Una nueva figura de cera de Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson tiene a los fans preguntándose en qué diablos estaba pensando el artista cuando hizo el trabajo, y muchos están usando sus redes sociales para expresar sus preocupaciones.

Esta es la cuestión, Dwayne ha sido hornado -o, tal vez no tanto- en una nueva figura de cera para el Museo Grevin de París, pero los fans del actor se han quedado bastante decepcionados por la forma en que se ve.

Kanye West wants the public to know -- he's not bipolar, as he's previously claimed -- instead, he says, he has "signs of autism" caused from his car crash in 2002.

In a bizarre text-rant to Elon Musk, Kanye states, "When are we going to speak. You owe me nothing. You never have to speak to me again. But if we do speak. The nature of the relationship has to change. I’m not bi polar. I have signs of autism from my car accident."

He continues, "You can’t watch Kim keep my kids from me. And not say anything publicly then call yourself my friend so I can bring my audience to your struggling platform."

The texts were posted by Ian Connor, a guy who has run in Kanye's circle for years, you can see Kanye instructed him to get the message out ... as Kanye's lost access to almost all of his social media accounts.

Elon suspended Kanye's Twitter account in December for antisemitic remarks the rapper made, including stating he was going to go, "Go death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE." The account was reinstated again in July, but Kanye hasn't been active on the platform.

Unclear if Kanye and Elon have had private discussions on bringing him back onto Twitter with some other type of opportunity or what spurred his texts to the Tesla founder.

What's clear from the messages, Kanye's still at war with Kim Kardashian, claiming she's keeping the kids from him. Interestingly enough, we've seen Kanye in Italy for months with his wife, Bianca Censori, and only with his kids a couple of those times -- including a visit from Saint only a few weeks ago.

As for the car crash he's referring to which caused his alleged "signs of autism" ... Kanye was driving home from a recording studio around 3 AM in October 2002 when he allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel of a rented Lexus -- crashing into an oncoming car.

Los textos fueron publicados por Ian Connor, un tipo que ha estado en el círculo de Kanye durante años, se puede ver que Kanye le dio instrucciones para transmitir el mensaje, debido a que ha perdido el acceso a casi todas sus cuentas de redes sociales.

A source close to Quik’s camp tells TMZ Hip Hop ... the time away from X has been beneficial, and while he’s still on IG, he's also been nose-deep in his studio bag o' tricks and fans can expect layered instrumentation, like most Quik albums.

Quik announced the still-untitled project back in March, and kicked off the rollout with a new track … but soon began to make headlines for waging war on his timeline with rap and the lifestyle.

We’re told the album is around 80% done, and its vibe will become clear in November when Quik performs with a live band while transforming his “Quik’s Grooves” series to real life.

Khloe Kardashian may have grown up on the coast, but that doesn't mean she's down with the creatures of the sea ... in fact, she's TERRIFIED of whales.

If you missed it, Khloe revealed her fear during the season 4 premiere of "The Kardashians" this week when the family took a trip to Mexico and could see whales nearby in the ocean. Khloe exclaimed, “I am really freaking out ... I feel like I am going to cry. I don’t think I am comfortable seeing it.”

Khloe further explained her phobia Friday, getting on X to say, "This has been a phobia of mine for years. I don’t want anything bad to happen to whales and I know the phobia is totally irrational, but we don’t pick our phobias. I low-key have a fear of the ocean, but a whale I can’t even look at, it freaks me out so much."

Kevin James is looking to cash in on his new internet meme fame ... by using the viral image to promote his standup comedy act.

The actor and comedian posted "The King of Queens" meme on his social media Wednesday, much to the internet's delight ... using it to plug his new tour.

You've probably seen the meme pop up on your feed recently ... an old promotional headshot Kevin did for his TV sitcom 'King of Queens' back in the '90s, where he shrugs with both hands in his pockets and displays a sheepish grin.

Folks have been using the old pic to make tons of hilarious memes ... and the show's stars are taking notice. Leah Remini says she "absolutely loves" all the memes, and now Kevin's piggybacking.

In his post, Kevin says he's gearing up for his new "Double Hands In The Pocket" tour ... which he says is "sheepishly coming to a city near you."

