AMAZING news from Michael Strahan's daughter, Isabella ... she's officially cancer-free!!!

The 19-year-old revealed the news on Thursday in a 'Goodbye Hospital' video on her YouTube channel ... one month after her final treatment for a brain tumor.

The clip shows Isabella at the Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina ... where she had her chemotherapy port surgically removed, something she was excited about, despite it being a painful procedure.

"The Boys" series is making one key change to its season 4 finale due to the shooting of Donald Trump, because the episode has some striking parallels to the assassination attempt.

The Prime Video drama's episode was originally named "Assassination Run" and centered on the main characters trying to thwart a plot to kill the president. Following Saturday's shooting at Trump's rally, those at Prime Video clearly wanted to avoid being associated with violence ... as they chose to retitle the episode to simply say "Season 4 Finale."

The series also issued a warning before the episode, in which they emphasized the fictional political violence -- written, filmed and edited long before last weekend -- was "completely coincidental and unintentional."

Shannen Doherty appeared to make peace with longtime frenemy Alyssa Milano before her death ... as she doled out surprising praise for the actress in her final days.

The actress recorded an episode for the "House of Halliwell" podcast with "Charmed" costar Holly Marie Combs, which was released July 14, the day after Shannen died. Whoever created a fake 'Simpsons' image, falsely suggesting the show predicted Donald Trump would be assassinated is drawing the ire of the show's head honcho, who calls it a sick move.

The drama kicked off shortly after Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire on the ex-Prez -- a social media user posted a doctored animated image of Trump from "The Simpsons," showing him in a casket with the caption, "First time I've seen a 'Simpsons' prediction fail."

Now, this entire premise is based on misinformation (more on that in a minute) ... but "The Simpsons" showrunner Matt Selman is still slamming the image in the strongest possible terms.
