"Gotham" star Morena Baccarin -- who is pregnant with co-star Ben McKenzie's baby -- plans to marry him ... TMZ has learned.

Baccarin is in the middle of a nasty divorce with director Austin Chick. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Baccarin says she got pregnant with Ben's baby in June, which she claims was after she separated with Chick. The estranged husband begs to differ and says she got pregnant while they were still together.

Chick filed for divorce, and Morena has already planned her next move. In her legal docs, obtained by TMZ, she says, "Today, I am in a new committed relationship. I am planning to re-marry. Also, I am 3 1/2 months pregnant."

Morena's divorce is bitter. As we reported, Chick says he came to their house in June, only to find Ben freshly showered and playing with their 1-year-old son.

And Morena included texts in her docs to show how bad the situation is ... she texted to Chick, "I'd like to be there alone with Julius [their son]. Please Friday all day and night through Sunday morning."

He responded, "I'd like to run Fox Studios and remake The Sound of Music w an entirely black cast of hip hop artist."

Black Keys guitarist Dan Auerbach and Jen Goodall said "I do" ... and they made all their reception employees swear "I won't" bad-mouth the bride, the groom or anything about their big day.

Dan and Jen tied the knot Saturday at his home in Nashville, and made everyone working the ceremony sign a confidentiality agreement ... which is not uncommon for a celeb wedding.

However, this contract wasn't about protecting details like the gown designer or the menu -- it was all about blocking trash talk. We're told anyone who does say a nasty word about Dan or Jen will be dragged to court.

Kudos to the newlyweds, and we hear the chicken was delish.

Iggy Azalea is talking so much smack about Nick Young and his teammates ... you'd think she and Swaggy had been married for 30 years already.

A reality show may have let the cat out of the bag on Jennifer Aniston's wedding dress ... and nobody noticed.

It went down on an episode of "Say Yes To The Dress," where a fittings specialist at Manhattan wedding dress institution Kleinfeld revealed she picked out an $8,400 Mark Zunino gown for Aniston's wedding.

The episode aired back in April.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are keeping their wedding party going -- by bringing their friends along for a fabulous honeymoon!

As for the reception … we’re told the couple's table was family only. Howard Stern and Robert Downey Jr. gave toasts, while Sia performed and sang happy birthday to Justin.

The party then kicked into high gear ... Samantha Ronson DJ'd late into the night -- some guests stayed until 4 AM.

The hangover couldn't have been terrible ... the newlyweds were spotted hopping on a private jet Thursday morning, presumably to honeymoon.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux pulled off the surprise wedding of the century by using an adjacent mansion as a decoy.

We’re told the key to keeping the wedding under wraps was an empty $10.7 million dollar property adjacent to her Bel-Air spread.

The home, located directly to the south, became a staging area ... the wedding decorations, tables and various supplies were all there, ready to be moved to Aniston's main house at the last minute.

Aniston has been renovating her property, and improvements included a paved pathway beneath a bed of trees between the 2 homes.

Trucks would pull into the neighboring driveway and funnel the wedding supplies into Aniston’s backyard.

TMZ broke the story ... the couple threw guests off by telling them they were attending Theroux's 44th surprise birthday bash... smart considering with surprise parties no one talks and everyone shows up on time.

Event staff who spent the past week setting up were also left in the dark about the wedding and not allowed to park near the property or bring their cell phones onsite.

The United States Supreme Court just ruled by the narrowest of margins that gays have a constitutional right to tie the knot.

It's a landmark ruling that has profound consequences. Fourteen states currently ban gay marriages, but as of today the ban is lifted and all states are now REQUIRED to issue marriage licenses, irrespective of sex.

For all you legal eagles, the decision was 5-4, and Justice Anthony Kennedy again proved he's the most powerful man on the Court, not only providing the swing vote but writing the majority opinion.

The court said the gay marriage ban served to "disrespect and subordinate them." The justices added the ban was a "grave and continuing harm."

President Barack Obama applauded the ruling, tweeting, "Today is a big step in our march toward equality. Gay and lesbian couples now have the right to marry, just like anyone else #LoveWins."

Mariah Carey doesn't waste time ... just days after she hopped on a yacht with new billionaire BF James Packer, they're already talking marriage.
