'Survivor' Contestant Allegedly Dropped the N-Word On the Reg, Years Ago

11:13 AM PT -- Jessica Peet tells TMZ ... "I want to apologize for what I posted as a 14-year-old teenager. In no way did I mean it in a derogatory nor racial way. I do hope people are willing to forgive, and understand I was immature and I've done a lot of growing up since then."

One of the 'Survivor' contestants from the upcoming season is catching heat before the show even airs ... for using the n-word so much on Twitter, you'd think she was Jay-Z.

19-year-old Jessica Peet is a cast member on "Survivor: David vs. Goliath" and, as it always does ... the Internet scoured her social media, and turned up scores of old tweets where she gratuitously drops the n-word.

She even defends using it, saying, "n***a isn't a cuss word !! Lol" -- and, in another, adds ... "I have a way with words..... N***a." Indeed.

The tweets, which 'Survivor' fans grabbed before they were deleted, are from 2013 to 2015. Many fans online are calling Peet a racist.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... CBS is aware of the situation, and Peet apologized by saying she was "young and dumb." She would've been between 14 and 16 at the time.

This drama comes on the heels of a pair of upcoming contestants getting into hot water for breaking their NDAs by posting a pic together ... before CBS revealed the cast.

We've reached out to CBS and Jessica for further comment ... so far, no word back.

Tom Brady All About #AssEatinSZN

Tom Brady!!!!!

Here's the deal ... Barstool Sports posted a pic on Instagram showing a hippo chewin' on another hippo's butt and included the caption, "As soon as bae gets out of the shower #AssEatinSZN."

Nothing out of the ordinary there ... until we looked at the comments and noticed Tom Brady weighing in -- with some laughing face emojis and the word, "Yep."

GISELE!!!!!!

For the uninitiated, Ass Eatin' Season is a thing on Barstool. And, by the way, they even tweeted about it already, saying ... "Tom Brady is about that life #AssEatinSZN."

Last we saw Tom and Gisele, they were at a U2 concert together in Boston and Tom was belting out the lyrics at the top of his lungs.

Hope he brushed his teeth.

Childish Gambino Artist He's Accused Of Ripping Off Says He's 'Extremely Humbled'

The artist Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover, is accused of stealing "This Is America" from is giving the rapper a pass, saying he's "extremely humbled" to have possibly inspired Gambino's track.

Jase Harley released a song called "American Pharaoh" in 2016 that has a similar message and, to many, a similar sound. Some people accused Glover of flat-out copying Harley while others have just seen it as inspiration for Glover's track.

Harley finally spoke out Monday via Instagram. Harley says the controversy shouldn't "dilute the message me and @childishgambino are trying to convey ... about injustices we've encountered."

He goes on to say Gambino had a bigger platform to convey the message and that shouldn't go unnoticed, but the focus should be on "affecting change in our communities and building equality."

Since it's release, Gambino's "This Is America" has been certified platinum and its video has amassed almost 300 million views on YouTube.

Gambino's manager, Fam Rothstein, also clapped back at the haters Monday, saying "This Is America" actually dates back to three years ago, and has the Pro Tools proof. He also added, "But f*** you and your moms, and your future fetuses." Not exactly the high road there.

Mark Cuban Praises Red Hen for 86ing Sanders ... Trump Blasts Restaurant as 'Dirty'

SLIPPERY SLOPE
TMZ.com

Mark Cuban has high praise for the restaurant owner who kicked Sarah Huckabee Sanders out of her restaurant over the weekend, while Donald Trump went on a rant claiming the eatery is filthy.

We got Cuban leaving Nate 'n Als Sunday in Bev Hills and, although he thinks it's good the restaurant owner took a moral stand, he worries it could become a slippery slope and other owners could deny service based on race or sexual orientation. The good news ... under federal law, an owner can't discriminate based on race. The laws governing sexual orientation are dicier.

On the other side ... Donald Trump -- the man who praised Kim Jong-un -- excoriated the restaurant by tweeting, "The Red Hen Restaurant should focus more on cleaning its filthy canopies, doors and windows (badly needs a paint job) rather than refusing to serve a fine person like Sarah Huckabee Sanders. I always had a rule, if a restaurant is dirty on the outside, it is dirty on the inside!"