Las Vegas Raiders superstar Chandler Jones claims he was forced into a mental health hospital last week ... and "injected" with a foreign substance.

The 33-year-old NFL player said it all happened after authorities told him "people were concerned about me because of my posts online."

"I answered my front door," Jones said Monday evening on his X page in what appeared to be pictures of recent journal entries, "and a group of 5 to 7 were there to put me in an ambulance where I was later injected and I asked them not to."

The pass rusher -- a two-time All-Pro -- says he was first taken to Southern Hills Hospital, before he was transported to the Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital, a treatment facility for those struggling with mental health issues.

"They tried to force me to take meds and injections," he said of his time at the facility.

Jones added that the place was not one for "high-profile athletes."

"My first night I slept on the floor and was not offered a bed," he said ... adding, "I'm still confused on what I did wrong. I'm stuck here. I'm very sane."

In his notes, Jones claims he tried to contact the Raiders "for help," but he's yet to hear back.

He also said he's continuing to work out despite the facility's conditions.

"All I know is whoever put me in here had bad intentions," he said.

Jones has not played for the Raiders this season after he was placed on the non-football illness list following a social media rant earlier this month where he declared that he did not want to play for Vegas anymore.

For the team's part, head coach Josh McDaniels has called the matter "personal" and "private."

The Steelers were able to score a few offensive touchdowns en route to a 23-18 win over the Las Vegas Raiders ... but it's safe to say AB was still not satisfied with Canada's performance nonetheless.

Blueface is taking all the blame off himself after a photo of his infant son's genitals was posted from the rapper's social media account ... claiming his phone was stolen and his account hacked.

As the outrage against Blue piled on Monday morning, he countered with a tweet claiming his phone was stolen ... forcing his Twitter to be used against his free will.

As you'd expect, there aren't too many people who believe his new claim.

As we reported, the "hacked" account posted a lengthy rant about his newborn son and his medical struggles, including an alleged hernia. The account expressed outrage toward Chrisean Rock, the boy's mother, and said she was avoiding taking the infant to the doctor.

We should also point out, the allegedly "hacked" account only seemed to take Blueface's side in the argument ... which very rarely happens with a hack.

Things have been downhill in Blue and Chrisean's family situation since she was spotted improperly holding their child at Walmart ... and continue to spiral out of control by the day.

Blueface may have successfully destroyed any bit of public goodwill he had in his custody fight with Chrisean Rock ... posting a pic of their son's unhealthy genitals in an effort to prove his point -- but he's sticking to his guns.

On Sunday, Blueface shocked and angered onlookers online by uploading the graphic pic on social media with a complaint ... "This what my son d**k look like an she worried about me an lil baby c*** like bih get our son c*** right then do what you want."

We blurred the pic for obvious reasons, but Blue's defense is their still weeks-old son was suffering from a hernia but Chrisean still hadn't scheduled the necessary surgery to correct the condition.

Fans were split over Blueface's lack of family discretion ... one fan noted Chrisean's behavior during pregnancy may have pre-doomed the entire situation while Blueface even challenged another who questioned his parenting skills.

Others still want CPS to intervene ... which pretty much mirrors the thoughts of Blue's manager Wack 100, who demands the child return to the hospital so it can get the proper care.

Blue and Chrisean have been at each other's throats since the baby's birth ... last week Chrisean admitted fault for not cradling his head properly while shopping at Walmart, much to Blue's disappointment.

He doesn't think she's serious about raising the child but until something's done, the lil tyke will be the main one suffering.

Elon Musk's Neuralink is on the verge of beginning human testing, and the technology that could potentially help people suffering from all sorts of neurologic disabilities ... there's also potential for massive danger.

Dr. Marcello Ienca, a professor of artificial intelligence, joined us on "TMZ Live" to explain how Neuralink can advance medicine by light years ... tackling brain disorders that affect hundreds of millions of people, and even quadriplegia.

Dr. Ienca says the first human test groups will be patients living with paralysis, and he breaks down how it almost literally rewires the brain to do activities it previously couldn't.

However, there's also an alarming aspect that feels like an episode of "Black Mirror" -- Dr. Ienca says the Neuralink chip in someone's brain means a computer technically has access to their thoughts -- and if the computer has it, there's potential for other people around you to get it.
