'Grand Theft Auto VI' Trailer Leaks a Day Early ... Rockstar Yanks Footage

The trailer for the highly-anticipated 'Grand Theft Auto VI' is dropping this week -- but it did so a full day early due to a leak ... which Rockstar Games is now scrambling to undo.
Here's the deal ... the trailer for 'GTA 6' was scheduled to be officially released on Tuesday -- but a good 24 hours beforehand ... an account on Twitter/X posted the whole damn thing in full, and it made the rounds for good couple hours or so online. Unclear how this happened.
The trailer was a minute and a half long, and it featured a lot of goods from what fans can expect in the new installment -- including new characters (like a male and female co-lead) and a bunch of other side roles. The maps were also unveiled in the leaked version.
Just about every tech/gaming account that covers this sort of stuff quote-tweeted the one account that posted the trailer -- but now, that video has been removed from the internet entirely, so it appears Rockstar and co. are leaping up and down to yank it ... and want to release it on their own terms tomorrow.

Unfortunately for them, screengrabs from the trailer are circulating all over the place ... and everyone's already seen what 'GTA 6' will entail. That also includes a lot of high-tech stuff within the game itself, including live streams from the characters themselves.
It certainly looks pretty cool ... and yeah, it sucks that Rockstar's thunder got stolen here. But hey, people are just happy this game is finally landing after a whopping 10 years.
BTW, 'Grand Theft Auto VI' won't actually come out 'til 2025 ... so there's a bit more waiting in store. Long-suffering 'GTA' heads will suffer just a bit more.

Adidas Slams 'Dusty' Kevin Durant ... For Anthony Edwards Shoe Diss
Adidas woke up and chose violence on Friday ... the sportswear giants went straight for "dusty" Kevin Durant's neck after he took a shot at T'Wolves star Anthony Edwards' sneakers, and fans are losin' it!
It all started when the question was posed ... would KD, a Nike-signed athlete, ever rock Edwards' signature Adidas kicks? 35-year-old Durant answered the question himself, emphatically writing, "Won’t EVER see me put a big toe in them Mfers."
Adidas wasn't going to take that lying down ... their official account, with over 4 million followers, responded, and it was harsh.
"U dusty," Adidas replied. "Bouta retire soon anyway."
The burn has since been deleted, begging the question ... was the tweet sent accidentally from the official brand X account?
That's an answer we don't yet have ... but there's some evidence it wasn't a mistake.
Kevin Durant, Devin Booker Clap Back At Noah Lyles For 'World Champ' Comment
Adidas later added, "Meant to send that from the burner account..."
Of course, Kevin, as NBA fans are well aware, has been caught using burners in the past.
FYI, Edwards' AE1s drop on December 16 ... just in time for Christmas.
Obviously, we won't see 'em under KD's tree.

Elon Musk Rips Iger, X Advertisers ... 'Go F*** Yourself!!!'
Elon Musk has a message for Disney CEO Bob Iger and all the other advertisers fleeing his social media platform -- don't let the door hit ya on the way out, and go screw yourselves while you're at it.
The owner of X was talking shop on CNBC -- on the heels of his recent Israel visit, and in the wake of antisemitism allegations -- and he fired away about the exodus of corporations cutting ties with him.
Check it out ... he says he actually hopes they stop advertising permanently, and then dropped a very clear "Go f*** yourself" proclamation to everybody who's jumping ship.
Elon Musk Sees 'Truth' in Antisemitic Tweet About Jews Hating Whites
You can tell the host was shocked by Elon's choice words -- especially while live on the air -- so, naturally, EM said it again, and then asked if he'd made himself clear. He certainly had!
Elon explained that he feels like he's being blackmailed by these companies with the hope of paying for ads, and emphasized he wouldn't sacrifice his free speech policies for monetary gain ... even if, apparently, it means hurting his bottom line.
Funny enough, Elon singled out Iger in his remarks here, playfully calling out "Bob" as someone who was probably watching in the audience. Indeed, Disney was one of the major companies to pause its advertising with X ... as did many others.
Iger actually addressed that today as well -- before Elon's snipe -- and said, "We know that Elon is larger than life in many respects, and that his name is very much connected to the companies he founded or owns. By him taking the position he took in a public manner, we felt that the association was not necessarily a positive one for us."
Seems like the relationship's getting worse, not better.

