😅

But, in all seriousness, the guests looked awesome, and everybody was all smiles as they celebrated the couple's momentous occasion.

Now, word is the couple is headed to Hawaii for their honeymoon.

Patrick Mahomes is apparently a wizard with both the football and a camera ... because he snapped some great pics of his wife's bikini bod on their honeymoon recently -- and they're steamy!!

Brittany Mahomes just posted a series of the sexy flicks that she says her hubby took of her in a pool in St. Barts last month ... praising the Chiefs star for hittin' all the right angles with the camera.

"On the Instagram Husband series, here's todays update…," Brittany wrote. "@patrickmahomes killed it🤣🔥"

Patrick was clearly pleased with his work -- he commented on the pics with a bunch of camera emojis.

Brittany and Patrick took the St. Barts trip to celebrate their wedding in mid-March ... and as we reported, it looked like quite the experience.

The two toured the island, went hiking, kayaking, swimming and more ... and Brittany praised the villa they were staying in as "just pure perfection."

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may have officially cemented their future together -- cause she is wearing a diamond ring on THAT finger -- and something she did with the diamond is raising more suspicion.

J Lo and her daughter, Emme, were out furniture shopping Monday, possibly for their new $55 million home, and if you take a closer look, there's definitely a diamond on the singer's left ring finger.

Interestingly enough, J Lo seems to pick up on the fact there's a photog, because on her way out of the store, she appears to flip the ring, hiding the diamond side in her palm.

If it's legit, the engagement would come on the heels of another big step in Ben and Jen's relationship ... the $55 mil mansion they just went in on together.

As we've previously reported, the massive 10-bedroom, 17-bathroom estate sits in the ritzy Bel-Air area of Los Angeles ... and J Lo and Ben are gearing up to blend their families together and make it their home.

BTW, it wouldn't be the first time the two got engaged to each other, Ben popped the question 18 years ago ... but they called things off before any wedding.

Avril Lavigne and her boyfriend Mod Sun may have officially taken things to the next level ... 'cause she's wearing what appears to be an engagement ring!!

The "Girlfriend" singer was spotted, Tuesday, arriving at a studio in Los, Angeles rockin' a MASSIVE diamond ring on THAT finger. Interestingly enough, she wasn't wearing the ring when she hit the Grammy's red carpet over the weekend ... so if the engagement did happen it was either very recent, or she just didn't want it known at the award show.

Of course, if legit, it would mean she and long-time BF Mod Sun have a wedding to plan, we've seen their relationship grow over the last year or so, and both have seemed super happy.

As you may know, the couple wrote the single "Flames" and appeared in the music video together, back in January 2021 ... and have been posting and showcasing their love, since.

The two officially made their debut on the red carpet for the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards. And, Mod Sun even got Avril's name tattooed on his neck, so obviously, things are serious.

Kourtney posted 10 pictures from the ceremony, and you see her and Travis wearing matching black leather jackets inside the One Love Wedding Chapel, with an Elvis impersonator pronouncing them husband and wife.

KK and TB are all smiles as they mug for the cameras and share some loving embraces ... and, in true Kourtney and Travis style, there are a bunch of pics of them kissing.

Kourtney had a bouquet of red roses, and they also wore matching sunglasses inside.

Kourtney and Travis walked into One Love Wedding Chapel around 1:30 AM Monday ... only hours after he performed live at the Grammys. We're told the two didn't allow the venue to take any photos, bringing their own photographer and security instead.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... they had a marriage license and presented it to the chapel's owner, who was also a witness.

We're told it was important to them that an Elvis impersonator officiate the wedding ... so Elvis pronounced them man and wife.

Our sources say this will not be the only ceremony to mark the couple's commitment. We're told there will be "several' other celebrations, with lots of fanfare.

TMZ broke the story ... Travis popped the question back in October at a beachside hotel in Montecito, CA ... but the lovebirds had been mum on a wedding date. So, this could have been a spur-of-the-moment thing, or they were always planning to get married this weekend in Vegas.

Kourtney and Travis haven't been shy about their whirlwind romance ... with tons of PDA all over the globe ... including make-out sessions on the beach, at Disneyland, in front of the Eiffel Tower, on the Venice canals and in New York City ... just to name a few.

For Travis, this is his third marriage. He was with his first wife, Melissa Kennedy, for only 9 months before he filed for divorce back in 2002. Travis married Shanna Moakler a few years later in 2004, but he filed for divorce after nearly 2 years in 2006 and in 2008 their divorce was finalized.

Sounds like Travis finally found his special someone in Kourtney ... remember, he said "forever wasn't long enough" with her.

Kourtney is reportedly worth around $65 million and Travis around $50 million ... so there's a lot of money on the line.

Prenups and postnups at this level typically separate earnings during the marriage ... that's the way Kim and Kanye handled it. What they bring into the marriage stays as separate property.

Sources connected to the couple tell us ... the HGTV star and her now-hubby, Joshua Hall, tied the knot in California sometime over the last 6 months -- although it's not clear exactly when. In any case ... they've kept it low-key, and plan to do the same in celebration.

We're told Christina and Josh will host an intimate ceremony with close friends and family in the near future to mark their nuptials -- but like we said, it's a done deal, legally.

We've also obtained Christina's real estate license which was recently tweaked to unveil her new surname ... now, she goes by Christina Hall.

The license also references some of her old legal names, including Christina Meursinge Haack and Christina Meursinge El Moussa. There's weirdly no mention of Ant Anstead -- her most recent ex-hubby.

Of course, her freshly-minted hubby, Josh, is a big-time real estate agent ... kinda perfect for house-flipping. The couple first went public last summer ... and he popped the question shortly thereafter, as seen in since-deleted photos.

Their relationship has surely moved at a whirlwind pace -- and with that in mind ... it might not be all that surprising that they've already done the deed and become man and wife.