Trump's baseless claim contains no information suggesting how The Red Hen is unsanitary. Fact is ... before this weekend's incident, Yelp gave the place a 4.5 rating out of 5.

Peter Fonda Rip Barron from Melania's Arms ... Get Trump's Attention!!!

1:26 PM PT -- Fonda just apologized for the tweet, saying, "I tweeted something highly inappropriate and vulgar about the president and his family in response to the devastating images I was seeing on television."

He continues, "Like many Americans, I am very impassioned and distraught over the situation with children separated from their families at the border, but I went way too far. It was wrong and I should not have done it. I immediately regretted it and sincerely apologize to the family for what I said and any hurt my words have caused.”

8:15 AM PT -- Donald Trump Jr. responded to Fonda, calling him a coward who should stop bullying 12-year-old Barron and "pick on someone a bit bigger. LMK."

Yes, 40-year-old DTJ is essentially challenging 78-year-old Fonda to a fight. Welcome to 2018.

Peter Fonda's so fired up about the children in detention camps he might have just crossed a dangerous line ... by suggesting Melania Trump should be separated from her child.

The Oscar winner said, "We should rip Barron Trump from his mother's arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles and see if mother will stand up against the giant a**hole she is married to."

He's clearly echoing the sentiment of millions of outraged Americans, but suggesting violence against the First Family will most likely land you on a list somewhere in D.C.

Fonda's on one, for sure. He also referred to Trump adviser, and reported mastermind of the detention camps, Stephen Miller, as "Stephen Goebbels Miller" ... and insinuated young girls in the camps are being harmed.

Connecting Miller to Nazi leader Joseph Goebbels has pissed off some people ... since Miller is Jewish.

Fonda -- who's calling for 90 million Americans to protest in the streets this weekend -- is no longer the "Easy Rider." Not today.

'Riverdale' Star Charles Melton 'I'm Truly Sorry' For Fat-Shaming Rant

"Riverdale" star Charles Melton is apologizing and blaming immaturity for some really heinous fat-shaming comments he made that have come back to haunt him.

Melton is addressing the now 6-year-old tweets that have gone viral after someone mined them out of his timeline. Low lights include, "Word of wisdom for the day...if your [sic] fat...don't look in the mirror" ... and "Don't tease fat kids, they already have enough on their plates."

Melton now says, "I'm truly sorry for making inconsiderate comments several years ago and apologize to anyone I hurt. What I posted and said was immature, offensive and inappropriate. I am ashamed of how I acted and there is no excuse for that behavior."

The actor was a total unknown back in 2012, which explains the tweets going unnoticed. His first acting gig didn't come until a "Glee" role in 2014.

He added, "I’m striving to do better and will use this experience to grow, helping others to understand how these types of statements are completely unacceptable.”

XXXTentacion Alleged Abuse Victim Says His Murder Has 'Broken' Me

The woman XXXTentacion allegedly abused while she was pregnant with his child is NOT celebrating his death ... and, instead, says she's devastated.

Geneva Ayala is upset about some of the Internet reaction to her ex-boyfriend's murder ... particularly people who assume she'd dance on XXX's grave. She said, "i didn't lose my life. he did. it's permanent. i'm still here. like how do you think that makes me feel?"

Geneva also called it "disgusting" that anyone would attempt to speak for her.

As we reported, XXX was awaiting trial for the alleged abuse of Geneva, and also for multiple counts of witness tampering in the case. Prosecutors think he coerced Geneva into not testifying against him.

She added, "everyone expecting me to be relieved or happy?! no, i'm broken."

Prez Trump De Niro's Punch-Drunk 'Low IQ Individual'

President Trump's concerned Robert De Niro is suffering brain damage from his boxing movies, and thinks that's the ONLY explanation for the Oscar winner saying, "F**k Trump" at the Tony Awards.

The Prez turned his attention to De Niro's diss after finishing up with Kim Jong-un in Singapore ... saying De Niro is a "low IQ individual" who "has received to many shots to the head by real boxers in movies."

Yes, call the Irony PD -- POTUS used the wrong "to" while calling out Bobby D's IQ.

Anyway, 45 went on to suggest De Niro's ignoring great economic and employment numbers, and ended his brief Twitter rant with, "Wake up Punchy!"