ELON MUSK Rips Iger, X y patrocinadores...
Elon Musk Sees 'Truth' in Antisemitic Tweet About Jews Hating Whites
Blackhawks GM Corey Perry Getting Cut ... Unrelated To Bedard's Mom
Chicago Blackhawks GM Kyle Davidson addressed the wild rumors surrounding Corey Perry shortly after he was kicked off the team ... saying the winger's contract termination had nothing to do with superstar Connor Bedard's mother.
Perry was placed on unconditional waivers following an internal investigation on Tuesday ... in which the team determined he "engaged in conduct that is unacceptable" and violated the terms of his contract and the Blackhawks' internal policies.
The move came on the heels of speculation Perry was involved in a personal relationship with Bedard's mom, Melanie ... and while the talk didn't hold much weight, many ran with it on social media.
Davidson cleared the air after the team washed its hands of Perry ... and even though he did not mention Bedard by name, it's clear that's what he was addressing.
"This does not involve any players or their families and anything that suggests otherwise or anyone that suggests otherwise is wildly inaccurate and, frankly, it's disgusting," Davidson said.
"This has been a tough situation and I understand you wanted answers. It was important that we took all the necessary steps before sharing more. I hope you understand that I may not be able to answer everything today, but I am going to be as open and honest as I can be given the situation and out of respect for those involved."
Davidson referred to the nature of Perry's violation as a "workplace matter."
As the Blackhawks statement said, Perry's contract will be terminated ASAP if he clears waivers.

Elon Musk Surveys Hamas Fallout in Israel ... Amid Antisemitism Claims
Elon Musk is in Israel right now and seeing the destruction left behind by Hamas with his own two eyes -- and it seems like he's doing this to combat accusations of antisemitism.
The techie billionaire touched down in the Middle East Monday, where he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other government officials as they toured the wreckage of the Oct. 7 terrorist attack in one of the targeted villages that day.
Musk was taken to a specific home in this village -- known as a kibbutz there in Israel -- and it's said to be where a 4-year-old American-Israeli girl was taken hostage by Hamas.
As EM was being shown the aftermath -- burned homes and destroyed buildings/roads -- a baby's crib was displayed with bullet shell casings inside ... which his translator/guide says came from weapons used to fend off the attackers and to protect the Israeli citizens.
Elon took it all in and listened attentively -- even snapping some photos as they passed all the wreckage throughout this particular kibbutz. While it was most certainly a somber and serious moment ... some couldn't help but notice something peculiar about his appearance.
Of course, we're referring to the fact that Elon was wearing a bulletproof vest -- as was everyone else in the group ... but his looked rather small on him, almost humorously so.
It goes without saying ... this visit is no laughing matter, especially for Elon -- who's under fire for what was a recent embrace of an antisemitic tweet ... not to mention a report alleging pro-Nazi content was appearing alongside mainstream advertisements on X.
Elon has pushed back on that latter claim -- and even went to court over it -- but in general ... he's fending off accusations of antisemitism on his platform, and it appears he's trying to quell all that by showing face in Israel. As he wrote, "Actions speak louder than words."
This window for something like this is brief ... as Israel and Hamas have agreed to a temporary ceasefire as they negotiate the release of hostages and the delivery of aid to Gaza.

