Fear not ladies: Ray J isn't engaged to on-again-off-again girlfriend and video vixen Mia Milano -- despite the fat rock Mia was seen wearing this week on her ring finger.

A photo of Mia wearing what appeared to be engagement bling surfaced this week on the Internet ... causing worldwide speculation the couple was engaged ... but sources close to Ray J tell us, the rumors just ain't true.

We're told Ray J's still waaaaay too broken up over the death of ex-GF Whitney Houston to be making any major relationship plans ... and getting married just isn't on the table.

Billy Bob Thornton tells TMZ ... he'd be "more than happy" to attend Angelina Jolie's wedding (whenever she and Brad Pitt decide to tie the knot) ... if he's actually invited.

Several reports have surfaced that Angie already made the decision to invite her ex-husband to the eventual Jolie-Pitt wedding-palooza. But when we spoke to Billy at the Sunset Marquis last night, it was clear he hasn't received an official invite ... yet.

Pap: "I hear that Brad and Angie invited you to their wedding ... are you gonna go, do you think?
BBT: "I don't go out of town much ... but yeah, you never know, I'd be happy to ... I'd be more than happy to, absolutely."

Hugh Hefner wasn't BS'ing when he got engaged to Crystal Harris ... again -- a year after she abruptly ended their previous engagement -- because TMZ has learned, the couple just went to a courthouse to obtain a marriage license.

Sources tell TMZ, Hef and Harris dropped by the Beverly Hills Courthouse this morning to obtain the necessary paperwork in order to make their New Year's wedding ceremony official.

TMZ broke the story ... the re-engaged couple are planning to tie the knot during an intimate ceremony on New Year's Eve at the Playboy Mansion.

Harris moved back into the Mansion earlier this year, and we're told she and Hef have been on fantastic terms ever since.

Two days after tying the knot, Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard and his Eagles cheerleader bride Krystle Campbell took a break from enjoying their honeymoon to take part in the bizarre ritual of
trashing their wedding dress for a photo shoot in Maui on Monday.

For those who don't know, it's become somewhat of a trend for a newlywed couple to destroy the bride's expensive wedding gown -- often at a beach or lake -- and capture it on film.

Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner is engaged (again) to Crystal Harris (again) and the two will walk down the aisle at the Playboy Mansion on New Year's Eve (oooh, that's new!) ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Harris bailed on wedding #1 in June 2011 ... just five days before the big day.

But according to our sources, Harris and Hef are better than ever these days, since Harris moved back into the Playboy Mansion earlier this year. We're told the couple have worked out all their previous problems and decided recently they want to try and get married again.

According to our sources, Harris feels the time she spent apart from Hef really taught her how to be independent and stand on her own two feet ... something she felt she needed.

Our sources say the wedding will be an intimate gathering with just close friends and family.

The average size of a diamond engagement ring is reportedly 1.18 carats -- but Nikki Sixx just DESTROYED the average ... by dropping a SIX CARAT stone on his fiancee ... TMZ has learned.

Sixx popped the question to 27-year-old Courtney Bingham during a trip to St. Barts this weekend ... and sources close to the couple tell us it was one helluva proposal.

Levi Johnston has finally made an honest woman out of the mother of his latest child -- the couple got hitched in Alaska today ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Johnston and girlfriend Sunny Oglesby exchanged vows in front of more than 100 friends and family. But according to our sources ... Tripp, the son he shares with Bristol Palin, was not in attendance.

Levi and Sunny might want to get their money back from the printer who made up the invitations (above) -- the word "famalies" ... well, it's just not a word.

As TMZ first reported, Oglesby gave birth to the couple's first child, Breeze Beretta Johnston, last month.

One of the homeless men who appeared in a video reportedly featured at Justin Timberlake's wedding says he was paid $40 ... and had NO IDEA he was the punchline in a sick joke.

TMZ spoke with the man -- "Eddie" -- who tells us he was just minding his own business in Hollywood when he was approached by a man who offered him money in exchange for saying a few pre-written lines into the camera.

Eddie says the cameraman told him the video was being made for a friend's wedding -- Eddie had no idea it was for Timberlake and Jessica Biel.

When we told him how the footage was used, Eddie told us, "That makes me feel really bad ... that was a trick played on me."

In case you're wondering why Eddie is dressed so nicely in our video -- it's because he was out looking for a job yesterday.

"I'm gonna do my best to change my life."

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's wedding party featured a video that openly made fun of homeless people in L.A. -- this according to reports.

Gawker just posted the video -- reportedly made by Timberlake's real estate agent friend Justin Huchel -- which depicts what appears to be REAL homeless people on the streets of L.A., acting as Justin and Jessica's friends who couldn't make it to the ceremony.

The homeless people in the clip -- one toothless, the other shirtless -- wish the ultra-rich couple well on their new lives together ... saying things like, "I hope the wedding goes fine for you. My gift is in the mail."

The video's an obvious dig at Justin and Jessica's ridiculous wealth -- juxtaposed against the destitute poverty displayed in the clip. The video also features a transvestite.

Huchel -- who once dated Amanda Seyfried -- has already threatened to sue Gawker over the video, claiming it was shot as "a private joke" without Timberlake's knowledge ... and demanding it be taken off the web ASAP.

Calls to Justin and Jessica's camps were not returned.

JC Chasez was one of THREE members of *NSYNC who was NOT in attendance at Justin Timberlake's wedding this weekend ... but he watched two OTHER people say "I Do" ... TMZ has learned.

Just like Joey Fatone and Lance Bass ... JC didn't make the trip to Southern Italy to see his former boy-bandmate JT tie the knot to Jessica Biel.

Instead, JC had more important plans -- his brother was getting married in Orlando, FL.

We're told JC had planned to go to his bro's wedding for over a year -- and had previously informed Justin it was a top priority he just couldn't miss.

As we previously reported, Joey spent his weekend in L.A. (it's unclear if he was even invited) ... and Lance was at an event in San Diego.

Sporting his new wedding ring, Justin Timberlake was spotted out in Fasano, Italy this morning ... after tying the knot with Jessica Biel yesterday.

Some of the famous peeps in attendance reportedly included JT's pals Andy Samberg and Timbaland, as well as Jessica's former "7th Heaven" co-star Beverly Mitchell.

Sources close to the newly engaged couple tell us, the armored Dunbar truck dropped off the 11.42 carat diamond ring at the Baltimore hotel where Neal was staying, shortly before he popped the question last night.

As we reported, Schon asked Michaele to marry him on stage last night at a benefit concert for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center -- and shocker, Michaele said yes.