To be fair, De Niro's been saying "F**k Trump" -- or many variations on that theme -- for roughly the last 18 months. We're pretty sure his evaluation of the Prez has little to do with the economy.

Anthony Bourdain Obama, Celebs & Fellow Chefs ... React To Shocking Suicide

Anthony Bourdain's sudden and shocking death has stunned the culinary world.

Many fellow chefs, celebrities and athletes have taken to social media to share their experiences and some kind words about the star.

As we reported ... Bourdain was found in a French hotel room by friend and fellow chef Eric Ripert. CNN reported Bourdain hanged himself.

Bourdain's show, 'Parts Unknown,' gained tremendous success over the years ... he was traveling for the show at the time of his death.

Bourdain leaves behind a young daughter. He was 61 years old.

School Shootings Kindergartners Learn 'Lockdown' Rhyme

The mother of a 5-year-old girl is outraged by this nursery rhyme she found posted in the school her daughter might attend -- a rhyme that teaches kids how to prepare for a mass shooting.

Georgy Cohen shared this pic of the rhyme, which is going viral. It's intended to be sung to the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" but there's nothing cute and innocent about it. With limericks like, "Shut the lights off say no more. Go behind the desk and hide. Wait until it's safe inside" -- Georgy said, "This should not be hanging in my soon-to-be kindergartner's classroom."

However, she made it clear to the Boston Globe ... she's not pissed off at the school. Instead, she was happy the school was taking necessary steps. As she put it, "These are the things they unfortunately have to do. I get it.”

Not everyone agrees, and her post is sparking heated conversations online about the appropriate way to prepare young kids for the worst.

Roseanne Barr Everything's Coming Up Roses ... Not Really, Though

Pretty sure Roseanne Barr would rather be in a writers' room working on season 2 of her show, but instead she's got tons of time to smell roses ... and scowl.

Roseanne's retreated to her Salt Lake City home, and Thursday morning she was looking pretty down and out while clipping rosebuds. Gardening is probably a wiser pastime for her than tweeting ... considering that's what led to her hit ABC sitcom being canceled.

TMZ broke the story ... there's potential good news for her former coworkers. ABC wants to revive "Roseanne," but center it around Sara Gilbert's character.

The show revival could be announced this week. Of course, the new version wouldn't bear Roseanne's name.

What's that line about a rose by any other name?

Bryan Colangelo Throws Wife Under the Bus ... In New Statement

Bryan Colangelo isn't even PRETENDING to defend his wife -- he's dumping ALL of the blame on her ... with no shame.

Colangelo resigned as President of Basketball Operations for the Philadelphia 76ers -- after a private investigation firm found his wife was the person behind several Twitter accounts that published damaging and private info about 76ers players.

Now, Bryan is breaking his silence ... and continuing to dump all blame on his wife, Barbara Bottini.

"While I am grateful that the independent investigation conducted by the 76ers has confirmed that I had no knowledge of or involvement in the Twitter activity conducted by my wife, I vigorously dispute the allegation that my conduct was in any way reckless."

"At no point did I ever purposefully or directly share any sensitive, non-public, club-related information with her."

"Her actions were a seriously misguided effort to publicly defend and support me, and while I recognize how inappropriate these actions were, she acted independently and without my knowledge or consent."

Bryan also says his wife was a bad leaker, at that ...

"Further, the content she shared was filled with inaccuracies and conjecture which in no way represent my own views or opinions. While this was obviously a mistake, we are a family and we will work through this together."

"Although I am not directly responsible for the actions, I regret this incident occurred and understand that it has become a distraction for the team. Therefore, the organization and I have mutually agreed to part ways."

Bryan Colangelo Quits 76ers Wife Fesses Up to Burner Accounts

The process is over for Bryan Colangelo ... the Philadelphia 76ers president of basketball operations has resigned after an investigation revealed his WIFE was behind several Twitter accounts that had trashed 76ers players and leaked private info.

But there's a major twist ... investigators say Bryan's wife tried to delete and hide key pieces of info on her phone before turning it over to be examined.

"The Philadelphia 76ers organization has accepted the resignation of President of Basketball Operations Bryan Colangelo, effective immediately," the team said in a statement.

Colangelo has been in hot water ever since The Ringer published a story connecting him to several Twitter accounts that had trashed various 76ers players -- including Joel Embiid, Markelle Fultz and former players Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor.