Nicholls State Football Team Stranded At Airport For 22 Hrs ... After Playoff Loss
Think your Thanksgiving weekend travels were bad? Odds are they weren't nearly as awful as the ones the Nicholls State football team just had to endure.
According to reps for the school, the entire squad -- plus a bunch of staff members -- were stranded at a tiny airport in Illinois for nearly 24 hours with limited food and water ... all this after it lost its FCS playoff game.
The 6-5 Colonels were in Carbondale, Ill. on Saturday for the first round of the FCS postseason ... and after they got blown out by Southern Illinois, 35-0, they headed to Veterans Airport in Marion to catch a ride home.
The problem, according to Colonels athletic director Jonathan Terrell, is due to various unforeseen circumstances ... everyone had to lay out on the airport floor for around 22 hours as they waited for a pilot and a plane.
Terrell was critical on X of the NCAA, which handled the team's travel plans.
"Student athlete welfare matters, NCAA," Terrell wrote. "Seven hours in an airport, no transportation, no food and out of water!!!!"
Fortunately for the team, Terrell said SIU and Southland Sports Commissioner Chris Grant were able to get them more water and food throughout Sunday.
We’ve got great news! After 22 hours, the Colonels are heading home!

Finally, at around 6 PM Sunday, the team was able to catch a flight back home. They landed late Sunday night safely.

Beyoncé's 'Renaissance' Tour Daughter Blue Ivy Upped Dance Moves Due to Folks Hatin' Early On
Beyoncé's daughter, Blue Ivy, has been a fixture at just about all of her "Renaissance" tour concerts this year -- and she's upped her onstage game ... all thanks to the haters.
In the wake of her concert film's premiere this weekend, the NYT reviewed the film and quoted Queen Bey as saying ... BI's involvement with the tour was meant to just be a temporary, one-off deal ... but became a regular thing after her kid pushed back.
They add, "Though she finally relented, Beyoncé was dismayed when Blue Ivy read comments on social media that criticized her lackluster moves. But it thrilled her mother that instead of quitting, she decided to put in the work and train even harder for future stops."
This news has caused quite a stir on social media ... half of Twitter is outraged that so many people were brutally criticizing the 11-year-old early on in the tour, but others are using this as proof that Blue Ivy's resilient/talented -- 'cause she's a way better dancer now.
Footage from her May outings in Europe has been making the rounds online ... and yes, you can see a major difference in how she performed then compared to recent shows.
The debate now is whether the harsh assessments of her skills at the time were warranted or not -- some think BI 100% deserved the flak she got, arguing that if she steps into the spotlight (next to her mom, no less) it's fair game. Others think the girl deserved a break.
She should’ve listened to the professional performer that hired professional performers who said she wasn’t ready. She fucked around and found out. She’s better for it now. Get a grip. https://t.co/YZNzaODPms
— damn. (@danselord) November 26, 2023 @danselord
In any case, Blue Ivy's proven herself more than worthy to share centerstage with her very famous parent. And as she gets older, more scrutiny will come ... them's the breaks, kid.
Elon Musk MEDIA MATTERS IS OUT TO RUIN MY COMPANY See You in Court!!!
Elon Musk's social media platform X is dragging a media watchdog group to court ... claiming Media Matters is engaged in a smear campaign against him and his company.
The billionaire followed up Monday with his previously announced plans to sue Media Matters in response to a recently published story suggesting pro-Nazi advertisements were running alongside organic user content ... an assertion Elon claims is BS.
ANALYSIS: The root cause of X having antisemitic content next to Ads seems to be that X’s automated Ad Adjacency tools aren’t able to determine if the content in images is antisemitic.

Additionally, X’s recent decision to help users monetize on Ads that run on users profiles is… https://t.co/M3kr8WXEEZ pic.twitter.com/S7UU84YZkr
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Media Matters "knowingly and maliciously manufactured" side-by-side images depicting advertisements next to neo-Nazi and white nationalist posts on his X app, formerly Twitter.
X claims Media Matters is driving advertisers from Elon's platform by passing off the images as something the typical X user might encounter on the app ... something Musk says is far from true.
What's more, X alleges Media Matters went to great lengths to manipulate the X algorithm to create situations where paid posts from huge companies would appear next to racist and incendiary content.
X says Media Matters then took screenshots of the posts as the basis of a negative story ... "leaving the false impression that these pairings are anything but what they actually are: manufactured, inorganic, and extraordinarily rare."
The suit says it's all part of a wide-ranging smear campaign Media Matters is mounting against Elon and X ... claiming the group is hellbent on driving advertisers away from the platform in order to destroy Elon's company.

