Trina McGee says she's ready to welcome a new baby into the world at the ripe age of 54 -- something her one-time costar Maitland Ward is stoked to hear ... but a bit wary of too.

We got the ex-"Boy Meets World" star -- who played Rachel in the later seasons, and who was Trina's on-screen BFF too -- out in L.A. Tuesday on the heels of TMG's big news ... namely, that she was about to be a mom again with her 4th kid on the way.

Of course, the thing that caught everyone by surprise is the fact Trina's in her 50s ... something that Maitland noticed as well, and which she's somewhat incredulous about.

Tori Spelling is coming clean about her pearly whites -- saying she resorted to veneers 'cause her teeth were so gross.

Joined by her dentist, Dr. Kevin Sands, on her "misSPELLING" podcast, the actress confessed her fear of the dentist left her teeth in such bad shape they practically turned to garbage -- and it got so bad she couldn't even smile anymore.

To hammer it home, she asked Sands just how bad her teeth were -- and he didn't hold back, saying, "Disgusting, to say the least. They were chipped, discolored. Didn't look like the Tori I used to know."

A new Netflix doc has made people believe that TikTok star Miranda Derrick is in a cult -- but she's calling BS ... and putting out a totally different narrative, suggesting she's just fine.

Miranda hopped online Tuesday to clap back at claims made in 'Dancing for the Devil' -- which characterizes her and others involved with 7M Films as brainwashed sheep that are beholden to an alleged cult leader ... but Miranda says that's simply not the case.

The recently-released GRB filed a lawsuit against April Johns -- whom Gypsy says presented herself as Franchesca Macelli when they first linked up back in 2017 -- and she's alleging fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, defamation and false light against her.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Gypsy says she and her father/stepmother -- Rod and Kristy Blanchard, respectively -- were approached by Macelli for a possible team-up in media shortly after she was incarcerated for her role in her mother Dee Dee's murder.