The 76ers hired the firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP to investigate -- and the results showed Bryan's wife was the culprit.

"We do not believe that Mr. Colangelo established the Twitter accounts or posted content on those accounts," the firm said in a statement.

"The evidence supports the conclusion that Ms. Barbara Bottini, Mr. Colangelo’s wife, established the Twitter accounts and posted content on those accounts. When interviewed, Ms. Bottini admitted establishing and operating the accounts. Forensic evidence corroborates her admissions."

As a result of the investigation, the team said, "It has become clear Bryan’s relationship with our team and his ability to lead the 76ers moving forward has been compromised."

But get this ... investigators say Colangelo's wife IMPEDED the investigation by deleting the contents of her iPhone prior to surrendering the device for forensic review.

Still, Bryan is not blameless, according to investigators ... "Our investigation revealed substantial evidence that Mr. Colangelo was the source of sensitive, non-public, club-related information contained in certain posts to the Twitter accounts."

"We believe that Mr. Colangelo was careless and in some instances reckless in failing to properly safeguard sensitive, non-public, club-related information in communications with individuals outside the 76ers organization."

The organization says the search to replace Bryan begins now ...

John Goodman Hello, ABC? Yes, I'm 'Interested' in Reboot #2

John Goodman's looking like he means business ... as in the "Roseanne" reboot business.

John was out in New Orleans Tuesday, and was spotted on a call that seemed more serious than lighthearted -- and ya gotta wonder if that's ABC or "Roseanne" producers on the line.

As we previously reported, Goodman is "very interested" in being a part of a second "Roseanne" reboot ... which we're told will be centered around Sara Gilbert's character, Darlene, instead of Roseanne Barr. All of this is the fallout from the show being immediately canceled after Barr took a racially-charged shot on Twitter at a former Obama aid.

Now that producer Tom Werner's gotten involved in negotiations to relaunch the show ... we're told an announcement could come as soon as this week.

Stay by the phone, John!

Wiz Khalifa It's All Love with Ye 2016 Twitter Beef Squashed

WHAT BEEF?
TMZ.com

Wiz Khalifa has accepted Kanye West's olive branch, saying he'd be willing to give the dude some of the weed that started their feud more than 2 years ago.

We got Wiz Monday night leaving Poppy in WeHo, where we asked if he'd heard Kanye shouting him out on his new track, "Yikes." Wiz says he loved the hypothetical peace-pipe moment Yeezy rapped about and would even be down to share some Khalifa Kush, his personal strain.

In case you missed it ... Kanye lashed out at Wiz in 2016 over what he perceived to be a shot at his wife, Kim. In response, he said Wiz had gotten trapped by a stripper by having a kid with Amber Rose. He later apologized for the misunderstanding.

That's all in the past now, though. Wiz appears to be completely over the spat, and liked the "Yikes" line too. Something must be in the air with all this beef squashing going on.

Donald Trump Uses Patriots, Cubs ... to Attack Eagles

Donald Trump is furiously trying to prove pro sports teams still like him -- despite the Eagles not coming to the White House -- by listing off all the championship teams who have accepted his invite.

Remember, Trump called off the Eagles visit after learning only a small number of players were actually planning to attend. The others had opted out for several reasons, including Trump's stance on the national anthem protests.

POTUS has been taking heat over the move from athletes and politicians, including Philly mayor Jim Kenney who ripped Trump as a "a fragile egomaniac obsessed with crowd size and afraid of the embarrassment of throwing a party to which no one wants to attend."

Trump responded to his critics with a flurry of tweets Tuesday morning.

"We have had many Championship teams recently at the White House including the Chicago Cubs, Houston Astros, Pittsburgh Penguins, New England Patriots, Alabama and Clemson National Champions, and many others."

Seems like he forgot NASCAR's Martin Truex -- because he posted another tweet later including the driver's name.

"...@NASCAR and Champion @MartinTruex_Jr were recently at the White House. It was a great day for a great sport!"

Martin Truex Jr 5/21/18
HUGE HONOR!

Don't forget, Trump says he still plans on holding a national anthem ceremony at the White House today instead -- featuring the U.S. Marine Band and U.S. Army Chorus.

Meantime, the Eagles have decided to hold a team workout instead.