As we reported ... Elon announced Friday plans to file a "thermonuclear" lawsuit against Media Matters for what he says was a "fraudulent attack" on his app.
There's lots of reasons Elon's pissed ... including the fact the Media Matters report seems to have spurred a mass exodus among HUGE companies advertising on X.
Media Matters is not backing down though ... its president, Angelo Carusone, tells TMZ ... "This is a frivolous lawsuit meant to bully X’s critics into silence. Media Matters stands behind its reporting and looks forward to winning in court."
Stay tuned ...

Elon Musk See Ya In Court, Media Matters ... W/ a 'Thermonuclear' Suit
Elon Musk says he's suing a media watchdog over a report he says is misleading advertisers to flee X ... and it sounds like he'll try taking 'em for every penny they're worth.
Here's the deal ... Elon and his new social media company have been in the crosshairs of controversy over the past few days -- and it mostly has to do with a story Media Matters published that suggested pro-Nazi ads were running alongside organic content from users.

Of course, that sounds scandalous ... and it dovetails with accusations of antisemitism that Elon himself faced this exact same week -- this after a Twitter response he fired off.
The Media Matters thing, though, is what EM is now squarely focused on in this epic warning. He took to X Friday night to announce he was hitting the courthouse first thing Monday morning in a plan to sue Media Matters over what he claims is misleading reporting.

Elon says, "The split second court opens on Monday, X Corp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters and ALL those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company." He added, "Their board, their donors, their network of dark money, all of them."
There was also an attached explanation to Media Matters' report -- which, again, suggested Nazi propaganda was somehow popping up on X ... and which seems to have spurred HUGE companies to either pause or outright suspend X advertising over the last 24 hours.
Those brands include Apple, Disney, WB, IBM, Lionsgate and others ... and that, of course, hurts Elon and X's bottom line. So, he's trying to rectify it all now with what he says is forthcoming legal action.
It's been a bumpy week for the guy ... but hey, at least his SpaceX Starship rocket got successfully launched today. That is, before it self-destructed after about 10 minutes or so.
Back to the drawing board on that front ... and on to the judge's bench in another, it seems.

Elon Musk Sees 'Truth' in Antisemitic Tweet ... About Jews Hating Whites
update
8:03 AM PT -- The White House just came out and blasted Elon's support of this tweet, with a spokesperson saying ... "It is unacceptable to repeat the hideous lie behind the most fatal act of Antisemitism in American history at any time, let alone one month after the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust."
They continue, "Like President Biden said weeks ago memorializing the victims of the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting, the October 7 'devastating atrocity has brought to the surface painful memories left by millennia of Antisemitism.'
The spokesperson finishes by saying, "We condemn this abhorrent promotion of Antisemitic and racist hate in the strongest terms, which runs against our core values as Americans."
Elon Musk is being accused of antisemitism after he said there was "truth" in a post that suggested Jews hate white people -- and it's now snowballing into a very costly problem.
The Tesla chief has a bit of a fire going down at his Twitter/X house right now -- and it's of his own doing ... this after he responded to a tweet that floated the idea that Jewish people spew the kind of ugly racist rhetoric that's so often thrown in their direction.

The OG Twitter user was responding to a video that was calling for an end to antisemitism, writing ... "Jewish communities have been pushing the exact kind of dialectical hatred against whites that they claim to want people to stop using against them."

Elon replied, "You have said the actual truth." His apparent cosign of this sentiment -- which has widely been labeled as antisemitic -- is now causing backlash against EM ... with some saying he's supporting Jew-hating propaganda here. Of course, he's pushing back on that.
In subsequent tweets/replies, Elon has tried deflecting his criticism to orgs like the ADL -- but it seems the damage might be done ... 'cause one of his biggest advertisers is bailing.

The fact Elon had said what he said just a day earlier was lost on no one either -- but he's suggesting this all a smear campaign, calling MM an "evil organization."
